Warning: Before you come at me with Pitchforks, torches, cotton candy(:P) and enforcer rams allow me to explain something, yes this is an Amourshipping Fanfic, but that still doesn't mean i can't bend the rules a bit, i assure you you'll agree with what little surprise i'm adding. Heres a hint: (THIS shoud've happened before she left to go back home with her guardian)
It was a very nostalgic feeling as Ash and Pikachu pressed their faces to the window of the seaplane as they prepared to land in the Unova region again it was almost exactly like the first time they entered the exciting and colorful region even though it wasn't new for them it still felt exhilarating especially since they bringing alone another person this time who they could spend time with in this region. The honey-blond woman leaning on Ash's free shoulder was lightly woken up by her husband.
"Honey, we're almost there," said Ash.
"Uhhh, just five more minutes." Serena groggily said still half asleep.
"Pika pi," said Pikachu (T: if only I had the heart to shock you awake.)
"Don't you dare," said Ash. Serena then conked out on Ash's shoulder again, "Okay maybe as a last resort. But if you do be cautious of the baby alright, Nothing drastic"
Pikachu nodded
Luckily Serena woke up just enough to get off the plane though she was a tad groggy she had made her way to the poke-cafe at the port while Serena got drinks for herself and for her family Ash and Pikachu ran to the edge where the forest started to get a deep breath of the Unovan air. The breeze was at their backs and it felt like a whole other adventure.
"We're coming don't worry, we can't wait to see you guys again," Ash said.
"Pika!" said Pikachu, (T: "Yeah! We'll be there soon.")
"Ash!" Serena called.
"Be right there." Ash and Pikachu immediately ran to Serena who had a table set up with food and drinks."You two just calling out to our little friend?" Serena asked with a knowing smile despite knowing the answer already.
Ash still didn't know how his wife had already figured him out then again it was pretty obvious, "Yeah, thanks for getting us something to eat. That was a long flight."
Serena said, "No problem I thought we could use a break us and our Pokemon which by the way." Serena then grabbed her Pokeballs and said, "Come on out." as she let them all out of their Pokeballs. Ash said, "Yeah come on out." as he tossed his Pokeballs. Out came Braxien, Pancham, and Sylveon as well as a Greninja, Hawlucha, Noivern, Talonflame, and as a surprise Ash's Scraggy who was being trained by Hawlucha and Noivern.
Pikachu said, "Pi pika!" (T: Yes, this is already looking like a great adventure.) before all the Pokemon agreed with the electric mouse with a cry of unison. Ash and Serena laughed light-heartedly.
After a few days of traveling through the Unova region, they were finally almost there they were getting close to Nimbasa city which was supposed to be close to the place where Zorua and Zoroark were supposed to live.
"Ah we're finally here." said Ash.
"It's so amazing sweetie, it reminds me of Lumiose city," said Serena.
Pikachu said, "Pika pika." (T: I agree.)
"It gets even better at night." said Ash.
Pikachu said, "Pika pi." (T: Yeah too bad we didn't get to enjoy it last time.)
Ash said, "Well this time buddy we can take some time to relax and enjoy the sights."
Serena asked, "Really? Aren't we here to visit your friend?"
Ash sheepishly rubbed the back of his neck and said, "Yeah, about that, I don't exactly know how to get there."
Serena exclaimed, "What!?"
Pikachu said, "Pika!" (T: ASH!)
Ash explained, "Zorua said that they lived somewhere near Nimbasa city in the Lostlorn forest but the Lostlorn forest doesn't show up on any map."
Serena asked, "Then how are we going to find it?"
Ash said, "Zorua said that if we couldn't find it, we should wait in Nimbasa. So let's just relax and take advantage of this opportunity."
Serena said, "You're right. Let's go."
(Night time)
It was finally nighttime in Nimbasa city and even though the sun went down the city was still lit up. The city was covered in light in the nighttime like it had just come to life. As the city's gym leader would say, it was simply electrifying.
Ash said, "two tickets for the Ferris wheel please."
A pair of ticket agents said, "Sure thing. Here you go, you're all set. Have a nice ride." Even before they got on the Ferris wheel Pikachu was asleep. It seemed that he was tired from everything that happened in the day.
Serena whispered, "Thank you, Ash." as she rested her head on his shoulder.
Ash asked in the same whisper, "For what?"
