Hello and welcome fanfiction lovers.This will be ValtxSasha story but it will be of just a few chapters maybe 17 or 18.This story takes place four years after surge and also db and others after that did not happen
So, Let's begin
Shu felt his face sweating and saw his hands were trembling as he looked at the girl in front of him.He had never been a first choice to flirt or talk nicely to girls though thousands of girls had crush on him.But the one standing in front of him was special.This girl had light green eyes and orange hair.She and Shu first met after the ultimate tag festival when Shu met her little brother who joined the raging bulls.She had come to visit him and introduced herself as Julie.He was confused as though why she came to visit him but she did not reveal the reason.
They had went out a few times.After three long years,they had finally been together.She would always be angry when Shu's fangirls tried to kiss him and hold his hand but was happy that Shu ignored them and only spent time with her.Then it was time for Shu to meet her parents.Damn he had never been this nervous in his life.But it all went good as her parents had actually liked him.
And, now here he was in the moment which happened atleast once in every person's life time.
"Julie"He looked straight into her eyes as he saw a defense type bey,she was holding,Thunder Jeron,her lightning bey which he had gifted her three years back.
"What is it,Shu?"His girlfriend asked sweetly which only caused him to get more nervous "Are you okay?"
"Julie..."Shu sighed in frustration,This was a lot harder than he thought "How long have we been together?"
"More than a year,Shu"Julie said as she wrapped her ams around him and hugged him tightly "Time sure flies by fast"
"Yeah..."The blading legend again tried to gather his courage once again.
He was about to speak,when she gave her sweet and innocent smile to him which choked his heart out.
She had come and told him that she wanted to learn blading from him.But it wasn't only that what she wanted.Shu had taken this mission to heart and taught her everything he knew about blading and within two years she had become an ace for raging bulls.
Shu made her the co-owner of raging bulls when they got together and also the second-in-command of the team.
Their team had grown a lot and became the second best team of the world only after bc sol.He and Julie also became the best tag team of the world.
"What's wrong,Shu?"Julie asked now clearly worried,she had never seen her boyfriend spacing out like this before "Are you feeling sick?"
"N...no i am just thinking"Shu said completely nervous.
"Not about any other girl,right?"Julie asked with a deadly glare as he gulped and quickly shook his head in no.
"No"He quickly retorted completely sweating "You are the only girl i loved before,still love and will love always"
"I know Shu"Julie replied with a chuckle "And i also know something is wrong,why don't you tell me?"
"Fine i will"He replied as broke the embrace and got down in one knee much to her surprise.
"Julie"Shu was starting to look through his pockets for something "We've been together for more than a year,have known each other for four years and in that time ,you've come a long way as a blader and more importantly,you have honoured me by being my girlfriend.And those last few years have been nothing short of magical for me.My parents met you,they liked you,my friends also liked you and i think that your family also liked me...J...Julie,what i am saying is Will you marry me?"
Julie gasped as she saw the diamond ring he was holding in his hands.she didn't know what to say,she had dreamt of this day for ages now and never thought that this day would actually come.
"Yes"She managed to whisper,though Shu didn't hear her.
"What did you say?"Shu asked her,his crimson eyes filled with hope.
"Yes"She shouted and hugged him "I will marry you,Shu"
Her words suddenly struck Shu as he laughed and hugged her back.Then they let go off each other as Shu slid the ring to her finger and they sealed their promise with a kiss.
At Shu,s house...Japan
Aron Kurenai(Shu's father) really had a hard time cleaning the house in his wife's absence.Ever since their son Shu became a household name as a blading legend he went back to America and became the owner of the raging bulls,finally putting an end to Theodore's evil plans of controlling the world.A few years later they came to know how their son's best friend suddenly disappeared.They were upset,that boy Valt was so sweet and cared for his friends more than anything.He was the one who brought Shu out of the darkness Theodore had put him into.Even they tried to get clue about him from their colleagues and relatives but to no avail.Then they were happy when Shu said that when a blader will manage to defeat all the legendary bladers including Shu himself,then he will be able to fight Valt for the title of number one in the world and Valt will come out of hiding.Though till now,no blader has managed to even get through the hizashi brothers,the lowest ranked and the youngest legendary bladers.Shu's girlfriend Julie became the first and the only one till now who managed to get through them but lost to Rantaro Kiyama the next legend a challenger had to get through.So till now no blader was there who was strong enough.
