Prologue
Master Yen Sid's Calling
The twilight hours of Destiny Islands were a time of reflecting and remembering adventures that had transpired in the past, as Sora joined Riku who sat on the Paopu Tree, where the brunette Keyblade Wielder shared paopu fruit with Kairi. The two best friends looked out into the setting sun, while the rest of their friends sparred on the beach.
"Are you thinking about Usagi?" asked Riku.
"Yep, I sure am," replied Sora.
"I am too," said Riku.
"But they'll always be with us in our hearts," smiled Sora.
"Yeah," replied Riku.
"Hey Riku… do you ever think that the Sailor Guardians will be happy to see us again?" asked Sora.
Riku dropped down from the paopu fruit, and looked at Sora.
"Of course they will, because we're their knights," he said.
"What do you mean?" Sora asked again.
"This," replied Riku, pointing at Sora's chest.
"This?" asked Sora, placing his hand over the place Riku pointed at.
"Yeah. Queen Serenity lives in you now," said Riku.
Sora smiled proudly, knowing that the spirit of Usagi's birth-mother from long ago, lived in his heart.
"Sora! Everyone!" called Kairi who ran up to them carrying a bottle in her hands.
"Hey, what's up?" Sora asked the Keybearing Princess, who stopped to catch her breath.
"Look," she said, holding the bottle up to them.
"From Luna?" asked Sora.
He took the bottle from her, pulled out the cork, and read the message Luna had written, which both Riku and Kairi looked at.
Dear Sora,
I hope you and your friends are doing okay. During your absence, we had no choice but to return the girls' memories back to them, when Ail and An came to our world, and began attacking innocent people to help something called the Makai Tree, an alien plant from another world that could only be healed by love. Thankfully, Sailor Moon was able to stop that tree from going on a rampage, and give Ail and An a second chance to treat it with proper care. However, we also learned, that Mamoru's memories had taken the form of the Moonlit Knight, who was tasked with helping Sailor Moon, but now those memories have returned to him, and it seems like the Sailor Guardians need your help once again, thanks to the brand Queen Serenity gave you. We hope to see you soon.

"All right everyone, it's time to return to Usagi's world!" announced Sora.
Moments later they boarded the Golden Highwind, and the mighty ship raced off into space, leaving Destiny Islands behind. On the way to Juban, Sora and most of his friends were fast asleep, as the ship coasted through hyperspace, when he was suddenly transported into another dimension through his dreams. There standing before him was a woman who seemed different, but wore the uniform of a Sailor Guardian.
"Who are you?" Sora asked the woman.
"I am known as Sailor Pluto, Guardian of Revolution, Keeper of the Timegate, protected by Pluto, the Planet of Space-time, and Watcher of Fate," the woman said.
"Nice to meet you," he said hesitantly.
"And you as well, Sora Lucis Caelum, son of Regis," she replied.
"Wait a second, how do you know who I am?" questioned Sora.
"While my duty as Keeper of the Timegate is important, it's where the Tower of Time, the place where all things that have happened and have yet to happen are stored inside. I won't divulge the information of your destiny, Sora, as it would lead you to becoming overly curious about where you came from, so please forgive me if I've offended you," answered Sailor Pluto.
"Don't worry about it, Sailor Pluto. I'd never say anything hateful about you, especially since you know a lot about me," grinned Sora.
Sailor Pluto laughed a bit, and Sora laughed too.
"I guess even you have some moments of having fun, too," he said.
"Yes, well, I have a message from Master Yen Sid, another Watcher of Fate. He requests that you and your friends meet him in his tower, where I will see all of you there," said Sailor Pluto.
"Okay, sure," replied Sora.
"Very good, and may your heart be your guiding key," said Sailor Pluto, as she faded away, allowing Sora to continue his peaceful slumber.
The next morning, after Sora and his friends had a hearty breakfast, Sora was once again at the controls of the Golden Highwind. He then reset the coordinates to take them to Master Yen Sid's tower to answer his summons. Once they had landed, they climbed the spiraling stairway to meet up with the former Keyblade Master in his chambers, where Sailor Pluto stood with him.
"Master Yen Sid, we got Sailor Pluto's message and came here as soon as we could," Sora said, as his friends gathered around his desk.
Master Yen Sid stroked his beard, and looked sternly at them.
"I thank you all for coming here, despite your arrival being fashionably late, just like your friend, Usagi Tsukino," he said, earning a light chuckle from Sailor Pluto, until she composed herself.
"And now, to business. The Sorceress of time, Ultimecia has allied herself with a band of rebels, who are planning to prevent the formation of Crystal Tokyo, which most of you may not know was formed after 1000 years of being trapped in darkness, until it's ruler saved it from being consumed by the darkness, after receiving help from a group of youths who have mastered the power of the Time Keys, special items that allow anyone to come to me, despite my daunting task," explained the Time Guardian.
"And now, we shall discuss the enemies you will face in this coming battle," added Master Yen Sid.
With a wave of his hand, he revealed a group of people standing with a mysterious cloaked figure, all of which had black Crescent Marks on their foreheads.
"The enemies you face, come from another time where they were banished, and transformed by the darkness of a world called, Nemesis. To this end, they call themselves, the Black Moon Clan, and have caused great harm upon the very Crystal Tokyo that Sailor Pluto told you of. Your task will not be easy, because the Black Moon Clan seek someone they refer to as the Rabbit, and will not rest until they have found her, transformed her into a Heartless, captured the Silver Crystal, and laid waste to all the other worlds for their own benefit. As for their ultimate goal, I cannot tell you, but in time, this 'Rabbit' will ask for your help as well, but be warned, she has a special power that may draw them to her, when her feelings become strong," he explained.
