Tonight was WrestleMania and John Cena had Just proposed to Nikki Bella. Once she said yes they went to go hug their families. John started to cry seeing his little sister and mother next to his future in laws. The first person he reached into hug was his little sister Jovi. Jovi was a a twenty three year old superstar in the making herself, But that was a secret she kept close to her chest. She had long blonde hair and a trim fit body. she even had a six back of her own. The siblings didn't want to let go but the show need to go on. John got to the back and found Steph and Hunter. The two congratulated him on the engagement as they shared hugs. John was sweaty from the match and out of breath but he said "Thank you so much for the opportunity. Also thanks for getting my Mom and Sis here. Is there anyway my sister can get a backstage pass." The power couple shared a look and wondered how John didn't know Jovi had been training in the performance center and on NXT. But Hunter said "Yeah I'll send Dogg out to get her and bring her back to you." He rubbed his head sharing a look with his wife wondering how close to the chest Jovi was playing all of this. John thanked them and went with Nikki to take picture and all the fancy things that came with their Wrestlemania Moment. Jovi was already backstage hiding from her brother wearing a plan black hoodie keeping the hood over her noticeable blonde hair. She was hiding from John she never let him know she got a contract with NXT and was training because she knew what his reaction would be and how he would get her treated and she didn't want that. Steph and Hunter found her in an indy show under a different name but they've seen her many times at events with john and running ropes with him as a kid. So they got her into the performance center and got her a contract. She was a natural in the ring much like John was. Her training with Randy was making her skill that much better.
Jovi was eighteen when she started her wrestling career but she went by the name Jolene Turner. She didn't want anyone to notice her but when her move skills started to look more like a pro trained girl everyone took notice even Randy Orton. Randy knew Jovi as a fan but while training at the performance rehabbing an injury he really got to work on her technique more. He also got to learn more about her. The two started dating after she played hard to get but they kept it on the low from everyone except management because Jovi wanted to make sure her career was done her way. Of course WWE wanted storylines but not till Jovi was ready. But they got a clip from Total Bellas of John on the phone with her and her telling him she had some things to discuss after Wrestlemania and that was their in to their lives. Hunter whispered in Road Dogg's ear to find Jovi for john. Dogg knew right where she would be. Jovi was in Randy's locker room straddling him and pulling her hood down. She was twenty three and very much in love with him. They had been seeing each other for four years today. Its when she finally gave in to him four wrestlemania's ago when she was just watching and not on a card. Randy ran his fingers through her hair and kissed her lips passionately. It was like he hadn't kissed her in forever. this weekend was the longest they had been apart since she put on a front to her brother. "baby i missed you" he said holding her face before kissing her again. Jovi smiled and said "I'm so sorry baby. I tried to make time but its hard keeping all this in wraps for this big moment" She said in between kisses. before they could go further there was a knock on the door. Jovi jumped off his lap and put her hood up.
Randy shouted "come in." Road Dogg opened the door and quickly came in seeing Randy's arm wrapped around her. "Good Jovi You are here. I didn't wanna have to hunt you down. John wants to see you. Here's a pass wear it to humor him since he doesn't know." Dogg said to her handing her a VIP backstage badge. Jovi sighed and rolled her eyes. "grr you guys suck you know. I want to tell him." She said putting it around her neck and kissing Randy before standing up. "sweetie you will get to tomorrow night on raw. But now just humor us please." Dogg said know it was like dealing with a child. He shared a look with randy who just threw his hand up with and I don't know expression on his face. Jovi leaned to Randy keeping her hood up so her hair didn't get in the way. "I will see you tonight. I've got the car set after John drops us at the hotel he's got my mom and I in. I love you." She said before kissing his lips softly. Randy lipped I love you back to her and let her hand go as she flipped her hood down so Road Dogg could whisk her to John, who was waiting in his dressing room alone for her. Along the way most girl of the main roster knew her as Jolene Turner a black haired beast on NXT who looked drastically than she did. Then there were the few who she came up her hugging her happy to see her seeing her out of all her goth gear. Alexa Bliss the 5ft 5ft five goddess Jumped up hugging her. They were like besties in the locker rooms and knew the dirty secrets. "Hey Girl.." She said playing with Jovi's blonde hair. "What is up Goddess?" Jovi asked setting Alexa on a production crate. "nothing I like the blonde a lot better." she said with a giggle. Jovi shook her head and looked at Dogg tapping his watch. "me too. I'll text you later. John wants to see me." Jovi said turning her attention back to her friend with a nervous look on her face. Alexa was one of the few Jovi trusted with her secret but they were road buddies and besties they even had tattoos for each other.
