Once again, I am back with another series. Hopefully, this time, it won't be a failure like Mario + Aikatsu, which didn't work so well…

This time, I'm gonna do a series I've liked longer than Aikatsu: Pretty Cure. And since that series has as much action as the Super Mario series does, maybe this road will drive smoothly, rather than start out smooth, to a bumpy ride, then, in the ditch. Once again, I am sorry that Mario & Luigi: Idol Activities didn't end on a good note and that it wasn't good as I intended. Hopefully, this will make up for it since the Precure chapters from Petey Piranha vs. were more popular.

I will try to make this story RPG-esque, with some standard story fitting, mainly because this will crossover between Mario, Pretty Cure, and Paper Mario. These three worlds collided, hopefully, in one great adventure.

I will try to take action and adventure from Mario and Pretty Cure, the fast-paced and RPG-style fighting/storytelling from Mario & Luigi, and the excellent storytelling and characters from Paper Mario.

This will focus on ALL Pretty Cure teams, making this technically an "All-Star.", however, the build-up to each Cure team might take a while.

Finally, I WAS planning on making original characters from my own design. Scripting both as main characters and villains, but I scrapped it, mainly because fitting these new characters in with Mario and the Pretty Cure will be a struggle. The reader won't know who these characters are.

So, instead of four new main characters, I will replace them with Paper Mario (Sadly, Paper Luigi won't make a prominent appearance, mainly because Paper Luigi hasn't had any major roles since Super Paper Mario, and mostly been a secret/side story, rather than critical; Origami King, I'm not sure whether he's significant or not)

ONCE AGAIN, this story does NOT relate to the Petey Piranha vs. Legendary Series Characters' storyline; it will be its own lore from now on.

Now, before we get started. The primary Cure team will be the HUGtto Pretty Cure, since in this "timeline," the Star Twinkle Pretty Cure and Healin' Good Pretty Cure teams aren't formed yet. However, I will decide whether to make sequels with these teams as a continuation of this.

Prologue

BGM: Luma (Super Mario Galaxy)

A long time ago…two worlds very distant from each other…lived two bands of heroes that fought for the exact cause….

Much like The Avengers, these heroes protect a small planet called Earth; from villains that intend to harm this world or even the universe. But, like all stories like these, there is always a hero to stop them.

But in this small book you're reading exists another world…a world full of Paper. Anyone and everything that exists on Earth exists a Paper Double in this dreamland.

A Paper double from one of those two worlds fights the same villain or new, much more powerful villains. Yup, the two are practically the same…

Let us start with a small story…

On Earth exists a group of girls who all share the same belief. These girls fight evil spirits who burden those feelings. They call themselves the Pretty Cure, who transform from special weapons and items from a different world. Usually, those phenomenons that create new Pretty Cure come with fairies; they call themselves Pixies; they act as aid and support for the Pretty Cure.

These girls fight for Earth with friendship, love, and above all, their strongest belief. Whether it's smiles, Doki-Doki, happiness, hope, optimism, or that unique, tingly feelings from sweets.

Ah yes, these Pretty Cures are a one-of-a-kind…

On another Earth exists two short Italian twins, one named Mario, and another, Luigi. Mario wears red and blue overalls, while Luigi wears green and dark blue overalls. Both spore an iconic symbol on their equally iconic hats…M and L, and just as iconic black mustaches.

Mario is pretty famous both on that Earth and this one, but for different reasons; firstly, Mario enjoys what normal humans like. Usually, happiness, excitement, and curiosity; however, Mario doesn't care what he does, as long as he gets to enjoy a large sitting of pasta at the end of the day. But our Red Capped Hero shares the same role as the Pretty Cure, only a much smaller team. Instead, Mario fights an evil turtle-dragon Koopa named Bowser, bent with rage, vengeance, and a habit of kidnapping the Princess of the country called the Mushroom Kingdom.

So Mario, and his twin brother Luigi, embark on quests; repeatedly to save the Princess, stop Bowser from taking over the planet or more.

As much as Bowser and Mario hate each other. Bowser will lend a shell to Mario if someone else wants to destroy Mario, the Earth, or if the two decide to go for a Kart race or a friendly game of Golf.

From two different perspectives, these two worlds share almost the same roles; protecting Earth from evil threats.

Now, why did I tell you all of this? Because these two will soon have to embark on the same quest to stop both evil threats from ending the same world.

Our Paper World has once been opened, when our book called: The Tome of Paper opened up and was unleashed upon the real world. At the same time, doubles from the Paper World and the Real World joined forces, hoping to rule both worlds.

And, of course, Mario was there to stop it from happening. That was six years ago, but unfortunately, it was not to last.

The book is kept in a cave, far from any civilization, to prevent the same thing from happening again. However, an evil villain, who shares the same thought of destroying the world, took notice of this Tome. The magic stored inside is used to create anything made of crafts of Paper. It is usually made to create origami, or cardboard projects, and whatnot.

However, if it falls into the wrong hands, it could be used to create…more devastating creations…

A man, twisted with rage and hatred towards the hope of the future, finds the Tome, buried deep within the cave. He intends to create a device capable of holding enough power to rid everyone's fates, dreams, and hopes.

This man runs an evil company called: Criasu Corporation. His name is George Kurai, as he now approaches this ancient and sacred book.

I must now stop writing this story, and hopefully, it will end with a Happy Ending.

Oh…he is now picking me up…

Please help…

Chapter 1

Super Mario and the Pretty Cure? A Mixed Up Scramble!

The Criasu Corporation, a company, made to steal magical jewels called: the Mirai Crystals, which store the Power of Tomorrow, it so happens, that is where everyone's futures are kept as well.

George Kurai, the President, demands his staff to retrieve these crystals so that everyone can have "eternal happiness" by freezing time.

However, the Counselor, Doctor Traum, found a sacred Tome in east Egypt in a cave near some dusty ruins.

The company researched that the magic within the Tome could make anything they desired. However, being kept in a location no one knows about for so long, its magic power died down. It would need more magic to start it again.

George saw this as an opportunity to get rid of everyone's tomorrow without having to steal every Mirai Crystal. Instead, he only needed one to recharge the book and create a device capable of stopping time.

About one day ago, George had set out to find this book; and much to his surprise, it actually existed. Grabbing the book, he teleported back to Hagukumi City, the city in which Crasu Co. was created, and one of Japan's biggest cities.

George studied the book; it read: The Tome of Paper.

"How strange…" He thought and tried opening the book, not realizing the book began to glow.

