It was a beautiful morning in the Great Barrier Reef. The sun shone through the ocean slides around the water.
Nemo, who came by 12 years of age, Marlin and Dory were awake, gotten themselves up for breakfast and a hangout for fun with the Tank Gang.
Once they have finished breakfast, the three swam over to the Tank Gang's den, as if to wait for the group to come out.
Nemo, Marlin and Dory noticed the Tank Gang members coming: Trixie, who came by 5 years of age, with her parents Bubbles and Deb, Gurgle, Bloat and Jacques. They were out front together with annoyed faces.
"Hey, Trixie!" Nemo said cheerfully.
"Oh, hi, Nemo!" Trixie responded cheerfully as well.
The two hugged each other, but noticed their newborn, newest member of the Tank Gang crying in their den.
"What's with the long faces?" Nemo asked with concern.
"That's our cousin Malachi. Uncle Gill and auntie Peach are making her happy," Trixie added.
In agreement, Bubbles, Deb, Gurgle, who was complaining while covering his hearing due to his baby niece's crying, Bloat and Jacques nodded their heads in unison.
"Hey, honey, can you help me out on making breakfast?" a voice of Peach called.
"Oui, I am on it, Peach. Why won't you folks stay right here? I'll be back after Gill and Peach's parenting tips," Jacques said, as if he was able to help out.
As the others nodded, he did the same, and scuttled back in the den.
Meanwhile, back inside the den, Gill, who felt much more tired due to this difficulty of helping, was cradling Malachi in his fins while she was crying.
"Hush, hush, my dearest little Mal. Daddy's here."
As Malachi kept crying, Gill facepalmed himself while cradling and comforting her in his fins.
"Peach, how do you get our girl to stop crying?!" he called out with a bit of annoyance.
There was no response. Groaning tiredly, Gill held Malachi in his fins, and swam out of bed. Once he saw Nemo, Marlin and Dory talking with the other Tank Gang members, Gill smiled with relief, and swam over to him.
"Oh, hi, Gill!" Nemo said with a smile.
"Hello there, Sharkbait. I am having difficulties with your second cousin. My lil' Mal's goin' pretty fussy," Gill responded kindly as he gave Malachi to Nemo hold,
"Is there a way you and Trixie could comfort her?"
Nemo and Trixie nodded in unison, while Gill felt relived, and swam back to sleep for a little, while kind of tired due to this kind of day today.
"Shh, it's okay, Malachi, don't cry, it's just us, Trixie and Nemo!" Trixie said while smoothing Malachi's body.
Nemo nodded, and made funny faces, which caused Malachi to stop crying, whimper for a bit, and start laughing.
As Jacques scuttled over with Peach, as if he finished helping her, Nemo and Trixie gave Malachi back to Peach, who smiled while seeing her baby look happy.
"Thanks, everyone! Once we finished breakfast, I'll wake Gill up for you guys," Peach told everyone, but stopped when she heard Gill yawning tiredly.
"I'm up, Peach," Gill called.
As he made his way to get himself cleaned up and meet up with his friends, he said to himself,
"Whew, I sure had enough of taking peaceful naps."
All of a sudden, Gill spotted Nemo and Trixie with Malachi, who kept giggling. Gill beamed a big smile, and kissed Malachi on her forehead lovingly with passion, which caused her to giggle even more.
"Whoa, Dory, what's with the bigness on your belly?" Bubbles asked as he noticed first, so did the others.
As Dory blushed, she said with a chuckle,
"Oh, I am expecting a child. Me and Marlin are gonna be parents after our date and the wedding."
Nemo, his cousins and the Tank Gang felt awed as they said in unison,
"Ooh!"
"Wow, congratulations, Dory! How did you two notice that?" Deb asked sweetly.
"We met up with the doctor for a pregnancy check," Marlin chimed in.
"Wow! Do you know the gender?" Peach asked.
