Time: 10 A.M. Date: Strayed.
Clinking of foreign metal sounded throughout nearby ears in a busy street, a street located somewhere in a City.
A Blonde hair speeding through a variety of heads. Its motion differs from the crowds, along with its pace and pattern.
Yet it goes in the same direction.. a specific store which offers a large discount of consumable products.
A stern face from a youth weaved through the crowd, lacking perfection though out of sight before they could respond... except for the childrens.
Reaching the entry store, in came one of the famous heroes. Who is now being ignored by the crowd, treated as a mere obstacle who is blocking the entry way.
His irises glow, scanning through the crowd. His main objective is the products needed for his master's dish, since his master has been busy looking for a new competitive way of victory or defeat.
His master has been seeking another way to feel his thrill and loss basically, ever since his master listened to one of those lectures made by S Class Hero, King. Thus, temporarily forgetting his ways and leaving the work to his room mate, via message.
S Class Cyborg Hero, Genos.. took the job out of gratitude for his master's generous teachings.
His sense of clothing is determined with a white undershirt, gray unzipped sleeveless-jacket, along with his blue trousers and typical black shoes.
Genos's head pivots left and right, then he sprints in a normal manner, yet faster than normal.
His heavy limbs could almost imitate the weight of an average human, in order to avoid damaging the tiles.
Genos snatched specific products with calculated grip, putting them in his shopping basket without stopping.
After clearing some of the available list which is saved in his memories, he picked out some products for his own purpose.
Still, Genos is disappointed in himself for missing out other produce needed for his master's dish.
He rushed to a line with fewer people.
Unfortunately, his feats weren't enough to get him to a closer spot to the cashier.
Genos waited in line for a couple more minutes, it didn't take him long to space out into his thoughts.
'There hasn't been any movements, nor attacks from the monsters for three months now.' Genos pinched his chin, making possible theories in his head.
Although, suspicious of the sudden drop of monster invasion, it isn't his job to track down which caused it.
For now..
"There chu go!" The girl's voice pulled him out of his contemplating thoughts. He'd apparently reached the final line. Thanks to his autopilot, he paid it well after falling in his own trance.
Genos nodded and left through the exit, treated as an entry by the bystanders as well. The young girl acknowledged, and halfheartedly waved at him with a smile, accompanying a fatigued eyes.
Chaos was starting to unfold behind her.
Genos walked in the opposite direction of the thick crowd on the sidewalk. Flying off isn't an option, unless he'd like to risk harming the people around him... along with his groceries in both hands.
Thus, Genos decided to turn to the right.
A cliche sight of an alleyway. A scene he'd seen plenty of times on his master's television.
An empty hall, but one of the known shortcuts for criminals.. Genos went through between.
'The only difference here is..' Genos body glowed. 'I am well Armed.' The light in the crevices of his body serves as a warning to whom may attempt to do the foolish.
Unless...
Genos walked through between the old walls, turn after turn. He isn't lost because why?
A silhouette of a duo has been watching the silent cyborg on the roofs tops, wondering.
A loud thud came from one of the silhouettes.
An average height human with a trekking pole. Next to it is a fellow in a clear differential height, not of a harmless one but..
Genos took a corner, startled by something.
Looking around, he isn't in the city anymore after turning a corner.. but in the middle of a wreckage in one of the former cities.
"Where the invasion took place?" Genos sounded his thoughts. Debris is all around him, which means he isn't close to his original destination at all.
He looked behind his shoulder, only to be met by a half destroyed building.
He scanned his surroundings, looking for the culprit who've transported him by any means.
'None.' Genos raised a brow. He'd inherited one of his master's calm demeanor, although..
Genos looked up to the gray cloudy sky. Genos's expression fell to that of his own poker face.
He can't read the sky, but..
Genos rotated until he spots a familiar building, the Heroes' HeadQuarter. He plans to use the H.Q's directional appearance as his compass.
He thought it's troublesome to walk all the way back where he came from, but relying on his jet isn't an option. He's burdened by the thought about melting away the plastic bags he's carrying.
Genos sighed and travelled back manually to his original destination, while his senses are in high alert. The last thing he want is to attract potentially dangerous enemy who may have claimed this place as their territory.
Keeping his motion silent as a stray rat in a mess, a thundering crash came after his first step.
