Morfin Gaunt had a child with Vinda Rosier, one Argon Marvolo Gaunt. He was eventually schooled at Hogwarts, being Sorted into Gryffindor, where he lived a storied schooling, being one of the Institutions Two Great Princes. He eventually fell in love with Leta Black.

Regulus Black and Sirius Black had a sister between them; Leta Black. Leta had a child with Argon Gaunt. Ans despite Argon's parents instability he proved a decent father, and fathered a child with Leta.

The child was Born Corvinus Cygnus Marvolo Arcturus Gaunt, Or Corvus Gaunt for short. When Argon was visited by Voldemort, The Dark Lord took Corvinus and gave him to Regulus Black, Corvinus's maternal uncle, and Argon's brother-in-law. But when Regulus turned on Voldemort, He entrusted the boy to his cousin Andromeda Tonks and her husband Ted Tonks.

Eventually with Voldemort's death, Corvinus was permitted to live within a restricted Magical Community.

Young Corvinus Gaunt got up bright and early as usual, and immediately started to get ready. Today he'd at long last get to begin his Hogwarts Education. He was descended from The inbred House of Gaunt and the considerably less-inbred Houses of Black and Rosier.

Because of the new genes that were introduced, Corvinus had no real inbred problems. Yes both The Gaunt's and the Black's were inbred and shared the same founding ancestor, but Corvus's father was a Son of Gaunt as well as a son of Rosier.

And the Rosier family was drastically less inbred than more than half the Sacred Twenty Eight Pure-Blood Families.

Thus Corvinus had no defects and had plenty of benefits to him.

Corvinus preferred the Black Family Estate to the nightmarish shack that was the Gaunt Families ancestral home. Or rather the destroyed ancestral home, as Corvinus first act was to burn the shack to the ground when he was given the choice to live between the Tonks, Black, and Gaunt Homes.

Corvinus got on rather well with the Portraits there. Particularly Orion Black and Phineas Black. He'd hired three new House Elves to assist Kreacher. Aunt Andromeda as he called her had helped him fix up Number 12 Grimmauld Place.

This was a child who had to grow up quickly in order to make his own destiny...

(Diagon Alley)

Corvinus had bathed, brushed, and dressed and as usual went on to the Tonks House via Floo Powder. He had enjoyed a good breakfast and was now at Diagon Alley, specifically the Wand Shop that was Ollivanders.

As Corvinus reached the front counter he found an old man he assumed to be Garrick Ollivander.

''Ahh, Welcome Young man, you must be Corvinus Cygnus Marvolo Arcturus Gaunt. It feels like only yesterday that I was a young man new to the family business and had given your father his first Wand.'' Says old man Ollivander wistfully.

''I barely knew him from my grandfather, I was too young to realize that the man I remembered so vividly was the man who made me an orphan. He better hope he stays dead, because if he doesn't, I will make sure that it's permanent next time.'' Corvinus replies darkly, his eyes flashing snake for a few precious seconds.

Though he doesn't show it, Ollivander reacts internally to his eye shift.

'Your father was an expert duelist, his Wand was a 12 and 1/4 a Inch Red Oak with Dragon Heartstring for the Core. Your mother was a master at Transfiguration, hers was a Pine Wand of 10 and a 1/2 Inches and a Thunderbird Tail Feather. Understanding this leads me to believe...is something wrong?'' Asks Ollivander upon notice Corvinus's focus on a box kn the Back.

''I keep hearing a faint music tone from that box.'' Says Corvinus.

Ollivander goes over and pulls out a Jet Black Wand. As he nears the counter where Corvinus awaits, Corvinus notices that the musical tune while still significantly faint, was slightly louder. As he placed it down, Corvus reached out and it Emitted a bright light before he even touched it.

''How curious, Ebony, 13 and 3/4 Inch, Originally this held a Horned Serpent Horn Core, but the Core fell dormant. I could not remove it and every attempt to supply a new core caused the Wand to become dormant and irreplaceable, thus forcing me to combine the horn with a new core of Phoenix Tail Feather. Honestly It's a miracle that it worked given it's part of a set, as one Wand cannot function properly without the other.'' Says Ollivander.

''Pardon?'' Asks Corvinus as Ollivander fetches an additional Wand.

''Laurel, 12 and 1/2 Inch, Horned Serpent Horn Core that was replaced by a Dragon Heartstring from a particularly nasty Hungarian Horntail, which in turn had to be replaced by a Combination of the two previous Cores, though the replacement Heartstring came from a Ukrainian Ironbelly instead of a Horntail.'' Says Ollivander.

