This is an "Ultimate Spider-Man" Story, but with some changes. Spider-Man's name is Khalil Spears and he is black. And when he was bitten by the radioactive spider, it put a symbiote inside of him. (The radioactive spider had a symbiote inside of it.) Also, his webs are organic. He doesn't need web shooters to shoot webs.
