The sound of Liyue merchants calling for customers from all over the place die in his ears the moment he turns around. The traveler and their fairy companion wave at him, a certain green-caped bard following closely behind with a grin. His mouth agapes then closes before his feet starts walking forward. He can hear his business partners calling out to him in confusion but none of that matters as he summons a steele right behind where the bard is walking, surprising him. Even from afar, he can see the bard is about to open his mouth to protest and failed to do so when he summons another pillar.
Then another, "Eep!"
And another, "Wait!"
The traveler only watches from the sideline and already steers away as more steeles beginning to surround his anemo-user friend. The steeles has sealed most of the bard's escape route except upward and the front which Zhongli is coming from... and even closer, "Listen to me old man-," Venti is about to start but is quickly interrupted when a pair of arms envelop him and another steele is summoned to complete a wall surrounding them, completely hiding the two of them from the rest of Liyue, from the world.
The once was Archon of Freedom laughs and wraps his arms around the other's bigger back, "I'm back," to which the no longer Emperor of Geo replies, "You're late."
