This is my first time writing, so I appreciate suggestions and corrections for this story.

Episode 1 - Hope From The Stars
There was once an ordinary boy with an unordinary right hand whose origin is unknown and a mystery to the many denizens of this universe, but what is known is that the power of his right hand can negate the powers wielded by that of magicians, espers, and other supernatural phenomena, although he has yet to know that as it was in his future.
Unfortunately, this power also became the source of his constant misfortune as random misfortune event upon random misfortune event happen in succession that would make anyone and anything around him suffer one way or the other, without any intention on his part, earning him the moniker "The God of Pestilence" or other names such as "The Plague" or "The Demon".
This boy has two loving parents who loved them with all their heart, even in the most trying of times, when they and their child were constantly being harassed by their own neighbors in every single day of their lives.
And soon, it didn't take long for this to spread to other neighborhoods to follow in on said harassment.
One time when the boy wanted to play with the other children in the playground, he was shunned because either through out of fear of him or their parents forbidding them to play and have fun with him because of rumor or reputation or through their very own witness of the misfortunate life of this boy and the random misfortunate coincidences that have been spinning in the child's direction that resulted in financial problems, health problems, and other problems that are somewhat out of the ordinary.
Or that time when someone with a grudge against the boy for ruining his career drew graffiti outside the family house while no one was there and when no one was looking and wrote the words "DIE, GOD OF PESTILENCE" or other such foul, painful, and terrible words which could and should not be uttered by children before their pre-teens.
Or some random tree branch crashing down on a random street causing an automobile accident that wounded the passengers which resulted in some of them getting into a critical condition.
Or pieces of hardware and equipment from the mall suddenly going haywire for no reason and other similar and diverse misfortunate circumstances.
But even after all of that, the boy was unharmed and at the very least, safe for the very moment, because no one had no just cause or reason to harm him physically.
Yet.
But one day, everything had begun to change.
The name of this misfortunate child is Touma Kamijou.
This is the story of how his misfortunate life would change forever, with his past, present, and future becoming completely rewritten due to one single hopeful encounter.

In a certain suburban neighborhood, somewhere in the many cities and towns in the nation of Japan, many people from all walks of life were walking through the sidewalks of this neighborhood. The whole place was buzzing and teeming with life. The viewpoint centered on three people though.
A woman, a man, and the little boy walking between them.
This boy was walking with both hands held by the two beside him. A key characteristic of the boy was his unnatural spiky-black hair.
The boy walked with what could only be his parents, with a bright smile on his face despite the misfortunate life that he had experience and was given to him, as he was happily conversing with his beloved mother and father, as they walked throughout the sidewalk with smiles that was on their faces.
Shiina: "Say Touma... would you like to get some ice cream to beat the heat?"
The mom asks the boy this in a simple tone, with a happy and loving smile.
Touma: "Really Mommy, can I?"
Shiina: "Of course."
The boy's smile widens even further, his aura generating the happiness that he was feeling for this particular moment.
The loving and happy family continued walking down the busy sidewalks as cars passed by on the roads continuously, making their way to a certain ice cream vendor that was seen in the distance.
Touma: "Chocolate! Daddy! can I have chocolate?!"
The boy addressed his father.
Touya "Ooh... chocolate huh, Touma. I think I'm going to have to get some as well! I might eat yours though too!"
The boy's eyes widened comically at that.
Touma: "No! I won't let you take my chocolate dad! I'll destroy that illusion!"
Touma raises his right fist towards the air in comical fashion while his parents, Kamijou Shiina and Kamijou Touya, laugh wholeheartedly at their son's energy as they were thankful at the very least that their son can still feel happiness despite all that misfortunate life had treated him and their family.
The trio approaches the vendor and begins to make orders of ice cream.
Touya: "We'll have two chocolates, and one strawberry for the lady here please."
The father says this to the attendant. However, the attendant looks at all of them warily, then lands his eyes at the boy in question, and gives them a disgusted expression that was on his face.
Vendor: "Sorry, but I'm not going to risk dealing with 'The Plague'...!"