He groaned but suddenly his thoughts were interrupted when he heard someone open the door and saw his wife enter,cheerful as always.
"Hi,sweetie"His wife,Lucy Kurenai,said sweetly as she pecked his cheek and saw the house was totally clean "Wow,you really did a great job"
"What do you think?"He asked with a raised eyebrow and narrowed eyes as she giggled
"I don't get it,how Shu manages to take care of himself there in America"
"Well,Shu is a resposible young man"Lucy replied smiling at the picture of her son she had "I wonder when he is coming back?"
She got her answer as the door opened.
"Mom!Dad! Guess what!"They heard Shu shouted as he came running to them,Julie's hand in his "You won't believe what happened"
"Let me guess,you're going to get married?" Aron smirked as he leaned back to his chair.
"How...?"The couple was dumbfounded "How did you?"
"You are wearing the same look,your mom and I had when we were going to announce it to our parents"Aron said laughing as he got up from his seat and hugged his son and his girlfriend "I am so happy"
"Thanks"Shu laughed as he hugged back only to be thrown aside by his mother.
"I am so proud of you"She squealed and squeezed the breath out of his lungs.
"Mom... can't...breath"Shu said panting as his mother let go off him.She then hugged Julie.
" We are so happy that Shu is finally going to get married"Lucy said as she hugged her son's fiánce "We were thinking he was a lost cause"
"Mom" Shu yelled frustrated as he glared at her a little "You don't have to embarrass me!"
His mother laughed.
After an hour of hugs and cries from their parents and wishes from their relatives Shu and Julie decided to spread the news to their friends.
The blading legend first thought who he was going to call first but then decided to flip his address book and see which no. it stops at.
"Aiger..." Shu dialed the no. eagerly, he really to spread the news and prove to his friends that he was able to get married , specially to the one he was calling.
It took a few rings befoe he heard someone pick the call.
"Hello, this is Aiger Akabane" He heard a slightly childish, yet matured,voice say on the other side as his picture appeared on the screen.
"Aiger" Shu let out a cry "Guess what"
"You finally got the courage to ask out Julie" Aiger teased, he liked to tease his friends especially Shu because of his inability to talk to girls. He had also met Julie but was one of the few who did not know that Shu and Julie were together.
"Well, kind of yes we both are going to get married" Shu said slightly annoyed by his friend's teasing. Aiger dropped the plate of spaghetti he was holding in his other hand.
"Seriously? "
"Yes"
"To each other? "
"Off course"
"Wow" Aiger seemed to think"I really didn't expect that"Shu sweatdropped at his comment.
He then looked at the 18-year old boy with an amused look. Aiger was the reigning champion for six years now and even though Shu, Lain and Valt who is now disappreared were ranked above Aiger they did not challenge Aiger. Ever since Valt disappeared into thin air, Aiger was very depressed for his idol and friend. When rumours arrived that Valt and Sasha had a fight after which Valt left, Aiger was very angry at Sasha. But then when Sasha gave birth to her and Valt's son, he felt bad for her as the kid's father was not present. He changed the rule and said that he will accept every challenger without his/hers world ranking though after Valt declared the new rule, he was so bored and did not do anything except training in the last few years.
"Can you tell ,Lain,Fubuki and Suoh that they are invited to the wedding? " Shu requested.
"Sure, but why can't you tell them yourself? " Aiger asked confused.
"Well there are many people i have to call so please" Shu again requested.Aiger grinned.