Serena answered, "For taking me on amazing adventures all the time. Today was amazing."
Ash said, "Yeah it really was but then again any day spent with you is amazing." As the two were about to reach the top they saw the incredible sight in the distance. You could see all of the beautiful and colorful lights of Nimbasa city. In fact, once they reached the very top to them it seemed like you could see the entire region in the form of tiny lights all around them.
Serena said, "The Unova region really is beautiful."
Ash said, "Yeah that's why I love that I could show it to you." Suddenly there was a loud sound as the Ferris wheel came to an abrupt stop.
Serena asked, "What was that?"
Ash said, "I don't know. I wonder why we stopped."
Pikachu woke up and said, "Pi?" (T: Wha?) Suddenly a hatch on the roof of the Ferris wheel cart opened and a familiar set of maniacal laughs could be heard.
Ash said, "Oh no."
Serena said, "Not them." Jessie, James, and Meowth appeared in their ever-familiar ballon.
Jessie mockingly asked, "Why the long faces? Aren't you happy to see us? It's been a while."
James having the same tone said, "Yes, it has been quite some time now, we haven't seen you guys since the wedding."
Meowth said, "Congratulations by the way you two love Pidoves."
James gushed, "It seems like you two were a match made in heaven."
Jessie said, "Yes, and thanks for the great meal at the reception."
Serena was confused and asked in a shout, "What are you guys talking about you guys weren't invited?"
Meowth said, "Oh but you forget little miss, or should I say Mrs. that we are masters of the art of disguise."
James said, "Yes we were easily able to get in. You two should just be happy that we didn't ruin your special day by trying to catch Pikachu."
Jessie said, "This time you won't be so lucky." Meowth then pulled out a device that extended to grab a surprised Pikachu.
Pikachu said, "Pika!" (T: Ahhh!).
Ash said, "No Pikachu."
Serena said, "You won't get away with this you never do."
Meowth said, "Oh but I think we will." James pressed a button and the Ferris wheel cart fell.
"Ahhhhhhh!" Ash and Serena shouted as they were falling.
"Pikaaaaaa!" shouted Pikachu (T: Noooooo!) Pikachu then tried to break away using thunderbolt despite knowing that it wouldn't work. Pikachu could only watch in horror as the two trainers fell. Suddenly a blurb moved and shattered the glass of the falling cart saving Ash and Serena who were in the middle of a tight embrace.
Team Rocket as well as Pikachu were confused and astonished. The dark blurb landed
revealing itself as a Zoroark and then another blurb freed Pikachu using scratch.
"Pika!" said Pikachu with a delighted smile. (T: Zorua!)
Ash looked at Zoroark and said, "thanks Zoroark it's great to see you." Zoroark just nodded.
Serena said, "Thank goodness."
Ash then looked at the dumbfounded Team Rocket and said, "you're in for it now, Pikachu you know what to do."
James said with a grim tone to his fellow teammates, "oh no, I know that look."
Jessie gripped, "and we were so close too stupid illusion Pokemon."
Meowth said, "well I guess it's back to the drawing board."
Zorua asked, "mind if I join in?"
Pikachu said, "Pi pika." (T: be my guest.)
Zorua said, "okay here goes nothing, Night Daze!" Zorua then pulsed a wave of darkness directed at Team Rocket.
Pikachu said, "Pikachu!" (T: *battle cry*) sending a bolt of electrical energy at the
villains. The two attacks hit Team Rocket and caused an explosion.
They all shouted in unison, "It looks like we're blasting off again!"
Pikachu and Zorua landed both with huge grins on their faces.
Ash said, "great job you two."
Serena said, "yeah you two were amazing."
Zoroark said, "Impressive you two. Zorua you really are showing improvement and Pikachu you were powerful."
Zorua said, "yes! Thank you guys."
Pikachu said, "Chu pi." (T: It was nothing.)
Zorua said, "yeah, now let's get home I can't wait to show you guys!"
"Alright lead the way you two" Ash said. Zorua jumped on Ash's unoccupied shoulder and Zoroark led the way to their cave, the illusion Pokemon lead the couple and their Pokemon deeper into the forest. ten minutes pass when they reach the entrance to the cave.
"Well here we are everyone" Zoroark said with a smile.