And with that, he shuts the metal drop-down on their faces. The parents looked shocked at this form of hostility, slight grimaces adorning their faces, not surprised in the slightest that this would happen at the least and was wondering on how long until misfortune catches up with them and ruin their happy family bonding.
The family stood there in stunned and complete silence, the parent's expressions were not so happy and that was a mere understatement. But then...
Touma: "Y-you know, Mommy, Daddy, I'm not really craving for ice cream today! My-my tooth has been kinda hurting lately."
Little Touma says this quickly in order to give a little ease and comfort, snapping his parents out of their stupor and deep reflection. They looked at their son, who was giving them a strained smile. The parents hurt from the inside just by seeing that. The fact that he was doing it again for the nth time pained them greatly, sharply, and thoroughly.
His parents knew exactly why the attendant had refused to deal with them. And that was because of their son. And his misfortune.
They looked at the strained smile that their son was giving them, to reassure them that he didn't really want any ice cream when he clearly and truly did. The father made an angry expression as a result of this.
Touya (thought): "These damn people!"
After this misfortunate incident and circumstance, they were just walking down once again on the sidewalks of the suburban neighborhood somewhere in the many cities of Japan after the vendor incident, when the vendor himself shunned the child because in his eyes, he was just trouble incarnate and that he would ruin his business.
While walking, they eventually went towards the park, his mother and father were still distraught and saddened because they were always reminded constantly of the many misfortunate years of the unnecessary and unfair suffering of their son who was their shining light and joy in the darkness which was constantly surrounding them, and with it, the suffering that followed because of the circumstances beyond anyone's control.
Then his mother began to asked him in a sad voice.
Shiina: "A-are you sure Touma , we can just find another treat you know."
Touma: "I'm fine Mommy. I'm just happy we can be walking and talking like this. This is more than I can ever ask for... the right to just be with you guys."
The boy known as Touma Kamijou begins to let out these words from his mouth that seemed out of place for someone his age and as due to the misfortunate circumstances that was dealt with them, he became much wiser and understanding in all his misfortunate years, while Shiina and Touya Kamijou looked at their son with sorrowful and proud expressions.
Not being able to take it anymore, they embrace their son and cried softly while Touma who looks surprised for a few moments, begins to smile happily, as he begins to hug them as well in turn. The happy and misfortunate family stayed like that for a bit, not wanting to let go of the warm feeling in their hearts.
The love that the parents had felt for their son was real and no one and nothing would get in the way of that.
But...
Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end.

I Am The Doctor
?: "You!"
A harsh voice of a man echoed through the streets, causing the happy misfortunate family to look up from their embrace all the while attracting a few of the bystander's attentions.
?: "YOU! THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT YOU GOD DAMN PLAGUE!"
The family and the bystanders that were watching this misfortunate random encounter had noted the form of a man a few feet away and he looked... well, not good, and that would be understating it. Bloodshot eyes, his hair unkept, swept all over his face. He has a business suit on with his tie. His left hand was clenched into a fist, while his right hand was holding... a knife!
Random Bystander: (screams)
Random Bystander: "He's got a knife!"
The man ran across the street at full speeds and wasted no time charging to the loving misfortunate family while they were still in complete and utter surprise and shock along with the bystanders who were just standing there due to either fear of either of them and the man with the dangerous weapon that was on his right hand, and the parents could do absolutely nothing in their state as the man was as fast as lightning.
He was just about to pull the child's right arm towards him as it was written in a certain history.
For in this certain history, this boy was about to suffer the most dreadful and painful back pain that he would ever experience.
But that certain history is about to be completely rewritten.
But that certain history is about to be completely derailed.
When suddenly from literally out of nowhere, hope begins to appear.
When suddenly from literally out of nowhere, the disheveled man was knocked out unexpectedly by someone who just so happened to be there at the right or wrong time and place depending on perspective with his graceful and elegant skill of martial arts (Venusian aikido).
As this scene of hope begins to happen, it shocked everyone in the surrounding area, partly because of the epic display of prowess and skill that this person, partly because no one from the parents, the boy, the disheveled man, and the bystanders, never took notice of this person as if he suddenly appeared literally out of nowhere, and partly because someone actually saved the misfortunate boy who was known to some among the bystanders as, "The God of Pestilence" with no hesitation whatsoever and they were all wondering on who was this mysterious person.