"Urrgh…NO! STOP!" Harpham Harry, captured by the Customer Specialist, Bicine, to torture for the Mirai Crystals' locations. "You don't know what that book is capable of! You'll kill us all!"

In response, George grinned and opened the book, clearly ignoring Harry's attempt to stop him.

Suddenly, the book began to glow brighter as the wind started to form.

The book kept growing brighter and brighter.

George turned his head to avoid the strong winds, and he accidentally dropped the book from the strong gusts.

Harry watched in horror as the book comes to life; it flipped some pages, and suddenly…

WOOOOOOSH!

Hundreds upon thousands of paper sheets flew from the book as the spire of Criasu Co. glowed, darkening the sky.

Suddenly, the spire blew up, releasing almost endless amounts of Paper into the sky as the wind blew the Paper all across Hagukumi City.

Citizens watched as Paper rained all across the city, all over Japan, and all over East Asia. Flying and gliding everywhere in sight.

In a small meadow behind a row of trees landed a piece of Paper of a large size; soon, it began to move; and suddenly, it popped up.

The piece of Paper was alive! It moved, it looked, it questioned, it was definitely a

living organism...only; slightly flat.

It shared the physical features of a brown mushroom, only with a scowl and a prominent underbite, a Paper Goomba.

Behind him were more sheets of Paper. A Paper Koopa Troopa, and next to it, landed a medium sized-cardboard pipe, and from it, sprung a Paper Piranha Plant.

These weren't the only Paper Doubles that existed; citizens from Hagukumi City were equally confused. But were now in a panic, as the Paper came to life, sparring resemblance to themselves, only in chibi form, and very thin.

Bicine had dropped Harry to cover her eyes from the strong winds; the tiny hamster took this chance to escape and quickly hurried out the door.

Harry took one last look at the book spewing out sheet after sheet of Paper; then, it stopped. He turned around and hurried to the outskirts of town.

"We need to get that book back…" Harry said to himself as he rushed through Hagukumi City. "Or we're all doomed."

George stood atop the Criasu Co., looking over the city as the Paper made its way to the ground.

Suddenly, one piece of Paper floated next to him, jumping on its feet; it was a double that resembled himself; Paper George.

"How curious…" George muttered to himself. He looked at the Tome and chuckled a bit to himself.

Paper George stared up at his human self, but the two smiled devilishly, as the two had the exact same idea; they would work together to rid of tomorrow.

Suddenly, a large explosion was heard nearby; George looked to his left.

Some cannon went off somewhere near the ocean.

A fleet of Airships was approaching Hagukumi City…

BGM: Emiru's Theme (HUGtto Pretty Cure OST2)

In the Meadow outside of Hagukumi City was a small cabin next to a large tree. A sign above some stained glass read: Beauty Harry.

The door opened as a small girl with a puffy red dress stepped out. Carrying out a basket of laundry—Aisaki Emiru, a ten-year-old girl who is very overprotective and compassionate about others.

Emiru struggled to carry the laundry out to the clothesline behind the house/shop; she dropped the basket and sighed out a puff-cloud.

Emiru grumbled. "Ugh! Why does Hana-Senpai always choose ME to do the laundry, I say! It's very…hey, what is that?"

A sheet of Paper dangled from the clothesline, which caused Emiru to become even more frustrated. "I thought the city did a no-littering campaign; littering is bad, I say!"

She grabbed the Paper, and it started wiggling in her hand. "Huh? What is—?"

The Paper jumped out of her hands and landed on the ground. It wriggled a bit, then jumped back up.

It had a light brown mushroom, only with a prominent underbite and square teeth and a blue cap.

"That's better! I thought no one would notice me up there!" The Goomba said, then turned around, but he didn't turn around; his sheet flipped. ""Oh, hello!"

Emiru stood in shock; as this paper drawing was actually talking to her, she remained speechless, with her mouth hung open.

"I'm Goombario." He said. "This place is cool! It has those weird wires up there, and the ground here feels all hard and not very hollow…hey, are you okay?"

Emiru's mouth scrunched up, and she screamed, causing Goombario to jump in shock.

"PAPER! PAPER! IT'S ALIVE, I SAY!" Emiru screamed. "HANA! HANA!" And she ran off crying, back inside to her friends.

"Was it something I said?" Goombario asked himself, puzzled.

BGM Ends

Nono Hana, a thirteen-year-old girl who is very optimistic and wants to become an adult figure. However, it can be a struggle due to her childishness.

"All clean!" Hana said to herself, who had finished cleaning the products set on display.

Emiru burst through the door without a second thought, shouting Hana's name, which caused her to drop the towel.

"HANA!" Emiru panted. "Outside! Paper! Paper is alive, I say!"

"What?" Hana replied, raising an eyebrow. "Surely paper can't actually be—MECHOKKU!"

Hana shouted in shock as she stared outside the window; sure enough, as Emiru implied, Paper was very much alive.

A Paper Goomba, trotting around, looking at the trees and bushes, which were very different from where he came from.

A Paper Piranha Plant, who was trying to eat a flower off the roses, Yakushiji Saaya had planted but could barely get the petal through its mouth.

And a Paper Bob-omb, who was sleeping on a tree stump.

"What are those things?!" Hana cried, her face planted in the window.

She looked up and saw more Paper flying through the air, more and more just coming from Hagukumi City.

Yakushiji Saaya, a fourteen-year-old girl who was always soft-spoken and gentle towards others, walked through the door.

"Did you see these odd fruits?" She said to Hana. "This red, flat-looking flower with white spots produce this, spiky…cardboard-ish, looking thing."

She was holding a black, hexagon-looking ball, with pointy white spikes on each end. "Is it some sort of Durian?"

Hana took the ball from Saaya and looked at it, examining it with one eye closed; she hummed as she rotated it.

Saaya continued. "It…uh, sorta spit it out from its mouth; then tossed it towards me, it was bizarre…"

Hana gave the ball back to Saaya. "I don't think it's a durian; all I know is that those fruits smell very yucky…"

While Hana, Saaya, and Emiru talked about what they saw, Harry, who was now much taller and handsome, with red hair and a black leather jacket, burst through the door.

"The book, the book!" He panted. "We need to get that book back!"

Hana, Saaya, and Emiru stared at him; as he caught his breath, he knew they had no idea what he was talking about.

After a while, Harry calmed down and sat down on the couch. As expected from Hana, she was curious about what Harry was talking about.

