"Kakashi-sensei?"

Kakashi turned away from his group in the bar at the call of his name. Standing before him was a slim young woman with straight bangs and flowing long brown hair covering the side of her face slightly. Dark brown sparkling eyes blinked at him while he openly stared at her.

"Do I know you?"

"...uh, what?" She gave him a look like he just grew two more heads.

"You really don't recognize me?" Kakashi continue to stare and take in her facial features before lowering his eyes to her body. She was dressed in an off-the-shoulder crop top, shorts, and a pair of ankle boots. The outfit showed off her tone tummy and slender legs. He would've definitely remembered someone like this. A frown was starting to form on her face.

"Who's this, Kakashi?" Genma asked after taking an appreciative look of his own. By this point, the whole group, consisting of Aoba, Raidou, and Ebisu, had turned their attention to the situation.

"You dog, where have you been hiding her?" Genma continued his questioning with a sly smirk. The group snickered.

"I don't know her?" Kakashi statement somehow turned into a question as he confusingly thought about this female in front of him some more. She looks a bit familiar, but he couldn't fully place her face to a name.

"Genma-San, you don't recognize me either?" She looked at him expectantly, but only got a gaping look in return. Genma looked to Kakashi for help.

"Me? You know me? We know each other?" He flounder while looking around for help. She rolled her eyes as no one spoke.

"None of you? Aoba-San? Ebisu-sensei? Raidou-San?" Shock faces greeted her while they started looking back and forth between each other.

"Sigh...you guys really know how to make a girl feel special. Didn't that night mean something...And here I thought we had a connection...Ebisu-sensei, you even said you never experienced anything like that before..." she glance up at them with glistening eyes. Tears threatening to spill out. They guiltily avoided her eyes, racking their brains for some memory of this young woman. Confusion displayed across their face, distorting their features. Did they have too many drinks already?

"Hahahaha, I can't keep this up any more haha" she crackled at their lost expressions. Holding onto her belly as she heartily laughed.

"Kakashi-sen-" she stopped mid word as he reached out and grabbed her hair. Making fast work with his hand, he twisted and turn the brown locks into place. She smiled as he work, realizing he finally figured it out.

"Tenten..." The whole table let out a collective breath of relief.

"Senseiiii" She let the word drag out while holding back a laugh.

"What are you doing here?"

"Oh, I was asked to pass you a note from Gai-sensei." She took a note from her back pocket and presented it to him.

"Why didn't you say so earlier?"

"You didn't give me a chance to. It's not my fault you don't know what I look like." She shrugged as if he was the really dense one.

"I know what you look like...your hair...it..." He mumbled his thought silently, afraid to voice his reasoning out loud.

"Hm? What's that?"

"Nothing. Come on, I'll walk you out."

"Oh ok. Bye everyone!" Tenten waved innocently as if she didn't just give them all minor heart palpitations from her little prank. Kakashi held her elbow as he lead her out of the bar.

"How are my buns? Uneven?" She coquettishly asked, fully aware of her innuendo. He gave her a disbelieving look, slow to recover. She giggled as she reached up to untie what he did earlier.

"You cut your hair."

"Hm? Oh yeah, just the bangs. Does it not look good?" She honestly asked while shaking her hair out.

"Looks good." He reached out to touch her hair again and gave it a good ruffle.

"Thanks! I'll be going now. Supposed to meet up with the girls. You made me late." She admonished without any real malice, then giggle and turned to leave. He couldn't help but reach out one last time to touch her long brown hair and entangle his fingers.

"Ha?"

"You should let your hair down more often."

"It's too...distracting when it's down..."

"It is..." He whispered still not withdrawing his hand. She gently removed her hair from his hand.

"Next time, I'll let you play a little longer." She promised before shooting him a smile and running away.

A/N: I really have nothing to say, but feel like i should put something down here...my crackship pairing continues.
