Summary: AU Naruto and Sasuke are loyal confederate marines. When the Zerg descended upon Tarsonis however, both lovers would be cruelly ripped away from each other. Just as Sasuke thought that it's all over, he met his lover once again, vastly different from before…infested. "Naruto. What have they done to you?". SasuNaru NaruSasu A Starcraft X Naruto crossover Itachi X Shisui later.

Pairing: SasuNaru main. With some NaruSasu. They will be a reversible couple in this one. May also contain Itachi X Shisui as this story unfolds.

Chapter 1: The Fall of Tarsonis

Tarsonis

The shining capital of confederate rule. Decades of complacency and bureaucratic mismanagement has left it relatively alright, despite the decadence and the corruption that permeated throughout the branches of the confederate government.

Black midnight eyes distastefully regarded the opulent and pristine buildings before him and narrowed at their towering steel frames as they looked down behind the safety of reinforced glass window from an apartment high up in an equally towering building; second only perhaps in height to the administrative building of Tarsonis proper. The confederate aristocracy always had this fondness for the ostentatious and extravagant, yet there is a strange juxtaposition to the clinical and almost inhuman practicality with which their rule was enforced. Of course the extravagance was reserved only for the aristocracy, the peak of confederate's social strata- something that Sasuke and his family are a part of.

Yet he chose to become part of the prestigious alpha squadron, quickly climbing through its ranks as brigadier-general, the youngest in history breaking all precedents. All this happened despite his father's protests. He reasoned that his brother Itachi have already become governor on his path to rising above the civilian arm of confederate rule, and he sought to control the military instead, securing both the civilian and military arms of confederate rule and entrench the Uchiha's name in the upper echelons of society.

This seemed to have appeased his father and so the man relented, letting Sasuke do whatever he wants as long as he secures the Uchiha's power within the system. Two strong arms snaked from under his armpits and snaked up his strong shoulders. Soon, he would feel a warm and welcoming pressure from behind him. His scowl turned to that of blissful smile as he leaned back to his lover's naked chest.

"What are you thinking about Sasuke?" A raspy and younger voice made him shiver as he felt the man rested his chin on his left shoulder, the vibration of those words and the quick brush of chapped yet soft warm lips brushing against his left ear. Sasuke turned his head to the left and shifted his body just a little bit to meet those very same lips in a chaste and brief kiss. Sasuke smiled. This man is the reason why he entered the military. While Naruto was originally his guard, Sasuke wanted to protect him instead and so he enlisted in the military and climbed up in ranks to watch over his clumsy yet adorable friend.

"Nothing. Just thinking about this city. But also…" A mischievous smile was upon the man's lips. "of you."

The intended effect was immediate as he felt the younger man's face from behind heat up, and the blush could be felt as his eyes caught blue eyes widened in surprise.

"Teme…"

A low but playful chuckle escaped Sasuke's lips. It's always fun to rattle and play with the man of his life; especially if said man is easily embarrassed even when they're already together for six long years. Sasuke have longed to marry the man behind him. But confederate laws are still rather conservative. And so decided that a live in arrangement is much more acceptable. Not ideal, but moments like these make it worth it.

Sasuke felt his whole body tingle as he felt warmth latching on his left ear. He inwardly smirked as he felt Naruto's retaliation, shuddering as he felt wet and eager tongue flicking at his ears. He moaned as the other man continued to give his ear thorough attention. Soon, Sasuke felt curious wandering arm slipped in from beneath his shirt, brushing his toned abs almost tenderly before settling there. He shuddered and moaned loudly as the lips and tongue on his ear further descended to his earlobe…then his neck… causing Sasuke to moan louder.

"Naruto!" Sasuke's lips are now parted as he felt his partner's ministrations intensified, his skin burning sending waves and ripples of electricity throughout his body as those sinful lips and tongue tasted and lapped at the helpless skin before them.

Then, just as suddenly as it started, it stopped, before he turned to see a flash of a huge confident grin.

"Now we're both blushing!" Sasuke's eyes narrowed at Naruto's voice as he felt the heat from his cheeks. Angry eyes looked at the man behind him as he turned his whole body, acutely aware of the tightness in his pants.

"Why'd you stop, dobe? I was really enjoying it." Sasuke growled before the man gave him a caste kiss on the forehead and bumping their noses together. Naruto then held Sasuke at the waist.

"Patience, teme. It's our day off. Why don't we continue to bed? You seem to have a problem that I know how to solve." Naruto huskily said as he regarded the man hungrily.

A smirk pulled at Sasuke's lips. He loved it when Naruto takes charge like this. It's rare that his partner ever does, but when he does, it usually sends Sasuke to new heights of pleasure. His momentary frustration forgotten, he allowed the younger man to push him on his bed. Naruto promptly gripped Sasuke's wrists and soon, hungry soft lips descended upon his neck before eager hands slid his off-white tshirt upwards. Sasuke moaned as Naruto found his nipples, teasing them by brushing against them gently before gently pinching them.

Sasuke's breathing have become more ragged now, his legs twitching continuously with each of Naruto's kisses; each pinch of his nipples; as calloused hand roamed and brushed against his now sensitive pale white skin at the sides, then to the torso before it too found its way to his other nipple.

"Stop teasing dobe and g-g-get on with it!" Sasuke stuttered as he felt his lover smiled against his skin.

"Relax teme. You had your fun last night, let me have my fun for the morning." Sasuke gritted his teeth, impatience creeping up from within as his pants grew tighter and tighter. How can he relax with his lover on top of him like this? He gasped as he felt Naruto's tongue flicked against his right nipple, before it's covered by soft hunger lips which promptly sucked on it hungrily.