"There is this book; far from anywhere. I don't know much about it, but all I know is a parallel world to ours; everyone here exists in there. Basically, whatever is here, is in there. A world made entirely out of paper materials called The Tome of Paper; apparently, it was opened once and created chaos from whoever opened it. However, they sealed it and locked it away, somewhere no one would find it."

Hana's eyes gleamed. "Wow! A world full of Paper! That's awesome!"

"Definitely NOT awesome!" Harry retorted. "You don't know what that book is capable of. Some special spells and folds allow the user to create anything they want (made of Paper, of course). Unfortunately, it's in the hands of the Criasu Co, and if they figure out how to unlock those spells…they will unleash chaos upon the world…"

Hana, Saaya, and Emiru gasped. A magic tome, fallen into the wrong hands; and if they figured it out, then everything they knew and loved would soon fall to ruin.

"Where's Homare and Ruru?" Harry asked, looking around.

"They went to town to get stuff; they should be back soon," Hana replied.

"There's no time!" Harry cried. "We need to get that book because that George guy has his hands on the book, and if he figures out how to use it…well, best not to think about it."

Hana opened to mouth as if to say something, then she stopped to think.

"Let's go then!" Saaya said, putting on her shoes. "Hana! Are you okay?"

Hana looked up and tried again. "We're gonna need more help for something like this…"

Emiru raised an eyebrow, confused about what Hana just said. "All we have is Ruru-Chan and Homare-Senpai! We don't have anyone else!"

"Maybe not…" Hana said, which confused Emiru. "I know someone…"

BGM: Sunbeam Plains (Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam)

Hana had finished packing some supplies and hurried out the door to her friends; of course, she grabbed her PreHeart and jammed the Mirai Pad into her bag.

"Alright!" She beamed. "I'm ready!"

As they walked down the hill, the four noticed more Paper Minions all over the meadow. Walking around, admiring the grass, flowers, or bugs, or just talking in small groups of their own kind.

"They're not harmless, are they?" Saaya asked as a Paper Goomba turned around to look at them.

"Hopefully not?" Hana responded, smiling at the Goomba. "In my opinion, they're pretty cute!"

As they walked down the slope, a Paper Goomba trotted behind them to get a closer look.

"Are they…?" He pondered.

Hana marched around cheerfully; it was a perfect day for a walk.

However, she saw someone on the sidewalk, a man with dark brown hair, bending down to someone else. It looked exactly like him, only much shorter and cuter.

"It's worse than I thought…!" Harry moaned. "With the Paper World unleashed, every person around here has a paper duplicate!"

"Duplicate?" Hana said in question.

"An exact copy of someone living on earth!" Harry shouted. "Same memories, relationships, personality, everything! The only difference is they're flat!"

The more they explored the city, the stranger it got; people walking, talking, or even friends with their own copies.

Two women with the exact same face, sitting on a bench together.

A brown dog, barking to another, flatter dog, it was brown like its usual self.

Two children, playing with a ball, only, somehow the Paper Boy could catch the ball, without any logic behind it.

"Mechokku…" Hana sighed. "This is hurting my brain…everything is all mixed up!"

"This is very fascinating!" Saaya exclaimed. "Paper that can walk, talk, move, and think! How is this even possible?"

"I wonder if we have doubles too…" Emiru thought. "Maybe my double is just as cute as me…or, can she…sing or play guitar as well as I?"

Emiru daydreamed, thinking about her very own Paper Double, how the two would get along and be best friends, or even sisters.

"This isn't good!" Harry told his friends. "If everyone has a double, that means our villains have doubles as well! That means twice bad guys!"

"That's why we call the Paper Pretty Cure!" Hana shouted gleefully, raising a fist in the air.

"Paper Pretty Cure?" Saaya repeated. "Did you think of that just now?"

"What else would we call them?" Hana smiled, turning around. "We're the Pretty Cure, so they'd be the Paper Pretty Cure because they're made of Paper! Hee-hee!"

"First of all…, that's a terrible name." Harry retorted. "Second, how do we even know our doubles exist? I never found my Paper Duplicate when I escape Criasu Co."

"Well, we've got double of everything, I guess…" Hana thought. "Double Governments, Double superheroes, Double Law Enforcements…and, Double Food Workers!"

Saaya giggled to herself as Hana now started whining about food. "Nothing seems hostile right now, so maybe everything isn't so bad."

As Hana was salivating, Emiru spotted Homare and Ruru next to the park. "Hey! Look! There's Homare-Senpai, I say!"

Kagayaki Homare, a mature-like girl with self-esteem issues, got her motivation back after some encouragement and is now a figure skater.

Amour Ruru, an Android "Synthezoid" Robot, designed to look like a human girl, built by Doctor Traum, but has changed sides after her robotic brain developed a heart. She now resides with the Pretty Cure and fights against the Criasu Corporation.

"Homare!" Hana called, waving. "Did you see what is happening?"

Homare nodded. "Yeah…Ruru said it came from the Criasu Corp. though, I don't know how they could do such a thing…"

"It's because they didn't," Harry spoke up. "They have a special book!"

Harry told Homare and Ruru the short version about how George found an ancient tome and planned to use it against them. However, the book unleashed the Paper World into the Real World.

"I know that's bad, but…I just can't help it! All those Paper things look so cute!" Homare gushed, admiring a girl's Paper Double. "I hope we have one!"

"Probability of our Paper Doubles…50%" Ruru analyzed. "I cannot detect any lifeforms sharing my network."

"So, what do we do now?" Homare asked, looking up at the remaining sheets of Paper flying through the air.

"Well, I'm on my way to somewhere in the forest; we're assembling a team to get that book back from the Criasu!" Hana replied. "That's why we came to find you."

"Where are we going exactly?" Homare asked.

Just as Hana was about to reply, they heard strange shuffling behind them.

They turned around to see a brown mushroom with black, stumpy legs shuffling over to them—another one with the exact same features. The difference was its tomato-shaped body and scowled eyebrows, rather than bushy eyebrows, and an overbite with buck teeth, rather than an underbite with fangs.

Hana squinted; this resembled the same one she saw earlier, only this one was 3D, not flat. A Goomba and a Goombrat, and their Paper Doubles.

"Excuse us, coming through!" Goomba shouted.

"Ahhh! So cute!" Homare squealed.

"Who's calling cute?!" Goomba shouted, "Actually, can we ask you a question?"

"Go ahead!" Hana smiled.

"Have you seen a fat guy with blue overalls and a red cap? Bushy mustache, not-very-good looking?" Goomba replied. "He's kinda who we're looking for, along with a few others…"

"Can't say we have…sorry," Saaya replied, smiling gently at the squad.