John was pacing in his locker room he had barely seen his sister in five years. She got to go to the home town shows and be there for his moments But their moments were never true because she had flight to catch and shows to do. The door opened and John's heart felt like it stopped. Jovi ran through the door leaping into her brothers arms. This was the first real private moment they had as sibling and she wanted to tell him everything. But knew she couldn't , John held her tightly and the two shared tears and silence not letting go. While Jovi was his youngest sibling she and John were always thick as thieves as kids. These last four years had been a whirlwind for the both of them so all they did was text they never got to really sit and be siblings. John finally set Jovi down on her feet and wiped his tears and said "Hey Kiddo...I'm so glad you could come. You agent said you were busy this weekend." John said kissing the top of her head keeping her in a side hug. Jovi was also a model and had did a lot of fashion runways. Jovi wiped her mascara stained tears with the sleeve of her hoodie and said "I booked this trip months ago when you told me you were going to propose and told her to tell anyone I was booked. I wanted to surprise you." "Well you it's definitely a surprise. Nikki thinks you've been avoiding her anytime your around." John said laughing a bit. Jovi smiled and asked "Where is the bride to be?" John scratched his head and said "I left her with some Divas so around her somewhere. Do you wanna go find her?" "Sure You Know I love backstage." Jovi said feeling overwhelmed from having to keep so many secrets from him. She looked down at her neck wearing an engagement ring around a necklace. She couldn't wear it around John she couldn't tell him the biggest secret that would break their relationship at its core.
Several people walked up to John congratulating him and Jovi stood behind him like a scared kid even though she was a pro at this she still felt she didn't belong. They reached catering where most everyone was even Randy who kept exchanging looks with her not trying to be to obvious. Jovi bit her lip and follow John to the table where all the girls were admiring the ring. Natayla was holding her finger and said "That's so gorg Nikki" "I know I did a great job picking out the ring" John said interrupting them. "But I brought someone you ladies keeping asking me about." He continued to say before shoving Jovi to them. Nikki quickly got up and hugged her future sister in law tightly. They shared private words no one could make out behind all their hair. But they were genuinely happy to see each other. Nikki was trying to stop herself from crying and sat back down saying "girl you are full of surprises. John said you couldn't come because of some modeling gig." Jovi smirked and said "Well I made my agent tell a white lie. Because I know the last few years schedules have been crazy. But I was making time for Wrestlemania." As she said this she looked over her shoulder at Randy he was talking with Hunter, Road Dogg and Xpac. Randy kept sharing looks. Hunter was the first to say "Go say hi be innocent if your in that much need." Randy gave his mentor a look and said "I would but that makes it harder for her. So I can't thanks though for offering that an option in all this.." "Talk to your woman about that. Though I give credit she had balls for not wanting to use either of you two as references to get here." Hunter told him bluntly. Randy ducked his head behind his hands anytime that John looked his way when he noticed Jovi's eyes wonder. "Me too. But I'm wishing she did cause none of this would be awkward." He said standing up and going back to the locker room to take a cold shower.
Jovi watched him walk away knowing he hated her hiding their love when it came to John. But both of them know she was doing this to prove herself with out all the assumptions. Jovi kept chatting when John stepped Away to go talk to Hunter. John shook his hand and said "Thanks again for everything tonight. You guys should really look at signing for my sister. She's been working indy shows and she good. The gimmick is off for her but She has talent." Hunter just smirked and said "Oh we know her talent. We've just had a schedule conflict since she does a lot of other work." Hunter knew all the plans that Jovi had worked out and knew how hot this was going to for their brand. John smirked over to her "Yeah but that contract ended yesterday. My mom told me a little bit when i got to chat with her." he said dropping clues. Road Dogg who had took a bite of salad said "Oh yeah. Well bring her over so we can chat with her a bit." John jumped up and grabbed Jovi telling her that Hunter wanted to chat with her. She looked surprised while John stayed and doted on Nikki with his love and affection. Jovi made face as she walked toward Hunter and the guys. Xpac was trying not to die laughing as were the others. Jovi liked making faces since everyone pretty much was in on this big secret. Hunter had been promising John and Nikki something big after Wrestlemania and this storyline with Jovi was it. She sat down with a huge smile on her face playing with her own ring. "Girl you better hide that just in case big bro comes around. wouldn'y want him to catch on." Pac told her messing with her. She looked over her shoulder and said "He's distracted with the perfect selfie queen so he's not paying attention." "I can't believe no one has let it slip who you are. I mean I'm starting think he's taken to many headshots if he doesn't recognize his sister in goth." Dogg said shaking his head still eating.
"I thought he made me last year but he got distracted and I dipped." She said enjoying she had this secret. "Well the secret will be out tomorrow. Are You Ready?" Hunter asked her teasing her. "duh. I've been hinting all season on the phone on Total Bellas. Its gonna be exciting and I know Randy can't wait to travel together finally he hated out awkward schedules." She bit her lip knowing she missed him too. This weekend was rough on them with the sneaking and the hiding and not really having any time together. Hunter smiled knowing love when he saw it cause he was the same way with Stephanie. "I will say this. What ever your doing don't stop cause I've never see Him more focused and happy with life." Hunter said grasping her hands softly before adding "Go I will cover for you. Hes going nuts without you." Jovi smiled giving Hunter and Road Dogg a hug before literally running out to go chase Randy down. John seen her go running and he knew it must have been good news. So he excused himself to go see them. Hunter wiped his face with a napkin and said "Oh she's going to pack." John looked confused and was about to ask for what but Hunter continued to say "for Tampa she's going to the performance after raw tomorrow." John was happy and didn't know what to say with all the thinks that WWE was doing for him tonight. Hunter just hugged him and said "Call it a wedding present for you and Nikki." John smiled and just lipped thank you and went back to his wife to be. Jovi was running down the halls looking for Randy. She got to his locker room and his stuff was gone which meant he was heading to get his car. She got on her phone and texted him
Jovi: Babe where are you?
