Unexpected Play Dates:
Boris Yeltsin: Very glad you are. I definitely will, life won't stop me. Thanks for the Favorite here.
Kennedy11035: Yeah, thought the concept would be. Sweet, I won't disppoint. Right I'll try.
Sitting in the Collège Françoise Dupont art room, she stares at the blank page. Pencil gripped firmly in her right hand. Sharp brown eyes close in dreadful fustration.
'Nothing decent is emerging.'
Fencing class doesn't start for 2 whole hours. At the time it felt good for any peace she could gift herself with. Yet as time ticks on, the blunette fears it was all for not.
Taking a deep breath, sslloowwllyy letting it out her pencil starts to draw on its own accord. Thoughts and emotions she tried to bury, bleed to life on the page.
Sharp brown eyes glance up from her nearly finished piece, to see the art room writing duo walk inside. "Hi Kagami, haven't seen you here in awhile." The opal blue eyed redhead states cheerfully.
Kagami nods side glancing them both. "Nathaniel, Marc." Stating in turn, voice flat but polite. Marc runs his right cheek with gently, light green eyes shift away from her nervously.
"Hehe, yeah- so- so how've you been?"
He gulps down his neverousness at his question. Nathaniel smiles over his shoulder at his boyfriend. Pistachio light green eyes continue to show fear but never look away from the intimidating blunette.
"I'm content, thank you."
She gives a short nod, before silently looking back down at her drawing. Sharp brown eyes widen in alarm. Slamming the pad down against the green table she rests on.
Marc turns to his right, eyes lock with Nathaniel pledging. Nathaniel gives a questioning stare towards Kagami's shaking form.
Causally walks over taking the pad just before she can rip it away from him. Kagami goes to reach for it. Nathaniel runs towards Marc, the two glance the drawing.
"Kagami, this great. You got the emotion screaming." Nathaniel states a bit confused as to why she's anger about it. Marc's dark eyebrows knit together, he turns to her unafraid.
"You miss him as much as he really missses you."
The ebony haired soft spoken boy states walking over, handing the pad back to her eager fingertips. She stares down at the drawing she subconsciously created feeling completely exposed. Sharp brown eyes trace over the image of him in that cutely silly cat clawed pose.
Can't supress the red blush dusting her cheeks. She turns away from the two insightful writing partners. A gentle left hand rests on her right shoulder, she turns slightly seeing Nathaniel smiling tenderly.
"He's as studious as ever. But he's body language is different. I get the gist he feels bothered by something. You know him best, besides Nino. He doesn't want to "burden" us."
Nathaniel uses air quotes at the word: burden. Kagami just rolls her sharp brown eyes. "I would hold his burdens if he allowed me. It's not me he's desires it from."
"Don't be so sure Kagami."
That heavenly voice states. All 3 turn to the opened art room door to find the very person their discussing in wait. Kagami straightens her back and shoulders, nodding towards him. Masking her inner struggles well as always.
"Please Kagami can we talk? We still have an hour before fencing class starts." He tries to reason. Emerald green eyes bashful but determined. Kagami looks to Nathaniel and Marc in turn. Both guys smile encouragingly. She stands from her chair staring in the eye.
"Alright. I believe I'm ready to see you."
THE END!
Author's Note: I DON'T ship Nathaniel/Marc badly. Their cute, just not my favorite.