"Oh, well, thank you any—" Goomba peered over to Hana's purse as something gleamed in his eye. Her heart caught the shine of the sun. "Hey…wait a minute…you're one of those Glitter-something, girls, aren't you?!"

Hana, Saaya, Homare, Emiru, Ruru, and Harry all froze, and their hearts skipped a beat.

Their covers were blown…somehow.

"I-I-I don't know what you're talking about!" Hana stuttered dismissively. "Probably someone else, ha-ha!"

"You are!" Paper Goomba shouted as Goombrat shuffled over. Stealing Hana's purse, then tossed it behind him, as Paper Goombrat obtained the PreHeart on his head, blowing Hana's case.

"H-Hey!" Hana shouted. "Give that back! That doesn't belong to you!"

Paper Goomba stood in front of her. "You may have a warm smile, but I know it's a fake one too!"

Hana grunted. "So you are hostiles! I should've known!"

"Sorry…nothing personal," Goomba replied. "But our Lord gave us an order…to take down you, and Mario! I don't get why, but anyone who's a threat to our king and that other dude's plan is an enemy to all of us!"

"But we didn't do anything to you, I say!" Emiru said in defense. "Go bother someone else!"

"We were given an order!" Goomba shouted as his fellow Goombas made a battle line. "We'll see who you're calling cute! ATTACK!"

BGM: A Show of Skill/Come On! (Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam)

"Ugh! We need to get that PreHeart to transform!" Hana cried.

Ruru quickly analyzed the Goomba; after a short bit, she got a brief description off the internet. "Goomba, small troopers of what's called: "Bowser's Army," they're quick but easily defeatable…analytics complete."

"Who are you calling, easily defeatable?!" Goomba shouted, and he rushed forward, tackling Hana with his head, then jumped up and whacked Hana's face with his head again.

"OWWIE!" Hana cried, rubbing her forehead. "How do these things attack so strong?"

"Yeah, we may be weak and have no hands, but our heads are EXTREMELY durable!" Paper Goomba cheered as he ran over to Emiru. However, he was much slower than his real-life counterpart.

"Go away!" Emiru shouted, trying to grab him, only for her to miss as he folded himself to dodge her grab and attacked in the same way as the Goomba. Only, he drilled her chest, dealing more damage.

Hana tried to recover from her pain while Emiru wailed about her chest.

Meanwhile, Homare and Saaya tried their best to counter the incoming Goombrats, similarly to how the Goombas attacked; they charged forward, with the Paper version slightly slower.

Saaya and Homare tried to kick away the Goombrats as they charged, only to miss as the Goombrats actually faked their charge and went from behind, causing Homare and Saaya to fall.

As the two cures landed on the ground, both Goombrats pounded their faces with their own heads.

"Stupid, little cheaters!" Homare shouted, rubbing her nose.

"Ah…that was embarrassing…" Saaya whispered, putting her hands on her cheeks.

"May I suggest…a jump counter attack?" Ruru told her friends, who were either extraordinarily embarrassed or in pain.

"What good will that do?" Homare shouted, holding her red nose.

Ruru pondered. "Well…I calculated from the internet the probability of it working…50%."

"Well, what's not 50%, I say!" Emiru cried.

"Just try it; we're running out of options!" Hana shouted to Emiru.

As Hana was talking, Goomba had rushed forward, attempting to tackle her again. Remembering what Ruru had processed, she jumped as high as she could, as if she was giving a cheer.

"Huh?" Goomba gasped as her shadow peered over him.

Then, she came back down, landing directly on his head with a satisfying stomp sound.

Flattened, the Goomba popped itself back up and staggered back towards his group, dizzy from the stomp.

Avenging his counterpart, Paper Goomba rushed towards Emiru again. Like Hana, she tried to aim her jump to his head, landing on it; Emiru staggered forward, losing her balance.

The Paper Goomba was all crumpled up, unable to move. Emiru saw this as her chance to attack it again, so she jumped on it again, causing it to be wrinkled.

Goombrat quickly scurried towards Homare, who clenched her fists in anger. "Not this time, you little tomato!" And the latter kicked the Goombrat as hard as she could, causing it to bounce back and become dizzy.

Reacting quickly, Homare jumped atop the Goombrat, smushing it just as well as the Goomba.

All that was left was Paper Goombrat, and the last line of defense was Saaya, who tried to kick the Paper Goombrat away. Still, she missed, nearly losing her balance again. However, the wind she made while missing the kick blew the Goombrat away.

Saaya quickly walked over to the Paper Goombrat, picked it up, and tried to crumple it with her hands; however, it squirmed as she held it, making it hard and slightly strange. However, she successfully crumpled it into a ball, then tossed it at the dizzy Goomba.

With all four dizzy Goombas alined in a perfect line, Ruru found the ideal spot and kicked them away, which ended up being harder than she thought, as her bones were made of metal.

Recovering her purse and PreHeart, Hana stood in a battle stance, ready to transform into a Pretty Cure.

Grabbing theirs, Saaya, Homare, Emiru, and Ruru grabbed their PreHearts and resided with Hana.

BGM Ends.

Goomba stood back up and glared at the Cures. "Ugh…just like Mario! We need to alert our lord! That these girls are high-alert!"

"Look at me! I have a crease!" Paper Goomba cried as he was slightly folded in the middle, making his left side droopy. "We need to regroup!"

Goomba jumped twice, getting Hana's attention. "You better be ready; we'll be back!"

And just as suddenly as they appeared, they were gone.

"I can't believe I called them cute!" Hana shouted. "They're really annoying!"

"My calculations cannot confirm they were sent by the Criasu Co. they appear to be an unknown organism." Ruru calculated. "They don't appear to be in the Criasu's database; they don't appear to be a part of the Criasu Co."

"Then what are they?" Saaya asked. "And I'm sure all of those other weird Paper things have real-life counterparts too!"

As Homare, Saaya, and Emiru were clamoring about what happened, a lightbulb appeared over her head. "Goomba! From…that one game, Super Mario Bros?"

Saaya froze, then gasped. "You're right! Super Mario Bros. was released in 1985. It quickly became one of the most successful and well-known video games ever made!"

Ruru froze as computer sounds beeped in her head. "Data complete; it appears those 'Goombas' are the exact same from Super Mario Bros. they share the same designs and battle tactics…how strange."

"But they're fictional video game characters; how did they end up here?" Homare asked. "Along with their Paper counterparts?"

"I'm sure there is an explanation to all of this craziness, I say!" Emiru shouted. "What about, Mario?"