Genos would've tried to be humorous in front of his master by commenting about his weight-
The space behind him cracks, out came three enlarged claws behind him. It slashed vertically upward, or more likely shovelled the rubbles where Genos was standing on.
Because of such a unique type of assault, Genos performed an adaptive evasion.
His body is in the middle of a front flip and a horizontal twist. Genos took advantage of the weight of his limbs to maneuver, enabling him to point his legs down to the ground.
While his body is thermal resistant, the new Core given by Dr. Kuseno radiates quite the heat out of the end, making it troublesome to go out loud.
He kept his grocery bags close to the sides of his chest, between his upper and forearm.
Genos's feet met the ground, causing scraps and rocks to fly around him, his shoes aren't spared from the rough landing.
He ended up crouching, Genos straightened up his legs slowly along with his back. Sudden movement is always treated as a means of hostility.
He glared at his aggressor slightly. Dust surrounded the tall threatening mass of what seemed to be an extremely muscular, naked humanoid. It reminds him of a certain S Class Hero...
Another silhouette behind the curtain of dust appeared beside his offender..? Genos observed the first offender again.
'A human muscle never changes its form like that..'
Soon, he observed the average height human again, who had just arrived in the scene. He assumes it to be its partner in crime.
A shape of a man wielding a pole left handedly, but wearing a silhouette of thick clothes, different from its partner's taste.
The hands from the large being resounded a crack and shatter. It balled up both of its palm, enlarging its fist and forearm to an inhumane size.
The other who treated its pole as a support, raised it slightly off the ground and slammed it down, creating a loud thud.
"State your-" Genos was interrupted by the space cracking side by side next to him.
The large being thrusted both of its enlarged fist in empty space besides it, half of its arms disappeared into thin air.
Its arms appeared on both of Genos's sides, attempting to crush him between its knuckles.
Genos leaped forward and turned slightly behind his left shoulder while off the ground. 'Ash coloured forearms and wood like tracing..' He assumes it came from the Being. Its fist and forearm doubled in size again, even though it hasn't expanded in his line of sight.
Genos has gotten irritated from his misfortunes, and he isn't letting this one go. 'This thing is definitely not human.' Genos turned his torso further to the left and pointed his right open palm, his grocery bags hanging on his forearm.
Genos let out a destructive explosion out of his hand, causing dust and debris to scatter around. The recoil from his attack caused his body to twist in mid air during his evasion.
Genos quickly got his balance back and drifted along the debris. He placed his attention on the clearing dust of cloud he'd created. His assault didn't seem to have fazed it at all.
'Mass Expansion, Shape Shift, and Hardening.' Monsters have a different variety of ability and durability, it isn't a surprise if one could survive an apocalypse.
'The portal-like ability seems to change its mass as well.' Genos assumed. It's unknown who used such an ability between the duo, but.. he bets the one who's responsible for it is the Being's partner.
The enlarged forearms calmly retreated back into the cracked invisible space. It was starting to underestimate the demon cyborg.
Genos quickly pulled his attention towards the duo. The large Being's action caused their curtain of dust around them to clear out.
It pulled out its forearms out of the cracked space. "Tsk." The man beside it expressed his frustration.
"In a hurry?" Genos taunted. "Likewise.."
Genos's body and limbs are almost identical to his anti-saitama build.
His new build is enhanced with shock absorbing durability, locking joints, and few reusable tricks.
His eyes are also tinkered with, and his new build is also equiped with small high-reacting heavyweight pistons.
The small heavyweight weight pistons are located in a specific segment of his body. It can also rotate its direction in order to effectively maneuver through the battlefield. Thus, free style parrying and combat is possible without training.
Sometime ago, Genos snatched a bag full of foreign material to create his high grade scanner from the invasion, installing it on the top of his shoulders, front and back.
The information doesn't go directly to Genos though. Instead, it is directly sent to another miniature Core, along with its twin, which pilots the pistons in his body.
The pistons in him are out of his control, but will instead support his survival and victory chances.
Basically, two non-hesitant artificial intelligence is embedded somewhere inside Genos, acting as his guardian.
His new enhancement is named C.O.3, aka Conscious of Three.
However, Dr. Kuseno thought it's better to name it A Parent's Guide.
It's no surprise, since Dr. Kuseno made a short, feminine, childlike A.I first before them.. With an appeRran(e of a $elect3d adorableness, learning capabilities, and full responsibility to support Dr. Kuseno. Genos couldn't disagree with its adorableness...
