They can withstand roughly 50kg of force per hit at the time of his unlocking it, how much it can withstand is dependent on how often it's used. Izuku can decide whether it can move or not when he creates it, as well as if it can stretch or bend. He can also move the light at will, including picking things up by moving light walls from under or around them.
This means that if he knows the components to machines, as long as they don't have computers in them, he can make them out of light.
I believe that the light should be green because Izuku, but it doesn't really matter