Randy: ...Bout to get in my rental and head to the hotel why?
Jovi: wait there please.
Jovi slipped her iPhone back into her pocket and made a dash through the halls. She knew where they parked rentals but had no clue what he was driving. Randy flashed his lights at her when he saw her searching and breathless. Jumping in the car she all but attacked him kissing his lips softly and passionately. Randy got lost in the moment but stopped her and grabbed her face asking "what are you doing here? He's gonna find you." Jovi smiled and said "Hunter gave me an out so I can get out of here. Besides he's got a lot going on and its easy for me to disappear." This made Randy pleasantly surprised but extremely happy with good reason. They were finally gonna get to stop hiding and the world would know who Jolene Turner really was. Everyone was going to know their business and every detail of the drama. Jovi slipped into the passenger seat and took her necklace off letting Randy put the ring on her finger and holder hand. He made sure no one was watching before kissing her lips and heading out to his hotel room. This was their first night in months that they shared a bed together and it would be a welcomed change for them. Randy kissed her hand a drive off to the hotel. John texted his sister a few time but no response figured she was driving to the hotel to celebrate her excitement with their mother. He and Nikki were in their dressing room packing up. Nikki was super excited about everything as John was making sure they had everything he said "oh Hunter and Steph gave us a wedding present." Nikki looked confuse wondering what more they could give them but said " oh yeah what?" "my sister is getting signed after tomorrow nights raw." John told her not knowing the plan.
Nikki looked shocked and amazed playing it off. She only found out when Jovi was changing in a locker room at the performance center into her gothic gear. Jovi swore Nikki to this secret because of what was in the works for everyone. "that's so great I know anytime she would visit she would always train with the girls and I showed them her footage but they kept saying when the time is right." She said looking up from her phone and admiring her ring. She was addicted to her social media and what everyone was saying. "I'm just glad she is getting her shot. I know she's been training back home with one of our injured stars but No One will tell me who." John said as they headed out. Nikki just sucked air through her teeth and said " I don't know there are couple. but i don't know" John walked up to her and kissed her lips as he wrapped his arms around her saying "I think your hiding something and I need to take you to the hotel room and we can practice out honeymoon." This made her giggle and she took his hand and went with him. Fans we taking pictures as they made their way to their limo. The obliged waving and signing a few autographs some congratulated them and other just were fan girls of both of them. One person asked if John realized Jolene Turner was his sister Jovi But he blew it off like it was nothing because there was no was his sister was training to be a superstar with out telling him would she. This thought played with John but he didn't want to lose focus of this moment with Nikki right now. He knew he made her dreams come true and his too. Once in the Limo Nikki sniggled up to john still admiring her ring the whole way to the hotel.
The Next Morning and Jovi was already up and in her work out clothes that looked drenched in sweat. She was sipping some orange juice and eating toast on the balcony. Randy was out on a run when she came back he left her a note. She turned her head on a swivel when he came up behind her with out a sound kissing her neck. She finished her bit of toast and licked the butter off her fingers and kissed him. "mm you taste like breakfast." He said stealing her orange Juice. "I bet I do I gotta head to the arena early to get all my stuff done before everyone shows up and i have to stay put." She said stretching herself out a bit on the balcony. "Oh and you'll just hate being locked in a room with me." He was teasing her of course. She hit him playfully and said "You know I'm use to always being on the move so i stay hidden." He grabbed her hand taking her engagement ring off her hand and said "after tonight you won't." she looked concerned of where he was taking it. He reassured her "You will get it back tonight I promise. Just cause you have the wool over John's eyes doesn't mean i don't have a few tricks up my sleeve" He said kissing her nose. "now lets go shower before you have to leave me." He pleaded taking her hand taking her with him biting on her lower lip. As Jovi and Randy were getting steamy John was on the phone with his mom. She was concerned cause Jovi never came to the hotel. "Mom slow down. What do you mean she never came back? Did she call you?" He said muting the Tv he was getting pressed for the press tour with Nikki who was getting her hair done. She was texting Jovi's phone.
Nikki: You need to get a hold of your mom and brother they are freaking out.
Nikki: I know you two are enjoying your alone time
Nikki: Girl John is ready to send search dogs for you.
Jovi's phone kept dinging with messages from Her Mom, John and a few other looking for her for John. After calming his mother down saying "I'll find her she probably is sleep over with her friends. You said she had friends here right." This situated stressed him out but he knew she was a grown woman probably shacked up with a boyfriend or something celebrating before she went to the performance center but those were thought he didn't want to have about his sister. "Mom we will find her I promise. I'll see you tonight at the show." He said hanging up and rubbing his hands over his head he hollered to Nicole asking "any of the girls respond?" "Yeah Trin seen her in the garage she got into a car with a guy in the driver seat and they looked real friendly." Niki said spilling some of the dram leaving out who. "Trin say who?" He asked fixing his tie. "No she couldn't see who but She looked happy to see him whoever it was." Nikki said as the hair dressers finished with her so she could get dressed. John just nodded his head taking this information about Jovi in. She had a boyfriend and didn't tell him. Now he wondered who the guy was if he would treat her right what he did. He wanted to look into it more. But they had things to do and appearances to make. John knew he would see her backstage tonight before Raw so he could talk with her then he hoped. He blamed himself for always being busy or maybe she would have shared more with him. But he just texted and tried to call her phone.