Saaya looked over at Emiru, who had a confident expression on her face. "If those Goombas are here, then that means Mario must be somewhere here too!"

"Ah…I'd love to meet him in real life…" Hana sighed. "I wonder what he's like."

"Then let's find him!" Harry suggested. "It'd be better if someone who knows about these guys is on our side rather than against us."

"Good idea!" Hana beamed. "Let's find the world's best-known superhero!"

Of course, the four didn't know where to start. The girls went to the city and checked all around there. They used the Mirai Pad to alter their appearance, so a random minion wouldn't attack them. Because by now, they were sure the Goomba Squad had already told their kind about them.

By now, they had been searching for a half-hour, it was now the afternoon, and Hana started to get restless.

Sitting on a bench near a random neighborhood, they stopped for a break.

"Ugh! Why is finding one person so hard?" Hana whined. "I thought it would be easy!"

"Well, Mario could be anywhere," Saaya said to Hana. "His favorite thing is basically traveling."

As the girls were pondering and resting, they heard shuffling again, only with more footsteps.

"There they are! That's them!"

Hana hummed and opened her eyes; to see the same Goomba Squad charging towards them. With two new minions, a turtle-like being with a green shell was standing up along with its Paper Counterpart.

"What are those, now?" Homare grumbled.

"They look like those turtle things, I say!" Emiru shouted. "I remember them a little…I was never good at Super Mario Bros. 3."

"Here for more?" Hana smiled with confidence. "We know your battle strategy! So try us!"

Both Koopa Troopas retreated into their shells and started spinning at high speeds. Then shot forward at the Cures, ramming into their legs like a Pool Table, knocking them all on their bottoms.

"What the—?" Homare yelped before she even had a second to react.

All four Goombas climbed on top of each other's head, forming a small tower. While the Cures were trying to get their footing, all four jumped off one by one, onto each Cure's head (excluding Ruru), causing them to scream in pain and unable to get up for the moment.

Once again, the Koopa Troopa and his Paper Double retreated into their shells and spun towards Hana, Saaya, Homare, and Emiru.

Their shells ramming into the Cures, all four bounced backward, hurt, dirty, and paralyzed in pain; the Cures looked up, trying to get on their feet, but moving at the moment hurt too much.

"Let's bring them back! Boss-Man said he wanted these Pretty…things, as his prisoners!" Goomba told his group.

Suddenly, a loud and much-familiar jumping sound was heard as a shadow appeared above.

"Huh?" Paper Goomba gasped, only for him to be stomped once again. "OW! Why?! I just got my crease unfolded!"

Landed in front of the Pretty Cure was a medium-sized man and a taller-skinnier man. One wore light blue overalls, while the other wore dark blue overalls, one in green and red.

Hana's eyes sparkled, and she gasped; she knew who they were. "I-It's Mario…and…who's that green guy?"

"I-I-It's Mario!" Goomba shouted in shock.

"And Luigi too!" Koopa Troopa cried.

"You actually remember his name?" Paper Koopa Troopa asked his companion.

Mario and Luigi stood in battle stance. "Pick on-a someone else! Not these-a citizens!" The latter shouted.

"We were given an order!" Goomba growled. "To defeat you, and those little girls over there…something called the…the, uh…Pretty, or Glitter-something."

"Glitter Force!" Koopa Troopa corrected.

"Charge!" Goomba shouted.

"Let's-a-Go!"

"Okey-Dokey…?"

"High…" Hana strained, trying her best to sit up. "M-Mario…are you sure you can handle them…?"

"Don't-a worry!" Mario said to the weakened Cure. "I do dis all da time!"

Mario quickly jumped up, smushing the Goomba, turning it into a flattened brown blob.

Paper Goomba cried out and charged towards Mario, and just like the real version, he jumped up, crumpling him up. However, Mario did a backflip in the air and landed on the Paper Goomba again, flattening him.

Koopa Troopa went into his Shell and dashed towards Mario. Still, unlike the Cures, who got hit on the first attempt, Mario took out a big sledgehammer and bonked the Shell, causing it to stop. Mario angled the Shell, whacking it back, hitting the Goombrat, Paper Goombrat, and Paper Koopa Troopa in a straight line.

When it cycled back to the flattened Goomba, it ran him over, unflattening him, but caused it to become dizzy, much like every other minion. The impact caused the Koopa Troopa to be ejected from his Shell; he was now wearing a white tank top.

"Wow!" Hana exclaimed, now able to stand back up. "He's pretty good at fighting! Without powers or a suit!"

"Luigi!" Mario cried out and jumped towards Luigi, who grabbed the latter's hands.

Luigi began swinging Mario in circles, getting faster and faster. When Mario reached enough speed, Luigi threw Mario again; dropkicking the minions' pile, sending them flying towards the ocean.

"We'll be baaaaaaaaack..!" Goomba screamed, his voice getting more and more distant before a loud THUD was heard.

After Mario made sure the minions were defeated, he rushed over to the Cures, ensuring they were okay; he reached his hand out, helping Homare to her feet.

"Are you okay?" Mario asked.

"For the most part…thanks," Hana said quietly, looking at Mario as if she was seeing a ghost. "A-Are you actually Mario?"

Mario seemed confused. "Of-a course I am! You-a know, It's-a-me! Mario! No?"

Hana paused for a moment, then started freaking out. "MECHOKKU! IT'S THE ACTUAL SUPER MARIO!" Mario's cap was nearly blown off by Hana's sudden scream.

Emiru was equally as surprised and excited as Hana; the two ran up to Mario with sparkling eyes. "Wowitsyou! WhatisitlikeintheMushroomKingdom? Howdidyougethere? Whatsplumbinglike? Whatkindofpastadoyoueat?"

And so on…

"Mamma Mia…" Mario sighed, listening to Hana and Emiru's constant rambling. "This-a girl's more wound up than-a Bowsa Jr…"

"Hana! Hana!" Saaya shouted, practically dragging Hana away. "Let's just start with one question because I have a million too."

"Aww…but he didn't answer a single one yet!" Hana whined, making a pouting face.

"Let's just start with…Mario, how did you get here?" Saaya asked. "It's so fascinating that in our world, you are just a fictional character from a video game; how is this even possible?"

Luigi and Mario thought for a moment; Luigi poked his head while Mario pondered for a moment before turning back to the Cures.

"Well… it's kinda long story…" Mario replied.

BGM: Peach's Castle (Mario & Luigi: Dream Team)

The day started out typically average in the Mushroom Kingdom…

Mario, Luigi, Toad, Yellow Toad, Blue Toad, and Toadette were all at Peach's Castle for tea. Mario had just arrived, with Luigi following close behind…but not really.