The A.I bears the name Aya. She always makes a fuss and pouts at Genos for referring to her as an It.
The appearance of this childlike A.I is obviously the image of a human, but far from his own body structure.
She's lacking in height, and in possession of artificial skin on specific sections: upper arms, shoulders, thighs, torso, additional B cup chest, and a small behind.
Half of her forearm and lower leg is only covered in a downward V cut, exposing the lower part of her mechanical limbs.. like a cosplayer.
Her h@ir is dyed violet. The back of her hair was cut short to a mere ninety degree angle, outward from her nape. Her bangs imitates the front row of an upper jaw's Saber-Tooth Tiger.
The clothes she typically wears is a white dress.
Genos shook his head, off his trance of thoughts. He's in the middle of a fight, damn it.
'She must've really rubbed on me.. if I can remember such details.' Genos's soft gaze sharpened, taking his stance and-.. Soon he realized his fatal mistake...
The recoil from his blast and acrobatic performance has sent his grocery out at the end of his remaining plastic bag, hanging on his forearms.
'Right..' He sent his glaring eyes toward his offender. There, he has the full view of their appearance.
The inhumane Being was already expected to be a Monster. The tall Being has both of its eyes and mouth replaced as three vertical slits.
Its body is covered in cooled magma-like structure. Its fist and forearms are hardened to an unknown material, far from that of a hardened lava or obsidian.
Genos turned his head at its supporting offender, confirming it being a Man in his fifties.
He holds a black disfigured trekking pole, crooked to a confusing zig-zag, with a trace of green hue up to its head. The man has that of an aging beggar's beard and unkept shoulder length hair. He wore a gray robe, dusty from the action its partner made.
"Again.." Genos threateningly said. "State your busine-" "Ya know, no matter how much I'd like to introduce arselves and that. There's no point introducing to that.. of a pile of junk." The man with a trekking pole interrupted, ceasing Genos's attempted interrogation.
"So, save yerself the chit-chat." The man took out a small object in his right pocket. "We have other things to do.." Afterwards, he whispered to the item behind his clenching palm. The monstrosity beside him suddenly acted aggressively like an ape, lacking its voice.
After the man is done muttering to the item behind his palm, the monstrosity molded its hand and hardened it into three sets of talons in both hands.
The man smiled into that of a deranged person. "Let us begin the scrapping.." The man tapped his trekking pole to the ground three times.
The monstrosity slammed its talons to the ground, hooking itself to it. It proceeded to move backwards, imitating a slingshot.
The man swung his trekking pole at the three invisible cracked spaces which appeared in his view. Simultaneously, the monster launched itself toward Genos.
A large pole appeared in the right corner of Genos's eyes. He responded by blasting his way backward, out of the pole's horizontal radius.
After the man's assault, the pole retracted into the space, replacing it by a speeding blur.
The Being attempted to embrace Genos, only for it to be parried by its own prey. Genos spreads his stance and leaned back, while simultaneously pushing the Being's chin up with his right palm.
Genos rotated his torso further to the left, redirecting his opponent's kinetic energy and ending it with a loud boom. Afterwards, he pulled his attention back to his second offender.
The man scratched his neck irritatedly. Soon, he tapped his trekking pole on the ground six times in a row.
Without hesitation, Genos blasted his way towards the man after witnessing those similar actions.
'I'll show you..." The man looked at Genos, who's currently advancing in a incredibly fast pace.
A grim expression appeared in the man's face. He raised his trekking pole in front of him immediately, and shoved it into a deformed space.
Genos's shoulder scanners readjusted its F.O.V. Suddenly, the piston located inside his right chest came to motion, and slammed it into his right shoulder.
Genos's straight advancement is interrupted by his pistons, throwing him aside to his right like a ragdoll. Genos recognizes the reaction, causing him to glance in the left corner of his eyes.
The body of the trekking pole was thrusted behind him, and has tripled its surface area.
Whilst distracted from the assault, another deformed space appeared on the right side of Genos, out of his view.
Genos is once again flung away from the attack, redirecting him way above it.
Genos grunts from the rough handling. "I'd be the one on the ground if you guys continued on!.." Genos said with a clear discomfort.
The piston slammed again to fix Genos's original position.
Genos observed his target from afar. The space in front of the man began to crack on both sides.
