Yo it's DRAGONfromheaven coming at you with an invincible story. I've already watched season one and half of the comics so i'm pretty well informed. The story is freaking amazing and wanted to try my hand at it and hopefully y'all would love it.
Anyway this Naruto is naturally born in this world so no chakra, no tailed beast and no kekkai genkais.
Viltrumite/Human Naruto! Naruto x Harem, non-chakra Wielder. Eventual Uber-Strong Naruto (He's a viltrumite so he's gonna be OP eventually)
Summary: Being raised by a super powered father seemed like fun in reality until said father puts you through grueling training and psychological manipulation to be something he wasn't well at least he got cool powers!

The wayward son
Chapter 1
Start of a legend
Omni-man was many things strong, heroic, and always willingly to do the right thing. That's what the people of earth thought anyway when he first showed up and started saving them on a daily basis with his powers. They'd be sorely mistaken when the day came when he took it over for the Viltrumite empire just like so many others, unfortunately there were some unforeseeable complications along the way; namely finding love in the form of Debbie Greyson and siring a son to raise.
Mark Greyson, he wanted to raise his son as a true viltrumite so when the day came he'd have him by his side, unfortunately Debbie took too much of an active role in the boys life so couldnt influence him too much or the facade that he spent years building up would be exposed.
That was unacceptable.
So he needed a backup plan, someone to step up if Mark ever failed to be the person he was meant to be; he needed another child so he could fully commit the viltrumite teachings to.
For that he also needed a strong woman; preferably a warrior who wouldn't mind taking an active role in training him and wouldn't make him weak and complacent.
He was able to meet a dangerous woman who was a renowned assassin by the name of Lady Shiva, she was easily one of the deadliest people who inhabited earth by the simple fact she knew some form of weakness or another she could use to exploit her enemies. Lady Shiva was an assassin for hire so she was constantly on the move.
Omni-man was searching for a suitable woman to bear him another child with no strings attached when the assassin figuratively fell in his lap; Shiva was payed a massive sum of money to either subdue or kill the alien, at first she was nothing special and wasn't anything new Omni-man had seen before until she somehow exploited the one weakness a viltrumite had that they guarded.
Their vulnerable ears were the only weakness known to viltrumites that could kill them unless their opponent was equally as strong as them. The assassin was able to use a device that emitted loud frequencies that left him momentarily vulnerable where she moved in and started wailing on him with her superior martial arts skills and was able to make him feel a few of them until he showed her why viltrumites were the superior race.
After defeating her he debated just killing her right then and there until he realized he could use her to create the perfect child and with her being one of the most dangerous people on earth and Omni-man being one of the strongest in his race there child would grow to surpass them both; granted if she accepted, if not he'd just end her life and keep searching.
"Assassin, I have an offer for you if you accept this will benefit both of us, but if you refuse then I will simply kill you and continue on my day." Omni-man said standing across from Lady Shiva who's seen better days with his arms crossed while the only injury on him was a small bloody nose.
"What is it that you want then? Keep in mind that if you ask me to do something that I will not then you can just finish me off right here." Shiva said stoically as she struggled to take a knee.
"I require a child to carry on my teachings and legacy too, I've been scouring this globe looking for a suitable woman to bare me a child with no strings attached. After seeing you fight and hearing rumours about you being one of the deadliest people on this planet I've made my decision and want to be the mother of my child; accept or refuse it matters not to me." Omni-man explained to the assassin as he walked to her with his imposing stature.
"You want me to be the mother of a superpowered child is what you're asking? Here I thought you were some noble, upstanding boy scout." Shiva scoffed making the viltrumite narrow his eyes at her response.
"So I take that as a negative?" Omni-man stated coldly as he balled his fist in preparation to drive it through her.
"You misunderstand, I do not reject this offer at all. I eventually have been thinking about siring a child to carry on my ways one day and guide with a firm hand, now with the strongest man offering to give me that chance I'd be a fool to refuse; especially since my life is also on the line." Shiva said as Omni-man's demeanor changed as he stuck a hand out for her to grab, making her look at it for a heartbeat of a second before grabbing it, thus sealing the fate of them both and their future child who would go on to do great and terrible things.
