(This isn't a crossover story where characters from each show/manga met one another instead this is going to be a combination of the Dragon Ball Universe with the Fairy Tail Universe)

(Techniques from Dragon Ball exist here but they were created by my OC however there will also be some original techniques, I'm going have to do some power scaling where some characters from Fairy Tail will be stronger and get even stronger to be at Dragon Ball level of power)

(This entire chapter will be about Goku Black backstory, alternate version of the fight between Goku, Vegeta and Future Trunks against Goku Black and Zamasu and how Future Trunks's Timeline was remade into this Dragon Ball and Fairy Tail hybrid Universe)

The Rebirth of a Multiverse

In a certain Multiverse things had gone horribly because of a Supreme Kai had gone rogue and started killing every mortal and God and that Kai's name was Zamasu, originally Zamasu was formerly the North Kai of Universe Ten until he was chosen by Gowasu who was the current Supreme Kai for Universe Ten to become his successor, based upon his prodigious fighting skill however unknown to Gowasu was that Zamasu had hatred in his heart for all mortals after witnessing countless wars and other horrible things which have been done by them.

However Zamasu suppress those feelings and focus on his training to become the next Supreme Kai for his Universe until one day he and Gowasu watch a tournament between two other Universe's Six and Seven who were twins where they possess the same mortal races and planet but with different history's and during the tournament they saw the fight with Hit was a member of the Sparta race of Planet Spartax and he is the legendary assassin of Universe Six being renowned as 'Never-Miss Hit' because of his deadly skill and his Time-Skip abilities.

(The Spartoi race and Planet Spartax are from Marvel comics where i am using their names as we don't know what Hit's race and home world is call)

The other fighter was Son Goku or his other name Kakarot was a member of the Warrior race known as the Saiyan's of Planet Sadala however that planet was destroyed by internal conflict and discord caused by the Saiyan's causing them move to another world, Planet Plant the home world of the Truffle race who got eradicated by the Saiyan's and the world was rename to Planet Vegeta after the current King of all Saiyan's, King Vegeta the Third and so Goku was born on that world.

What shocked both Zamaus and Gowasu was that Goku used the power within Saiyan's known as Super Saiyan and he combine it with another form that uses the power of the God's which the Saiyan's call Super Saiyan God to create the Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Form or just the Super Saiyan Blue Form and Goku was able to push it even further with the Kaioken Technique. While Gowasu was impressed by the mortals power and techniques Zamaus however was disguised by it thinking how dare a mortal use the power of God's but he was also curious about what made Son Goku so strong so Zamasu began trying to find out everything about Goku.

But on one day Zamaus and Gowasu was visited by Beerus the God of Destruction for Universe Seven, the Angel Whis who was Beerus's Attendant and teacher and along with them was none other than Son Goku who was the reason why they were on the Sacred World of the Kai's of Universe Ten because he had heard about Zamasu who was considered to be the most fighter Supreme Kai and Goku wanted to fight him and since neither Beerus or Whis had nothing better to do they took him to Universe Ten. Normally Zamasu would refuse thinking that fighting a mortal was beneath him but instead he agree to it as this would give him a opportune to see Goku's power first hand however the fight didn't last long with Goku as the winner as he was able to easily overpower him and without even going close to his full power.

This cause Zamasu to become even more focus on his research on Goku which led him to travel to Universe Seven to meet with Zuno who knows virtually everything to have ever happened in the multiverse and Zamasu asked him to know more information about the Super Dragon Balls and Son Goku, which a flustered Zuno complies to as he was afraid of Zamasu however when he told the Supreme Kai that Goku was originally meant to die from a heart virus but he didn't because of another mortal Trunks Brief who was from the future and he had used a Time Machine created by his mother Bulma Brief to travel back in time to save Goku's life and stop the two Androids that were terrorizing his timeline.

(I know Bulma's last name isn't Brief but I've always thought it was so here it is)

Hearing that a mortal had broken one of the most sacred laws of the multiverse push Zamasu over the edge which cause him to began his Zero Mortals Plan which was to purge all mortals in the multiverse as they only ruin everything they touch and to annihilate the gods who Zamasu knows who will try to stop him thus making the multiverse in his perspective a 'beautiful utopia'. However Zamasu wasn't a fool he knew that there were beings in the multiverse like the King of Everything Zeno, the God's of Destruction, Angels and mortals like Son Goku who are far stronger than him but Zamasu knew a way to deal with all the God's of Destruction and the Angels which was to kill the Supreme Kai's as once they die so dose their God of Destruction as they are connected which would the Angel inactive until a new God of Destruction and Supreme Kai.