"Nope, not yet!" Marlin and Dory said in unison.
"Well, then, let's wait until the time," Gill added, and turned to Nemo,
"Sharkbait, looks like you're gonna be a big brother."
As Nemo blushed after hearing what Gill said, he nodded back. Trixie swam over to her cousin and comforted him. The others did the same.
Much, much later...
When Gill and Peach were feeding Malachi while Marlin, Dory, the other Tank Gang members, and Nemo's school friends' fathers: Bill, Tad's father; Bob, Sheldon's father; and Ted, Pearl's father, were talking with each other, Nemo and Trixie were playing with their friends Sheldon, Tad and Pearl.
"So, Nemo, you told us that your dad and that female blue tang are expecting your sibling, didn't you?" Tad asked.
"Yep! They have been flirting with each other, somehow," Nemo said.
"Do you know your dad and Dory's baby's gender?" Sheldon added,
"The three of us can't guess."
"Nope, not just yet, guys," Nemo said.
"But they will let us know when my big cousin's sibling is born," Trixie chimed in.
As Malachi zoomed to her cousins, she giggled, as if she wanted to play with them.
"Nemo, Trixie, wow, is that your new cousin?" Tad asked in awe.
"Yep! This is Malachi," Nemo said.
As Trixie nodded in agreement, she held Malachi's fin, while the two giggled in agreement as well.
"Wow, who is Malachi? She's beautiful!" Sheldon exclaimed with happiness.
"She is uncle Gill and auntie Peach's daughter," Trixie responded.
Then, they all looked at Gill, who ended up being with them after sending Malachi there. With a chuckle, Gill said,
"Kids, I'd like for you to keep an eye on Malachi, all right? Because me and Peach had to bring something."
"For what?" Nemo asked.
"For your new sibling, Sharkbait. It is ever since your dad and Dory were meant for each other," Gill chimed in.
"Gill, honey! Are you coming?" Peach called.
"Oh, yes, I am, Peach!" Gill called back, and turned to the kids.
"And, of course, it's for your new sibling, Sharkbait. So yeah, bye!"
Then, Gill dashed back to Peach. As Nemo and the others felt confused, they just continued their businesses.
"Aww! You guys are getting along. You, Nemo, made a big family with those fish over there," Pearl said sweetly as she pointed at the Tank Gang.
Nemo blushed, but smiled at that comment.
"Hey, wanna play freeze tag?" he asked.
His cousins and friends cheered at that moment.
"Okay, I'll be it, you guys run away, okay?" Tad said.
Nemo, Trixie, Malachi, Sheldon and Pearl nodded.
But then, all of a sudden, they chased away from Tad. But suddenly, as Tad touched Sheldon, he said,
"SURPRISE! You're it!"
"Oh, yeah? Let's do it!" Sheldon said with a snicker.
Then, he and Tad chased Nemo, Pearl, Trixie and Malachi. Once Tad tagged Pearl, he shouted again,
"TAGGED YA!"
As Pearl yelped after getting scared by Tad, she inked suddenly.
"Aww, you guys made me ink!" Pearl whined with annoyance.
Tad and Sheldon laughed. Nemo snickered , but kept it together, as Trixie and Malachi giggled.
As Nemo, Trixie and Malachi ran from Sheldon, Tad and Pearl, they didn't wanna get it.
"Tag! You're it!" Sheldon said as he directly touched Malachi on the back with his tail, but hard, and he sneezed on her.
"ACHOO!" Sheldon yelped, as Malachi tripped to the ground. Nemo and Trixie gasped, including Tad and Pearl.
"Hey, not that hard!" Nemo urged.
As Malachi got up, she bursts out crying in pain. Nemo and Trixie, in reaction, go over to her in attempt to comfort their little cousin.
"SHELDON!" a voice yelled.
As the kids reacted, it was Bob, Sheldon's father! Marlin, Bill, Tad's father, and Ted, Pearl's father came to the scene. Bubbles and Deb approached as well.