The mysterious person who intervened was a foreign man with brown hair and sideburns, who wore a brown pinstriped suit, with a brown Duster-type overcoat, with his shoes being Converse All Stars.
?: "Well that ought a do it, haven't done that in a while."

After a few seconds of the misfortunate-turned hopeful incident, the parents got out from their shock and went in haste towards the side of their son and ask him many random questions that was full of concern for his well being such as on whether or not that he was alright or was he hurt in any part of his body.
And then, the young boy would respond by shaking his head, telling the both of his parents that he was alright, all the while never losing sight of the foreign man who had just jump into the fray and saved him at the very last second, and that never really happen to him before considering all the events of his misfortunate life all the while some bystander calls for the police.
The unknown man with the brown Duster-type overcoat began to check the knock out body of the business man thoroughly for any signs of consciousness, and after verifying that he was indeed knocked out cold and wouldn't be getting up for a while, he went to The Kamijou Family to check and see and ask if they were alright in surprisingly perfect Japanese, with a foreign accent that accompanies with it, despite looking like a foreigner that is not a native of Japan.
The parents were in tears of gratitude, joy, and relief at this point as they were hugging their son so tightly and thought that they almost couldn't let him go due to this misfortunate incident that was almost fatal were it not for the man that save him, as they looked towards the man in question who has saved their son with eyes full of gratitude and relief, the man himself having eyes of sympathy and empathy that was directed towards the happy loving misfortunate family.
?: "Are you all alright?"
Touya: "Ye-Yes, we're alright."
Shiina: "Tha-Thank You, Thank you so much for saving our child. "
?: "Eh, it's no problem at all." The man waves his right hand casually as if it were no big deal. "I just happen to be passing by while enjoying and basking in the sights of this wonderful park when I just so happened to stumble upon some random unexpected situation that no one was expecting and I thought that I might help out a bit, well, that, and besides, I have always had a thing with kids. "
The unknown man explained all of this with a friendly and then parental and serious tone at the very end when he mention kids which made the parents have eyes full of gratitude and understanding at the unknown savior, partly because of saving their only child that they loved from the bottom of their hearts from a fate that might have ended painfully for everyone involved most especially the child who might have suffered a dreadful back pain through the knife in some other life with the scandal that comes with such an incident (timeline), and partly because the parents begin to understand by the very tone that the unknown savior had used, that he was a parent just like them and he knew all too well how it feels for them to see their very own child in danger.
Meanwhile, as the foreign unknown man and the parents were talking, the child continues to stare at the unknown man who looks physically young in first appearance, but his brown eyes spoke of a different story.
It spoke of a man who is ancient beyond years, who has seen and experienced so much that the child had thought that no one and nothing could possibly understand, and had committed crimes that could silence existence and reality itself, and yet somehow, he feels as if he could trust this foreign unknown man who has save him when no one else did.
As if he were a beacon of hope wherever and whenever he goes.
Aside from his parents, and other family members, nobody wanted to get close to him, whether they were children, teenagers, or adults, and many of them were either afraid, indifferent, outright hate him, or treat him with spite.
But this man feels different somehow, almost as if he could understand what it was like to have a misfortunate existence all the while not letting it or allowing it to break him down as he always kept running while never stopping for one single second with the promise of the name that he carries in his heart(s?).
And while the boy was thinking of all these strange thoughts which made him confused and understand at the same time, the foreign unknown man brought him out of his deep simple and complicated thoughts and made a conversation with him after speaking to his parents, with fatherly concern from his ancient eyes while crouching to his level and height, as the father and the mother were holding the boy tightly, looking at this certain conversation silently as it was taking place.
?: "Excuse me, are you alright?"
The boy blinks and answers with a nod.
Touma: "Yes Mr., I'm alright."
The man nodded and smiled with satisfaction as he begins to ask the boy a certain question.
?: "Good, That's good; Now tell me, what is your name?"
The boy answered.
