Need help on world list for 02 Birth by Sleep 1 12

Here are the list of the first three worlds I had already decide. Need help on the rest.

I'm doing a fanfiction series of 0.2 Birth by Sleep, starting with 0.2 Birth by Sleep 1 1/2. It will takes between after Castle of Dreams and before Dwarf Woodlands. Here are the Disney/Non-Disney worlds that I had already decide.

01. Bukuvu (based on Disney's George of the Jungle (1997))

02. Untitled Zootopia world (based on Disney's Zootopia)

03. Mobile Shinsengumi (based on Moeyo Ken TV) (also final world with the final boss)

I need help on the rest of Disney/Non-Disney worlds please.