Jovi was getting dressed and packing her suit cases for the arena. One held all her Jolene Tuner gear and the other had her other clothes and shoes in it she might need. Randy looked at her phone as John trying to video chat her. He said "You might need to answer this your phones been buzzing all morning." Jovi forgot she put it on vibrate to enjoy her time with Randy. She seen the messages and said "Shit. You Need to hide or not come out to the balcony please." She looked in the mirror before kissing his lips and answering her brothers call out on the balcony. John's first words were "oh good your alive now i can kill you when I see you tonight. Where the hell are you? moms worried sick and whose this guy one of my coworkers saw you get into a car with." He had 20 questions for her but didn't know where to begin. Jovi said "breathe you just got engaged you don't need to have a heart attack over me. I'm at my boyfriends hotel room. He came to surprise me at the arena." She said sitting on the balcony so John could only see the view of Orlando and her. John rubbed his head and said "I'll be glad when your in Tampa then I can keep an eye on you. Because either moms gonna go nuts and call in a missing persons report the next time you don't check in when you promise. She was worried cause she didn't know where you are." This was the guilt trip she got when she did anything for herself cause she didn't check in. She was able to keep up a four year secret and her recklessness almost ruined it. "I get it I'll call mom. I'll see you later at the arena I hope. I know Hunter wanted me there early to see me in the ring to see my skills and get the contracts signed for NXT." She said as she looked down at her hand missing that ring she loved wearing even if it was a necklace when John was around. "Ok well I'll contact you when I get there. We need to chat and I want to meet your boyfriend." He said hearing Nikki yell at him it was time to go. John hung up with her and Jovi started to laugh with evil intent. Randy opened the sliding door and raised his eyebrow and asked "do I want to know?" She rubbed her face and said "He wants to talk later and meet my boyfriend." She slapped Randy's leg as she stood up and finished packing.
"so are you dead or am I?" He asked wondering how hard John was going to take his shots on Him. She looked up slightly panicked "We both are but I am gonna call Mom when I get to the arena and sort out stuff with her before she goes spilling her guts and ruins this all." She said mentally freaking out cause now everything was going to catch up to her. Randy placed his hand on her shoulders rubbing them softly to calm down. "shhh shhhh. It's gonna be fine I promise you Jovi." He said spinning her around and holding her. Jovi started to break down in tears and she hated crying or letting Randy see her cry. To her crying was a sign of weakness. Randy just held her rubbing her back and stroking her hair. Jovi was truly terrified of how John was going to take every secret she had been hiding. She never hid anything and hiding Randy, Her career, her life was taking its toll on her. Randy lifted her chin and said "hey no matter how sideways this goes tonight. I'll still be here Jovi." He kissed her lips as she felt her phone going off in her back pocket. Jovi wiped her eyes and said "I gotta go before he GPS's my location and find out I'm only a few floors down and we don't make it to the show." Kissing his lips softly and zipping up her two pink Louis Vuitton suit case John got her last Christmas. Making sure she had everything she kissed Randy one more time and headed for the door. "I will see you tonight and I want my ring back when I see you." She said as she peaked her head out the door to see if anyone seen her. The coast was clear and she made a clean get away. Her mind was racing and her phone buzzing.
She had no time to answer anything she had to get to the arena before John did. She hailed a cab and packed her stuff into it and got it. Jovi told the man where to go and she put in her ear buds. She thumbed through her messages. Most were from people looking for her for John. But a Majority were from her mother and brother. Both were very protect of her but she wished they understood she wanted to find herself. Jovi decided to call her mother to make sure she knew she was okay. The phone rang three times and her mom picked up. Jovi was the first to speak "Mommy I'm sorry I worried you. I left with Randy last night." You couldn't hear her mom but Jovi was already in her feelings and said "mommy I know I'm sorry. But it was our anniversary Mommy." Jovi wiped her tears cause she was being to made to feel guilty when she did things with out informing someone. Jovi said "I know he wants to know but Mommy you can't tell him who I'm dating it ruins tonight. You just have to give him little things please. He will find tonight." She took a deep breath and said "No I pretty much am on full lockdown once he gets to the arena. So he won't see me till tonight Live. My phone will be on me till gorilla so i will keep in touch. Just don't let him panic or start a search party please mommy." They were pulling up to the entrance of the arena and said "I love you to mommy. I'll try to find a way to sneak you into see me before you take your seat tonight mommy." Jovi hung up hearing her mom tell her she loved and missed her and she would wrangle John in. She checked in and got her assignments. Hunter aka Triple H aka Paul Levesque was coming out of the production truck as she was headed to Randy's locker room to drop her bags. He was on his phone and stopped her ending his conversation. The two shared a hug and he said "Little girl your brother is ready to go out on a man hunt for you." To her Hunter was the dad she never had since hers was more concerned with John and what he did for the family rather than the rest of his kids
Jovi didn't want to let go but did and wiped her eyes under her sunglasses "you sure you don't want to give him any types of heads up." Hunter asking her knowing she had a lot on her shoulder. But she had thought a lot on the last five years of her life. She was a spectator in his life but he was never there for her moments or never noticed her even when she was feets away. Shaking her head she wiped her nose and said "Yeah I'm sure. I just have a lot going through my head and I know how bad all my secrets will hurt him. I know once he realize Randy and I are not only dating and engaged I'm cut off. But part of me feels like maybe this is all for the best because if he couldn't notice his own baby sister in goth. Maybe I just need to stick with my wrestling family you steph, dogg, Randy." These were real emotions she was sharing and Randy had been trying to help her through them but no one knew this would go on for this long. Hunter looked at her and said "Use that emotion for when your shoot tonight." Jovi looked shocked and was surprised there was no script. "Don't look at me you know your mic skills are just as good as his. Plus creative decided after four years of being scripted as a fill in for the wyatts and what not. You deserved a little shoot. But lets get your stuff in Randy's locker room and then we are going to the ramp to practice your entrance get you warmed up and what ever else you girls need to do and once I'm notified Nikki and John are in the building you are not to leave the dressing room for anything." He told her as they were walking the corridors. She said "Is there any chance that you guys can sneak my mom into see me before she's gotta be seated please?" Rubbing hid head and said "I'll figure that out. But you and Randy are ready for the intrusion on your lives with Total Divas and such after your promo right?"