But Zamasu needed more power for his plan so he decided to take Goku's body which has the power that surpasses the power of the Supreme Kai's and Zamasu believed that with him in Goku's body his power could surpasses that of God's of Destruction, Zamasu first try to use the normal Dragon Balls to wish to switch bodies with Goku but the eternal Dragon Shenron couldn't as Goku's power has far surpasses even his own. So Zamasu had use the Super Dragon Balls as their power was limitless however they had just been used meaning he would have to wait a year to use them but Zamasu knew a way so he didn't have to wait which was to use the Time Rings which are accessories of the Supreme Kai which enable them to travel through time but they can only be use by a True Supreme Kai and not a apprentice Supreme Kai.

The Time Rings were kept in Universe Ten on the Sacred World of the Kai's so Zamasu killed Gowasu and took his Potara earrings to become a True Supreme Kai, afterwards Zamasu used the Time Ring to travel to the future to gather the Super Dragon Balls and wished to switch bodies with Goku which the Super Divide Dragon granted giving Zamasu Goku's body while Goku had his original one. Upon his wish being granted Zamasu decided to erase all personal ties to Goku's past by killing Goku and his family and took the name of Son Goku for himself so that nobody will find out his true identify.

Zamasu then used the Time Ring to travel to various parallel realities in search of somewhere with the ideal settings so he could act initially unnoticed and he found one in the timeline of Trunks Brief the mortal that mess with time and the person that share his views was none other than himself of this timeline who unlike never got curious about the power of Son Goku as that version of him in this timeline has been dead for many years. Zamasu met his counterpart Future Zamasu, immediately allying with him shortly after killing Future Gowasu and the two then gathered the Super Dragon Balls of this timeline to first wish for Future Zamasu to become immortal and they then travelled another year into the future to wish for the Super Dragon Balls to destroy themselves so they wouldn't be use against them and they stealthily annihilated all the Supreme Kais of this timeline thereby killing the God's of Destruction due to their life-links.

The two Zamasu's travelled to many different planets and destroyed all life on them for 'The sake of justice' and upon the Zamasu who was in Goku's body arrival on Planet Earth, he immediately went on a rampage where his first attack causing half of mankind to be wiped out. While Zamasu call himself Son Goku nobody truly believed that he was true Son Goku as their version die years ago and he would never do what Zamasu has done so Future Bulma who was one of Goku's closes friends called him Goku Black because of his clothes and dark personality.

(I'm going to start calling Zamasu Goku Black and the Future Zamasu just Zamasu)

Goku Black fought Future Trunks and the Earth's resistance for a year until Future Bulma was able to make more fuel for the Time Machine so that Future Trunks can travel to the other Timeline and gather allies however Goku Black eventually found her and kill Future Bulma with her seeing a evil version of the face of her long lost friend. Future Trunks however did manage to travel to the other Timeline and meet with his friends however soon after Goku Black arrive there as well using the Time Ring but he quickly realise that he was in the past of his original timeline before he took Goku's body and began his Zero Mortals Plan.

Goku Black also realised that his original timeline was now gone because he had used the Time Ring to travel to the past of his original timeline as unlike Trunks's Time Machine the Time Rings doesn't create a alternate timelines instead they actually change the timeline and only thing that remains of that previous timeline is the user of the Time Ring who are called by the God's a Time Remnant, An Remnant of a timeline that no longer exists.

(I got the whole Time Remnant thing from the CW show 'The Flash' but I've change it slightly)

Goku immediately challenged Goku Black who happily accepted the challenge as it would allow him to see how much closer he was to Goku's power as he hadn't been able to access it right away after he obtained Goku's body and he needed time to get use to it and during the fight Goku Black power grew as though the battle with Goku he was able to access more of the power within his body. However the Time Rift that bought Goku Black to this timeline began to close which pull Goku Black back but before he was sent back to the alternate future timeline he destroyed Future Trunks's Time Machine in hopes to trap in this timeline so he won't get in his and counterpart plan.

However Future Trunks, Goku and Vegeta were able to travel to Future Trunks's timeline thanks to Bulma who restored the Time Machine that being known as Cell who was another alternate future timeline who used it travel to that timeline and once they arrived in Future Trunks's timeline they immediately confronted Goku Black and Vegeta attack him but something was different with the evil Goku. Thanks to his battle against Goku it allow Goku Black to tap more into the power within Goku's body and granted him his own version of the Super Saiyan Blue Form which was pink instead because his own God Ki that of a Supreme Kai had absorbed the God Ki that was within Goku's body while remaining as the God Ki of a Supreme Kai but now it was as strong as Goku's own God Ki and Goku Black named his new transformation Super Saiyan Rose.