Peach's servant Toads welcomed Mario as he made his way to the third floor.

Meeting Peach near the balcony, Peach welcomed Mario and Luigi, who the latter had been following very far behind.

The Star Festival was coming up again. Peach had some ideas to share with Mario; when the servants brought out the tea, Mario listened to Peach acknowledgedly, while Luigi fell asleep on the table.

Peach was about to explain the matters; just as a loud crash was heard outside, Mario and all four Toads jumped and turned their attention to the outside. The bang woke Luigi up, and he pretended to look concerned.

BGM Stops

Mario rushed towards the deck and looked up to see a cannonball crash into one of Castle's towers. "Mamma Mia!" He cried as debris nearly fell on him.

"Gwahahaha!' Bowser laughed.

Ordering more of his Airships to fire. Coming into view, Bowser Jr. stood by his father, laughing. In contrast, Larry, Roy, Lemmy, Wendy, Iggy, Morton, and Ludwig stood beside Bowser.

Bowser pulled a remote control and pushed a button, which caused a giant metal Bowser Claw to come out the back of Bowser's Main Airship.

From the hole he created in Peach's Castle, he lowered the Claw into the Castle, as Mario and Luigi were frozen in poses as if they were about to run.

Bowser's Claw stood idle, then it moved over to Peach, gently grabbing her chair, pulling her back and out of harm's way. Then, it moved over to Mario, Luigi, and the Toads. Making a fist, then crushed Mario and his colorful friends, pushing them down to the ground level. Onto the Sun-Themed Rug in the foyer; once it made an impact, it grabbed the group and outside of the Castle.

BGM: Bowser's Theme (Mario & Luigi: Dream Team)

"Where should I discard them, King Dad; hehehe?" Iggy giggled, putting the controller on standby.

Bowser growled, looking for a place to throw Mario away, somewhere where he'd most likely not come back.

After searching, Bowser noticed the Golden Warp Pipe, built near Mount Brrr's side.

"How about in there?" Bowser snorted. "That Warp Pipe will be sure to send Mario and his Colorful Friends into that different world. After that, they will need a magic source to be able to build another Exit Pipe!"

"Why not?" Iggy cackled, paying no heed and chucking Mario, Luigi, and the Toads towards Mount Brrr.

Screaming, all five smashed through the Pipe, breaking the unique Warp and creating a Purple Portal, and as Bowser said, they were gone.

"Gwahahaha!" Bowser chuckled. "Now that we got Peach, it'd be fun to torture him with no Powers, no Upgrades, no Hammers, no Badges, and best of all, no way to FOIL my plan!"

"Good plan, Dad!" Bowser Jr. laughed, then he pulled down the intercom to Bowser's Army. "Attention, Minions! Get the rest of those Airships loaded, get Bowser's Elite Minions ready, get EVERYTHING ready! Meet us at Peach's Castle!"

Toad Town was panicking, as their hero was lost in a different world.

"Mario's been lost!"

"Who will protect my child?"

"Does that mean I get next week off?"

"Panic!"

"We're all gonna die!"

Starlow, Mario's primary companion, was flying nearby when she heard Toad Town in a panic, so she flew down to see what the commotion was.

"Everyone! Calm down!" Captain Toad, leader of the Elite Toads, called the Toad Brigade. "We all have the reason to panic! And we should! However, Mario needs our help! He's stranded in a totally different world with no assistance!"

Toads started agreeing and cheering for their Captain, as Captain Toad stood on top of Toad Town fountain as if he was the world's most known hero.

BGM: This is Minion Turf! (Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions)

Toads started hauling giant question blocks full of Items, Gear, Coins, and more to hope it assisted Mario.

Of course, they packed the main essentials Mario needed; Power-Ups. Super Mushrooms, Fire Flowers, Ice Flowers, Super Stars, 1-Up Mushrooms, Super Leaves, Boomerang Flowers, Cape Feathers, Mini-Mushrooms, Propeller Mushrooms, Penguin Suits, Frog Suits, Hammer and Raccoon Suits, Super Hammers, Super Bells, Double Cherries, Super Acorns, Super Crowns, and Mega Mushrooms.

Several Toads loaded the Giant Question Blocks into cannons. They fired towards the Portal as Toads scurried towards the Portal as well, ready to jump in.

Starlow saw Captain Toad and knew she must help, so she quickly flew into his backpack and led the Toads towards the Portal.

As Bowser enjoyed a Cheesy Drumstick while waiting for his army to come, he dropped his plate as he saw Toads and Question Blocks firing towards the Portal. "No…no, no, no, NO, NO!" Bowser roared. "Those idiot Toads are gonna foil my plan!"

Bowser snatched the intercom and roared into it. "MINIONS! Toads are scrambling to the Warp Portal! If they help Mario, my brilliant plan will be foiled for the…let's see here…FORGET IT! GET THROUGH THAT PORTAL, WE NEED TO STOP MARIO AT ALL COSTS!"

"Kooky! Set course to Mount Brrr!" Bowser shouted to Ludwig, forgetting his name at the moment. "Mario and that Green Stache' are on the top of our to-do list!"

"Yes, Lord Dad!" Ludwig replied as he steered Bowser's Airship towards Mount Brrr.

"Mario…" Peach said to herself. "I know you'll come back…"

Almost everyone on the Mushroom Kingdom was heading to the Warp Pipe-Portal. A simple plan that was to throw Mario away turned into a full-fledged war.

BGM Ends

"And that's all-a really rememba…" Mario finished. "Bowsa threw me into that Pipe, I-a ended in da forest that-a happened to be outside this very-a city."

"How awful!" Saaya sighed. "That Bowser-guy must be very annoying to deal with!"

"Well…" Mario shrugged. "Bowsa did-a gain a lotta Fury last-a month, sucking me into the-a Cat Kingdom, and he tried to kill-a me. But you get used to it after a while…"

"Mario is-a barely phased by-a it anymore!" Luigi added. "He's always so-a fearless, that I can't-a even face Kinga Boo without being scared!"

"Y-You think we can help you out?" Hana asked, getting Mario's attention.

"You?" Mario asked as if he never heard such a question before.

"Yeah," Homare replied, taking out her PreHeart. "We're actually kind-of superheroes, called the Pretty Cure."

Mario looked at the PreHeart and Homare's Yellow Mirai Crystal. "It-a ain't like da superpowers from our-a world." He said, giving it back.

