Chapter One

The Prologue

part one

It was just a normal sunny day in Michigan. And within the residents of 1216 Franklin Avenue, Royal Woods, Michigan a boy about the age of 11 was sitting on his bed, reading one of his comics. He wore an orange polo, blue jeans, and a pair of socks, but the thing that stood him out from the rest was the cow-licked white hair. Noticing he was being watched he turned his hazel blue eyes towards us, the reader.

"Hey there, I'm Lincoln. And welcome to a typical day in the Loud house. And on the weekends where nobody has no plans, utter chaos can happen." Getting up, the white hair boy opens the door to the hallway of the two-story 1200 square foot house. The hallway seems to have a few girls roaming around the home. A 14-year-old girl with light brown hair tied in a ponytail wearing a white sleeveless shirt, a patten strip yellow skirt, and matching socks. She wore brown shoes with a pink flower on them and had a squirt flower on the shirt. She was chasing a 16-year-old blond girl wearing a seafoam dress, matching slippers, and sunglasses on top of her head across the hallway and down the stairs. The girl was holding a stick with a spider dangling on a string.

"Come on Leni, I thought you wanted to surf the web, haha get it!"

"Get it away from me Luan!" Scream the blond.

The door next to the sole boy of the loud room opened, and out came a short 4-year-old girl wearing a green turtle neck shirt, brown pants and dark brown shoes ran out of the room holding a beaker filled with a chemical liquid that was bubbling, and about to explode. "Out of the way, it's going to blow!" yelled the little girl before it exploded, shaking the house with the roof lifting up from the exploding and landing back onto the house.

Said explosion was powerful enough to send her flying back to Lincoln where he hit the wall of his room, leaving a crack on it.

"Lisa, are you ok?" Asked a worried Lincoln who was holding his little sister, looking over at her to see if she was ok. Lucky the little girl only came out with minor scratches with her body cover in black suds.

"Yes brother unit, I'm ok." The prodigy said blushing realizing she was being held. Quickly she got up and clean out her glasses. "I made a slide miscalculation with the formal I was working on to prevent any unwanted Cerebrovascular accident (CVA) Street name stroke, when I accidentally dropped a dash of petroleum combination with liquid oxygen as the oxidizer aka rocket fuel into the beaker and well...you see the result."

"Wait, how did you mix that up, and where did you even get rocket fuel?"

"Never you mind that Lincoln. But I do require a PB&J sandwich."

"No crust, and in 90-degree triangles?"

"You know me well big brother." Lisa said with a smile and a blush on her face. It was known that she had a crush on her brother. She knew that he was the 2nd smartest person in the house and at times, Lincoln has managed to even outsmart her from time to time.

But what was more amazing was that he was the guy she would go to when she was having a hard day in school or when she had a bad dream. Lisa would most likely find an excuse to get in Lincoln's bed and cuddle him while he sleeps. The others including their parents Lynn senior and Rita thought it was cute that one of their young daughters was sleeping peacefully with their brother, in fact, they have some photos of when Lucy, the twins, and sometimes Lily sneak into their older brother's room and sleep with him. And more photos of when Lincoln would go and snuggle up with his older sisters, mostly with Lori and Luan.

Nodded the two walk downstairs

There were a scream and the sound of glass shattering on the hardwood floor.

"LANA!" Screamed a voice that was coming from the room adjacent to Lisa and Lily's room. "YOUR DUMB PETS BROKE MY TEA CUP, NOW HOW am I SUPPOSE TO ATTEND MRS SPRINKLES PARTY WITH A BROKEN CUP!?"

"Not my fault they found your dumb teacup comfortable to sleep in, and whose fault is it to scare poor Iren from her slumber." Lana, the elder of the two twins yelled. She wore a pale green t-shirt, blue strap-on jeans, and a red baseball cap.

Her younger twin Lola wore a pink princess gown with a pink slash. The 6-year-old girl also wore a tiara. Both Lana and Lola were twins but there were enough differences to tell them apart. The biggest thing was their hair. Lana had twin pigtails, while Lola's hair flew to her shoulder. One was a tomboy, while the other was a spoiled princess. Let somehow they were able to fool their teachers, parents, and friends. The only people who can tell them apart are Lori and Lincoln.