Nodding her head yes. Hunter opened the door to Randy's Locker room which had white roses and balloons all around it. Jovi wanted to cry knowing Randy had this done since today made it a year since he proposed. Hunter smiled watching her glow as she set her bags to the side and smelled the roses and read the sweet card Randy had with it.

He tapped his watch and she stopped getting caught up and they made her way to Gorilla. They were still setting up but the stage was set as was the ramp and ring. They were testing sounds, trons, and graphics out to make sure all the kinks were worked out. Hunter whispered in the sound guys ear. Jovi wasn't sure which theme WWE got for her since she had listed a couple she thought might be good for when she took off the Jolene Turner persona and just became Jovi Cena. She was also making her own rap to the instrumental of "King Of Everything." John had gotten her studio time for her birthday since she like to rap and sing. But she didn't realize Randy sent it to WWE. First her generic theme for Jolene Turner came on and she walked out as the light were dark except a red light over the stage. She walked out and was about to flip her hoodie off but the song started to scratch and she heard her rap from the studio. Jovi started to vibe and nod her head to it and started to feel it. She flipped her hoodie did a little bounce before turning to face the ring and walk down with a little swagger. It was still a work in progress but she knew she didn't have time to sweat the small details. She needed to get herself warmed up and run the ropes and work with Brie who was Nikki's twin. She was doing this to be a fill in since John had no idea. Brie was already in the ring with a smile. Jovi smirked and standing from the ground she grabbed the top rope and played skin the cat but doing the splits on the top rope as she came over. This was her signature thing she did to make herself memorable as Jolene and was going to keep it is she could. Once she was in the ring the music cut and Hunter was walking down as Brie and Jovi started running the ropes to warm up. The locked up and played off each other feeding off the energy with each lock up. Jovi was much like her brother a perfectionist. But once she felt she would be good she asked for her phone from her hoodie pocket. She wanted to goof around with the girls that were out there with them.
Jovi was dripping with sweat lightly and was sitting on the apron leaning on the bottom rope smiling at a picture of Randy. She felt someone hit her shoe and it was Trinity who was another one of the girl she adored. They were always twerking and dancing with Lana at the clubs. "I like that rap girl." Trinity said checking in on her girl. Jovi came up from her phone and said "Thanks girlie." She said doing their special handshake. Trinity held her hand and said "Are You Okay?" Jovi didn't know what to say so she just shook her head no without anyone really seeing her do it. She was worried about so much and knew how painful it was going to be to say all the words in a short shoot. But she had to stop holding it in and she knew it. Trinity said "You'll do fine fam." as she hit Jovi's chest with there fist in her chest lightly. Jovi slid out of the ring to sit in the stand and enjoy the silence and the freedom. Taking a few selfies for her social media accounts for the fan who knew her as a wrestling fan and model when she was just Jovi. She was keeping up with her text and seeing where everybody was. She jumped out of skin when she felt a tap on her shoulder. Removing her ear bud she looked up from her phone and it was Hunter. It was time to go into lock down. Jovi sighed and got up gathering her things. from the seat next to her and just went with him. Randy still hadn't arrived yet he was handling business he said but wouldn't tell her what.
When Jovi Left Randy had his own plans for tonight. He knew that she had been postponing setting a date for their wedding but he didn't want to wait anymore. So He talked with Shawn Michaels and Hunter who were like mentors and fathers to him. Randy was planning a super secret super private wedding and Shawn was going to officiate. He wasn't sure how tonight was going to end with John but he loved Jovi since he met her at the performance center. Randy didn't care if john would agree to do this after Raw once he found out all his sister's secrets but he hoped for Jovi's sake he just put shit aside. He was running late to the arena because of traffic. But Jovi was still texting him

Randy really wanted to be a man and talk to John before all this but he couldn't do that to Jovi. Thumbing through his phone he seen his feed talking about Nikki and john's engagement. He just rolled his eyes and texted with Hunter
Randy: Hey does she have any idea?
