A/N: I've read all the Naruto time travel stories, so I decided to write my own lol.
" Sasuke, you bastard! I'll beat you one day!" Naruto exclaimed as he had been defeated by Sasuke once again.
"Hn." Was all the Uchiha responded with, though it was obvious that he was pleased with the fact that he had beaten Naruto once again.
" Don't talk to Sasuke-kun like that you idiot!" Sakura yelled at the blonde boy as Kakashi just sat reading his book, unamused by his team's antics.
" Hey wait, what's that glow over there?" Naruto stopped his whining to point at a mysterious glow that was coming from the forest.
This caught their sensei's attention; the masked man lifting his head to look at his students new discovery.
The glow showed no signs of dying out, and caused Naruto to jump in excitement, " Guys! C'mon, let's go check it out!" Before Kakashi could call out to him to stop, He was already running towards the forest. Kakashi sighed and got up to follow him, causing Sasuke and Sakura to follow.
" Woah! It's like spinning and stuff." Naruto stared in awe at the odd portal looking thing.
" What is it? It looks like a portal of some sort." Sakura observed the thing in curiosity.
" I'm not sure, I've never seen something like this before. We should refrain from touching—" Before Kakashi could finish, Naruto ran straight through the portal.
The remaining members of team 7 stood in shock for a few seconds before Kakashi ran through the portal after Naruto.
" Ugh, now we have to go too, why does this idiot keep dragging all of us into unnecessary situations!" Sakura groaned before running in with Sasuke.
The other side of the portal was... Konoha? No, this place looked different. It looked like Konoha, but more advanced and improved.
" Where are we?" Sakura asked to no one in particular, knowing that the other's probably didn't have the slightest clue, like her.
" Not sure, but we should definitely head back before something happens." Kakashi said before turning around to go back through the portal, only to find it not there.
The man let out a sigh, " Well, looks like we have to do a little exploring." This Caused Naruto to Grin and take off down the hill and towards the village.
" Welp, let's go you two." Kakashi said to his remaining students.
Sakura nodded, " Right." While Sasuke just followed without a word.
A/N: I'm not 100% what the rest of the story will be like, so let's just go with the flow. Anyways this is the first chapter, and yeah It's pretty short but the other chapters will hopefully be 2-4k words minimum.