As Goku Black fought against them they thought that while in his new form he did match Goku who in his Super Saiyan Blue but with Vegeta who was also in his Super Saiyan Blue Form and Future Trunks who was in his Mystic State which was a form he obtained thanks to Future Elder Kai and they would have beaten him but that was when Zamasu show up. This confirmed that Zamasu was somehow connected to all of this as Goku Black Ki signature was similar to Zamasu's so while Goku, Beerus and Whis travel to Universe Ten to meet with their timeline version of Zamasu who had only began trying to find out more about Son Goku while Vegeta and Future Trunks remained back on Planet Earth to train.

(If you read the manga then you would know that when Future Trunks had free the Z Sword of his timeline and was going to use it to cut a block of Katchin which would had free the Future Elder Kai but was when they found that Babidi was on the move so if they just had a extra day then Future Trunks would had free the Future Elder Kai who would unlock his potential granting him the Mystic State)

While Zamasu wasn't as strong as Goku and Vegeta he was immortal so no matter what they did to him he would just regenerate and should they manage to hurt Goku Black Zamasu would use his Supreme Kai ability to teleport to him and heal Goku Black and with the Saiyan's ability he would receive a Zenkai Boost and become even stronger, so they needed a way to get rid of Zamasu and destroy Goku Black so Goku and Vegeta travel back to their timeline to think up a plan while Future Trunks remain behind to protect his world. Goku had a idea to deal with Zamasu which was to seal him away by using the Evil Containment Wave and so he went to his old teacher Master Roshi to learn the technique while Vegeta went to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber to train to become stronger so that he can kill Goku Black and avenge the alternate version of his wife from the future timeline.

It took a day for Goku to learn the technique but before he travel back to the future timeline Beerus and Whis inform everyone that they have been keeping an eye on the Zamasu of their timeline and they have found out that he had visited Zuno and ask about the Super Dragon Balls and Son Goku meaning he is going to began his Zero Mortals Plan just like Goku Black and start by killing Gowasu and they couldn't allow that to happen. Goku, Beerus and Whis travel back to Universe Ten while they prevented Gowasu's death and revealed that they know about his plans which Zamasu and just as he was about to use his teleportation ability to escape he was stop by Beerus who then used the technique of the God's of Destruction known as the Hakai which destroys everything and when used on a person destroys not only the person's body but also their soul.

Once Goku, Beerus and Whis return to Universe Seven on Planet Earth Goku immediately left with Vegeta and Bulma since she was the only other person besides Future Trunks who knew how to pilot the Time Machine however in their rush to get back to the future timeline Goku had forgotten the seal tag which are needed to be place on the item that was used for the Evil Containment Wave to insure that the person who was sealed away would remain sealed. As they arrive they saw Future Trunks was fighting against Goku Black who had revealed that during his research on Goku he had also learn some of the techniques that he knows like the Kaioken technique just like Goku how done with the Super Saiyan Blue Form, Goku Black utilized it with his Super Saiyan Rose Form and he was wining their battle.

(That's right the Goku Black in this story knows the Kaioken Technique)

The two rogue Supreme Kai's began to telling Future Trunks that he was one of the main reason why they were doing this, because he had broken one of the most sacred laws among the God's which was to never change something in the past, if he hadn't save Goku's life and allow him to die when he was meant to then Zamasu would never seen his power and get curious, he wouldn't get even more curious after he fought Goku and he wouldn't become enrage when he learn what Future Trunks had done which would push Zamasu over the edge and began his Zero Mortals Plan meaning everything that has happen was all because of Future Trunks. Enraged at their statements, Future Trunks charged at Goku Black but he was quickly knock back as Goku Black was far greatly now thanks to the Kaioken Technique on top of his Super Saiyan Rose Form and Future Trunks fell to the ground.

Consumed by his anger for Goku Black and Zamasu for everything that they have done and for his own weakness, Future Trunks stand back up and takes on a completely new form never seen before, shocking everyone around him, Future Trunks's new form possess the white aura of the Mystic State but with a blue glow around the user's body, like an inverted version of Super Saiyan Blue's aura, his hair spikes up like that of a Super Saiyan and his eye became blue.

(Instead of Super Saiyan Rage, Future Trunks gets the Rage Power Boost but on top of the Mystic State meaning this is even stronger than the Super Saiyan Rage Form)

Vegeta told Future Trunks to focus on Zamasu while he'll handle Goku Black which Future Trunks listened and as Vegeta fought the rogue Supreme Kai who was thinking that with the Kaioken Technique on top of his Super Saiyan Rose Form he'll easily win the right but that was when Vegeta revealed that during his training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber he had found a different way to enhance his Super Saiyan Blue power which was to use the power that he had gain from the evil wizard Babidi who used his magic to harness the evil within Vegeta's heart to take control of him, back then the power enhanced Vegeta's Super Saiyan Two Form but now it will enhance Super Saiyan Blue Form. As Vegeta began powering up his hair became a more saturated shade of blue then the regular Super Saiyan Blue shade, he gain dark black lines around the eyes, his eyes were still blue but now visible pupils, he still had the blue aura of Super Saiyan Blue but now had a dark purple aura in the inside surrounding him and his increased muscle mass puff up to the level that veins appear all over his body and face.