"Well then, think its done" Aiger said as Shu cut the call. Then Shu checked whose number was next. " Wakiya ".Well, nearly 3 and half years ago Valt's parents had died in a car accident. His younger siblings Toko and Nika started sobbing so heavily that Shu had no way but to call Lui who was surprisingly the only one who knew where Valt was to call on the latter and tell him the news. Valt hurried back to Japan the moment he heard his parents were dead. He was devastated when he saw his parents dead bodies being cremated. After the funeral., Valt stayed a few days with his siblings then he and Sasha had the fight and Valt left with Toko and Nika now all alone. Well not completely, being Valt Aoi's siblings, Wakiya Murasaki, one of Valt and Shu's old friends who was now WBBA's commissioner requested WBBA to help the Aoi siblings. Being The siblings of the greatest legend in the world, Toko and Nika were given a new house by the WBBA as the old house was sold due by the siblings in the meant time to have some money. The siblings had refused to stay with any of their brother's or even their friends so they moved into the house and WBBA had been since then supplying them everything until Wakiya finally convinced them to live with him and they became Sunbat Untied's members.
"Hello, this is sunbat united headquarters, Wakiya Murasaki speaking"
"Wakiya, this is Shu i am getting married to Julie" Shu cried out in delight.
"Yeah, right" Wakiya laughed "I know that's what you want, Shu, but you have to ask her first".Shu was annoyed
"You have been invited to our wedding and you will get the invitation through e-mail. Also bring Valt's siblings, Hoji and his siblings and Daigo and his younger brother there as well, tell them i have got many more calls so i can't call directly" Shu said and cut the call even before Wakiya had time to respond.
He dialed the next no. in the book and waited for the receiver to pick up.It was picked up and a blue haired girl appeared on the screen.
"Shu it's been a long time"Sasha said.
"Hey Sasha its good to see that you are all good,now how've Leo and Honey been?"Shu asked to his friend
Sasha smiled at the mention of her son and sister "They are both good"
Shu smiled at the 20-year old girl.She was pregnant at the age of 16,it was a few months before Valt left.When she and Valt had the fight she was 6-months pregnant.She was devastated after Valt left her and their child but did not reveal anything about the argument to others.Though her parents tried to convince her to abort the baby and begin a new relationship with django a more financially strong guy,but she denied both causing her parents to abandon her.She thought she was all alone but suddenly Honey also left their home and joined Sasha.They stayed at bc sol for the next few months as Leo,her and Valt's son was born.They did not reveal the name of the father to the media,though few thought that it was Valt and others thought that it was Django.Thankfully her son looked mostly like her except the colour of the eyes and his childish behaviour.After Sasha and Honey left bc sol along with leo though kris tried to stop them,they opened a beyblade shop where they sold and repaired beys.The money they received.was more than enough to keep them stable and they also bought a new house.
"But enough about me"Sasha said interrupting his thoughts "How,ve you been?"
"Great"Shu replied with a smile "Julie and I are getting married"
"That's great"She said but suddenly they heard honey shout as Sasha saw her running after Leo who was holding a broken bey.
"Well,i guess Leo has again done some mischief,i will have to go but i will call you back"Sasha replied apologetically.
"There's no need"Shu said with a smile "I just wanted to say that you are invited to the wedding along with Honey and Leo and the invitation will be sent to you through e-mail today"Shu replied.
"That's great"Sasha replied with excitement "I guess we'll be seeing you there then"She said and cut the call.
Shu then looked at the book and stopped at the no. with a name starting with L.
'So,it is finally time to see how much better we are with each other' Shu thought hoping that the person was more friendlier than before.He called the no. and it ringed a few times then it was picked and the face of a sky-coloured hair guy appeared who grinned on seeing Shu.
"Well,long time no see Shu Kurenai"Lui said.
"Lui"Shu muttered.
"C'mon tell me why did you call i have to train"Lui said.
"Lui,i am getting married to Julie and i consider you as one of my friends so-"Shu couldn't finish as Lui grinned and gave him a thumbs up.
"We are friends,Shu.Don't worry i will be there for sure.Also,i will bring dante and his group with me so,don't need to call them .Now i will have to go to train"Lui said and ended the call.
Shu closed his eyes and smiled,this went better than he thought.He then checked the address no. and dialed the next no. with the name of the person starting with F.He waited as someone picked the call and a yellow haired boy with a red streak in his hair appeared on the screen.
