A/N: I'd just like to say that neither of these works belong to me, only the plot of this fanfic is something that I made up. Seriously, I'm not Rick Riordan, nor am I J. K. Rowling! Rated T because I don't trust myself not to curse, hehe. Also, I'm sorry if anyone acts O.O.C. (Out Of Character), I'm just no good at catching the essence of characters, sorry.
A girl stood in an empty room, she was wearing a brown dress and a flower crown, a white cardigan was draped over her shoulders and her hair reached just past her chin. Her look may have looked normal to a person from that time, but her hair threw the vintage-cottagecore look completely. It was wavy and bi-coloured, one half of her head was pink and the other was purple. Her cheeks were littered with freckles and her eyes were the colour of honey. The girl looked around and nervously tapped a rhythm against the little plastic cup she was holding. (The cup was Winnie the Pooh-themed.)
The girl took a sip of her cup and the liquid in it will remain a mystery. Her mouth tugged up in a grin as she brought up her hand and snapped her fingers. The sound echoed through the empty room, and nothing happened. She frowned "awh bugger, did I fuck it up, again?!" she mumbled and ran her fingers through her multi-coloured hair. As her eyes skimmed the room, she snapped again.
Suddenly the once empty room morphed into a more homey living room with couches and bean bags, three doors lead to a kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway filled with doors that lead to a bunch of bedrooms.
"Much better" the mystery girl humphed, before reaching into her pocket and pulling out flashcards "I brought you here to read a book, yeah, cool, cool-" she flipped the card over "-don't be alarmed, okay-" she looked at the next card "-I won't be taking any responsibility for any harm that may take place? what-" her face looked bewildered as she crumpled up that card "-yeah, I'm kidnapping them, that would 'alarm' them even more!-" she started heading towards the kitchen "-Imma just, you know, chuck these out."
The moment the door closed after her, a bright light appeared. Once the light had faded, bodies were littered all over the room, their voices started shouting:
"Bloody 'ell!"
"I will tell my father about this!"
"Where are we?"
"Is that a pea-bag!?"
Absolute chaos.
"Silence!" a man named Albus Dumbledore shouted, everyone shut up instantly. He brought up his wand and all the stuff that had gotten chucked flew back to its original place. His eyes twinkled "please remain calm" his eyes flickered over the room and he mentally created a list of all the people in that room.
'Molly and Arthur Weasley, along with kids; Bill, Fred, George, and Ron.
Draco Malfoy, Harry Potter, and Hermione Granger.
Minerva McGonagall and Severus Snape.
Remus Lupin and Sirius Black.'
"Let's take a seat while we wait for our host to greet us-" and he plopped down on a beanbag "-I received a letter right before we arrived here, it told me that we should remain calm and that we were safe" Dumbledore's tone calmed everyone, but some were not calm enough.
"Albus, I believe that it is not wise to trust a letter-" Snape's angry hissing was interrupted by the girl entering the room.
She froze at the sight of them, eyes wide and her mouth drooping slightly open.
There was a beat of silence as everyone stared at her and she stared back.
"huh."
"Who are you!"
Sirius Black and the girl said at the same time, she jumped at his loud shout and wiped away her little milk mustache.
"I- Uh, wow, but, yeah, uhm, I, shit, I'm sorry-" she started nervously searching for words "-I'm, uh, hi!" she chirped and waved.
Hermione slapped Ron's hand as he waved back at her.
"Uh, sorry, I'm Ellie! I brought you here to read a book! please don't get mad or panic" 'Ellie' told them frantically.
"Sorry, what?" Harry Potter said incredulously. Remus rubbed his forehead "A book?" he sounded so tired, Ellie glanced down guiltily before nodding.
"It's a good book and I really like it" Ellie offered weakly, Hermione frowned "what book? I've probably read it before" Ron and Harry snorted, before avoiding eye contact as Hermione glared at them.
"I'm 100% sure you've never read it-" Hermione sniffed distastefully "-it's called Percy Jackson and the Last Olympian"