In Lana's arms a small frightened baby rat shivers in her arms.

"Ack Now I need a new teacup." Lola exclaims, passing by her twin and walking downstairs.

On the couch sat Lucy, a pale skin 8-year-old girl wearing a black short sleeve skirt, black&white arm warmers, and stockings. She had black hair with her bangs covering her eyes. Because of this, it was hard to tell if she was happy, sad, angry, or bitter, you couldn't even tell if she was looking at someone or not. She was watching a rerun of her favorite show, Vampires of Melancholia, or what Lori and Leni call it Vom.

"Griselda, the love of my dark immortal life We have been together for xxx amount of years, and we have been through it all. Your trip to the underworld, my nephew Brad, the war between werewolf and vampires." The main character who's name was Edwin, a tall pale vampire holding the love of his life Griselda who was also turned into the creature of the night was staring lovely into her lover's eyes. "Will you be my bride in this dark reality?"

The goth girl hasn't seen this episode yet due to the season finale of The Love Boat airing on the same day Vom was airing so Lucy recorded the episode, and waited until it was time for her to watch it which was today.

"Edwin." Griselda called out until someone changed the channel. Thus making the goth fall face-first on the ground. Getting up, she saw and stared at the one who changed the channel. The youngest of the Louds. The 15-month-old baby Lily was holding the remote. She changed the channel to Fenton and Friends, a new children's show that features Fenton the feel better fox who goes on adventures with his friends and sings to those in need. Something Lily was a fan of.

"Lily, I was watching something very important, maybe later when it comes back on." Lucy said in her monotone voice and took the remote from the baby and changed it back to the show she was watching. Lily's eyes begin to water and let out a loud wail.

"Change it back!" Everybody in the house yelled, making Lucy change it back. Lily stopped crying and giggled, making the 8-year-old sighed.

In the dining room sat the eldest daughter of the Loud family. She wore a sky blue tank top which was actually her mother's old girdle, light brown shorts that reach halfway towards her thighs, and sky blue shoes. She was on her tablet talking to her boyfriend who moved to the city a couple of months ago. "Sorry about that Boo Boo Bear, one of my sisters made Lily cry. Now, what were we talking about again?"

"You and your little bro are visiting next weekend right?" Came the voice of her boyfriend Bobby. "Ronnie Anne really wants to see him, and between you and me I think she really misses him."

"Those two literally make the cutest couple."

"Again Ronnie Anne is not my girlfriend!" Came the voice of the sole Loud boy, walking past his oldest sister after making Lisa's PB&J no crust and in 90-degree triangles.

"I do beg to differ Lincoln, you would sometimes mumble Ronnie Anne's name while you sleep." Lisa explains making both Bobby and Lori chuckle.

"Aww, that's so cute! Wait how do you know?"

"The younger ones would sometimes sneak into Lincoln's room when they had bad dreams and sleep with him. I do have a couple of pictures."

"Oh that reminds me when Ronnie Anne did this when she was younger. You have to send me them."

"Oh don't worry I will." Lori smiles, making the white-haired boy and the prodigy Loud blush and leaves with Lisa following him and heading towards the room both she and Lily shared.

In the garage Luna, a 15-year-old teenage girl who wore a purple shirt with a skull in the middle of her chest, a striped purple skirt with two white belts across her hips, and matching boots was rocking out with her guitar. On days like today she would practice with her band The Moon Goats, but one-two members of the band had to go somewhere out of town. So she was stuck there jamming on her guitar.

Outside was the only child with Junior in her name. Lynn Loud Jr the fifth daughter and the most athlete out of all of the siblings. She wore a red and white jersey with a number 1 in the middle, red sport shorts, a pair of her lucky socks, and black and white sneakers. The sport obese girl was just kicking around a soccer ball. Normally Lynn would most likely...scratch that, will always be out somewhere playing any type of sport that wasn't golf, or playing a game, sadly there was no game for her to be in, and practice from the various teams she played on wasn't meeting today. So to occupy her day she just kicked around the ball.