Touma: "Kamijou Touma."
The unknown man begins to widened his eyes in surprise, recognition, amusement, and concern when the child said that that was his name as he looks back and forth towards him and his parents.
?: "Oh, really now, what an odd name, "One who Purifies God and Slays Demons.", you Japanese and your names always do happen to have a meaning behind everything in life and in backwards spelling at that for some other people. That, and well, it reminds me of my own name."
The man says with an amused and concerned tone while the boy, and his parents who were blinking their eyes out, were very curious about that statement that was made by this unknown man, the boy begins to ask the first part of the question which is as old as space and time itself out of curiosity that is as old as space and time itself as others have asked this question before him.
Touma: "Who are you?"
Then the man said something that sounded ridiculous and heartwarming in hindsight to them because of the strangeness of the answer.
For it was a title of a professional who's role it was to care and save the lives of the sick and the elderly, that was in the assumption of many people who are either learned or have just first met him and thought in the common sense of man that a name and a title are different and yet all too true for those in the know, especially the ones who knew the origin of the name, along with the Hippocratic Oath that entailed, along with the promise that was forged in Ages Past.
For the name that he spoke to them has been written into the heart of the Medusa Cascade and has driven back gods, monsters, and demons throughout the known and unknown multiverse.
?: "I'm The Doctor."
Which prompted the boy who was inspired and confused to ask the second part of the question.
Touma: "Doctor Who?"
Then the man with a genuine smile said.
The Doctor: "Just The Doctor."
And it was on that day that the boy who would one day be known as "The Imagine Breaker" in the future has now met the man who has inspired him and many others like him to be better and has been the hero and role model of his life for so many years, who introduce him to the wonders of his universe and beyond that, the entire multiverse, the good and the bad, all the while growing into the young man that led to him becoming the hero to many.
But that is a story for another time.
Meanwhile, when all of this was taking place, a Certain Witch of Miracles (Lady Frederica Bernkastel) was observing and pondering on this very surprising incident.
"This was not supposed to happen." she thought.
She came to this very event in this universe's timeline because she was a little bored and thought that she needed a little entertainment along with the fact that her interest was pique, due to the fact that she had heard of the infamous suffering of The Imagine Breaker and that it was far too similar to a certain suffering (The Endless June) that she had felt when she was known by another name.
She came here to witness this very event that brought about the events of his legend.
But what expectations and opinions she did have when coming here was shattered due to a Certain Meddling Time Lord (The Doctor) who had interfered when he should not have even been here in the first place.
A miracle has occurred.
A miracle that is less than zero.
An impossible event has happened.
Not in a million years of meta-time did she think that this was possible, wondering how this impossible miracle has come about and what will be the routes that will be accessed and what will be the paths that will be unfolded and diverged.
For this incident with it's simple random act of kindness has cause a ripple effect throughout not just this universe, but countless others throughout the multiverse.

To get an idea of my story.
Basically it's like a long running anime season which are not just limited to the standard 12 or 24 episodes but it may have a 100 episode count or more, if I can get there.
It basically revolves around the plot of The Doctor (Any incarnation/regeneration/face) crossing over with the various and diverse Fictional Franchises.
Plus it's not just Doctor Who and anime characters that are involved since I have the intention to include the two most famous Sci-Fi Races on Spacebattles which are The Xeelee of The Xeelee Sequence and The Downstreamers of The Manifold Trilogy who are part of The Temporal Powers Alliance (TPA) in my story. The SCP Foundation is also involved as well since I made The Doctor it's Chief Scientific Advisor and The Chief Ethical and Humane Use Officer of The Ethics Commitee.
I am using All Canon for Doctor Who/Faction Paradox in my story (TV, EU, Charity Anthology (such as Times Champion, Seasons of War, etc.) etc.) and All Canon towards All Japanese Franchises and All Canon for other Fictional Franchises whether if it was TV or EU or etc. (ex. Star Trek, Star Wars, The Xeelee Sequence, The Manifold Trilogy, etc.).
Don't expect the stories/episodes to be in order considering time travel is involved.

