This is more of a one shot series than a full blown story. I bet you can figure what this story is inspired by instantly. I'll borrow some ideas and scenes from the thing that I inspired it from but I'll do my best to do Original scenarios as best as I can.
This story takes place in a normal IRL setting so no high octane action or Grimm. (I did say I wanted it different)
Also full disclosure don't expect this chapter to get constant updates. But right now here is the first chapter to start everything off! So BEGIN!
Jaune has been trying to talk to Weiss about "Something" but Weiss always says No, cause she know what he wants to talk about and that Is asking her out. She keeps rejecting him because he is not her type and even if she did say yes for whatever reason she wouldn't cause her Mother and Father divorced and her Mother was dating another guy and she hasn't heard anything from her father at all.
So right now Weiss is at her home doing her homework in her room. That was until there was a knock on her bedroom door.
"Weiss can you come out? We're having a family meeting." Spoke her Mother Willow
"OK Mom." Weiss spoke as she got up from her chair and exited her room.
She then entered the living room and saw that her Little Brother was already at the living room while Willow was in the kitchen .
"Hey Whitley" Weiss greeted.
"Hello Dweeb" Whitley responded
"Do you have to be like that?"
"Yes"
"Well OK Then"
Besides Whitley, Weiss also has another sibling named Winter. She doesn't live with them since she has a job across the state working as a specialist in the military which is amazing!
Soon enough Willow came out of the Kitchen.
"Ok they should be here any second now." Willow spoke.
"They?" Both Weiss and Whitley said simultaneously
Soon enough the door bell rang
"Oh that must be them" Willow said as she walked towards the door
Weiss and Whitley looked at their mother still confused.
"Them?"
Willow opened the door and there were two people there, One was a guy that looked around Willows age he has blonde hair that was in an undercut, blue eyes and a beard. Next to him was young man who also has blonde hair but it was bit more longer and scruffy. He also has blue eyes but he doesn't have a beard.
"Ah Nicholas, Welcome!" Willow said to the older guy
"Pleasure to be here." Nicholas responded.
Willow then looked at the younger man.
"You must be Jaune."
"Yup! Nice to meet you " Jaune said
"Please come in"
The two guys nodded as they entered the house.
"YOU!?" Weiss yelled out to Jaune which made him jump a bit
"Oh, hey Weiss!" Jaune responded
"What are you doing here?" Weiss said.
Willow noticed the interaction.
"You two know each other?"
"Yeah we go to the same school and we're both in the same grade surprisingly" Weiss responded
"I'm gonna take that as a complement." Jaune said
"Mom, why are these two here?" Weiss said
"Yeah I'm confused as well" Whitley said.
"Oh that's because were having a Family Meeting" Willow responded.
Whitley raised and eyebrow while Weiss squinted here eyes a bit, the both of them very confused.
''A Family Meeting?" Weiss spoke still confused. "Shouldn't a Family Meeting be, oh I don't know be a meeting with only people that are actually related?" Weiss motioned to her, Whitley and Willow
"And that is why I brought the two of you out here and why these two are here."
Willow then went over to Nicholas and wrapped an arm around him and Nicholas did the same thing with her. Willow then spoke.
"As of this day we are all gonna be One Big Family!"
Whitley raised an eyebrow again while Weiss glared at her mother as she was caught off guard and wondering if she heard that right.
"Espera Qué?" Weiss said.
Willow and Nicholas spoke at the same time.
"We're getting married!"
Weiss's eyes widened still glaring at both Willow and Nicholas.
"W-wait you mean..." Weiss slowly pointed at her Mom and Nicholas. "He's gonna be...M-My Step father?"
"Yes I will Weiss." Nicholas responded
"Then that means...That means." Weiss slowly turned to look at Jaune who was smiling. "You..." Weiss turned her head a bit to look at Willow and Nicholas. "He's gonna be my..." Weiss looked at Jaune again. "...My"
Jaune spread his arms a bit.
"Hug Me Sister!" Jaune yelled out
Jaune then gave Weiss big hug even lifting her up in the hug.
"Wow honestly did not expected this at all" Whitley said.
"Nicholas they're already bonding, I knew this was a good decision" Willow spoke
"Yes it indeed Willow, yes indeed" Said Nicholas.
Still being embraced by Jaune there was only one thing Weiss could say
"NNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO-"
*Intro*
The Intro shows Jaune and Weiss doing a little hug with Weiss's face being a bit hesitant and looks like she is trying to smile while Jaune has a genuine smile.
"I never thought that it'd be so simple but I found a way, I found a way"
Then it shows parts of Jaune and Weiss putting on sunglasses and then to shots of Weiss being irritated and Smiling
(Starring: Weiss Schnee)
"If you open up your mind. See what's inside"
It then shows Weiss singing on a microphone before transitioning to Jaune singing while paying his guitar, to doing a little dance.
(And Jaune Arc)
"It's gonna take some time, to realign."
The intro then Joined Nicholas and Willow being all lovey to each other and then it showed Whitley reading a book and writing on a notebook.
(Also starring Nicholas arc, Willow Schnee and Whitley Schnee)
"But if you look inside, I'm sure you'll find"
The intro then showed Weiss removing her head from a fish tank, then a shot of Jaune running into a door without looking. The it showed Jaune picking Weiss up for a hug and then it showed Weiss fainting in the kitchen
"Over your shoulder you know that, I told you I'll always be pickin' you up when you're down."
Both Weiss and Jaunes backs are turned in front of the reader and then they look back smiling and looking at the reader before turning back
"So just turn around"
The final shot shows Jaune and Weiss sitting outside, Weiss holding a teacup while Jaune is holding a bottle of Soda, Jaune clinks his bottle with Weiss's teacup which caught her off guard and then they both drank their beverages and then after that Jaune smiled while Weiss gave a small smile.
"Ooooooh"

I'm sorry to the people that thought this would be a White Knight story. But this is not a Romance story. I mean there will be some romance but Jaune and Weiss will be paired with different people. But this is more slice of life if you can say. I just liked the idea overall so that's why I wrote this.
Oh and idk if you found it but I did put in something that will be a running gag in this story
Again don't expect constant updates with this one.