Inside the house, Lola was looking around for a replacement teacup since her dumb dirty twin broke hers by having a baby rat sleep inside the cup. Why did she even have a rat with her in the first place? Most likely from a dumpster somewhere. Either wat, their mother and father will have a fit but will agree that Lana keeps the rat for a while. "LUAN WHERE DID YOU HIDE MY ACE SAVVY COMICS" Scream the voice of the sole Loud son, as he ran from room to room, looking for his beloved comic. All while Luan laughed. Though she did enjoy pranking her family she loved pranking her cute little brother the most. And may or may not secretly record him when he's in the shower or sleeping.

"You're going to have to in-terror-gate me in order to find them. Hahaha, get it? Maybe I hid them in mom and dad's room?" Sighing Lincoln went to his parent's room.

Not being able to find a proper tea the spoiled princess went to their parent's room after seeing her brother leaving the room, still mad that he couldn't find his comic. She looked around the room, including draws, in the hopes of finding a teacup. She even looked in their closet and found nothing, just clothes, shoes, Lynn senior weird tie collection, and an old brown cardboard box that was sealed with a tape on it. On her father's side. Lola grin, thinking this would be some blackmailed metal in case her father would punish her again. Quickly running out of the room, she got a pair of scissors, ran back without tripping, and cut open the box.

When she opens the box, she raises an eyebrow at the peanut packaging. She digs through the package and grabbed something, pulling it out, Lola eyes shine. In her hand was a gold chalice with silver trimmings on the tip. Several gemstones were encrusted in their design. Three rubies on the bottom, three red alexandrite in the middle, and three painite on top, and a Star Pink Diamond in the center on the other side.

"So pretty...but why would daddy keep an old cup in a box...maybe he was keeping it for me as a birthday present. That's it, I'll just play with it and put it back before anyone notices that it's gone." Lola smiled and took it to the kitchen, washed the cup, and gathered some snacks for her tea party.

Back to her room. Lucky Lana wasn't there so she could have her tea part in peace for once. "Ok, I'm back. Now, where were we?" Lola exclaimed while taking a seat and poured the make-believe tea into each cup. The party was going fine and well, but what she didn't know was one of Lana's pets were on the loose was about to make itself known.

"And then I told that hussy Lindsey Sweetwater that even my sister Lisa could beat her in the next pageant, which reminds me about that new pageant coming up." Getting up, the six-year-old girl rushed into the closet and pulled out her Queen of Diamonds costume that Leni made for her, and showed it to her staff friends "The little miss superhero pageant. Linky agreed to coach me." She said reaching for the cup and taking a sip from her imaginary tea but then stopped, screamed, and tossed the cup across the room on Lana's side of the room where it shatters upon impacting the wall. Inside was a baby rat which suddenly scurries under the bed but soon ran out when other creatures such as fox, a raccoon, Cliff, and Charles all ran out, trying to catch the small rodent for their snack, which they ended up stretching the gems. The rodent ran out of the room where she was picked up by Lana.

"LANA!" The little girl screamed again but gasped upon seeing what she did. The golden cups with the pretty gems were in pieces and the gems were scratched up. "Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh...daddy is going to kill me...unless he doesn't find out." The little girl's smile went into her brother's room, since he was still looking for his comics, he wouldn't be in his room, and he wouldn't mind if his little sister borrows his glue right? Taking the glue the little girl begins the reconstruction.

Later that evening, the patriarch of the house returned home after another successful day in his restaurant. Everybody was happy, food was on time and cooked to perfection, and there were no mishaps. Save for when Scoots returned almost everything that she orders for minor mistakes, or when Flip tries to give Lynn coupons that expire weeks ago. Other than that Lynn Loud Senior was happy and soon he'd not only had enough money to open several restaurants in the state of Michigan, but his family could live in luxury. All thanks to that artifact his great great great granduncle found in Europe years ago.

