(Originally I had plan to turn Peter Parker into Superman so that way Miles Morales is the only Spiderman but someone pointed out that I would be changing him to much where he wouldn't be Peter Parker anymore instead he'll be someone else who's name is Peter Parker while his superhero is Superman)
(The Superman of this story won't be the same Superman that you all know as a big part of who Superman is because of how he was raised but like in the Comic's where on alternate Earths Superman is a good person as there are more good version's of Superman then evil one's)
Marvel Superman's Origins
There was once a world that was known as Krypton which was the home world for a incredibly technology advance race called Kryptonian's that were governed by the ruling council, Krypton was so advance that none of the other galactic empires like the Kree, The Skrulls or Shi'ar was ever able to conquer them.
General Dru-Zod who was a distinguished soldier in the Kryptonian military like almost all members from House of Zod believed that Krypton could creates its own empire, defeat the other galactic empires and conquer the rest of the Universe however he also believed that the ruling council was weak and Krypton needed a stronger leadership meaning himself and Dru-Zod knew no-one would able to stop as had he discovered that the ruling council possesses a secret weapon that they could use to completely destroy anyone that dare threats Krypton and it was a creature known as Doomsday who possessed unimaginable power and bloodlust.
Many years ago on Krypton there was a civil war that was started by a rebel group calling itself Black Zero so the houses that were members of Krypton's science council like the House of El work together to create Doomsday to put a end to the civil war and protect Krypton however their creation proved to be violent, uncontrollable and too powerful to be destroyed so the ruling council of Krypton at the time used a device which was created by Seg-El call the Phantom Zone Projector which can send anyone or anything to the Phantom Zone an interdimensional realm outside the normal space/time continuum which would later become a prison where the council would send the worse criminals making Doomsday it's first inmate.
The current ruling council was too afraid to unleash Doomsday from the Phantom Zone fearing that what if they did free Doomsday but couldn't be able to send him back to the Phantom Zone and the creature may also end up destroying them as well. Dru-Zod gathered everyone who also share in his vision for a grand military Krypton and they call themselves the Sword of Rao after their god Rao however the ruling council was able to out a stop to them thanks to the help from Jor-El who was the son of Seg-El, one of Krypton's greatest scientists and former best friend of Dru-Zod.
Afterwards the ruling council sentenced Dru-Zod and most of his followers to the Phantom Zone but not before Dru-Zod vowed vengeance and claimed that they have doomed Krypton however unknown to everyone Dru-Zod was indeed correct as something or someone was heading towards Krypton. The being known as Galactus who possesses the immeasurable Power Cosmic and is one of the most powerful beings in the entire Universe, Galactus is also known as Devourer of Worlds as he travels the Universe and consume worlds that possessing the energy he needs in time to sustain himself be they ones with or without consume worlds inhabited by sentient races.
However before Krypton's destruction Jor-El had found out about Galactus but when Jor-El try to warn the ruling council they simply ignored his pleas for evacuation and later expelled him from Krypton's science guild so with the little of restores that Jor-El had he was able build a small spaceship and on the day that Brainiac had arrive, Jor-El and his wife Lara Lor-Van sent their baby son Kal-El to the planet known as Earth because years ago Jor-El sent out a satellite into space and thanks to it Jor-El had discovered Earth which was populated by humans who look identical to Kryptonian's meaning that Kal-El would be able to blend in with the inhabitants and because Eartn had a yellow sun unlike Krypton's which had a red sun there were side effects from it radiation on the Kryptonian Physiology which granted Kryptonian's incredible powers.
Jor-El also made sure that Kal-El would know about his family's legacy by giving him a special Crystal which could transform into a large fortress that contained many of Kryptonian technologies and a special orb which Jor-El originally created it for the Council in case Krypton ever goes to war against another race and be use to gain all of their knowledge to use against them.
When Kal-El's spaceship reach Earth it landed in the United States of America and he was immediately found by S.H.I.E.L.D (short for Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement, and Logistics Division) and when they discover that Kal-El has powers such as invulnerability and super strength, the higher ups in S.H.I.E.L.D decide to raise the baby so that he wouldn't turn evil and perhaps use his abilities as he agent for S.H.I.E.L.D in the future. He was to be raised by two of S.H.I.E.L.D top agents Nathaniel Carter Sousan the son of one of S.H.I.E.L.D founder Margaret Elizabeth Sousa formerly Margaret Elizabeth Carter but everyone called her Peggy and his wife Martha Carter and they name the child Nolan which was Martha's fathers name.
Nolan grew up happily thanks to his good parents however his parents were assigned a mission by the Director of S.H.I.E.L.D Nicholas Joseph 'Nick' Fury, Jr. but unfortunately they were killed on which led to Nolan to be raised by Nathaniel's cousin Harrison Carter and his wife Amanda Carte with her daughter Sharon Carter. They were made aware of Nolan's true originals by Nick as he wanted Nolan to normal childhood instead of having him be taken by S.H.I.E.L.D and raised at one of their government compound which wouldn't be good for Nolan as that might ruin him but Nick gave them a metal box that was inside Nolan's spaceship and was scan by the S.H.I.E.L.D scientists to make sure it was safe which it was but it could only be open by Nolan so Nick told Harrison and Amanda when he dose open it to tell them.
Nolan was happy as he had great friends however he wasn't completely honest with them as he was different from everyone else because of his incredible powers which he kept hidden because he was scare as what would happen if people found out especially after seeing them treat mutants are individuals who possess a genetic trait called the 'X-Gene' that allows them to naturally develop superhuman powers and abilities and sometimes affecting their appearance. This cause people to fear them as they could be the next step of evolution and humanity would be wipe out, however there mutant superhero team that fought for both humans and mutants and they were the X Men but eventually everything changed when all Mutants came together to form their own nation on the island of Krakoa.
(Yeah what's going on with Jonathan Hickman X-Men in the comic where all the mutants gathered on the island of Krakoa has happened here far sooner before many big events has happened, by the way i highly recommend you to read Jonathan Hickman X-Men it's amazing and my favourite Mutant is Wolverine I've got a bunch of classic Wolverine comics)
Nolan originally thought he was a mutant because of his powers but Uncle Ben and Aunt May eventually told Nolan the truth of his origins when he was old enough so Nolan acted timid and shy man who lacked the confidence to stand up for himself and wore glasses which work proving that people only sees what they want to believe. However, his reserved nature and enthusiasm for knowledge often made him a target for bullying however even though Nolan could get them to stop by using his powers he refused as Nolan known that if they don't pick on him then they'll just pick on someone else so Nolan chose to let them continue without him using his power because he endure it rather than let someone who doesn't have super powers to deal with it if they go to far.
Nolan used the suit that was inside the metal box that Uncle Ben and Aunt May gave him when they told him the truth and it had a symbol on the chest which looked like a 'S' inside a diamond shape and when Nolan started out as superhero nobody recognise him which proved his point that people only sees what they want to believe and nobody would believe that Nobody Nolan was actually a superhero with awesome superpowers and Nolan was a writer as back in High School since he couldn't join any sport teams at the risk of him hurting someone so Nolan spent his time at the school paper and he was extremely good at writing where he even considered a career in journalism but instead he chose to become a author where he had written and published multiple popular books under the pen name of Clark Kent.
(So yeah I'm using things from my other stories involving Superman like in 'Superman in the MCU' and 'DC Elseverses: Earth One' but this story takes in the Marvel Comics, Nolan's Superman costume is the New 52 Superman costume and this story will have elements from different Superman media)
