"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU RENTED THE FLAT OFF?" Sakura angrily shouted at the man who was supposed to be her future landlord, 'supposed to be' because he rented the apartment to someone else who paid double the amount of money that she was going to.

"I'll have your ass for this, Kakuzu, I...I'll take you to court and I'll fucking sue your ass!" Sakura kept on going on the verge of exploding from anger.

"Listen, just find a new flat- it's not that hard. I'm sorry the dude paid double you did and you are not willing to match his price soooo."

"Then atleast help me! don't you know some other landlords, perhaphs one that isn't a greedy asshole."

"FINE ! FINE ! go down the street next to Anko's dango shop and find a Iruka Umino. He's a landlord maybe he'll have a vacancy."

"Ugh! this is just what I needed on my FIRST DAY IN A NEW CITY!"

Sakura angrily stomped off and went to the location where Kakuzu directed.

Sasuke was in deep thought, this was the only other vacant flat that was even remotely close to his university and it was a 2-room flat with a rent so over his budget he couldn't even think of affording it. Ironic, money had been the last thing he needed to worry about, his father was the CEO of the largest company in all of Japan but when his whole family got wiped in a freak car accident, he was left with his father's fortune and a very weird will, Sasuke could not inherit any of his father's money without atleast going through University on his own with NO FINANCIAL SUPPORT. Sasuke scoffed at his father, there was a good chance he was going to be homeless because of him now and he was not happy.

"Is there any way you can lower the price Iruka?"

"WHO IS IRUKA UMINO AND WHERE IS THE GODDAMN VACANT FLAT" A pink haired lady walked in fuming looking like she was on the verge of killing someone, despite being really stressed Sasuke didn't fail to see the pinkette was REALLY REALLY beautiful, not the smokin' hot kind but the petite cute kind.

"Y...Yes, thats m-me..." Iruka said looking absolutely terrified of the petite pinkette in front of him.

"I was told by your asshole friend Kakuzu that I could find a vacant flat here! "

"Yes we do have only one vacant flat here but it's a 2-bedroom flat. You can rent it if you like."

"YES! Finally one vacant place close to Konoha U! I could f***ing cry right now."

"Ah yes the price is 3900 dollars."

Sakura's mouth hit the floor, there was no way she could afford that.

"I...I can't afford that..." Sakura said tearing up.

Sasuke rolled his eyes at her antics , one moment she was angry enough to destroy the planet now she was snifling in front of him.

"My name is Sasuke Uchiha, may I have yours?"

"S-sakura Haruno..."

"Hn, i was also looking to rent the place but it was also over my budget, in any case would you mind sharing the apartment with me, if we split the rent we may be able to afford the place."

Sakura's eyes lit up ,"Yes, yes , I'll do anything for the place it's the only one left near my college."

'really? anything ? maybe we don't need to split the rent...' NO NO BAD SASUKE.

"Alright then , I'll bring you guys the keys and the paperwork." Iruka said as he went back into his office.