"Sheldon, what did you do to that little girl in front of the other kids?!" Bob scolded.
"Oh, dad, uh, were playing freeze tag, and..." Sheldon stammered as he blushed with embarrassment, while the other kids did the same.
"Malachi!" a voice of Gill cried.
"Gill?" Nemo asked.
Gill and Peach approached to the scene, and spotted Malachi in pain on the ground, still crying. Peach told the others to aid her daughter's injuries, while Gill picked up Malachi in his fins.
"Mal, are ya okay?" Gill asked as he cradled her in his fins, soothing her.
"Honeys, what is going on?" Peach asked with concern as she turned to the other kids.
"Peach! We were playing freeze tag. But Malachi got hurt, since Sheldon accidentally bumped into her!" Nemo explained.
"Yeah! Tad makes me ink!" Pearl added as she pointed at Tad, who bursts in disbelief.
"Oh, and Malachi's too afraid!" Tad chimed in.
"No, she wasn't! She's too young for this!" Trixie cuts off.
"OKAY, CUT IT OUT!" Marlin yelled.
Then, the kids froze. Bill, Bob and Ted did the same. Bubbles shivered as Deb did the same. Peach felt shocked at the same time, including Gill, who was still comforting Malachi while lulling her.
"Is this how you think you kids behave?" Marlin asked a bit sternly to Nemo, Trixie, Sheldon, Tad and Pearl,
"Even around Malachi like that?"
As Marlin pointed at Malachi, who was being soothed in comfort by Gill in his fins, while the others helped Peach aid her daughter's injuries from the freeze tag at a pause.
"Uh, don't they?" Nemo answered.
"Of course, not," Marlin responded.
"Sorry," Nemo, Trixie, Sheldon, Tad and Pearl said in unison.
But suddenly, there was a loud scream, which stiffened the others. Marlin scurried over to Dory, who was breathing in pain, in panic.
"Dory! Dory, what's shaking?!" he asked.
"Marlin..." Dory wheezed, with tears from her eyes,
"It is time!"
"The baby is coming! Gill, get Nemo and his cousins and hurry!" Marlin cried.
"Yes, Marlin, on it!" Gill, who was still carrying Malachi in her arms, said back, and swam over to Nemo and Trixie. Sheldon, Tad and Pearl, who stayed with the whole time while their fathers the whole time, saw Gill as well.
"Sharkbait, Trixie, it's Dory. She is going into labor," Gill announced.
Nemo and Trixie nodded and followed Gill with the others, as if they sadly had to leave Sheldon, Tad and Pearl, whose parents will be in charge since the lesson the three had to learn.
As Dory motioned Marlin to tell Nemo to get her parents, he reluctantly agreed. Once Marlin did so, Nemo agreed, and left Trixie to her parents Bubbles and Deb. Nemo swam his way over to Dory's parents, Jenny and Charlie, along with her friends, Destiny and Bailey, he told them the news. In reaction, they followed Nemo to the hospital where Marlin and the Tank Gang are taking Dory to.
As the doctors were giving medicine to Dory, they told Marlin to come and coach her through childbirth. Marlin agreed with a worrisome feeling, he squeezed Dory's fin for support. Dory felt relieved, and did the same to his fin, starting pushing as she was sweating.
Meanwhile, Nemo and the Tank Gang were waiting in the lobby for Marlin and Dory to finish childbirth. Jenny, Charlie, Destiny and Bailey do end up staying with them in the lobby as well.
"Guys, is Dory gonna be okay?" Nemo asked.
"Don't worry, little one, your father is in the infirmary with Dory for support," Destiny replied.
"Um, are you sure about that?" Bailey questioned as well.
But all of a sudden, the others felt stiffened after hearing Dory's scream.
"Oh, my poor baby!" Jenny exclaimed sadly.
