Yay for Cinderella, I finally plan on finishing this after starting it months ago. Just more for me to add to my Disney Princesses as moms collection. I named all of the Disney princesses kids and I'm gonna use them lol. And the breakdown of them and their ages for this fic: Louis (8), Theo (6), Josephine (4), Noelle (2), and Ella is pregnant with her fifth kid. I tend to give some of my favorite princesses lots of kids lol.

Post Disney 1950 version with slightly mentions of Frozen and the Little Mermaid thrown in. Please read and review!

Hope you like this!

Prince Henry sighed dramatically before stalking out of his meeting with his father and the duke. They were giving him information about the peace summit and information about the visiting royals. There was an official dinner with some foreign dignitaries including Queen Ariel and King Eric among the others. Their annual peace summit is going to happen sooner rather then later.

At this point, he could only roll his eyes, knowing that his father was really sending him and Ella so he could watch the kids. Not that he blamed him, his and Ella's children were very lovable and the girls affectionate to their grandfather.

Shaking his head, Henry started toward the playroom.

Warm candlelight danced in their wicks. The turquoise striped walls had silhouettes of long shadows of four children and their mother.

From his spot at the door Prince Henry watched his wife, Ella, sit on the floor of the playroom with her legs tucked up underneath her skirt. An illustrated book of fairytales and folklore propped up as she read to the children. Her voiced animated in telling them the story of a man name Jack and his beanstalk. Henry's features softened as he watched them. Even eight-year-old Louis looked enraptured by the tale.

Josephine stopped playing with her younger sister's dark hair and head cocked slightly listening intently.

In all it was an endearing sight it was a shame that he had to step in. He gave himself a couple of minutes just to watch them have their fun. Ella was making shadows that helped tell out the story with her hands.

"Alright it's just about bedtime," said Henry as he walked into the room. Ella smiled at him and stood up straightening her skirt. "Is there anything…."

"Can we come to the party?" asked Louis clearly not tired and had seen the carriages bringing in some minor nobility to the castle.

"Cookie?" asked Noelle innocently blinking up at them, her brown hair falling in her face.

"Another story," begged Theo.

Fussy in her spot the four-year-old, Josephine, yawned very loudly and rubbed her eyes. Now that was a sign of what time it truly was. Finally, in all the commotion and a general sense of tiredness did Noelle just burst out into tears. Ella picked her up and hugged her close stroking her hair out of her face and soothing her.

"I think it's time for bed," said Henry going to pick up his sleepy daughter.

"Besides, nothing fun is going to happen," said Ella to Louis. "Unless you want to sit around and listen to us talking about trade and peace and documents. Dinner might be caviar too."

"Yuck."

Louis shook his head in distaste at the idea of attending that kind of party. It wouldn't be until he was much older would he be forced to go anyway. Ella went to pick up Noelle, carefully working around her growing baby bump. The baby due in another month or two. Noelle curled up in her mother's arms, dark corkscrew curls covered her face and thumb in her mouth.

Josephine's strawberry blond hair looked orange in the candlelight and her brown eyes fluttered scrunching her white shirt and a doll close to her. Scooping up his eldest daughter in his arms. She looked rather peaceful her head resting on his shoulder and she yawned.

"I think it'll be easy to get them to sleep," said Ella whispering to him.

Henry nodded as they headed toward the nursery. Josephine and Noelle already sound asleep in their arms already.

"But I'm not tired," said Theo.

"Well grandpa is going to stay with you," said Ella smiling as the two boys cheered at the idea. The girls weakly nodding their head.

Apparently, they had a lot of fun times with the king. Ella and Henry shared a look as they walked into the nursery with the kids. King Robert was sitting with a smile on his face setting up a chess set, a myriad of books, and some toys that Ella couldn't even place. He was ready to spend the night with his grandkids and have fun.

Theo and Louis raced to Robert as Henry and Ella laid the girls down in their beds.

"Boys I have some grand plans for a night in," said Robert and winked at Ella and Henry to go and make their grand entrance.

Ella smoothed her skirt, which was mostly silver and sparkling with a gossamer overlay practically floating by itself. The iridescent underskirts making it look like her dress was changing colors. Ella glanced at Henry who just tucked in Josephine and Noelle gently kissing their heads as they drifted off into sleep. With the promise that they would tell Robert and the kids what happened tomorrow, they were off.

Downstairs neighboring monarchs filtered into their ball room and sharing appetizers and small talk.

Henry kissed Ella's forehead lightly and pulled her close. Ella gave him a look of surprise as he seemed to have stolen her away from the hustle and bustle. Which of course she didn't seem to mind. A coy smile on her face as she pulled him close and kissed him. Her blush on her cheeks made her blue eyes look even brighter.

"I have come to steal you away," said Henry as she glanced around. "At least for five minutes."

Ella pretended to think about that as they headed to a side chamber. They could be fashionably late after all the summit didn't really start until they were in there. It was against her better judgement to keep them waiting, however it was only five minutes.

"Alright five minutes. However, that means you have to listen to the duke of Wesealtown's stories," she said giggling fulling knowing it was really the duke of Weselton that was not the greatest at small talk. "And promise me the first dance of course."

Henry seemed to think about that, she was pretty good making compromises.

"Deal, then perhaps we should sneak out to the gardens so we can't be found."

Her hand found his and laced her fingers through his for a quick get away. After all they did have stories to tell their children tomorrow about that night. Who knows what would happen?