Corvinus picks up both wands and gives them a tentative swish each. A light quickly blossoms from each of the two Wands.

''It seems we've found your match my boy.'' Says Ollivander with an infectious and warm smile, causing a smaller one to break out upon Corvinus's face.

''Two Wands, how often has that occurred?'' Asks Corvinus.

''More often than one would think, Sir Cadogan, Morgana Le Fay, Merlin, Lady Guinevere, Edward Thatch, Charlemagne and Roland, Sam Bellamy, Winston Churchill, Herpo the Foul, Nicholas Flamel, Boudicca, Salazar Slytherin, The Bloody Baron, The Fat Friar, Helga Hufflepuff, James Cook, and Phineas Nigellus Black, they all wielded two wands, at least among those of European Origin.'' Ollivander explained.

''I see several distinguished names there; Herpo the Foul, creator of the First Basilisk. Nicholas Flamel, creator of the Philosophers Stone and once an ally of The Wizarding Worlds greatest Magizoologist, Newton Scamander. Merlin, The Fat Friar, and Bloody Baron, were all Hogwarts Alumnus. Helga Hufflepuff and my ancestor Salazar Slytherin, Two of Hogwarts four founders. The Holy Roman Muggle Emperor Charlemagne and his best friend Roland. Headmaster Phineas Nigellus Black, My Maternal Ancestor and one of Hogwarts more notable Headmaster's.'' Corvinus notes.

''You've read your history? Rare for one to be as learned as yourself, but so young.'' Says Ollivander in surprise.

''Library's ne of the few places the Black Family portraits know where to shut up and stay silent.'' Says Corvinus.

''Umm, excuse me?'' A slightly timid voice asks, and both men turn to find Harry Potter behind them.

''Just my luck, Harry Potter comes in here just as I get an instrument that can be used for good or evil. I'm torn Potter between killing you...and thanking you.'' Says Corvinus.

''I'm sorry?'' Potter asks slightly confused and scared.

''You killed my cousin. The Dark Lord was my flesh and blood, my kin, my family. Yet with his acts so despicable, so vile, So Disgusting!...You did my family a favor. Yet the man was still family. You can't always get to pick your family Potter, your blood family at any rate, but when your older and wiser you can pick a group of friends as your family. I won't exact vengeance on you, do not worry Potter, nor do I hold you accountable for his death, family though he was, he was nevertheless a dark stain upon my lineage, one you corrected through a mixture of sheer luck, chance, and fate. My Name's Corvinus Cygnus Marvolo Arcturus Gaunt. The Dark Lord's Mother, was my Great Aunt.'' Says Corvinus.

''That's a long name.'' Harry says.

''Harry! Never say that to Gaunt or Black!'' A lumbering Half-Giant appears suddenly and says it in whisper-bellow.

''It's alright Master Hagrid, he and I can trace our descent from the same tree, he just happens to not have raised amongst Magic as I have.'' Corvinus says waving of Hogwarts Gamekeeper's concerns with clear amusement. ''In any event I'd best get going, have a few more errands left to run before the train. I'll see you around Potter.'' Says Corvinus.

''Is He really his cousin?'' Asks Harry.

''Yes, his uncle was yer father's best man if I remember rightly.'' Says Hagrid before getting a look in his eyes. ''I shouldn't have said that.''

After buying a Nimbus 2000 and a Snowy Owl he'd named Ivarr, after legendary Wizard Viking Ivarr "The Boneless" Ragnarson, Corvinus decided that he had enough time to gather some extra materials for Hogwarts.

But he also hoped to get his hands on more advanced books. He'd spent a lot of tears studying Hexes, Jinxes, and Curses, as well as Counter Curses. So he hoped to get some books on Healing Spells if at all possible. After that it'd be off to Platform 9 and 3/4's. Then off to Hogwarts!!!

(Time-Skip: The Train)

Getting his books and extra stuff was simple enough that Corvinus was lucky enough to have first pick of the compartments on the Hogwarts Express. It Wouldn't be long now...

Been itching to get this out for seven months, just never got atmround to it. This will be a Slytherin Story, I'll eventually be launching A Gryffindor Version, but this has priority in that list of two.

Now Corvinus will be part of a Triangle, He'll have two loves on Slytherin and one outside of it, find out soon.