"No worries, hon, I hope our little kelpcake will survive," Charlie said as he reassured his loving wife.
"Well, then, I hope Nemo's sibling will not be a noisemaker like a few years ago," Gurgle said in a worrisome tone.
Bloat glared at him and said,
"Gurgle, If I hear another complaint like that, Imma slap ya hard."
Gurgle sighed at what Bloat said, facepalming himself.
But then, there was crying in the infirmary. In reaction, Trixie cheered,
"Hooray! I have a new cousin!"
Deb felt awed, and rubbed her daughter's head smoothly, saying,
"Oh, sweetie, you are right! Your big cousin's sibling is born."
"Thanks, mom! Dad, I wonder what the gender will be!" Trixie added.
"Well, lil' lady, we must check it out," Bubbles responded kindly as he kissed her on the forehead with passion.
As the fish stopped, they saw Marlin and Dory swimming together, with their newborn child.
"Okay, Nemo, this your new sister, Andrea, hehe..." Marlin chuckled with embarrassment.
"My baby what?" Nemo asked in confusion, and swam over to his sister, who giggled, as if she wanted to hug her older brother.
"Okay, what's going on?" Nemo asked everyone.
Trixie swam over to Nemo and comforted him.
"Hey, big cousin, look at her. Is something the matter? She's so cute!" she said in a reassuring method.
As Malachi zoomed from Gill's fins, she spotted baby Andrea, and giggled while about to make funny faces. As Andrea stared back, she wailed tearfully.
"Oh, Malachi, I think the baby is too young to play with you," Marlin said with a chuckle as he took Malachi in his fins and put her back in Gill's fins.
"She might be too young for you two as well, Nemo and Trixie," Dory added as she cradled Andrea in her fins.
"Wow, Dory, your baby is so cute!" Destiny said with tearful happiness.
"Whoa, she looks just like you and Marlin!" Bailey agreed.
"Thanks, guys!" Dory said sweetly, but noticed Jenny and Charlie coming.
"Congratulations, kelpcake, your baby is adorably born a healthy female," Charlie said kindly.
Jenny nodded in agreement as she kissed Dory on the face with passion.
"Aww, thank you, mom and dad!" Dory told her parents happily with tears.
"Thanks, I think," Marlin said in a worrisome tone.
"Well, dad, you know what? I think that my sister looks cute, by the looks of it, though, but..." Nemo said, but paused as he swam over to Andrea, and continued,
"Hello, Andrea, I'm Nemo, your big brother."
As Andrea looked back, she giggled and nuzzled her older brother with passion. Nemo nudged his little sister gently.
The others felt awed at that moment.
"Welcome to our family, Andrea," Dory said sweetly to her baby, who felt tired and slept in her arms.
Marlin smiled, and nudged Andrea gently. Nemo swam over with him embraced Andrea, so did Dory. Nemo's cousins, the Tank Gang, Destiny, Bailey, Jenny and Charlie felt awed at that moment, welcoming Andrea to their family.
In the night...
It was getting late, all the fish bid each other goodnight.
Marlin and Dory bid each other goodnight; as Dory swam to her home and fell asleep, Marlin tucked Nemo and his little sister Andrea, who was asleep without making any sound, were in the sea anemone, and fell asleep.
In the other den, the Tank Gang got themselves situated for bed; Deb and Flo bid each other goodnight by exchanging hugs and kisses, and Flo went with Gurgle, Bloat and Jacques to sleep. Then, Deb and Bubbles tucked and kissed their daughter Trixie goodnight to sleep with them, and the two fell asleep; finally, Peach was laying next to Gill, with baby Malachi in her arms. The two kissed their daughter goodnight, while baby Malachi yawned and fell asleep. As Peach smoothly slept, Gill smiled, and nuzzled her and their baby gently. Then, he fell asleep, nice and soundly.
All the fish were sound asleep, as a family in a different kind of neighborhood.