The gems alone were worth several million dollars alone.

And it was all thanks to Lisa when she informed her parents that the chalice's value would increase to its highest peak around this year. Lynn senior was planning on taking it to a buyer outside of town and selling it. After he got home, he kissed his wife on the lips. "Evening honey." He said twirling his wife around before pulling her in for a soft kiss on the cheek again and making her giggle.

"You are surely in a good mood, did that famous food critic Dave Smith come to the restaurant and leave a good review on the food?" Rita asked, happy to see her husband in a good mood.

"Nope but even better. I'll tell you after I meet with a very important client tomorrow." Lynn said in a happy tone.

"Well alright. Just be sure it isn't one of those government agents that wants Lisa to work for them."

"Trust me, after this I'll surprise the whole family." Lynn said making his way to the room he and his wife share after greeting 5 of his 11 children. He opened the closet and dug through his side where a white cardboard box with a tape to keep it sealed sat in the dark corner, alone and forgotten. The father of 11 raised a brow and pulled it close to him, and saw The tape that kept the item seal was cut in the middle meaning someone not only discovered it but opened it and may have taken the contents within the box. In a panic, Lynn opened the box, took out the peanuts that kept the item safe, and what he saw horrified him to the point where he let out a deafening scream that not only rang through the house but the entire neighborhood.

Inside the box was a broken chalice, broken with scratching on the gems. What more was that it looked like someone made a poor attempt to put it back together.

"What happened, did Lana's rat escape again?" Asked Rita who rushed into the room. Followed by Lori, Leni, Lola, and Lisa.

"No." He said sniffing which his sadness soon turned into anger. "I would like to know who in the hell did this?!" He turns and shows the family the broken chalice and scratch gems making the wife and children wince for Lynn using such language in his fit of anger and around the younger kids. "I want everybody downstairs right now!" The father of 11 yelled as on queue everybody was downstairs, even the pets dog Charles, their bird Walt, their hamster Geo and their cat Cliff.

Once everyone was downstairs Lynn took out the pieces and spread them across the coffee table. "Alright, which one of you animals did this? And don't you dare lie to me." There was a couple of mumble amongst the siblings.

"Is that a cup?" Leni asked, squinting her eyes.

"It's called a chalice Leni." Lisa corrected, taking a step forward and examining the broken item.

"It looks like it's expensive, where did you get it from, Shakespeare. "Luan joked, making everyone groan. Normally her father would laugh at the pun but he wasn't in the mood.

"Not the best time Luan." Her mother started crossing her arms.

"Now fess up."

"I know who did it, daddy." All eyes were on the spoiled princess. She then turns and points to the sole male loud boy. "It was Lincoln. I saw him go into your room, and took out the chalice to play his online game with his friends."

"What, that's not true, she's lying."

"Lincoln, did you go into our room?" Rita asked, a bit disappointed in her son.

"I did but only because Luan hid one of my comics. I didn't even know dad had it."

"It's true." Luna confessed, but the father of 11 shook his head, not believing his son.

"I don't believe you Lincoln." Lynn senior said firmly.

"What!?" Everybody said in shock other than Lola.

"You had lied over and over again, and you're the source of trouble to the family."

"I'm not!" The sole loud boy yelled.

"The incident with the football game."

"I told you I wasn't good with sports."

"Having the house on lockdown because you couldn't stay out of your sister's business."

"Ok one; that was because the girls kicked me out of my own room! And two; I can barely do stuff around the house because of the stupid sister fight protocol."

"You watching that scary movie when your mother told you not to."

"That…."

"You caused a blackout."

"So did Leni and Luna when they had a slumber party."

"You got so paranoid with Lucy's prediction that it ruined your time at Grand Venture State Park."

"I thought something bad would happen, you know something that could kill me?"

"Lisa became dumber because of you."

"Hey! I resent that father unit." Lisa said, frowning at her father.

"And for your information, I only ask her to become normal since everybody in school was taking their frustration out on me because Lisa is a genius."

"And finally when you lie about being bad luck."

Somehow I knew No Such Luck would appear somewhere in this story..

