Oh, what might that be asked Jasmine? Well, I was thinking that maybe you would like to go on a date with me after the battle asked Gold. Jasmine was really surprised by this question from Gold and began to have a light blush on her face. Uh, okay sure we can do that replied Jasmine.
Really you really mean it asked Gold. Thank you I knew you would probably say yes to that request. Now then, lets fight. Jasmine and Gold took up opposite sides on the battlefield and readied themselves for battle. Alright, lets start this off with magnemite said Jasmine as she sent out magnemite onto the field.
Gold replied by sending out his Typhloshion onto the field. Now then magnemite use thunder wave on Typhloshion. Magnemite charged at Typhloshion sending out weak electric attacks out of its steel body. Typhloshion dodge the attack and then use flamethrower said Gold. Typhloshion managed to dodge the incoming attack and hit back with flamethrower burning the magnemite and knocking it out.
Wow, impressive Gold said Jasmine as she recalled her magnemite to its poke ball. But I think you might have more trouble with this one. Jasmine took out her poke ball containing her ace in the hole. Now go steelix. Steelix emerged from the poke ball and came out onto the field. This will be no problem for us said Gold.
Typhloshion use flamethrower on steelix. Steelix use dig said Jasmine. Steelix dug a hole in the ground and entered the earth below disappearing from view. Typhloshion see if you can sense where it's at said Gold. Typhloshion listened closely and tried to sense where steelix was at below ground. A loud noise could be heard coming from the ground below as steelix emerged from the hole in the ground and took Typhloshion by surprise.
Thankfully, Typhloshion was not hit when steelix emerged from the hole and prepared itself to counterattack. Typhloshion hurry use flamethrower before it can go under again said Gold. Typhloshion unleashed a powerful flamethrower attack which connected with steelix. Steelix was having problems dealing with such a powerful flamethrower and began to weaken from the attack.
Come on steelix you can fight it said Jasmine. Typhloshion keep up the flamethrower attack until that steelix rolls over and faints said Gold. Typhloshion kept up with the flamethrower attack and steelix could take no more. Steelix then fell onto the field and was knocked out. Steelix return to me said Jasmine as she recalled her steelix back into its poke ball.
Well, gold look like you are victorious said Jasmine as she walked over to Gold. Here you go your fifth gym badge. Gold took the gym badge and placed it in the badge case. Thanks for the fight jasmine. I quite enjoyed our battle.

While their Gold looked over at Jasmine who seemed to want to do something with Gold. I think I know what you are thinking of right now said Gold. Hey, we are almost there said Gold as they were nearing the olivine café. When they got their Gold and Jasmine went inside. Before Jasmine sat down however, gold pulled out the chair for his date and motioned for her to sit down. Jasmine did just that as gold then took his seat at the table.

Oh, it's going fine. I have got five gym badges now and am looking to head toward my next one said Gold. Have you met a lot of Pokémon on your journey asked Jasmine? Oh yea, a bunch of Pokémon. I have caught four Pokémon so far and all of them have proven themselves in battle. What Pokémon are they?
That would be cyndaquil who evolved into a quilava, and then into a Typhloshion, and a jump luff, Furret, and finally an Ariados. All these Pokémon started out in there first evolutionary stage and moved up enough to reach their final evolution. Impressive gold raising all those Pokémon by yourself. What about you Jasmine how did you get your Pokémon? I caught my magnemite in the power plant in Kanto and my steelix in a cave said Jasmine. I originally had onix but traded my onix to evolve it into a steelix. I then had steelix and had it traded back to me. I have a third magnemite, but it is in the day care right now, so I only have these two at the moment.
I see said Gold. Do you ever want to get out and try to find more Pokémon to add to your team? I always wanted to add more Pokémon to my team said Jasmine. It's just that when you are a gym leader you can't travel a lot because trainers always want to challenge your gym. It must be hard said Gold. It is difficult and I won't deny that. But being a gym leader does have its advantages and disadvantages. Jasmine and Gold ate their food and had finished it all in about twenty minutes. That was quite good said Jasmine. Yeah, I will be coming here again said Gold. Let's see what the damage is. Gold looked at the bill and read it in his mind.
Wow, that wasn't cheap said Gold. But I guess that's the price of quality. Gold reached into his wallet and got out the correct amount of money to pay the bill. I'll pay for the whole thing said Jasmine. Nah, don't sweat it I'll pay for it all replied Gold.
Jasmine went along with it after Gold said that. Alright I'll go up to the counter and pay. Gold went up to the counter and paid the bill. Gold then gave the waiter a tip of five hundred poke dollars. Keep the change.