"Wow, its big" Serena said, marveling at how big the cave is. There was a bed of moss and leaves and rocks that were a person or Pokemon could sit on, there wasn't much else about the cave at all. it was just a cave.
"I'll get started on dinner" Serena said.
"Wonderful, that would be great, Zorua, you and Pikachu could play until dinner is ready" Zoroark said. "Really? Thanks Meema" Zorua said excitedly, wagging her big fluffy tail. "Come on Pikachu lets go" she said as the two ran off to go play.
"Ash?" Zoroark asked.
"Yeah, whats up?" Ash asked.
"Can i talk to you? Alone" she asked.
"Sure, if thats alright with Serena of course" Ash said glancing at his wife for a moment.
"Thats fine sweetie. Take all the time you need. By then dinner should be almost done" she said with a bright smile.
"Ok. Lets go" Ash said. Zoroark took his hand in her soft paw and lead them deeper into the cave. Soon the two were far enough for the illusion Pokemon and Ash could talk privately while still being in ear shot of Serena and the others. Zoroark sat down on the cave floor with her back supported by the walls and beckoned ash to sit with her.
"Your probably wondering why i called you here. why we walked so far into the cave" Zoroark asked getting a nod from the Kanto trainer.
"I… I wanted to say thank you for saving my precious Zorua all those years ago" she said draping an arm around the boy, holding him close to her. "Capture us, Ash" she said. Ash was completely shocked by this, he didn't expect this answer at all. "I want to know what a trainer is" she said.
"Alright than. If its ok with the others" Ash said with a smile that melted her motherly heart, she hugged him as tight as she could, nuzzling his cheek. She'd always told her little Zorua to be cautious of strangers. But Ash seemed different since she talked so highly of him. Zoroark began to lick his cheek and all over his face affectionately, the boys giggling and laughing music to her ears.
(Thirty minutes later)
"DINNERS READY" Serena called. Ash began to run excitedly to his wife, eager to have another of her delicious meals, he'd honestly never get tired of them at all. Every meal she'd make always brought him to Kalos, the place where he'd found his heart.
"Dinner looks great honey, what'd you make this time?" Ash asked.
"Just some Pasta, a light salad and i have Poke-Puffs for desert" Serena said. The Pokemon were each given a bowl of Pokemon food and a Poke-puff each, tailored to their respective type, while they ate the Pokemon decided to have a conversation of their own.
(With the Pokemon)
("Isn't Ash the greatest?") Zorua asked. Excitedly wagging her tail.
("He is, he has a heart for all pokemon") Greninja said.
("He hatched me from an egg") Scraggy said.
("So how long are we staying here for exactly? I remember we have one last stop to make") Hawlucha said.
("About a week or so") Greninja said
("Awww") Zorua moaned in disappointment.
("Don't be like that young one, we'll see each other again i promise") Talonflame said. Patting the dark type with his wing.
(Back with the humans)
"How are you feeling, Serena?" Ash asked, putting his fork and knife down.
"Im fine, the little one sure likes to kick a lot" Serena said patting her swollen belly.
"Thats great" Ash said.
"I sure hope she can handle the trek to our next destination" Ash muttered. Suddenly he felt a reassuring paw on his shoulder.
"She will Ash, i knew it from when i was invited to your wedding. She'll be fine" Zoroark said with a smile.
'i hope your right' Ash thought with a small frown. The worried Pokemon nuzzled his cheek and resumed eating.
(After dinner - Night fall)
After dinner it was time for bed, the couple had changed into their night clothes and laid down on the bed of moss and leaves, which were surprisingly comfortable. The couple had also packed a blanket too, They were about to fall asleep when Zorua asked a question.
"Can i sleep with you two" Zorua asked, giving the Puppy eyes face, which was too adorable for them to say no. "Yeah Zorua, climb in" Ash said quietly. The dark type nestled in between the two, Ash leant over to his wife and kissed her forehead, Zorua nuzzled her face against her new 'trainer' and the couple and all the Pokemon fell asleep eager to continue their journey.
(The next day)
The couple was up and ready to start the day, Serena was up making breakfast, and like usual Ash in typical Ash fashion was still asleep, Zorua was still sleeping against his chest. Her mother was already awake helping Serena with breakfast. It didn't take long for the two to wake up to the sweet aroma of pancakes with oran berry syrup, and Sitrus berry juice.