5 Years Later
It has been five years since that fateful encounter between Omni-man, the greatest hero the world's ever known and Shiva the greatest assassin to ever walk the earth in the last century. In that time their promise was able to produce results, when nine months later Lady Shiva was able to birth a baby boy who was born with the standard black hair but was able to inherit his fathers blue eyes.
The only requirement that Shiva demanded of Nolan was that she would get to name their child, seeing no harm in it he agreed; thus the viltrumite-human hybrid was thus named Naruto after a great mythical japanese legend.
The first four years of Naruto's life was pretty ordinary. He was able to play and enjoy his short childhood with his mother mother teaching him how to read, write and speak multiple language and even sign language if it ever came down to it, now some would say children would struggle with difficult tasks like that at a early age, but Naruto was born a prodigy with his parents being some of the deadliest people ever.
His father, omni-man, explained to him his viltrumite heritage and how powerful they could become, how long they could live. He explained to him the darker parts of their race and what was expected of him when the time came, to help his father assimilate earth into the viltrumite empire. He didn't fully understand at the time but his father said he would soon.
His life was as ordinary as any child who had an assassin for a mother and an alien superhero for a father with the added headstart on his education.
That is until he got his powers
He discovered his powers when he was throwing a ball around when he picked it up again and tossed it and it flew off into the distance, not being able to be seen anymore. After Shiva found out, she immediately informed Omni-man who traveled across the world to their compound deep in the Himalayas so he could see first-hand with his own eyes.
After witnessing it, he informed his son and Shiva that it was time to officially start training Naruto in the ways of the Viltrumite and assassin. At first Naruto was excited to finally get his powers and get trained by his father and mother.
He would come to eat those words
12 years later
It has been a long twelve years since Naruto had unlocked his powers and started to be formally trained in the ways of a true viltrumite and assassin. Omni-man, his father, would stop by three times a week to train him how to control his flying, regulate his rising strength and beat him up to improve his durability and pain tolerance. He took Naruto into outer space to fly to the edge of the galaxy and back to improve his lung capacity when he needed to travel extended amounts of time in outer space; after all his father could hold his breath for two weeks.
He even got to chance to fight some of omni-man's villains or aliens from outer space looking to pick a fight with the planet or omni-man himself, some fights he won and some fights he got his ass royally handed to him but nonetheless it was a learning experience and just made him stronger through his battles.
Unfortunately for all the good his dad did for him the cons easily outweigh them, his father never showed any outward fatherly love towards him and even sometimes acted cold and distant towards him.
Whenever he was trained by the pureblood viltrumite he always pushed him to his absolute limit or demanded the best out of him, such as when he forced Naruto to throw a meteor the size of Texas back in space with him almost not making it in time. His father made him constantly train until he could break the sound barrier without a thought.
The worse though was constantly having to fight his father who pulled no punches so to give him the concept of a real fight and what a full grown viltrumite with a few thousand years under their belt was capable of, it was not fun at all but it did give him insight and experience for any future fights.
Honestly with his father constantly gone and keeping him at arm's length, it made him more than a little bitter at the whole situation.
At least despite his mother being a worldwide assassin she treated him a lot better than omni-man did. His mother, while being sometimes harsh and demanding the best out of him, still cared for him, fed him, and even used to sing lullabies to him for his bedtimes.
After he got his powers his mother made sure to not let it go to his head at all and proceeded to beat sense into him while training him in the art of the ninja. She trained him in multiple martial arts such as Kung fu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, boxing, Krav Maga and MMA. He eventually learned how to hide his presence from others and even blend in plain sight; after all, if his mother was able to get the drop on the Omni-man, the skills taught to him were nothing to scoff at.
He learned poison, subterfuge, sabotage and many other skills necessary for the skill of trade his mother was in who wanted to one day pass on the title to him, all the underhanded tactics obviously didn't agree with his father and wanted to voice his disagreements but wisely choose not to.
