Percy POV

After the giant war, Leo had returned with Calypso. We'd all been overjoyed to see him and we had made a line of everyone who wanted to talk to him. I had been spending as much time as possible with Annabeth and was planning on proposing soon. I had told her mom that I was going to propose, of course, and had even gotten permission, which I was sure was my father's work.

I even had the ring picked out, and was ready to propose tonight, but the fates had other plans. As soon as we got to the beach, a bright light engulfed us, and we felt the sensation of falling into a really deep hole. It was more pleasant than shadow-traveling, but it wasn't amazing either. Annabeth and I just clung to each other as we fell, hoping this trip wouldn't be like the last one we took down a hole. We fell for another minute before we noticed yet another bright light and came into another room.

The ceiling was tall and so we fell fifty more feet. I landed below Annabeth and felt about thirteen other people land on me as well. I cracked the floor, which was strong marble because I bathed in the River Styx yet again when I was in Tartarus. Bathing in the River Styx in Tartarus gives you slightly different results, however.

Flashback

Annabeth and I were walking in Tartarus. The world's deadliest date! I thought to myself. I noticed the River Styx and went to bathe in it, ignoring Annabeth's protests.

"Don't follow me, Wise Girl. I don't want you in any more pain than necessary."

She went silent and watched me carefully as I waded in. Once I was in however, I didn't feel anything that I hadn't felt before. The River Styx was nothing compared to the Arai and gorgon's blood. This time, the different thing was that I had a vision while I was in the water.

"Perseus Jackson" A slow, haunting voice came through the water, sounding ancient.

"Lady Styx," I answered since I knew who it was.

"You are the first to carry my blessing twice, which grants you the power of having no Mortal point, and since you are no longer fully Greek, you cannot lose my blessing to the River Tiber." My mouth dropped open, but she wasn't done talking, "Since you have bathed in my river in Tartarus, I give you the power to revoke or reinforce oaths made on my waters, and choose the punishment." By now my mouth was on the floor.

"Farewell Perseus Jackson. You no longer have anything to fear. Even Tartarus cannot harm you." In a flash, I was back on the riverbank. Annabeth shot up.

"Percy!" She shouted, "You were gone for so long! I thought you were dead!"

I laughed and smiled. "No, Lady Styx gave me her blessing, so I have no mortal point, and nothing can harm me. I can also revoke oaths and dish out punishment. Zeus is going to get it when we get back." I smirked and grabbed her hand, "Come on. Let's get out of here."

Walking through Tartarus wasn't as scary anymore, and I started to enjoy it when nothing could hurt me, but I could tell Annabeth was still scared, so I went as fast as I could, determined not to stop until I reached the doors of death.

End Flashback

Thalia POV

I was with the hunt, but somehow I was separated from the group. I wasn't that worried, however, because I was more of a loner anyway. As much as I loved my sisters, some of them could be annoying, and I enjoyed the peace of the hunt.

When I was about to find my next animal for the hunt, a bright light engulfed me and I was suddenly incredibly high up. I screamed, but when I fell, I ended up landing on something or someone. When I thought about it though, I landed on multiple people.

"Everyone, get off me. I'm not your pillow!" Came a voice from below me. With a start, I realized it was Percy.

"Kelp Head?" I asked.

But before I could get an answer, a loud voice came from above us, and I noticed that I hadn't looked around at my surroundings. We were on Olympus.

Poseidon POV

Before twelve people fell out of the sky, I thought my day was going to be another boring day of fighting with my brother. He had let some of our children visit Olympus for the meeting, specifically his idiot son Heracles, his son Perseus, my son Orion, my son Thesus, and Hera's champion Jason. But then the people fell out of the sky.

"Kelp head?" One of them, a dark girl wearing a lot of chains asked. Who would want to wear chains?

"Yes, pinecone face?" Came the answer from below the pile. He seemed to be the one everyone fell on. "Before you answer that, can you all get off of me?"

All of them scrambled off of him, and we could finally see him. I gasped. He looked almost exactly like me except he was wearing an even fancier toga than I was.

"Really?" He yelled at the sky.

"Don't do that!" Athena rushed to tell him, "yelling at the sky while you're on Olympus means that you're yelling at the fates!"

He nodded, "I'm aware," and continued to yell at the sky.

"Why did you take me here? I would've gone in like an hour or two if you had asked! You know what I was going to do today! And why am I wearing these ridiculously fancy bedsheets!?"

He seemed to enjoy self-inflicted pain, so he stuck his middle finger up into the sky.

The Fates flashed down, looking much younger than we had ever seen them. "Young man! Don't do that!"

He didn't seem phased. "You know what I was going to do! Why'd you stop it and bring us here?"

"We're sorry son," At this everyone gasped, "We sent you back to this point in time because this is right before Heracles is made a god. Also," They added, "We just adopted him. You'll find out whose son he is when you read the books."

"What books Lady Fates?" Zeus asked, polite for the first time in his life.

"These books." They chorused, making a pile of books drop on the boy's head.

"Moms!" He whined. This boy was starting to get on my nerves.

"Um," He stuttered after The Fates had flashed out, "I guess we start reading?"

We all nodded. How could he not see that we obviously wanted him to start. And how dare he disrespect the gods like that. He didn't even bow!