"Am I not allowed time to myself? Also didn't we all agree to never speak about it again." The others just nodded.

"You expect me to believe you when you ruin the chance of our family finally living a life of luxury."

"What do you mean dad?" Lori asked, wondering what he was talking about.

"The chalice was worth 312.6 million dollars which will be enough to set us for life." Lisa explained, still examining the stones. Everybody other than Lynn Senior's jaws hit the floor.

"Way to go Stinklon." Lynn jr said with a bit of anger. "Now I would never have that basketball court I always wanted."

"Hey back off Lynn, Lincoln said he didn't do it." Luan was quick to defend her brother.

"Then how do you explain the broken cup Luan?" Leni said in a bit of anger, mostly wanting her own space for her designs as well as a walk in closet.

"Again it's called a chalice." Lisa corrected. "Also Lincoln didn't do it, since he didn't know the chalice was in our parental units room."

And the arguing among the siblings resumes with most of the arguing being split. Lynn jr, Lori, Leni, Lola, and Luna attacking Lincoln, with Lucy, Luan, Lana, and Lisa defending him. The arguing continued for several minutes until Rita took out the air horn, and blew it, causing everybody to stop.

"Dad, you always take the girl's side, and when I try to explain myself."

"Enough, Lincoln Abraham Loud." Lynn Senior yelled making both the children and mother wince at the full name of the white hair boy. "I will not have you talk back or disrespect me in my house. You are going to military school first thing in the morning and that's final." Lincoln couldn't believe it. He was being punished for something he didn't do. He took one last look at his bratty little sister before marching into his room and slamming the door shut.

"Honey isn't that too extreme?" Rita asked, looking at her husband. "Sending him to military school over a broken chalice."

"Rita that chalice was worth over 312.6 mill." Lynn said, arguing with his wife. "What would you do if he ruined your 900 paged novel, the one you've been working on, since you were pregnant, with Lori?"

"Well I would be disappointed in him and would most likely ground him for 90 days, but I wouldn't send him to military school."

With a sigh, Lynn senior turned to his genius daughter. "What the damage Lisa." The father asked hoping he could savage the old artifact.

"Other than a couple of scratches on the gems that I believe Lincoln didn't cause I say you'll maybe get 3.4 million dollars." This made the father of 11 frowns. At least he'll get something. Tho he really wanted to give his wife and children everything they wanted.

With a nod, Lynn Senior pulled out his phone and a piece of paper with a number written on it. Walking to another room he pulled out his cell phone, dialed the number and after 4 rings, a voice of a woman answered.

"Hello, this is Fort Footundeez disciplinary academy. For English press 1, For Spanish press 2, and for any other languages press 3."

1

"Are you calling to enroll your child or children into the 'Fort Footundeez disciplinary Academy program?"

"Yes."

"How Many?"

"One."

"What is the full name of the child in question?"

"Lincoln Abraham Loud."

"What is the age of the child?"

"11"

"What is the child's Date of Birth?"

"June 26, 2005."

"What is the child's gender?"

"Male."

"Is the child taking or is on any medication?"

"No."

"Is the child suffering from any mental disorder?"

"No."

"What is your current Address?"

"1216 Franklin Avenue, Royal Woods, Michigan."

"How soon would you like Lincoln Abraham Loud to be picked up?"

"As early as possible."

"Right, two recruiters are on route and will be at your doorstep at 7 am in the morning with paperwork for the parent and or guardian of Lincoln Abraham Loud to sign. Make sure the child in question has the essentials, a toothbrush, and several days of both light and heavy clothing. Everything else will be provided at the academy. If that's all you want, simply hang up, or press 1 for more options."

Lynn senior hung up the phone. "Done."

Inside the room of the sole boy of the Louds, Lincoln was pacing back and forth, huffing at the events that had transpired a couple of minutes ago. He was going to a military school for no reason because of Lola's lie. "I can't believe this." The boy said in a huff. He always does this, taking the girl's side over mine." There was a knock on the door. Which opened, revealing the mother of 11.