Remember when he said both parents wanted the absolute best out of him? Well that included education wise also and lemme tell you, it was worse than any beating he could receive from his father or a villain. He wouldn't say he was the smartest person in the galaxy but could confidently figure out a lot of problems and issues that most people couldn't.
Finally after so many years of being personally trained by both his father and mother he could confidently say only his father, the guardians of the globe and a few powerhouse villains could handle him in a fight.
It wasn't just him boosting either, lately fighting his father got slightly easier and even Omni-man had noted his improvement and even told him he was starting to live up to the name viltrumite, which honestly made Naruto's chest swell up in pride.
Today was another daily session of ass kicking courtesy of the pure blooded viltrumite, which had become a routine for the half-breed.
Himalayas
in the snow covered land where it was nothing but ice and snow for miles was a massive compound that was hidden from radars, UAVs and heat signatures was where Lady Shiva and her half-breed son resided, while there were thousands of assassins currently milling about but alert and some hidden in the shadows at all the times.
Currently in a massive training yard were two individuals, one was the alien from viltrumite come to earth; Omni-man. Omni-man was 6'2 with a muscular build that you would see on a dedicated bodybuilder, with a set of black hair with his sides being completely covered in white, signifying his age for a viltrumite.
On the other end of the training yard was a 6'0 figure with an equally muscular build, with a mop of jet black hair that was slicked back with two bangs sticking out while he had his sides shaved off giving him an appearance of a 'bad boy' or delinquent. The most defining feature about him was his bright blue eyes that when looked into could have people get lost in them.
Currently they were both shirtless, the cold not bothering neither of them one bit, Naruto's body was the most scarred of the two as he wasn't as invulnerable as his dad yet.
"Are you ready for another lesson on pain Naruto?" Omni-man grunted with his arms crossed as he looked at the child he made in case his other son became a failure.
Naruto nodded as he began to roll his shoulders, loosening up any tense muscles. He couldn't afford an accident, not with his father.
"Ready when you are old man" Nolan smirked before disappearing in a loud sonic boom.
Naruto started looking around cautiously, heart racing in slight weariness as adrenaline started to course through him.
"I was waiting for this. That young Viltrumite arrogance. It happens to all of us, I just have to beat it out of you!" The young Viltrumite's eyes widened, as his fathers authoritative voice rang out behind him.
Naruto swung around with his right fist pulled back but Nolan was faster.
BOOM!
Airwaves vibrated from the force of Nolan's punch, the ground trenching without Naruto even leaving the air.
Using all of his muscle and power Naruto came to a sudden stop, barely hovering in the air.
The young Viltrumite grimaced at the taste of iron in his mouth. With a quick shake of his head, he spat out a large gob of blood.
Nolan crossed his arms, a single brow raised in amusement "Don't tell me you're done after that little love tap?"
"Love tap huh?" Naruto used the back of his forearm to wipe away his trail of blood. Blue eyes narrowed in anger.
He wouldn't allow anyone to see him as weak, especially his father. His viltrumite blood demanded nothing less.
Easily shattering the sound barrier, Naruto charged at his father once more. The elder Viltrumite narrowed his eyes, what was his boy planning?
Nolan threw a quick right jab, eyes widening as his fist seemed to go through Naruto's chest. A brief panic went through the father, worried he may have mortally wounded his son.
Only for Naruto to shimmer and disappear.
"What the hel-'' Naruto yelled as he struck his father with all his might. Everything around the two broke apart from the force of his punch. Nolan was sent flying, nearly halfway around the world before he stopped, rubbing his jaw in surprise.
"Hey old man" Naruto floated above his father, cocky smirk in place.
WHAM!
Nolan's eyes widened before he was sent tumbling down to the earth, a small crater formed beneath him.
Building momentum, he crashed down into his father still form, raining blow after blow. The crater steadily gets bigger and bigger with each blow of his fists.
He couldn't help but release years of frustration and anger, at his father, his mother and even his own weakness.