Hunter: No None at all I just locked her down in your locker room.
Randy: Yeah she told me
Hunter: It's gonna work out Randy.
Randy: Thanks.
When John and Nikki got settle he went looking for Jovi but found a dead end. He couldn't worry about this he and Nikki had a show to get ready for and a mix tag match against opponent they didn't know yet. He decided to facetime her to find out if he could tell where she was. Jovi was laying on the leather couch waiting for Randy to show up watching Tv. She heard John's ring tone and seen he wanted to video chat. She swiped and he popped up on her phone. All John could see was a couch and her. "Sup bro?" She said playing sweet and innocent something she was good at. His face got red and then went back to normal. John was annoyed with her at this point "Where are you Jovi?" he asked as she sat up off the couch and all he could see were flowers on an end table it looked like a hotel room but he couldn't tell. Jovi was nervous and sat up off the couch and said "I'm no where and everywhere." "Jovi I'm not playing we need to talk and I want meet your boyfriend." He said as he walked down the Hallway to his locker room. Jovi twirled her hair around her finger and said "John you will I promise. Please promise me one thing." She was pleading for some mercy. "What Jovi" He said with a grunt in his voice knowing what she was going to ask. "Please don't hurt him. I love him John. He is a good guy and he loves me. He really makes me Happy." She said dashing into the bathroom to sit on the counter to hit her vape pen since she wasn't allowed out of this room to have a real cigarette. "When did you start that habit?" John asked her seeing her light it up. Jovi rolled her eyes and said "moms last breakdown." That breakdown was rough on her since their mother had her own health issues. "what's he like?" John asked just trying to make conversation and not want to fight with her. Jovi took a fat rip of it blowing smoke into the camera. She was about to say words he would hate but she told him "He's a wrestler. He's been helping me with my work in the Indy's. He's really great." "How old this time? John asked knowing she had a thing for older guys. Jovi bit her lip squinting as she said "In his 30's. But he's amazing to me John. He's not like the rest. We share this passion in like everything John." She was pleading her case with him. John asked one question he wouldn't get answered till later "Is it someone I work with?" Jovi put he phone down when she heard a door open and hung up the phone.
That hang up to him said a lot so now he had to figure out which one. He didn't want to bring his mood back to a very happy Nikki right now, so he just walked the arena. When Jovi hung up on John she had peaked through the bathroom door when she heard it open. She seen it was Randy and she quickly ran to him. Randy dropped his bags to grab her and hold her body around him as she wrapped her arms and legs around him to hold him. It was nice to have her in his arms and in his sights. He liked knowing where she was and safe. Randy asked "who were you on the phone with?" as he regained a better grip on her and bouncing her up and down playfully. She let out a giggle and she smiled. She said "my brother was asking questions since he couldn't find me" as she let go of his neck still holding onto him with her legs falling backwards before putting her hand on the ground and letting go doing a handstand. Randy raised his eye brow trying to push her feet to make her fall and asked "what type of questions?" She kept in her hand stand and said "asking about who i was dating. when he would get to meet him. I did make him promise not to hurt you though." she said with a giggle as he tickled her feet to make her struggle but she had a strong core. "Well that's good to know my career won't be ended tonight." He said tickling her feet trying to make her break. She only started doing her yoga dance stuff when she didn't want to be super serious about subject. Jovi looked up at him making a face and said " He asked how old you were." This made Randy really worried. Jovi worked her way out of the hand stand by bringing her feet over her head and bending and twisting out of it. This kind of turned Randy on a little knowing how flexible she was. She wrapped her arms around his neck and said " I said 30s and then he asked if it was someone he worked with and before I could answer I hung up cause I heard the locker room door open while i was in the bathroom vaping."
Randy plopped down on the couch pulling her next to him. He put his arm behind her head and held her hand missing the ring. "It looks weird with out it." He said as he looked at it. Jovi elbowed his chest and let go of his hand and said "I want it back Randy for real. It was weird not having it. You know how many question I had to dodge about it. Hunter thought you called it off or something." Randy was trying to hide his laughter he could only imagine what grief she was getting since she either had it on her hand or around her neck. She looked up at him laughing and hit him with a pillow. "Randy for real I want it back." She said as she hit him with the pillow. Randy dis armed her and grabbed her and and pulled her to him and said "Fine. Besides you will need it if we are breaking the fourth wall tonight." He grabbed his keys he always kept attached to his wallet and took it off and slipped it on to her finger. "thank you" She said kissing his lips softly and cuddling with him. Randy felt his phone buzz and it was Hunter to finalize some things about later. "I have to see what He wants okay." He said not wanting to move her because he was comfortable too. Jovi just nodded and sat up. She knew she had to see what she had to wear that would combine her two personalities since Sondra was still working on the new gear still. "Yeah I got to start doing my hair and make up since I can't have my team in here risking exposure." she said making air quotes acting like a child. Randy just kissed her head and said "Okay well its gonna take me time to get back here so grab your phone so I can text you. No More Face Times Please if you can help it." This was for both their sanity's to just get through the next few hours. "Ok I just will put it on vibrate n only answer texts so I can get ready." She said standing up and kissing his lips before grabbing her phone showing him it was on vibrate and all the missed video calls from John. That made his head spin that he was spazzing this bad.
