AN: So basically this is going to be an anthology series involving Naruto characters teaming up with both Marvel and DC superheroes. Each scenario will either be based on either the comics, movies, or an animated series. For my first story, it covers the events of the Superman/Batman: Apocalypse movie. I hope you all enjoy the start of the series and the stories following.
Gotham City
"Well, that's something you don't see everyday."
Kakashi Hatake could only stare curiously as he saw what appeared to be what could only described as an unidentified object falling from the sky into Gotham Bay. He could already tell that someone or something was actually inside this object with his enhanced senses. It took him only a moment to decide what to do next.
"Hmm, let's just see what all the fuss is about."
Kakashi quickly arrived over Gotham City bay in time to see the object crash into the river. He first made sure that there wasn't any bystanders in the way of the massive wave that was created when the object hit. He then dove into the water after the object.
It was dark underwater but with his Sharingan, Kakashi was able to navigate his way without issue. He swam down to the object and discovered that it was a some kind of ship. He scrutinized its design in depth. Batman had already arrived in his Bat-Boat and dived into the water shortly after.
The Dark Knight saw the shinobi examining the ship closely and he was about to as well but saw something else. Kryptonite was sitting at the rivers bottom. 'Kryptonite? What is this doing here?'
Kakashi looked away from the spaceship and to the surface. He could sense someone already there. He swam up in time to see a what appeared to be a nude blond haired woman climb into the Bat-Boat.
Batman's wrist computer went off, signifying that there was an intruder in his Bat-Boat. He looked over and saw that Kakashi was nowhere to be seen. He then looked up and saw that someone was taking his Bat-Boat for a joyride. He reached for his grapple gun and grappled it at the Bat-Boat. He was pulled to the surface.
Kakashi saw that the figure had accidentally started the Boat as he used his chakra to walk on the water and leaped up to land onto the front of the boat.
He looked up to see red eyes staring at him and was just barely able to avoid two red beams that shot past the Jonin.
When Kakashi regained his bearings, he senses the unknown stranger leaving the area. He sprinted across the water to follow.
He watched as the young woman with long blonde hair ran through an ally before stopping in the middle of a busy street. A car crashed into her and Kakashi was about to jump down and confront her but decided against it. He watched as two cop cars came in and the now identifiable girl used her heat vision at one of them.
That's when he decided to intervene. He leaped down and directly in front of the girl. She had somehow acquired a trench coat that gave her some form of decency.
He cleared his throat before he said, "That's enough." And he took out his kunai as if he wanted to fight her but that clearly wasn't his intent.
She looked bewildered by him. He was speaking a strange language and wearing strange clothes.
Kakashi slowly began to approach the girl but she turned on heel and started running away from him. He ran after her but she took to the air.
'She doesn't seem to be in control of her abilities,' he mused as he leapt on top of a nearby building.
The girl tried to stop herself by grabbing onto anything she could. Heat vision would occasionally burst from her eyes aa a squad of police officers began shooting at her. Kakashi was contemplating on what to do next. She was panicking and that made him a little concerned so he did what seemed to be the most logical thing to do on this situation as he uncovered his left eye...
"You just knocked her out?" Batman questioned as he summoned his Bat-Plane.
"You put her to sleep?" Superman questioned as he landed near the two. He was in Metropolis when he heard the ruckus going on over here in Gotham.
Kakashi was holding the girl bridal style and had brought her to the Dark Knight. "It was far more preferable than what Batman was planning to do to this girl," He defended his actions, referring to the piece of Kryptonite, the Caped Crusader often kept on his person. Batman could only glare in response to Kakashi's words, "Plus, she was causing much collateral damage," At the time, it just seemed reasonable to do it. A simple genjutsu with his Sharingan and she didn't even see it coming.
'Either way, I would've done the same thing,' Batman thought as his Bat-Plane arrived. "Follow me," he ordered as he grappled to it.
Kakashi nodded as he and Superman took off after him.
AN: So what do you think? Should I continue or just keep this as a one-shot? No has ever really done a Naruto crossover like this so I would like to hear your opinions on the subject.