"Mmm, five more minutes meema" Zorua said tiredly.
"Man, morning already?" Ash said. But he looked at Zorua and smiled softly. Petting her gently on her head making her purr in delight.
"Morning Ashy, i hoped you slept well" Serena said warmly. Ash nodded before he gently placing Zorua on the blanket and covered her up, she instantly snuggled into the blanket, making Zoroark smile. Ash soon got up and walked behind his wife and kissed her from behind making her giggle.
Ash and Serena soon sent out their Pokemon who were all rested up and ready, they gave their respective cries, before they were given a bowl of Pokemon food and a Poke-puff as well as some Sitrus berry juice.
It wasn't long before breakfast was ready and the group were discussing their plans. "So whats the plan?" Serena asked.
"Well i still have to capture Zorua and Zoroark before we leave for our next destination" Ash said.
"I remember you talking about that, when are you gonna do that?" Serena asked, glancing at Zorua for a minute, smiling at the little fox sleeping, all wrapped in the blanket. Serena got up and picked up the still sleeping fox and held her in her arms.
"Wake up Zorua, breakfast is ready" Serena sang softly, within seconds the fox fluttered her eyes and yawned, stretching her limbs, when she got the sleep out of her eyes, she snuggled up to Serena, Ash fixed her a bowl and Serena set her down so she could eat her breakfast with the rest of the Pokemon.
(with the Pokemon)
("How did you all sleep?") Talonflame asked
("We slept okay, though i wish Zorua didn't take my spot between Ash") Pikachu pouted making Zorua snicker to herself.
("Hehe sorry") Zorua snickered.
(Back with the humans)
"Well Zorua, Zoroark. Are you ready to explore the world?" Ash asked excitedly.
"Im ready" Zorua said. Zoroark just nodded.
"Alright go Pokeball" Ash said, throwing tow Pokeballs at the two dark types. The two shook once, twice then they clicked signifying the capture was successful.
"ALRIGHT I JUST CAUGHT A ZORUA AND ZOROARK" Ash exclaimed in a cheer.
"Pi Pikachu" Pikachu said happily. (T: Yay, new friends).
(Later the same day)
Ash and Serena were in some unknown location that could not be found on any map. It was
a forest area that wasn't like any other forest they had ever traveled through, it looked like a regular forest but it was really a maze of sorts even their Pokémon were lost.
Serena asked, "Where are we?"
Ash said, "I don't know but we need to keep going."
Serena asked, "Didn't Ridley tell you how to find their home?"
Ash said, "well yeah but he didn't specify where exactly to go in this forest."
Zorua said from her Pokéball, "This place is even more confusing than our home Meema."
Pikachu said, "Pika!" (T: you can say that again)
Then the group heard a rustle in the leaves nearby. Suddenly a little girl popped out with a Wachog startling Ash and Serena.
She asked, "Who are you!? What are you doing here in this forest."
Ash said, "Woah, woah, it's okay, we're just looking for our friends."
Serena asked, "Do you think you could help us, we're looking for a village?"
The girl said in a sarcastic voice, "Sure you're just looking for your friends. Like I'll believe that. You're probably a bunch of bad guys here to hurt Meloetta or reveal the location of the village or something else really horrible."
Ash said, "No, no, we really are just looking for our friends we don't want to hurt Meloetta."
Pikachu said, "Pika pi." (T: Yeah, we're all friends.)
The little girl said, "No way, let's go Wachog attack."
Watchog prepared to unleash an attack but before it could unleash it a beautiful melody stopped everyone in its tracks.
A young man then jumped out of the bushes and said, "Wait!"
Ash, Serena, and the little girl said, "Ridley!"
The girl said, "Great, Ridley you're here you can help me deal with these bad guys."
Ridley looked at the little girl and said, "Jonda you know you're not supposed to leave the village without telling anyone and that is no way to treat our guests."
Jonda said, "But they're here to harm Meloetta."
Ridley gave a little chuckle and said, "I highly doubt that, right Meloetta."
Meloetta then revealed herself and hugged onto Ash and Pikachu, "ASH! PIKACHU!"
Ash said, "Meloetta so glad to see you."
Pikachu said, "Pikachu!" (T: Meloetta!)
Ridley said, "Come now let's get to the village I bet you guys need a break, and Jonda owes you guys an apology."
