It was making a ruckus well that house is the property of ferb fletcher he was a pretty wealthy yet decided to live a modest life he was married to vanessa and had a child named Bradley he was 12 years old his name meant "a clearing in the woods" Ferb decided the name because he was the light in the tunnel in his life because before he was born he was in a extremely depressive because when vanessa he wasn't financially stable but he pulled through because bradley gave him the motivation to leave it behind and give himself the best life with him…