Genos swung both of his arms behind him with an open palm, propelling himself with an identical power of incinerator, causing him to move at an insane speed between the gaps of deformed space.
A wall of twin poles was bypassed, left behind by Genos. After getting in a comfortable distance between his attacker, Genos prepared both of his knuckles beside him, ready to pound the man into the ground.
Shadow casted on the man's forehead. Deformed space suddenly appeared in front of him, and out came the same monster he blasted away. The monster has formed half of a jagged jaws in both of its arms, ready to crush and impale Genos.
"Machine gun..." Genos's joints released a resounding click, coming from his shoulders and arms.
"BLOW!" Genos sent a quick two second barrage towards the monster's hardened arm-jaw, along with its hardened body.
Genos ends the barrage with a supported heavy blow from the pistons, knocking the monster away from the mauling made by Genos.
Cracks and holes riddle the monster's hardened weapons and armor, with a noticeable damage in the middle of its chest from his last punch.
Genos expected the man to be caught in his partner's defeat, only to notice the man had rolled away from the combatants.
Genos has a clear view of the man's gritting frustration, as he attempts to put distance between him and the blonde. Unfortunately, Genos has already grasped the body of his trekking pole after he got up from his evasion. "Your loss." Genos commented with a heavy glare.
"I'm not done yet!.." The man whispered between his gritting teeth. Another deformed space appeared between them on the ground. Out came three sets of straightened claws, aiming for Genos's decapitation.
Pulling the man with him means putting him in his partner's crossfire, thus. Genos lets go of the man's trekking pole and leaped back, with the help of his pistons as well.
"I can't believe I let him get too close.." The monster climbed out of the deformed space and prepared to engage again, this time with hardened gauntlets.
The man looked at his towering partner. "It needs to grow.." The man tapped on the ground two times, in the process of making ten.
Genos doesn't desire the death of a human villain, so.. He propelled himself towards the duo again, his fists travelling beside him. The monster stomped its ground, doing so likewise.
Genos looks forward to showing his dominance against this monstrosity before beating it senselessly. Both of their knuckles clashed against each other, creating a shockwave that imitates a dividing wall between their grounds.
Genos pulled his fist back and began trading blows against the monster. The Being accepted his challenge, swinging ferociously at the cyborg.
The amount of damage dealt against each other is clear in the eyes, as the monster absorbed it all and missed its own.
The man behind his partner is done with the process of creating new additional portals.
"So.. I won't let ya subdue US!" He continued his quote, and held his trekking pole by its body. The green tracing of the pole has a stray color in the body, made by the burning grasp from Genos.
"It'll be all.." He raised and stretched both of his hands above his height. "For.. THEIR CAUSE!" The man yelled with a deranged smile in his face again.
"I WILL ASSURE THEIR SUCCESS TO REPAY THEIR KINDNESS!" The man pulled out ten deformed spaces, surrounding him from behind. "Huh?" Only for none to appear.
The green hue from his pole's brightness are divided by the burn mark from Genos's grasp, appearing for the bottom tracing to glow brighter than the top is emitting.
He glared at his trekking pole in confusion. "Why isn't-" The burn in the pole combusted, releasing its built up energy from the damage.
"HNNGGG!?" An invisible force suddenly formed in the man's abdomen, his flesh and guts torn into nothingness. "KAHHHGG!" Soon his throat, muscles, limbs, and bones are sucked into a tearing bloody mess.
Both of the combatants stopped. Genos brought his attention to the man's situation, while the other held its head with a clear impression of agony.
Afterwards, the newfound deformed space has turned into a vacuum, pulling everything in its wake.
Genos took advantage of this clown in front of him, slamming his fist into the monster's solar plexus, supported by his elbow jet.
The monster continues to hold and agonize on its head, as it gets devoured by the motion of deformed space.
Genos soon attempted to jet his way out of the vacuum's radius, only for his efforts to be thrown aside.
His eyes are wide open, his lips peeled back in a clear desperation to escape the vacuum. Unfortunately, a large piece of rubble pushed him into the vacuum.
His sight blacked out upon entering the vacuum, nothing more, nothing less..
The trekking pole beside the deformed space remained untouched by the vacuum's pull. Later on, the bright green tracing ran out of fuel, and the vacuum was dismissed of its existence, leaving a noticeable large crater.
And so, a stray chest piece from another board is flicked to a new environment.