"Shu"Free( A/N He now wears his turbo outfit ) said without showing any emotion.Shu sweatdropped.
"Well,Hey Free i have called you because i am getting married so i wanted to invite you and the rest of the bc sol.You guys will get your invitation through e-mail"Shu said and watched as Free smiled.Free was the former number one in the world.In the International Blader's cup,against Valt he had pushed himself too far and got injured in the process and had to forfeit the match and the title of number one.He then became good friends with Shu and the friendship he already had with Valt only grew.He was most shocked when Valt disappeared and also went into temporary depression.But when he and Kris started dating,he began to slowly come out of depression but still hasn't recovered completely and rarely smiles as it is unusual since he was used to smiling a lot.Then he and Kris got married three years ago and now have two year old daughter Kenny hoya.
"We will surely come"Free said smiling as Shu smiled back and nodded then ended the call.
He then checked the address book and stopped at the name of his old friend ( Xander...).He dialed the no. and it rang a few times then was picked up by The tall 20-year old boy.
"Hey,Shu man its been a long time"Xander said grinning.
"It has,Xander"Shu replied smiling back.Xander was a legendary blader with the ranking of 11.He had began training with Zac and both had become great friends.Ever since Valt had disappeared,Xander was not the same guy he used to be.He had gone crazy in anger and had destroyed many beys until Delta Zakuro another legendary blader went there and stopped him from doing it.Xander had tried to search for Valt but couldn't and since then he has been training with Zac.
"So,what is the sudden call about?"Xander asked.
"Oh well you see i am getting married so,you and Zac are invited"Shu said.Xander grinned evilly.
"Well,then i will be there to be the witness of The ladies man Shu Kurenai"He said and cut the call as Shu looked confused.Then Shu dialed the next no. on the list., this was the last no. ( Rantaro...). Well Rantaro is the third legend a challenger had to go through by Valt's new rule but till now only Julie was able to get through the hizashi brothers but lost to Rantaro and since then no one has got through the hizashi brothers. Rantaro had lost his cheerful attitude when Valt disappeared but in order to keep himself stable he decided to train the hizashi brothers and their team along with Ranjiro and Ken. Rantaro was ranked 16 in the world.
"Yo, Shu" Rantaro said with a grin.
"Hey, Rantaro, I have called you because-" Shu couldn't finish as Rantaro gave him a thumbs up.
"You and Julie are getting married and we are invited, well Julie had already called me so, think it's done" Rantaro said as Shu smiled.
"Now, there's only one person left" Shu said sadly as Rantaro caught the hint and a sad smile appeared on his face.
"Let me guess, it's him , isn't it" Rantaro asked as Shu nodded.
"Yeah, no one has talked to him except Lui and Phi so, you can say that it will be hard to convince him to come" Shu said.
"Yeah, but its worth a try" Rantaro said as Shu nodded.
"Yeah, well then i guess we will be each other soon" Shu said as Rantaro nodded and cut the call.
Then Shu finally checked the name VA on the address book and dialed the no.
One try... two tries... three tries...
Shu sighed as finally put the phone after fifteen calls. He knew Valt was not going to pick the call. Man it will be harder than thought but he was not going to give up easily.
His thoughts were interrupted when Julie came to him and hugged him from the back.
"You know my friends were thrilled to know about the wedding they can't wait" Julie said smiling as Shu also smiled.
"Mine neither, all my friends are coming... " Shu said with a smile but suddenly his face fell down sadly "Well, except him... "
Julie looked at him sympathetically she knew how much Shu wanted Valt to come.
"Did he said no directly? " Julie asked.
"No, he did not pick the call. But i am not going to give up" Shu told his fiánce as she smiled.
"Good, hey why don't you go and search for him? Your parents and I can handle everything" Julie said.
"But the wedding is only in three weeks, how will you do everything? " Shu asked.
"Kris called me, she said they will be here soon as will be Sasha so i will have a little help" Julie said then ruffled Shu's hair "Now go and get him" She said as he nodded and ran outside.
She was surprised, he left just by the words, and did not even take anything. But will he find him?
