Summary:

It's time for Tachikawa Mimi to move to the United States. The Chosen Children help her get settled, and their first stop is an American supermarket.

"Flintstones Push-Up?" Taichi jiggled the orange sherbet treat on its stick in Koushiro's face.

"No thank you. The amount of food colouring that goes into one, it will stain your tongue."

"Fruit Roll-Ups too! Orange isn't so bad, Koushiro. I've been thinking about changing these brown pants for some orange ones!"

The idea of Taichi in orange pants was like if a Parallelmon stole a Taichi from a parallel universe and dropped him in theirs.

Koushiro shook clear the weird picture, removing the list of items they needed to pick up.

No good!

When it came to English, he may as well have been learning French!

One day, he'd make certain he'd gain fluency in both languages, but that day wasn't today.

"Why did Mimi-san leave us the shopping list in English?"

"Practicing for the move, I guess." Taichi shrugged with the arm he wasn't using. "Remember, that's why we're here. To wish her the best and help her adjust to her new home."

"I'm still shocked Mimi-san's parents paid to fly us all here. Can you read any of this?"

"A pumpkin…string cheese…chocolate milk. Heh, sounds like Agumon wrote this."

"Hikari-san suggested string cheese and chocolate milk, correct?"

"Mm! And the pumpkin's Sora's! She said it'd be nice if we carved a jack-o'lantern together!"

"Women are decisive, aren't they?" Koushiro walked and talked, adding the articles to their basket.

"You sure you don't want any? We can't find these in Japan. Mimi's stickin' around, not us." Taichi gave the push pop a lick.

He politely declined again, grabbing Fruity PEBBLES cereal off a shelf once he noticed the same man on the box as on Taichi's ice cream.

Koushiro was thoughtful.

"For a guy who wears a lot of orange, you're pretty allergic to orange." Taichi not as much that moment.

"I prefer oolong tea. From what I can gather, this supermarket doesn't sell it."

"Buy you a bottle when we get back."

Fair is fair, Taichi amended that quick. Though he doubted Koushiro was a superhuman samurai with an iron gut capable of holding down oolong tea.

"Taichi! We're paying!" Sora called from the checkout lane.

"Yabba dabba do!"