"Hey, Linc." She softly entered the room and closed the door. She sat on the bed and patted her side wanting him to sit next to her which he did. "I know it's unfair that you get to go to military school and I try to change your father's mind."

"But that was uncalled for, I didn't even know that chalice was there. Every time Lola tattles on us he believes her." Lincoln began to rant. "Like the time Lucy clogged the toilet because she didn't want anyone to know she reads Princess Pony." This made the mother raise a brow at this.

"What do you mean?" Rita asked, wanting to know more. Lincoln began to explain everything that his gothic sister was reading was in the bathroom, she hid dropping the comic in the toilet when Lincoln sleepwalked into the bathroom, flush the toilet and walk back into his room not realizing he had clogged the toilet. After everyone was grounded until they found out who did it. Both he and Lucy investigated everybody with Lola being the prime suspect but sadly everybody had an alibi. Finally Lincoln discovered it was Lucy after she recited one of the lines from the book. The reason being that she wanted to take a break from the darkness and that the others would laugh at her when they found out. When she was about to confess Lincoln took the fall, saying he had tougher skin, but in reality, he knew she would be even more withdrawn than ever before if she confessed. His sisters other than Lisa, Lily, and Lucy tease him for weeks.

This made Rita frown at the treatment Lincoln was receiving, knowing the truth, the mother of 11 was also proud of him for standing up for his sister. She'll have to speak with the girls on a later date about this. "Linc, I can't change your father's mind but I do know that this little unfair trip will be short. And you will be home in no time. Just stay strong for me, ok honey."

"Ok, mom." Lincoln said with Rita giving him a tight hug.

"Now you need to pack several clothes, some light and some heavy, don't forget your toothbrush and get some sleep, they're going to pick you up in the morning."

Nodding the sole Loud boy got up and began to take out some clothes for tomorrow.

The sun rose and brought a new day in the small town of Royal Woods. The famous or infamous Loud Family stood out on the porch with one having a suitcase filled with clothes that would last him for several days, along with a toothbrush and several comic books to pass the time on his way to this school he was being sent to.

Before he could say anything a black 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe pulled up on the sidewalk. Two figures stepped out of the SUV, one was a man who stood 6 foot 4 inches tall with short brown hair tho it almost looked like he was bald, and wore a military uniform. Another was a slim Japanese-American woman who stood 5 feet 5 inches tall her black hair was tied into a bun. She wore a business suit and glasses. In her hand were several forms. The two walked up to the family of 13.

"Mr. and Mrs. Loud." The woman greeted. "My name is Jane Inari, and the gentleman beside me is Sergeant Mattews, we're the recruiters for Fort Footundeez Disciplinary Academy." Jane introduces herself offering her hand to the patriarch who shook it. Sergeant Mattews did the same, only his grip was much tighter.

"A pleasure to meet you, ." Mattews said releasing the hand-making Lynn Senior shake it.

"I must say you really do have a large family." Jane commented looking at the girls and boy. "Tho I find it strange that I only see one boy and ten girls." This only made both parents chuckle nervously. "Anyway if you would please sign the papers we'll be on our way." As she gave Lynn senior the papers and pen, Mattews eyed the boy of the Louds quickly making him nervous.

"I'm guessing you're Lincoln Loud." The sergeant asked, making the Loud boy gulp and nods. "We'll explain the rules of the academy and what we expect of you while we make our way towards the bus station. Once the father signed all of the paperwork, Jane smiled.

"Excellent, Lincoln if you may, put your luggage in the car, and say farewell to your family we can be on our way."

Lincoln only sighed and looked at his family. One last time before giving each of them a wave. Everybody other than Lola gave the white hair boy a hug. After a final goodbye Lincoln picked up the suitcase, and put it in the back of the suv. He then climbs into the back seat of the car, followed by Jane and Mattews. With that the car roars to life and drives off.

And that is it for chapter one. Leave a review and tell me what you think. Also spoiler alert.

Lincoln will not be shipped with the following.

Ronnie Anne, Girl Jordan, Stella, and Sam Sharp