"We use them to transform into superheroes, I say!" Emiru exclaimed with a smug tone. "Our senses, strength, and defense go up from about ten, I'd say."

Mario's eyes widened. "Wow! Dis world is very fascinating! Nothing like-a that Eva happens on-a ours!"

Hana held up a finger as if she was thinking. "Well…it started when a baby came from the sky, her name was Hugtan, she lives with us now, and she thinks of us as mommies, it's so cute!"

"Dat's-a weird…" Mario replied. "Yoshi says I-a came from da sky too. He-a said: one day, I landed on-a Yoshi Island from da sky."

Hana raised an eyebrow as she was physically confused about how Mario was able to come from the sky. "Harry here, says she came from the future…whatever that means…she's our only hope to beating the Criasu Co."

"Criasu Co.?" Mario asked.

"They're kinda like Bowser to us, only more annoying, and they can summon monsters from people's hearts," Homare replied. "That's why we're Pretty Cure, so we can stop them."

"The Criasu Co. stole an ancient Magic Tome that was locked away to stop people from opening it up. Creating mass chaos, or using the spells within it to create whatever they want, in this case, if George uses it, he will use it to stop time!" Harry told Mario. "That's how all this Paper is scattered around our world."

"Ugh…not again." Mario sighed, facepalming.

Hana, Saaya, Homare, Emiru, Ruru, and Harry looked at Mario. "A-Again?"

"Mmm-hmm…Luigi here, found this book on a shelf once, while he was-a taking care of a Rat. He accidentally opened it, and the-a same thing happened to our-a world too." Mario explained. "Princess-a Peach used her-a magic to send it somewhere so It could neva be opened again."

Harry stared at Luigi, confused, bewildered, and shook. "THAT WAS YOU WHO OPENED THE TOME ALL THOSE YEARS AGO?!"

"I didn't know what it-a was!" Luigi shouted in defense. "Dat book is-a dangerous though, it can do-a things."

"You think?" Homare said sarcastically as she and Emiru rolled their eyes.

"We need to-a get dat book back!" Mario cried. "Pretty…Cure…? Will you become our ally, to-a stop Bowsa, and that Criasu guy."

"Wait…Bowser is coming here?" Saaya asked in surprise.

"Probably…" Luigi replied. "Wherever Mario is…Bowsa usually follows."

"This is bad!" Harry cried. "What if the Criasu Co. and Bowser team up, like us teaming up with you?! That could be double catastrophic!"

"Calculating…chance of world devastation approximated to 90% if Bowser becomes a sponsor of the Criasu Corporation."

Mario looked at Ruru, confused at what she had just done.

"Mechokku!" Hana screamed. "That would be REALLY bad!"

"Calm down, Hana-senpai!" Emiru said with the wave of her hand. "Besides, Bowser is a non-reasonable dragon-turtle being! The chances of those two actually getting alone are closer to none, I say!"

"I guess you're right…" Homare shuttered, thinking about the chaos Bowser would bring to their world. "But still…"

Everyone pondered the thought of Bowser teaming up with the Criasu Co…

BGM: Calling all the Shots! DX - Bowser's Theme (Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser's Minions)

Two Hours Earlier…

"Hmmmph…" Bowser growled as he looked through a telescope. "What a boring city…I think I'll call it New Bowser City, and this country…what about Koopaland? And that building…I will make Bowser Tower, hey…why does that building look different from the others?"

Bowser turned his attention to the citizens of Hagukumi City. "Ugh…look at those happy people. It almost makes me sick…smiling, laughing, loving…and what's that over there? Some stupid pink cafe? Look at the decorations! Disgusting! Those can easily be turned into my Shell and my face at the front! Maybe I'll get one of those cafes with the pretty maids…hmm…"

As Bowser was spying on his AirshipAirship near Hagukumi City's docks, Captain Goomba rushed up to the deck and got Bowser's Attention. "M'Lord! We've got multiple ships, inbound!"

"What?" Bowser replied. "This pathetic world has military?"

"Well, sir…they appear to be…flying?" Captain Goomba said, motioning to his left.

Bowser grunted and turned to his left to see about another two-hundred airship approaching. With one giant one in the middle, to Bowser's surprise, it had his face on the front…seemed to be made out of foil.

A cardboard Airship, made to be the same size as Bowser's, approached his fleet as a very familiar yet, flat character.

"You again!" Bowser growled. "Imposter Bowser!"

"I'm the imposter?" Another Bowser shouted, named Paper Bowser. He and his Paper Doubles of Bowser's children jumped from his AirshipAirship to the current Bowser's Airship.

"Been almost five years since I saw you, still taking my looks?" Paper Bowser snorted. "You've got some nerve."

"YOU'VE GOT NERVE!" Bowser roared back. "Don't think I'll help my imposter again! I'm here to DESTROY Mario! I don't have time to mingle with you, Imposter-Bowser!"

"Oh yeah?" Paper Bowser retorted back. "That's what I was here to do! Someone opened up the Paper World again, and I captured Peach, but just as I did, Mario slipped from my clutches and fell into this world! Now I have to find him to make sure he doesn't foil my plan!"

"You copied me?!" Bowser shrieked. "That's why we're here! Did you put an idea stealer in my head when you were last here?"

The Two Bowser's fought and bickered back and forth; meanwhile, Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings didn't fight with their Paper Doubles.

"Hey!" Bowser Jr. exclaimed. "You still look like me! Did anything cool happen in your world?"

"I helped Mario beat an Origami-Thing; he was stealing Dad's minions and turning them into possessed origami soldiers." Paper Bowser Jr. replied. "How about you?"

"Dad turned into a giant-paint-rage monster! It was supposed to be a joke, but he got too mad and became a giant monster! I needed Mario's help too!" Bowser Jr. told his double.

"I guess we both needed Mario's help while we were gone, I guess!" Paper Bowser Jr. laughed.

"Wow! It's like looking into a mirror!" Larry said, admiring his duplicate.

"I look better in 3D!" Paper Larry said to the other Larry.

"Hey…your muscles are pretty big, awesome!" Roy complimented his double.

"Not bad yourself." Paper Roy replied. "Hey, we should totally have an Arm Wrestle Tournament."

While Bowser's children complimented each other, Bowser and his Double still were arguing back and forth.

"That's it!" Bowser shouted. "I've had enough with you! Get out of my way, or I will make you get out of my way!"

"Not if I do it first!" Paper Bowser shouted back.

Both were about to throw a punch at each other when a voice was heard.

"Why waste your time bickering back and forth when you can have everything you could want?"