"The Black Moon Clan," murmured Sora.
"While I trust that you will be returning to the Sailor Guardians' side to battle this new threat, I requested that Chip and Dale give your gummi phones a special modification so that you can talk with any of the Sailor Guardians when they aren't by your side, or if any of you have chosen to temporarily part ways. But beware, your enemies will still use trickery to try and turn you against each other, or use your own inner turmoil to their advantage, so be vigilant, and stay alert, no matter what," Master Yen Sid finished with a stern look on his face.
"We will, Master Yen Sid," said Riku.
"Oh boy, we're reuniting with the Sailor Guardians!" cheered Goofy.
"I hope they welcome us back home soon," said Donald.
"Yeah, I can't wait to reunite with them!" grinned Sora.
"Well, at the very least, I hope they still remember us," grimaced Roxas.
"They will, Luna did say in the letter Sora read that their memories have been restored so that they could fight the darkness once again," assured Namine.
"And let's not forget, that we have to keep them in order, otherwise the consequences of Rei and Usagi's infighting will make Queen Serenity ashamed of them," smirked Axel.
"That's right, and being ashamed of them is caused by the number of times they've had many social debacles with each other," said Xion.
"Which is why, as they're friends, we make sure to keep them on the right course," piped in Aqua.
"Not to mention making sure that both Luna and Artemis' judgement doesn't get clouded by their duty to keep the peace," said Ventus.
"Yep, we did promise that we'd see them again, if and when our marks would react to them having trouble, then we'd be sure to come to their aid, and give them a fighting chance while we keep the Heartless busy," added Terra.
"I'll admit, helping them out will undoubtedly make Queen Serenity very proud of not just Usagi, but all of us as well, that's why we gotta protect her smile, even as she lives on in our hearts," said Mickey.
"Well said, Mickey. Helping Usagi and her friends is a daunting task for all of us, but as we learn from them, they learn from us, and carry that experience that makes us strong," Riku replied.
"At the very least, they can catch us up on what we missed while we were away for a while," said Kairi.
"I have no doubt that the Sailor Guardians will be most pleased to see you all again, considering that they've missed you after their memories had been restored by Luna and Artemis," replied Master Yen Sid.
Everyone snapped to attention like soldiers who were about to be briefed by their commanding officer.
"Now, now… there is no point in rushing headlong into danger, but there is one thing that Sailor Pluto would be most appreciative to say to all of you," said the sorcerer.
"Thank you, Master Yen Sid, and now, Sora, Kairi, Riku, Roxas, Xion, Axel, Namine, Aqua, Terra, Ventus, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, I hope the challenges the Black Moon Clan will throw at you will undoubtedly make you stronger, but I wish to share some heartbreaking news about the Makai Tree, Ail, and An. From what I was able to see in the ever flowing rivers of time, the tree they cherished was ground to dust by her power, and both Ail and An were transformed into Heartless, by Maleficent's hands. Due to these circumstances, I fear that she could be in league with Ultimecia," explained Sailor Pluto.
"I may hate Maleficent for everything she's done so far, I hope that someday she's put down for good," murmured Sora.
"I acknowledge your concern about Maleficent, Sora, but you must understand that eventually, she will truly be defeated, by one whose heart is truly in the light," Master Yen Sid said.
"And when she's gone, my nightmares of the past will come to an end," added Riku.
Everyone nodded in agreement, until Sailor Pluto stepped forward.
"Sora, until the next time we meet, may your heart be your guiding key," she said.
She then held her hand over herself, and vanished in a flash of time energy.
"Then, we should head back to Usagi's world," said Sora.
As they left, Master Yen Sid wished them luck as he whispered, "May your heart be your guiding key." to them. As they got back on the gummi ship, Sora soon set the coordinates to Juban, and soon activated the ship's hyperdrive. There was a sharp whine, a powerful burst from the ship's engines, and the Golden Highwind shot forward, leaving Master Yen Sid's Tower far behind.
"Is everything in place, Death Phantom?" Ultimecia asked the cloaked figure.
"Yes, Ultimecia. When the Rabbit has fallen, and the players upon this stage are eliminated, can I finally have revenge. All I need to do is to play the part of Wiseman, Leader of the Black Moon Clan, bring my world, Nemesis, upon the world of the past, and bring forth the cataclysmic final sanction," replied the cloaked figure.
They stood inside of a darkened chamber, within a dark citadel of the Planet Nemesis, a world that was unknown to them, and was viewed as the unofficial tenth planet of the Solar System.
"When I return, I will make sure that your vengeance against those who banished you will be appeased, by eliminating the King and Queen before they rose to power, and the Rabbit's birth, averted," said the Time Witch.
Death Phantom watched her depart into a portal of time energy, then began playing the role of Wiseman. His first step was to contact Rubeus and the four specter sisters, Koan, Berthier, Petz, and Calaveras, and to inform them of their mission, once he was alone.
"Hey, Sora, just one question. How much do you know about this, Ultimecia?" asked Riku.
"Not much, Riku, except for the fact that she's a witch who controls time and space like Xehanort did," replied Sora.
The rest of his friends understood that while Xehanort had transformed himself into a portal, they knew that a witch who commanded time was even greater trouble than they realized, as Sora brought the ship out of hyperspace, bringing them to a safe enough distance to begin their descent into Usagi's world.
