A/N: So I've been rewatching suits, and for some reason the idea of Jessica/Mike just came into my head. So, this is it, a little teaser for what could be a full story. Let me know if I should continue. Takes place early season 1.

Pearson/Hardman-1:30 AM

"Working late again?" Jessica Pearson asked, grinning as she saw Mike Ross jump.

"Ms. Pearson-" He began, stopping at her glare. He wasn't to call her that. When it was just the two of them, he called her by name.

"Jessica. Are you trying to give me a heart attack?" He asked, and she laughed.

"Not yet. Come with me."

He stood up from his cubicle and followed her down the hallway, walking into her office and shutting the door behind him. They were alone, but one could never be too careful. Louis had been the last to leave, walking out at 12:35 with a smile on his face. He had won a seven million dollar lawsuit that afternoon.

All thoughts of Louis Litt and court cases left Mike Ross's mind as he felt Jessica Pearson's lips on his. His boss's boss, and the firm's managing partner had kissed him before in the two months since that night that they began seeing each other, but this was different. This was desperate, hungry, and Mike reciprocated with equal passion. When they finally had to separate for air, Jessica smiled. Then her smile turned into a frown.

"Jessica?"

"What was the first thing I told you when we started this?" She asked, waving her hand between the two of them.

"This can't affect my work." He replied, and she shook her head.

"Besides that. What did you swear to me?" She asked quietly, brown eyes boring into blue.

"That I would never lie to you." He replied quietly. His heart was thudding in his chest, and it had nothing to do with the passionate kiss they had just shared. As he looked into the eyes of the woman he had grown to care for, he knew. He knew that she knew.

"Then what the hell do you call what you've been doing for the last few months you've been here?"

"Jessica-"

"What the hell do you call coming into my firm, into my bed and lying? Answer me that Michael."
