A/N: Luffy did try to return his hat to Shanks but Shanks returned it saying they wouldn't be the 'strawhat pirates' without a strawhat. That just clears up thing about Shanks and all! Anyway I hope you enjoy!
"So Luffys where are we headed to next?" Nami asked while standing behind Luffy as he was on the figurehead, letting him pick their next destination.
"To Dawn Island" was the only response she got out of the young Pirate King.
"Dawn Island?" Nami questioned curiously " What's- I've heard of Dawn Island before." Robin spoke up cutting Nami off.
Soon everyone gathered around the conversation between the 2 females and the captain curious about the Island.
"You have?" Chopper asked, tilting his head to the side a bit.
"Indeed I have. It located in the East Blue and is made up of different areas, the first is Goa Kingdom, Goa is known as the cleanest Kingdom in the East Blue known not to have a spec of dirt on the streets. Next would be Mt.Colubo, known to have dangerous animals of extraordinary sizes for the East Blue. Then there's also a tiny village called Fyusha village." Robin spoke amazing everyone besides Luffy.
"Your forgetting grey terminal and edge town." Luffy said confusing everyone.
"You know the Island?" Ussop questioned confused and curious all the same.
"Yeah. I grew up there. Know the way round the whole island like the head of my head." Luffy spoke once again, if the straw hats weren't interested before they sure as hell where now as the captain never spoke of his past.
"Well let's go! I want to see where Luffy grew up!" Chopper spoke excited. Jimbei nodded in agreement as everyone besides Zoro and Robin shouted 'Yeah!' In agreement.
Luffy smiled knowing that he was about to go home.
'I can't wait to see everyone again!'
"I can see the Island!" Chopper, Ussop and Luffy all shouted in excitement, jumping up and down but Ussop face dropped when he saw a marine vessel near the village they were meant to dock at.
"Ah! The marines are there!" Ussop screamed alerting nearly everyone of the vessel that was docked in the harbor.
"Don't worry probs just Gramps deciding to take a vacation." Luffy said calming the worrisome souls on board.
"Feeling nostalgic yet?" Zoro questioned the raven headed King who only smiled.
"Yeah.."
After half an hour the docked next to the marine vessel and all the villages came running out to see what pirate was idiotic enough to dock at a village under marine protection.
Luffy jumped of the figurehead with everyone following suit, besides Jimbei who decided he would watch the ship.
The straw hats were amused as they watched the shocked faces of all the villagers as Luffy shouted similar words the very same as when he left. "IM BACK!"
