After the Giant War, Percy asks Lady Athena for Annabeth's hand in marriage. But when he goes but to camp, he finds that Annabeth was cheating on him with Thomas, a Apollo kid who was always looking for fame. He goes to his moms house but finds her and Paul dead. When he goes back to camp, he lives nicely for a few days, until his friends started randomly blaming him and praising Thomas. When he asked them why, they said that Thomas told them that he saw Percy doing bad things. Percy then realized that Thomas had spread lies about him while he was away. He decides to kill himself because he has nothing left for him, but he is given a new purpose. PERTEMIS.
