Summery : what if sasuke was born a girl? And have if itachi never killed anyone?

This is a very short story just so i can post something for now. sasuke being a girl and being 10-to-15-to-28
In the northern part of Konohagakure there once dwelt an honest family by the name of Uchihas. The consisted of fugaku uchiha, Mikoto Uchiha (his wife), itachi Uchiha (their oldest son), twenty one years of age, and Sasuke uchiha (the youngest child), making three people toward the population of the village.
One night after supper the young daughter was seized with a severe colic, fugaku hurried down town to get some medicine...
He never came back.
eventually the little raven recovered and in time grew up to adulthood.
The mother grieved very much over her husband's disappearance, and it was nearly two years before she married again, and moved in the village instead of being in the outskirts of it.
Itachi though have falling into love once...His lover was killed once she was one a mission with him. He knew he could never forgive himself or find another lover like her.. But the younger child(sasuke) also married in time, and after a few years had rolled around, she also had a little boy 7 mouths of age.
The raven still lived in the same house where they dwelt when her father had left and never returned.
One night by a remarkable coincidence sasuke's little boy was taken with Migraine on the anniversary of the disappearance of fugaku uchiha, who would now have been his grandfather if he had been alive and had a steady job.
"I will go downtown and get some medicine for the kit..," said Naruto Uzumaki (for it was none other than Naruto whom she,..sasuke had married). he had seem to pick up 'kit' from the demon sealed within him.
"No, no, no, Naruto!," cried his wife. "You, too, might disappear forever, and then forget to come back..please!,..Naruto..please don't go.."
Naruto listioned and nodded and did not go, together they sat by the bedside of little menma (for that was menma's name). Naruto picked him up and rocked the cooing baby on his leg as sasuke looked at them, relieved though, she knew it was selfish to keep Naruto from going because it was just hurting menma..
After a couple more years menma seemed to grow worse, and the older male again attempted to go for medicine, but his wife would not let him.
Suddenly the door opened, and an old man, stooped and bent, with long white hair, entered the room.
"Hello, Indiana ojīchan," said Menma. He had recognized him before any of the others. The old man drew a bottle of medicine from his pocket and gave Menma a spoonful.
He(menma) got well immediately.
Sasuke was so overjoyed and thanked the older man.
The man named Jiraiya left little Menma when to bed due to the fact that it was 9:12pm Naruto smiled and kissed his wife deeply, soon enough the raven kissed back happily that she didn't have to lose one more impotent person to her..
