He was ready to leave, to leave with her but something happened and Haru disappeared without him. He felt like he was lost, drowning once again not even Tsuna could help him now. So Hayato wandered through the routine with the family, he could tell everyone was worried about him but he just ignored it not wanting to deal with it. Eventually he found himself standing in front of a door he never expected, but he knew he needed to talk and didn't want to talk to the others.

He opened the door to Hibiri's office in the school. The older boy was doing paperwork at his desk, not bothering to look up at his guest. He motioned for Hayato to take a seat, so he did as much. Not sure where to start he just sat on the couch trying to find the words to say, it felt like ages before someone decided to speak.

"She wanted you to go with her, but she didn't have a choice." Hayato looked up and stared at the older boy.

"She's my cousin, we talk." He couldn't help but stare at the man.

"How do we not know this?" That was the first thing he said and not what he wanted to say.

"We didn't want anyone to know, safer that way." He was confused now. "Haru's mother never told her about our families business, mine did. No one could find Haru if she didn't know anything." he looked down again, wondering how much he didn't know.

"She's still loyal to you guys." his face then darken, Hayato never heard the man speak much. "She even exiled me from the clan too."

"Exiled?"

"Yeah, so I am not allowed to talk to any blood relatives, can't be on any family land. She even left the Nanamori land to me so it wouldn't cause any problems." with that he stood up and left a letter on the seat beside him.

"Get out once you're done. I'm not a damn messenger." Hayato looked at the letter and saw his name in Haru's writing. His hands were shaking as he reached for the letter, bringing it closer to him. He missed her, missed her smile, her scent, all he wanted was for her to be here in front of him.