Serena said, "No problem, there was no harm done so it's all good."
Jonda gasped and said, "I guess you guys really are friends of the village, I'm sorry me and my Wachog attacked you guys."
Ash said, "Ah, it's okay you would have done great against any real bad guys I bet."
Ridley said, "Come on let's get out of this forest."
"Our leader and i prepared a room for you and Serena" Ridley said beckoning them to follow. Soon they were in front of a medieval style building, opening the doors they were in front of their leader. Their tribe leader was decorated man, wearing a white cloth robe with gold trim and jewels. His outfit could be compared to clothing worn by kings in the seventeenth century
"Welcome Ash ketchum, savior of this fine world and chosen of Arceus. We've been expecting you" he said. Ash and his wife bowed in greeting.
"Ridley, take these two to their room. Im sure they're exhausted from their trek here" he said.
"Yes sir" Ridley said. gesturing them to follow, walking down the hall the two were astonished by the sheer size of the palace, soon the two were in front of their room, opening the door the couple were just as impressed with their room as they were with the entire palace. Their room was clad in gold, the lining of the walls were adorned with gold trim, the rug was a beautiful cherry red, made from a soft fur type material, the room also had oil based paintings of what the couple assumed were of the villages descendants spanning several generations.
The bed was a beautiful dark green with gold trim, just like with everything else in the room, their sheets were ice white devoid of any stain, it appeared to them that the village was big on hospitality to anyone who ventured to their sacred land and needed rest. But visitors were few and far between.
"Feel free to explore your room and wander around the palace. Dinner will be ready soon" Ridley said bowing to the two.
"Hehe hi Ash. Missed me?" a mischievous playful voice said. Uncloaking herself.
"Yes i did Meloetta. How were things with the village over the years I've been away?" Ash asked stroking her cheek.
The melody Pokemon giggled melodically, "Things have been rather calm, but i missed the times I traveled with you. I missed you so much" she said snuggling up with Ash.
"Hey don't we take a small nap while dinner is being made, that way we're all rested from traveling, and ready for an afternoon meal" Serena suggested.
"I agree with you" Ash said with a yawn, his Pikachu mirrored his actions. Getting in bed with his wife the two snuggled up to each other, Meloetta began to sing in her magical voice, her lullaby coaxing the two into a dreamful slumber, soon she snuggled into Ash's arms, even managing to sneak a kiss on his lips before falling asleep along with the trio of travelers.
(Hours later)
"Ash, Serena, Pikachu and Meloetta woke up to the sound of knocking on their room door. Serena groggily rose from her slumber to go answer the door.
"Dinner is ready, if your all set i will lead you to the dining room" a guard said. Serena nodded before waking up her husband.
Once Ash was fully awake he called Pikachu over to his shoulder and Meloetta took a seat on his unoccupied shoulder, the two Pokemon trainers getting their Pokemon and followed the guard to the dining hall.
"Woah this place is huge" Ash said. The place was just as fancy as the rest of the palace, gold was lined everywhere on the walls and the palace even had colored glass depicting Meloetta, the forces of nature, the history of the reveal glass, the village and its many conquests over the centuries. Needless to say it was a marvelous sight to behold.
The couple each sat down next to Ridley and Meloetta was happily seated on his shoulder. Serena and Ash were seated right next to Ridley, and surprisingly Ash was eating with grace, something that he wasn't at all known for. Surprising even Meloetta.
"How are you feeling Serena?" Ash asked his wife.
"I think I'm done with traveling for a while" Serena said patting her belly. Ash was becoming concerned, was the baby supposed to arrive soon? He wasn't sure but he decided to ask around for some help.
"If you'll excuse me" Ash said getting up from his seat. He excused himself to go talk to the tribe leader. He walked around for a while until he found the leaders quarters, he knocked on the door and waited for a response.
"Master Ash, what could i do for you?" He asked.
"My wife is pregnant and i was wondering if you had any medical staff, to help monitor her condition" Ash explained his situation.
"I see" the tribe leader said stroking his beard. "Consider it done, I'll have someone look after her for you"
"Thank you sir" Ash said with a bow.
"ASH" Meloetta said suddenly appearing from nowhere.
"Meloetta, what're you doing here?" Ash asked.
"Serena wasn't feeling well so Ridley escorted her to the room your staying in to rest" Meloetta said, the Kanto trainer nodded in understanding.