NOTE: All of these companions know each other due to The Doctor and are childhood best friends in my story despite being from separate universes.
I chose Touma Kamijou as the first one of all especially since The Doctor was involved in the events of Touma's life since his childhood (This episode along with the following episode explains that) and will be involved heavily in the major and minor events of his world (A Certain Magical Index and It's Spin-Offs) and his fellow companions (mentioned above) from other universes would also lend a helping hand every now and then from time to time.
To put it truthfully on why I chose Touma Kamijou as one of the companions; These are my reasons for it:
Touma's Entire Life completely and utterly sucks in Canon which everyone who has knowledge of the series can attest to such as the fact that Touma rarely has a break from saving people while having to deal with things such as memory problems, school problems, harem shenanigans, etc..., especially with regards to how the various crisis events happen in so short amount of time according to the canon timeline anyway, especially with regards to what he has experienced in The Infinite Hells which were designed by The Magic God Othinus, with the one purpose of trying to break him, along with the hidden trauma to boot while always managing to keep a hidden smile which is shown to everyone and no one really knows about how much he has suffered and how many times he has saved the world and the universe so many times and that without him things would have been a lot worst which is a lot similar to The Doctor now that I think about it. Plus I see the Imagine Breaker like a magnet that attracts trouble and danger wherever and whenever he goes with a multitude of reasons to boot.
It has come to my attention that Touma and The Doctor are far too similar when it comes to their Life of Misfortune.
The difference between them though is that The Doctor is much more older and much more experienced in this life far longer than Touma has even with The Infinite Hells of Toaru.
And don't even get me started on all the many various problems of Academy City and its moral and ethical problems along with its use of Dark Side Organizations and many of them that are employed there are just children and teenagers by real world standards plus the secret shadow war between The Magic Side and The Science Side with innocent civilians getting caught in the crossfire plus the various and diverse Xanatos Gambits and Chessmatches between Chairman Aleister Crowley and Archbishop Laura Stuart/ Coronzon plus the unknown supernatural creatures that lurked in the shadows of the stories background that never appears again such as the vampires which The Doctor (who has encountered many types of vampires and various supernatural creatures before and has dealt with them in Canon) and The Time Lords who have fought against giant star sized vampires back in The Dark Times and are one of their most dangerous ancient enemies (Great Vampires/Yssgaroth).
So I wanted to make Touma's Life a little better while also preparing him for the canon events to come in his universe with the necessary and useful lessons of survival skills along with the moral and scientific lessons to boot, but he and The Doctor won't necessarily be alone in these events as various characters from various and diverse Fictional Verses would be there one way or another to lend a helping hand such as for example Lady Washu Hakubi from Tenchi Muyo!
By the way, there is A Certain Girl from A Certain Series (When They Cry) that I ship with Touma in this story as his girlfriend/understander/love interest due to the events of Higurashi When They Cry (The Endless June)

I would like to ask you of your opinions on it while making the romance between them believable due to the similarities of their sufferings from The Infinite Hell Time Loops of their own series like Infinite Hells (Touma) and Endless June (Rika) while not making the romance cringe worthy or like something similar to Twilight.
NOTE: Touma and Rika are both the same age when they first met.

Your all probably wondering on why am I starting a story such as this which seems downright ambitious and somewhat arrogant for some but I feel that this is needed to be done. You see, I've been having all these ideas ever since I first fell in love with Doctor Who and anime genre in general which of course SpaceBattles being one of the reasons was one of the many factors that contributed to the still growing love I have especially for these two. I feel as if there is a lack for a better term, stories or fanfictions that delve into the unlimited story potential that could be provided from both Doctor Who and Anime in general that I feel is sorely needed, especially for today with the young and the adult in a world that is burdened by sadness and needs to be given hope for a better tomorrow through simple acts of kindness. There are so many ideas in this potential that I feel that need to write this down since no one has really attempted this before.
The Twelfth Doctor Quote:
"Every story ever told really happened. Stories…are where memories go when they're forgotten."
I accept anything with gratefulness and humility whether constructive criticism, opinions, corrections and others in relation to this story that I can write for the benefit and the service of many in this trying of times.