"Who said that?!" Bowser shouted, looking all around.

"I did…I am George Kurai." George told the Double Bowsers. "I am the President of that building over there…the Criasu Corporation. Like you, we want to turn the world into our own pawns."

"Who are you, and why should I care?" Paper Bowser replied to George.

"I am…the savior of this world. I will create "Eternal Happiness" by freezing time; that way, no one can stand in my path. I recon you want to create this country and city into your own?"

"Yes…why?" Paper Bowser responded, with Bowser paying attention now.

George smirked. "Well…I am here to give a truce…an alliance; one could say…friendship."

"I don't do friends." Bowser scoffed. "Last time I trusted someone, I found out that stupid-purple bat was planning on using me all along."

"Ah…but I am not a purple bat, am I?" George said, pulling out the Tome of Paper. "If you help me…or I help you…we can use this book to take down your enemy and rule this world together…I heard the one you're after is Mario, yes?"

"Go on…" Bowser nodded. "I'm almost intrigued."

"Well…at Criasu Corporation, I have given you all of that and more. Power, Strength, and even more minions to throw at Mario! Like you, I, too, have an enemy who calls themselves the Pretty Cure. Those brats keep beating my staff, and we're no closer to getting all five Mirai Crystals. However…your strength, and my knowledge, you and I can destroy Mario, Luigi, Hana, and her colorful friends, and rule this world to ourselves." George held out his hand to Bowser. "Do we have a deal?"

Bowser looked up at George, unimpressed. "If you're selling me an ad, I don't want it."

George chuckled. "This isn't a business, Bowser. This is a republic! An empire! You and your children will become staff at Criasu Corporation and gain so much power! Mario could join forces with the Pretty Cure, but with us together, we can defeat them much more easily!"

Paper Bowser and Bowser looked at each other and thought for a second.

"I could potentially be putting Junior at risk…" Bowser thought, then he shrugged. "Alright, Mophead, I'll join your company, but it needs to have my name in it; also, if you lay a hand on my children…I'll crush you as I will, Mario!"

George laughed. "It's a deal."

"Just one question," Bowser asked. "What's a Pretty Cure?"

"Ah…" George replied, pulling up a screen from his hands. "These teenage girls, they look harmless at first, but they have special crystals that allow them to transform into these…"

Bowser scrunched up his nose in disgust and cringe. "They're disgusting! Why would you dress like that? I hate putting on a tie, but that's a thousand times worse!"

"They're revolting, yes." George agreed. "However…this little one here…"

George zoomed in onto a blonde baby with a pink gradient on the ends; she wore a bib, pink shirt, and yellow socks. Her eyelashes were long, and she had rosy pink cheeks.

"This is, Hugtan," George explained. "She has the source of all the power."

Bowser guffawed. "Bwahaha! A baby?! How can a worthless and pathetic baby be a source of power?!"

Geroge ignored him. "That Peach character you kidnapped...she's the source of your world's power.

Well…I know you plan to use her power to help you take over the world…but if we combine Hugtan's special powers…then we can power up this Tome here, and the world will be ours."

"Yeah…then I rule it!" Bowser chuckled.

"No! I do!" Paper Bowser shouted back.

"Bowsers! Don't worry! There will be plenty of room on the thrones!" George replied. "All we need to do, is kidnap a baby, take out Mario and his new friends, and the world is ours."

"I kidnap Peach from Mario's nose like nothing!" Bowser grinned. "This should be like taking candy from a baby; that is ACTUALLY a baby!"

"Good." George smiled. "We will await you once your first order is finished." Then he levitated back to the Criasu Co. as Bowser and Paper Bowser turned around to their fleet of Minions.

"Minions!" They shouted. "We have a change of plans…attack Mario, AND those who call themselves, the Pretty Cure!"

Bowser's Armies clamored, talking amongst themselves.

"We have become sponsors of the Criasu…uh….whatever! Our job will be to destroy Mario (as usual) and these disgusting girls! If you see ANY of them, I give you full permission to attack. If a citizen gets in your way, attack them too!"

Both Minions and Paper Minions cheered and clapped for Bowser.

"THEN PREPARE FOR COMBAT!" Both Bowsers roared.

"You heard the lord, MOVE OUT!" Captain Goomba shouted, returning to his station.

Minions loaded themselves in the cannons and fired towards the city, equipping their parachutes as they were inbound.

"Junior!" Bowser told his son. "Find that baby, and bring her to me."

"Yes, papa!" Bowser Jr. giggled his first "actual" mission for once in a long time.

"Also, if you find Mario and Green Stache' with those ugly "Cure" things, send in the Piranha Plant…"

"Dad?" Roy asked Bowser. "You mean THE BIG Piranha Plant? Y'know, their leader?"

"Yes! Him," Bowser shouted. "Let those Pretty Cure see how well my army behaves."

"Okay then…" Roy mumbled, returning to his station.

When all the Minions were deployed, Bowser and Paper Bowser turned their Airships around, outside Hagukumi City, waiting for their next strike.

"Run, Mario…" Bowser grinned. "You and Green Stache' better run…because not even those Pretty Cure won't save you! My army is expanding, and you'll never see it coming! BWAHAHAHAHA!"

TO BE CONTINUED…

This chapter seemed more protracted than most ones I've written. Sorry about that.

Yes, we're kicking this story off with Paper Mario and the Mario series, teaming up with HUGtto Pretty Cure's villains. With Mario now teamed up with the Pretty Cure, will they be able to keep Hugtan…yet alone, themselves safe?

Sorry, this one took a long time to come out. I wanted this series to be perfect. Well, Paper Mario, Super Mario, and Pretty Cure seemed like good series' to crossover upon.

I love the Pretty Cure franchise as much as the Mario franchise, and with more knowledge on these two, I hope I can make more fun and exciting adventure.

Also, I will try to make this story less brutal (Like what Petey Piranha would do…). More minor nature, and little to absolutely no swearing, because Pretty Cure is for children. Mario…technically is but is for everyone, as everyone kinda knows who he is. But, it can get dark sometimes, like how older Pretty Cure series' were (They kinda stopped it at Mahou Tsukai Pretty Cure, because every series after that seemed more light-hearted TO ME, and they appeared less dark-themed and more light-hearted, with the villains and whatnot)

This series can get pretty chaotic, and that's what I'm here for. (You'll know what that means later on…)

Also…If you played Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam and read my previous story (excluding Mario & Luigi: Idol Activities). I'm sure you know who the Piranha Plant is…

Stay tuned for more!
