Danno exited Ms. Fisher's car, grabbing his bright red umbrella, and opening it to avoid the cold, pouring rain. "Have a good time!", Ms. Fisher said, before driving off, leaving Danno on his own. Danno sighed, turning around to enter the therapeutic center. Danno walked into the building, it looked akin to one of a hospital, there were deep blue chairs lined up for patients to sit on whilst waiting. The walls were a soft shade of pastel teal decorated with white patterns of flowers. Not many people were there, only a woman with a therapy kitten sitting on her lap, and a obese man who seemed rather on edge, almost like a tiger stalking its prey, it would be wise to keep away from him.
Danno closed his umbrella as he walked to a seat far from the man and woman, as he did not wish to bother them, and sat down. Danno looked around while he waited, he wished he wasn't in the building, disappointed that Ms. Fisher wouldn't let him take the internet course, claiming that it would be better for him if he would be around people more often. Danno pondered about how long this therapeutic session would take, hopefully not too long, as the maximum hours in one session would be from 1-5 hours.
"Mr. Wolfe, Dr. Mauvais will see you now.", A nurse called out. Danno stood up, as the nurse guided him to Dr. Mauvais' office. The nurse opened the door to reveal Dr. Mauvais. Dr. Mauvais was a handsome man, he had a muscular build. long, deep chocolate brown hair that reached to his neck, with some of it partially covering his eye. Dr. Mauvais wore a lilac button up shirt that was rolled up on his arms, to reveal his arm hair, and black jeans with brown dress shoes. Dr. Mauvais was doing paperwork, he had a very gentle touch with the ink pen and barely made a sound while writing, unlike Danno who was very noisy with his pens.
Dr. Mauvais turned to face Danno, he had a soft, compassionate smile on his face, and his eyes were a soft shade of light brown. "Why hello there Mr. Wolfe, why don't you take a seat over here?", Dr. Mauvais pulled out a chair, as Danno sat down. "Now Mr. Wolfe, is there anything you would like to talk about?", Dr. Mauvais asked in a calm voice. "There's nothing.", Danno replied in a sharp manner. "Nothing? How about the Chinese monkey?", Dr. Mauvais replied. Danno blushed in deep embarrassment, remembering his humiliating chase after George the monkey and his owner, Ted. "Ah, fine we can talk about that..", Danno said in defeat.
"So what exactly caused you to become so aggressive during that chase?", Dr. Mauvais asked. "Well I was upset...", Danno answered. "Upset about what?", Dr. Mauvais asked. "Upset...Upset...", Danno repeated, unable to find a proper answer. "Let me put it this way: What did George and Ted do to upset you?", Dr. Mauvais asked. "They didn't listen to me. They left town when I told them to stay put, and then came up with some stupid excuse.", Danno replied. "Hm, so did you listen to their excuse?", Dr. Mauvais asked. "No, of course not, I knew they were lying.", Danno replied. "Do you have proof that they were lying?", Dr. Mauvais asked. "Uh...Nope.", Danno replied, scratching the back of his head.
"Just as I thought, now could you please explain why you were so determined to get Kayla back to Picadelli?", Dr. Mauvais asked. "I thought she would be much happier with him, she always seemed like she was happy in his magic shows.", Danno replied. "Now I'd like to hear from your point of view: Do you think Kayla was happier in the Zoo with her family, or in the magic show?", Dr. Mauvais asked. Danno was trying to come up with an answer, scrambling for something that would make him look good. "Uh...Could you show an example?", Danno asked nervously. Dr. Mauvais nodded, as he pulled grabbed a remote to an old television and turned it on. "I'll be showing you the one of the magic show first.", Dr. Mauvais said, turning to a clip of Kayla in the magic show.
Kayla looked rather embarrassed to be in the magic show, she looked homesick, wanting to see her family. Danno looked down in shame, he didn't know that Kayla was unhappy during the magic shows, he only wanted to help her. "I see, now show me the clip of her in the zoo..", Danno said. Dr. Mauvais then turned to the clip of Kayla in the zoo. Kayla was spraying her brother and sister with water, happily prancing about having a good time with her siblings. Danno smiled softly, happy that Kayla was having a good time with her siblings. "Now do you see?", Dr. Mauvais asked. "Yeah, perhaps that monkey was right, Kayla does look happier.", Danno admitted. "I agree, now I need to see another patient, you can go home now, our session is over. It was nice meeting you Mr. Wolfe.", Dr. Mauvais said. "Same to you man.", Danno said as he shook hands with Dr. Mauvais.
Once Danno opened the door, a red vase came flying towards him. Danno and Dr. Mauvais quickly ducked, as the vase smashed against the wall. "I did not spit rat poison on my wife!", It was the same man from earlier that was on edge. Danno quickly ran past him, while the nurses held the man back from hurting anyone else. Danno then pulled out his umbrella as he exited the building, the rain was still pouring down from when Danno arrived. Danno pulled out his phone and texted Ms. Fisher to pick him up quickly, as he saw the nurses lose their grip on the man.