A surprise left hook sent Naruto away from his father. "I guess I have to stop underestimating you. Every time you always seem to surprise me" Nolan floated out of the crater, skin bloody and bruised but other than that looked completely fine.
Before Naruto could react he was hunched over, his fathers fist buried in his stomach, making it hard for him to take in precious oxygen.
An uppercut sent Naruto soaring, Nolan chased after his son, hitting him harder than the last. Naruto was barely able to crack open his eyes to see he was floating in the Exosphere as he looked down to see the earth.
"But you still have a long way to go before you could hope to beat me!" Nolan exclaimed as he grasped his son's face and started to fly straight back down towards the earth.
Their fast descent into the atmosphere caused both of them to catch fire. Naruto struggled with all of his might to fight off his father, Nolan's eyes narrowing as he spotted an island off in the distance. Naruto lost consciousness as soon as his body made contact.
As soon as they landed on the island, the resulting collusion broke the island completely in half while the shockwave of the two super powered beings re-entry into the surface caused several smaller islands and a small part of the ocean to become nonexistent, luckily no sentient lifeforms on any of them.
Nolan looked down at his son, pride dancing in his eyes. Throwing him over his shoulder, he took him home.
Everything was going according to plan, all he needed was Mark to follow his brother's example. He needed the two to interact and bond in some ways without knowing of their relationship until the time was right.
Later that night after Naruto's spar with his father, he was currently sitting down at an expensive dinner table with his mother residing on the opposite side of him. Naruto for a lack of better words had seen better days, a swollen eye, busted lip and bruised knuckles and his chest was wrapped up in gauze from all his bruises.
"So how did today's fight with your father go? I had a mission to take care of so couldn't watch it." Shiva requested as she put another spoonful of her food in her mouth as she watched her half-breed son out of the corner of her eye.
"Good actually, father said I've improved greatly since our last bout, as you can see I still get my as-" Before he could finish a shuriken was hurled at his forehead, which didn't hurt him but stopped his train of thought. Looking over his mother glared at him causing him to gulp and backtrack.
"My butt handed to me, but I'm glad yours and father's training is helping exponentially." Naruto said, thankful he was able to stop himself from pissing his mother off; she had loathed when he used foolish words around her, she didn't care if he did it out in the world, but around her and her household it was a recipe for a lecturing.
"That's to be expected, your father is over a thousand years old, eventually you'll one day be able to surpass him." The assassin said as she gazed at her son who was a perfect mixture between both parents and couldn't help but be proud.
Finishing his plate, Naruto stood up to collect his plate and his mothers plate before heading to the sink to clean them. After finishing them he kissed his mother on the cheek and headed towards his bedroom.
"I'm going to complete my workout then head to bed, don't stay up too late" Naruto said as he was about to walk out.
"Naruto" Shiva called out, catching her son's attention. "I'm so proud of you" She smiled slightly, making Naruto look at her for a moment then smile and continue heading to his room.
Shiva got up and was about to turn off the lights and activate the defense systems when her phone started to ring, pulling it out she saw it was from Omni-man making her raise an eyebrow in curiosity.
"What is it that you want Nolan? Especially at this hour?" Shiva wondered why the superpowered alien was bothering her, he rarely did contact her unless it pertained to their son Naruto.
"We need to talk" Nolan spoke out tersely on the other end
Morning
Walking to the kitchen, Naruto yawned as he stretched his body out hearing satisfying cracks. He looked slightly better than the previous day, his lip and swollen eye were gone but his torso was still damaged to a degree for him to get rid of the gauze.
Opening the fridge he grabbed a bottle of orange juice and closed it and was about to drink it, but saw his mother out of peripheral vision and she did not look happy at all.
"What seems to trouble you so early in the morning mother?
"Naruto sit down, we need to talk" Shiva sighed as she rubbed her forehead
"What is it?
"Your father called last night and asked, more like demanded a request out of me" Shiva frowned causing Naruto to become worried.
"What did he want" Naruto asked with a worried undertone
"He wants you to move closer to him so he can keep a closer eye on you and be able to see you much easier."