He just kissed her forehead holding her in their safe bubble. He felt his vibrate and said "I got to go before I am late. But I love you." He let her go reluctantly but she understood the business too. As the door closed behind him she said "I Love You too." Running her fingers through her long blonde locks she looked at herself in the mirror. She was wondering who she would be after tonight or what her career and family would look like for a matter of fact. She grabbed her phone and went to her play list and put one song on that just made her lose track of time as she started to prepare herself. She hadn't done this since the Indy's in Massachusetts, But it was pretty much paint by number since she wasn't doing her Jolene turner while face. She painted her lips a classic glossy red color on her lips. She was feeling herself as she listened to her playlist and watch Johns message keep popping up as she trying to get ready. She responded short statements and answers and that she would see him later. Jovi finally told him she had to shower and he stopped texting. This gave Jovi a little piece of mind as she pieced her look piece by piece as she opened both suit cases exploring. Jovi pulled out her black and grey wig she wore to hide from John and decided she knew exactly her plan.
As Jovi got herself ready Randy was with Hunter backstage just talking and laughing. John walked past the two and stopped he looked stressed and Randy went silent. He asked "You alright man?" John looked at Randy and said "just family problems you know." Hunter Loosened his tie and said "yeah...know all about that." Randy said "if you ever wanna talk lemme know." Hunter was trying to hold his laugh. John said "Thank I'm trying to wait out my little sister right now but I think she is deadlineing me per her usual." "how's she doing anyways?" Randy asked and Hunter just looked dumb founded that Randy had these set of nuts to do what he had been doing. "she's doing good getting ready to move to Tampa so she can be a the performance center I hope." John said crossing her fingers. Hunter said "about that She's might actually might be jumping to raw or smackdown. She really impressed some important people when she came to try out." He was trying to make conversation. "really that's great for her. Can you tell me who?" John wanted to know more. Hunter responded "No but We can call her together and Tell her the good news if you want." It was his way of help covering for both Jovi and Randy. "If she picks up. She hasn't been picking up for me." John said as Hunter pulled out his phone and said to him "that's cause you are her brother. But I bet she picks up to hear the news."
Jovi was almost ready even had her wig on when she ween Hunter's name and pic come across her phone. She threw the wig off and answered it not knowing who he was around. When she answered he said "Hey I wanted to touch bases with you and tell you some news. You impressed some people out there and." Jovi realized what this was about when Hunter pulled his phone out and John was next to him. John said "I think you got yourself a job kiddo." Jovi acted fake excited like she could and even cried on que when Hunter told her "Your not going to NXT either you'll be at on the main roster working with the best." Hunter pulled his camera out to show Randy was with them and she dropped her phone in shock and horror. They heard the crash and Hunter looked at Randy and said "Look you made her break her phone." All the three of them could hear was a scream and couldn't tell what kind. John said "Jovi you okay?" as he looked at Randy kind of side ways knowing that she had always had a thing for him and he was divorced. Randy locked eyes and in that moment he knew John knew all by pure coincidence. John teed right off on his jaw and said "You son of a bitch. Your who my sister's been seeing. Why she sneaks away after events?" Randy wasn't even gonna swing cause he knew he deserved this and more. But he did wanna say something in his own defense.
Hunter and some refs stood between the two men. Nikki could hear John from hair and make up and ran. She knew that tone and John was pissed. Jovi could hear this even though she thought the call was ended. She sat on the ground listening to this unfold. "I know I should of said something. But she knew this is how you were going to react. Besides she's not so little any more." Randy said walking away rubbing his jaw. She heard John yell "You son of a bitch." Jovi heard this and ran out the door. She didn't think John would put it together himself. John had speared Randy to the ground and both were tossing blows. Jovi was out of breath and just looked across the hall to Nikki. She though maybe Nikki snitched her out since she knew about Her and Randy too. Jovi went to grab the back of John's belt loop. He thought it was a dude since she didn't say anything. So he shoved her off of him hard enough to make her head hit the wall knocking her out. "Jovi" Nikki her future sister in law shouted. Hunter stepped away from the two guys. Randy stopped screaming when he heard Nikki yell Jovi's name. John got one more good shot on his jaw and then turned his head to see Jovi on the ground. He saw Nikki trying to wake his little sister up and he was scared of what he did to her. He honestly didn't know it was her behind him. John put his hand over his mouth as the Doc and staff got her on a stretcher taking her to the trainers office.
