It was an Autumn Saturday morning in Grandline Canyon, Gardeners and Street Sweepers were everywhere gathering fallen leaves, It was all peaceful til
"Dammit" A tall librarian thought, trying to calm his red face by leaning down on his cold arms, He was currently satted on a table near the window of the Heart Library.
While reading a novel he heard his stupid nickname (oh he loves it) getting shouted from outside, He directed his gaze to the outside world, seeing a strawhated teen walking while looking at him, The teen stopped once his eyes met with Law's. He gave the man a warm smile, causing Law's heart to skip a beat and made his chest weak causing him to abruptly slump down the table, hitting his forehead in the process
He was beyond embarrassed, He soothed his forehead while trying to calm his racing heart. He once again looked outside the open window and saw the small teen's shoulder trembling trying to supress his laughter on the little show he made
He straightened his back and covered his face with a hand while the other gave a small wave, He simply recieved a laugh from the other, Oh good Lord, He can hear those laughter from beyond the street The teen gave a final wave and went to unlock and enter the Thousand Merry flower shop, it was a colorful shop, decorated with flowers, chimes and whatnot, it simply screamed 'festival'
Law and Luffy altogether slumped down on their desk/table once the other was out of sight, the other only grinned and giggled while the other was a blushing mess "Gosh, his cute" They both thought

It was Sunday Aftertoon when Law decided to call Luffy for a simple drink at Shakky's bar, He stood in the middle of his apartment, hand and legs trembling slightly while, he held the phone next to his ear, His breath stuttering slightly
The phone kept ringing and ringing until a few seconds the other end picked up
"This is Monkey D. Luffy speaking"
He silently inhaled and answered
"Its me Luffy-ya"
"Ah! Tarao!" "What made you call me this Sunday?" Luffy asked
He could hear his heartbeat beating louder and louder in his ribcage "I was just going to ask if you're free Later" His hands were trembling and his feet rooted itself to the ground while his back was stiff as an oak tree, The other line was silent making Law even more nervous
"Uhh, Yeah...Me and my brothers are going out to watch a movie!" Luffy said in excitement "Why are you asking?"
"I was just hoping you could join me in having a little drink in Shakky's" Law answered, suprised he didnt stutter or sound nervous at all
"But since your busy, How about tomorrow aftertoon? " He asked sounding more confident now
Law walked to the end of the bed finally breaking those cold roots on his feet, He sat down and patted his white Chow Chow right beside him, Bepo
"Oh sure why not!" Luffy answered happily, Law smiled for the first time in the day, He was hella anxious at the morning, pacing around alot. When he was about to speak there was another voice on the line
"Oi Luffy, hurry up and get ready, we have 20 minutes left before the Cinema is packed"
"Ace! Just a minute, Sorry Tarao gotta go! Meet ya soon in Shakky's!" The other line ended and soon met him with a beep
He closed his phone ending the loud beep and met with complete silence, His back fell down the bed with a soft opmfh. Right at that moment he gasped for air, not knowing he was holding his breath just awhile ago, he clutched his right hand on his chest, Feeling his heart beating rapidly
He gave off a soft laugh and touched his warm face with his left hand
"Haha, I did it" He smiled triumphly
Monday afternoon came in a flash, both of them in their comfortable wear walking next to eachother talking, well mostly Luffy Talking and Law listening
They finally arrived at Shakky's and chose a seat on the balcony, For a bar it was huge, The balcony overlooked the Lucious green Sabaody Park, They ordered their food and went back to chatting (Luffy ordering food ofc while Law ordered a Taquila)
"Shishishi, remember how we first met?" Luffy asked making Law blush in embarrassment, I mean who would give their number just after meeting a cute little shit? Unfortunately Its Trafalgar Law
He was closing the Library doors when someone tapped his shoulders, He looked back and saw a teen with a strawhat. It was Love at first sight or attraction-? for Law, The teen was surely attractive, with the small scar under his eye and messy round black eyes matching with his nightsky hair He remembered his face warming up but it subdued when the small teen gave him a wallet
"Traf- Tara- Tarao! You're Tarao Law right?" The teen asked Okay the subdue was a lie, The teen can't pronounce his name making him even more cute. "Y-yeah" he wheezed out an answer, sounding like a dry old man, He cursed at his mind and his blush darkened "Shishsishi Your Funny, Heres your wallet by the way!" He laughed, giving Law the wallet and Law accepted it, Not fazed that he lost his wallet but screaming happily in his mind that a cute attractive guy just gave him back his wallet, "Im Monkey D. Luffy! Nice to meet ya Tarao!" Luffy held out his hand and Law shook his hand, "Just call me Law if you can't pronounce my name" He said "Nuh-uh Tarao's better" he grinned, not bothered that his face is warming up. While poor Law is already a tomato He coughed awkwardly and pocketed his wallet. He stuffed his hand on his secret jacket pocket and took out a short pencil and a sticky note, which confused Luffy Law wrote his number on the sticky note and gave the paper to Luffy "Here's my number, text me later, I'll treat you for a meal as thanks for bringing back my wallet" he said halfly nervous and calm "Oh thanks!" Luffy took the paper and stuffed it in his pocket, a ring sounded on his watch and he looked down on his wrist "Whoaa Its late, Well then Bye for now Tarao! Ill text ya later!" The teen said while walking down the stairs, he waved Law good bye and continued to walk towards a nearby car just infront of the library. Law only stood feeling warm and when Luffy was on the back of the car he felt giddy and can't stop giggling causing his brothers to be suspicious, and for the rest of the months they talked learning more about each other
Luffy laughed while Law again was a blushing mess while he silently grumbled, Luffy remembered not being excited about the meal which was unusual of him but meeting the librarian once again made him excited in the past, and here again, he feels warm and happy just talking to Law, He also knew it was Love at first sight when he saw Law in person, but it took him days to notice. They continued to chat for awhile until Law pushed his courage to do it
Law took Luffy's hand onto his and caressed it with his thumb, "Luffy-ya.." His voice becoming soft, Luffy couldn't help but smile "Yeah?"
"I always wanted to say this.." He brought Luffy's hand near his face and nuzzled his nose on top of Luffy, Inhaling his faint scent while he kept caressing his palm
Law looked up at Luffy who is bright as a tomato, he can't help but smirk, payback for making him blush all the time
"I really really like you, everytime Id look at you, I feel whole and right when my eyes landed on you... I knew, you were the only one" He inhaled and said "I love you, Luffy" He kissed Luffy's hand and looked up
Luffy was a hundred shades of red, Law gave an amused smirk and letted go of Luffy's hand and shifting nervously, waiting for an answer
Luffy scratched his cheeks trying to calm down his heating face, He giggled "I've been waiting for you to say that" He stood up and grabbed Law from his colar and kissed him, Bless them their distance was near and little people were around or else it would be awkward
Law was shocked when both of them was settled down on their sit, Luffy was holding the edge of his hat down with both his hands covering half of his face while steam came out of his ears
"Wait what...?" Law asked completely flustered and somewhat confused, They both knew about their feelings so asking that was stupid of him
Luffy laughed aloud his left eye peeking through his hat while the other was still holding from the edge of the hat
"I love you too, Law"

For some background check Luffy and Law had known each other for 10 months, Luffy and his brothers moving in Grandline Canyon before Christmas while Law have lived here his entire life