"He what?!" Naruto stood up angrily
"Sit down son, I don't like it either; something suspicious is afoot but just comply with him, we wouldn't want him to come here and make the demand himself, now would we?" Shiva said as she sipped her coffee to stim her headache.
"I suppose not, doesn't mean I have to like it" Naruto grunted as he crossed his arms over his broad chest.
"Neither do I, I will prepare everything for you. Already got you a furnished house a couple neighborhoods away from your father, opened a separate bank account with a sizable amount of money for you and some of my best agents to constantly watch and monitor your residence." Shiva explained making her son sigh.
"When do I leave?"
"As soon as possible, so go start packing"
After packing and giving a heartfelt goodbye to his mother, he ascended into the sky and flew off with a resounding boom towards his destination.
Salt Lake City, UT
After arriving in the city Naruto searched around for his house until he finally found it after a bit of searching. After landing Naruto pulled out his house keys and unlocked the door and walked in. He immediately zeroed in on someone sitting on his brand new couch, turning his head he saw that it was his father in casual clothes with one leg sitting comfortably on top of the other.
"Dad? What are you doing here? Better yet why did you request for me to move here?" Naruto asked as he put his stuff down and fully faced his father.
Getting up Omni-man walked up to his second son standing almost face to face to each other
"Well, the reason why I brought you here is I eventually want to up your training and want you to be closer to me and socialize with other people your own age, instead of freezing on that frigid and cold mountain." Nolan said with a smile making reluctantly nod at the reasoning.
"For the other reason let me just tell you son, things are about to change son, you'll need to be ready" Naruto frowned at his fathers odd behaviour, the look in his eyes...he couldn't explain it. He wasn't even sure he wanted to. Nolan just smiled resting his hand on his son's shoulder "It's time son. When I come back, I want you to show your old man the world's new hero?"
"I-ah I will father" This was a strange and new feeling but it made him happy, it caused some strange sensation in him when his father looked at him in pride and approval, even though he was bitter and felt neglected by his father he still had this inert desire to make him proud.
"I'll be gone for a few days, when I'm back we can start getting you into the hero business, that sounds like a plan?" Nolan said, making the half-breed nod in agreement.
"I'll make you proud"
"I know you will son" Nolan said with a smile on his mustached face as he started walking out the door.
Naruto looked away as he fought down a smile. Whatever happened to his father, he was less cold and distant but whatever it was he liked the change.
GOTG HQ
Bursting through the Guardians of the globe's door was a multitude of cloaked special trained soldiers as they started surrounding the perimeter, uncloaking they gave the all clear for the medical teams to move in and search for survivors.
"What a damn mess" Cecil said with a heavy sign as he and Donald walked in and saw the massacre.
"Couldn't agree more." Donald said, pushing his glasses back up with an equally heavy sign.
"Sir! We have another survivor!" A medic said with some relief in there voice
"What? Who?!" Cecil said quickly as he walked up to the medic
"It's War Woman sir, she received an injury through her chest, two inches further to the right and her heart would've been punctured; right now she has a weak pulse but if we quickly get her medical attention she'll pull through." the medic said quickly
"Then what the fuck are you waiting for?! Get her out of here and ensure she doesn't die or it's your ass, got it?" Cecil demanded making the medic quickly nod and get his team prepared for her extraction.
"At least that's somewhat good news, lord knows we need it" Cecil groaned in frustration as he looked around at the mess one more time before walking away.
"Someone get a goddamn clean up crew in here!"

So hope you liked the first chapter, I will be using both the comic and show for this fanfiction so some things will be different while others will not.
This was very fun to write unlike my AOT fanfiction which I lost all motivation to continue for the time being because of the god awful ending of that anime/manga.
Let me make this clear, Naruto is stronger than Mark, he awakened his powers a lot sooner than his brother and has trained vigorously for at least a decade so he's no slouch in the fighting department and won't be taking L's left and right unlike our poor boy Mark, but won't win every fight either.