Randy got up off the ground holding his jaw from the last shot. Hunter was again between the two men and said "You two can settle this in the ring tonight." John looked a little upset for Nikki since this was suppose to be a mixed tag match. Hunter looked at John and said "If Jovi gets medically cleared the mix tag match is still on." John looked around for Nikki but she went with Jovi. Hunter continued to talk as Randy and John just stared glares and said "Randy go take a walk not in Jovi's direction. I'll send Medics to check you out. John, You and I need to talk." Randy was pissed but did as he was told usually he wouldn't but he promised Jovi he was different. Hunter sat on a crate rubbing his head knowing he had to fess up to all this knowledge. John said "boss man whatever you got to say. Just give it to me straight." He had taken a few shots but was fine. He was concerned about Jovi. Hunter offered him to sit down across from him cause this was going to be real. "I get what you are going through but Jovi's had it a lot worse. She's been training with us for five years but she didn't want to tell you because she wanted to get by on her own talents. We offered her to come up sooner but she said she wanted to give you and Nikki a wedding gift or an early one. and no Randy wasn't all of it. She wanted to show you how good she was and make you notice her." Hunter said this to him after having spent so much time with Jovi. She was like a daughter to him and Stephanie. John looked upset that this is why his sister had her secrets. He wished he would have come to him. John held his head and said "How long have they been a thing?" he knew Hunter had to know if he could tell him what Jovi wanted. Hunter cleared his throat "Four years..But he really loves her even wants to marry her." as he adjusted his tie.
John just thought this was all great to be slapped in the face with right now after a big moment last night. But he knew how stubborn his little sister could be and if he didn't approve she was going to do what she wanted anyways like she already had been. So he just chuckled and said "at least it wasn't her whole training process. Did he help get her in?" Hunter shook his head no and said "steph got a video of her at a house show and fell in love. We actually didn't learn who she really was till she came to the main office to meet with Vince and we all recognized her and the only reason Randy got that Date is cause she lost a bet with him over Taker and Lesnar. If she won which obviously she didn't he would stop trying and if he won she had to go on one dat and the rest is history." It was good to know that she didn't want him to pursue her but gave in. John just smirked and said "I better go check on her. I feel really bad she didn't even say anything." Hunter smirked and said "she pulled your belt loop from a a fight a few times. You just never noticed her John you always thought it was Nikki cause thats all you saw. But you go get ready for your match and your promo I'll let you know how she is." Hunter said putting some key thoughts in his head to prepare him for tonight of what Jovi had planned for him and Nikki. John just shook his head and went the opposite direction of Hunter.
As Hunter was headed to see Jovi her and Nikki were plating thumb war. The doc used smelling salt to wake her and put a couple stitched in her head but she was fine. The doctor was finishing the stitches as Nikki talked to keep her mind off what the doctor was doing. "I don't know exactly what happened. I was in hair and make up when All I heard John say You son of a bitch. on Bible I didn't say anything to him about it." She told Jovi as she was just trying figure out how John know. Jovi was in and out but more in. She looked at Nikki and said "I need you to tell you one more thing. Your mix tag match is against randy and I. So i need to bible and Say I'm sorry if I go savage out there tonight." Nikki was shocked not realizing that Jovi was getting called up. Jovi stopped Nikki before she could say anything said "and The reason I didn't say anything is cause it was suppose to a wedding giftish of sorts since we've been wanting to work together before you called it quits for good." While Nikki was working to get back to this point the two had been traing together when they were at the performance center together. All they ever discussed is how fun it would be to have a match and an angle where Nikki wasn't the bad guy. Nikki never thought it be reality and said "awww that's such a sweet gift and don't worry about going Savage you have a right to this moment and I respect your feelings. But expect a slap or a rack attack 2.0 if you step out of line." Hunter walked in hearing the girls laughing and the doctor finishing up "How is she doc?" He asked as Jovi looked to him. "Five stitches in her scalp and a big knot there. But other than that she will be fine." The doctor said clearing her to wrestle as he went to remove his gloves and wash his hand leaving the three alone. "That's not a knot that just her hard ass head." Nikki said before standing up and stepping away from Jovi's reach.
"I love you too bish. Go tell my brother I'm fine and I'll see him in the ring tonight." Jovi said blowing her a kiss. Nikki smiled as she walked past Hunter who just smiled holding the door for her. Jovi was getting off the bed and said "i'm fine. hows he?" "which he? your brother is pissed, upset, mad at himself but fine. Your fiancee's Jaw is fine nothing broken took it like a man." Hunter said as she just wanted to go finish getting ready. As they walked down the back halls to Randy's locker room Jovi asked "How did he even find out?" She wanted to know who spoke up. Hunter said "I don't know I just said great job to randy as a joke since you dropped the phone and John looked at him and swung. Randy fessed up and it went from there. Why didn't you say anything when you started pulling John off?" He asked wondering if she had a reason. Jovi looked at him and said "I've never had to but I guess this was a time he was seeing red." She bit her lip looking at the concrete. She hated how all of this was going down. She felt like everything was ruined now that John knew she was here. "All he know is you are fine and he and Nikki have a match. You get to tell the world the rest." Hunter said reassuring her with confidence as they reached the locker room. Jovi just hugged him and went in. Randy was lacing his boots and stretching waiting for hear about Jovi since he figured John was with her. He raised his eyes seeing her walk through the door, he stood up with as she just ran right into his arm. Their silent embrace was all he need was to know she was okay and was ready for tonight. He just hoped now that john knew he might oblige him with his plan to have a wedding ceremony in the locker room after Raw. But He would work on that later he just wanted to hold her in his arms and make her feel safe.