(I got the idea of Vegeta being able to tap into the Majin Power Boost again from the fan manga 'Dragon Ball Z: The Return of Kakarot' so this way I can bring in Vegeta's Super Saiyan Blue Evil Aura transformation from Dragon Ball Heroes but here it's as strong as Goku's Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken time's ten)

While those two fought Future Trunks battle Zamasu which allow Goku to perform the Evil Containment Wave on him which work however without the seal tag he soon broke free and immediately went over to Goku Black and told him that they have use their final trump card if they want to fulfil their plan and so Zamasu switch the Potara earring he had on his left ear to his right while Goku Black had the Potara earring on his left ear and if two people wore the Potara earrings on different ears then they would be pull towards one another and fuse together. The power from the fusion of Goku Black and Zamasu was immense and he easier overpower Goku, Vegeta and Future Trunks and when things look like everything was over that was when Shin the Supreme Kai of Universe Seven and Gowasu teleported to them who was there because Shin had told Gowasu everything that Zamasu has done which cause the Supreme Kai to become ashamed and he needed to do something to help and so the two Supreme Kai's used the Time Rings to travel to the future timeline.

Once they arrive the two Supreme Kai's used their teleportation ability to gather everyone on Earth while the fight was going on and they took those people back to the their original timeline so they would be safe and as they return to the future timeline they saw Goku, Vegeta and Future Trunks were losing to Fused Zamasu until Goku perform another technique which he had learn by watching someone else perform it which was the Hakai. Goku manage destroy the entire right half of Fused Zamasu's body however Goku wasn't able to destroy him completely because he hadn't mastered the Hakai but gave them sometime to come up with a plan while Fused Zamasu regenerate the right half of his body however his imbalance because he was only semi-immortal body struggling to properly heal his damage body which mutated into a purple and slimy substance, with the sclera of his right eye to turn yellow and his pupil to turn purplish-red.

Meanwhile Goku and Vegeta were each given a Sensu Beam by Shin who also gave them his Potara earrings allowing them to fuse together into Vegito like they done back during their battle against Majin Buu in their timeline and Vegito was easily able to overpower Fused Zamasu in his Super Saiyan Blue Form however fusions between mortals using the Potara earrings ain't permanent unless a Supreme Kai is involved and the time of the fusion is shorten depending on how powerful the fusion and Vegito is excellently powerful causing Goku and Vegeta to defuse not to long.

Just as Fused Zamasu was about to kill Goku and Vegeta that was when Future Trunks change in who was fully heal by Gowasu and while he fought against the fusion Future Trunks was receiving power from Shin, Gowasu, Goku and Vegeta pushing his power even further but then something happen a large ball of light was formed above them from the energy's of all those who were merciless kill by Goku Black and Zamasu like their wills were crying out for justice and Future Trunks absorbed that energy making him even stronger and with it Future Trunks change the energy into his blade and was able to slice Fused Zamasu clean in half, destroying his body and ending the crusade of the fallen god once and for all.

However while Fused Zamasu's body was destroyed his will remained and he became apart of the Universe and Goku, Vegeta and Future Trunks try destroy him but to no avail and when all hope look lost that was when Goku found the button that he received from King of Everything Zeno who had become friends and the button had two sides with one that transport Goku to Zeno while the other transported Zeno to him. As Goku used the button to summon Zeno of the Future Timeline who ask what was going on which Goku explained that Zamasu was a really bad guy and just be stop which Future Zeno agree but said that he was going to erase the entire future timeline.

Hearing this cause everyone to panic and so Shin and Gowasu used the Time Rings to travel back to their timeline while Goku, Vegeta, Bulma, Future Trunks and Future Mai used the Time Machine just as Future Zeno began to erase Zamasu along with the future multiverse. Not long after Future Zeno erased everything he was visited by Goku and Future Trunks who took the King of Everything to their timeline so that he could become friend's with his counterpart as Goku had promise the other Zeno a friend to play with.

When things look like that was it for the future timeline where it will forever be nothing but entire space however the Grand Priest of that timeline wasn't erased as he and all of his children had travel just outside of the future multiverse and return when everything was gone but the Grand Priest decided to create a entirely new multiverse similar to the previous one but with some key differences and thus a entire new multiverse was born.

(This way if I do a Dragon Ball Heroes storyline where I could have OC meet Goku and the other's)