'She must be close to her due date' Ash thought. The melody Pokemon noticed the boys silence and nuzzled her cheek against his lovingly.
"She'll be fine Ashy" Meloetta said teasingly.
"How do you know about that?" Ash asked.
"Oh Ash your so dense, i had a crush on you ever since you saved me from those falling boxes in that warehouse back in Unova" Meloetta said, blushing at finally admitting her affections for the boy.
"Ash i—" Ridley said as he caught up to the boy and Pokemon.
"Meloetta told me" Ash said.
"We have our best healers looking after her" Ridley said putting a hand on his shoulder.
"I know" the boy said with a frown. "Im just worried for her is all" Ash said.
"Hey Ash i want to know what you did over the years since we parted ways" Meloetta said.
"Alright" Ash said.
"I know this really beautiful lake near the village" she said.
"Lead the way" he said.
The Melody pokemon wasted no time in taking her crush to the lake, it surprisingly was not too far from the village, so it didn't take them long to reach it. And to say Ash wasn't impressed would be a understatement. It was massive, it was also surrounded by berry bushes of all sorts, as soon as the two found a spot the two began their conversation.
"So what have you been doing?" Meloetta asked, taking a seat on Ash's lap.
"Well i went to Kalos after my loss in the Unova league" Ash said.
"Im sorry that you lost. I was really hoping you'd win" Meloetta said looking Ash in the eyes.
"I appreciate it Meloetta, thank you. So after my journey in Unova. I went home to prepare for my next Journey in the Kalos region. And while i was there i wanted to challenge the gym in Lumiose city, now me being forgetful went in and the leader shocked Pikachu and i, before we got launched out of the side of the gym. This was because before hand i didn't know that this was the fifth gym." Ash said.
"Then what happened" Meloetta asked.
"I met two people who would travel with me named Clemont and Bonnie" Ash said.
From there the Kanto trainer told Meloetta about the Garchomp incident, and him meeting Serena again and catching up on the lost years. he told her about his Greninja and the transformation it had with the bond phenomenon. Ash couldn't explain it accurately but tried to the best of his abilities. In turn Meloetta told her crush about her time in the village and what she had been doing since than.
Later the two decided to head back for the village, and retire for the day. It wasn't quite night time yet but the two wanted to be safe. Ash had fun talking to Meloetta. She always seemed so cheerful, maybe it was her 'crush' on him that made her so happy. Or maybe it was because the raven haired boy finally made up on his promise to visit her one day.
(Later that night)
Night had fallen and the two were ready for bed, Ash was looking at Serena worriedly. Her due date was in two months. And he wanted to get back home to be ready for when she delivers the baby. Ash had discussed his troubles with the village leader and he was ok with them leaving the next day.
"I love you so much Serena. You make me the happiest person ever. You know" Ash said watching his sleeping wife with a small smile.
"I love you" Ash whispered, gently kissing her forehead he soon drifted off to sleep.
(The next morning)
The two trainers, their Pokemon and Meloetta all stood outside the village walls, ready to take off to Nimbasa city to get back home.
"Bye Ash, take care. You two are welcome here anytime" Ridley said waving to the Pikachu trainer with a smile.
"Bye everyone, take care" Serena said waving.
"Bye Ash" Meloetta said. But just as the two were about to take off Meloetta stopped them.
"Wait Ash there's something i forgot to give you" Meloetta said.
"Oh? What's that" Ash asked confused.
"This…" was all Meloetta said before kissing the Kanto trainer fully on the lips with all the love she could give. She broke the kiss to gauge her crush' reaction. He had a stupid grin on his face making Serena and Meloetta giggle. The two trainers began to fly off into the sunset eager to prepare for their newest member of their family.
"So Meloetta likes you, huh?" Serena asked, a noticeable smirk on her face
"Your not mad?" Ash asked astonished.
"Mad? Why would I be mad?. She's actually really adorable, I had a feeling something was going on. But not something like that. Your really are one of a kind" Serena said.

Also i hope their was an equal balance between shippings here though i might've over extended a bit. LOL. And if their isn't… just roll with it i guess. Also i dont need a mob of angry shippers with cotton candy, pitchfork and enforcer rams knocking at my door.
I love Meloetta so much so i apologize again if i gave her more screen time than Serena.