"Ahhh… Naruto!" Sasuke buried a hand in soft golden locks as he encouraged his lover to go even further, the overwhelming heat spreading from deep within him, causing his stomach to tighten, as he felt a coil wounding from within. He raised his legs to offer relief of his painful erection before they wrapped against the strong back of his lover and tightened their grip.

Naruto undid his lover's zipper and finally freed his member from his pants and underwear. Then suddenly, just as the cool air from airconditioning, combined with the heat surging throughout Sasuke's body finally caused the coil at the pit of his stomach to snap, and he unload his seed on his and his lover's stomachs.

"Ngg!" Sasuke groaned as he arched his back, the pressure too overwhelming.

Surprised blue eyes widened at the sudden pressure and heat on his bare stomach. He quickly released the nipple and looked down, finally noticing the sticky wetness on his solid abs.

"What the-" Naruto looked back up to his panting and spent lover. "Did you just come from me sucking your nipple?" Sasuke glared at the disbelieving tone. But the glare was only half-hearted, as his eyes were half-lidded, his chest still panting from his release.

"Sh-shut up, dobe."

Naruto grinned playfully at him, one brow arched upward as he took in the sight of his beautiful lover. Sasuke is an aristocrat. So even for his work in the military, the feminine yet strong body before him have never failed to captivate Naruto; who by comparison is much shorter yet more muscular, owing to his field work as a low ranking recruit. He took note of Sasuke's flush face and his grin even widened.

Sasuke truly is a beautiful man. With his midnight black eyes and soft dark hair that Naruto loved to play with, Naruto has always adored this man. Even when they were children he has always doted on his childhood friend. Since Sasuke is an anti-social aristocrat, he lives a relatively sheltered life and don't have a lot of friends and was happy to receive all the attention that Naruto have showered him.

Naruto on the other hand was an orphan, plucked from the streets of Tarsonis by the Uchihas to be trained as a guard for their son. When Naruto was discovered to have a high psionic potential, the Uchihas did everything in their power to hide the fact, preferring him as a guard for their son Sasuke and thus saving him from being enlisted into what they viewed as a barbaric and inhumane ghost program- too inhumane even for the Uchiha's tastes and standards. Naruto's bright and bubbly personality was quick to captivate most of the Uchiha around him, and of course, that includes Sasuke.

Naruto had laid down his life for this man countless of times before. Attempted kidnapping and even assassinations to name a few. And so the Uchihas have completely earned his trust.

"What are you looking at dobe?"

Naruto kissed the man's forehead before proceeding to lap at the salty white liquid that now runs freely on Sasuke's stomach.

"You're beautiful Sasuke. I love you so much." Naruto said in between kisses, enjoying the tasty treat on Sasuke's stomach as his eyes took note of the man's embarrassed face.

"What are you—ahh! Saying Naruto!" Sasuke moaned again as Naruto moved his tongue dangerously downward to Sasuke's still hard and erect member.

"Delicious."

Naruto finally reached the man's inner thigh. And despite Sasuke's protests, Naruto firmly held him in place, his lips hungrily sucking at the man's inner thigh who twitched and groaned with each brush of his lover's lips.

"Fuck Naruto. Just do me now! I can't take this anymore. I'm going mad." Sasuke said as he tensed and twitched uncontrollably from the man's touches, his feet and toes flexing and curling as his lover skillfully licked and touched Sasuke's skin.

"Not yet. You really should learn patience, bastard. I let you have your with me last night. We do it my way this morning." Sasuke stared down at his lover in disbelief. He fucked this man countless of times last night and Naruto's libido seemed to continue even more in the morning. By all counts, Naruto should be down in bed, still sleeping, complaining of a painful backside. But here he is, his tongue driving Sasuke mad from how they twist and twirl across his skin.

Then suddenly, without warning, Naruto engulfed Sasuke's entire dick, spurred by the taste of Sasuke's initial seed that coated its tip. Sasuke's eyes rolled backward as warmth engulfed his entire length in a soft bed of soft wetness that is Naruto's mouth.

"Ahhh Naruto." His grip on Naruto's hair tightened as Naruto bobbed his head, his tongue flicking, and teasing Sasuke's still sensitive member in his mouth. Having his first release, Sasuke's still sensitive and the warmth and wetness that constantly tugged at the tip down to its base isn't helping. Sasuke stubbornly tried to contain his moans but failed.

Both men were too wrapped up in each other, still high from their ongoing activity when it happened. A beep rang through the PA system before a robotic voice rang through the room.

"ALERT OVERWHELMING ZERG FORCE INBOUND. INITIATING EVACUATION PROCEDURES. ALL MILITARY PERSONNEL MUST REPORT FOR SERVICE."

Both men were instantly up, their activity quickly forgotten as the adjutant's voice rang through the room. They looked at each other with a confused expression. What just happened? Sasuke crawled to his side desk, his breathing still ragged, before pressing his laptop to life.

"Status report."

"Voice recognized. Authorization access granted. A huge number of zerg organisms are approaching from all direction. Automatic defenses are engaged."

"Computer, patch me through to Military HQ, NOW." Sasuke growled as he felt Naruto wiping him off lovingly from behind. His lover felt oddly cold as he helped Sasuke be more presentable for an emergency meeting. Naruto handed Sasuke his military coat and let Sasuke zip up in preparation.

"Contacting…" The computer responded as a tremor shook the building that promptly brought the men from their high back to reality. This really is an emergency situation. Sasuke glanced at the glass window to the side and saw that the city is smoking, distant fighting could be heard despite the sound proofing of his apartment. Tarsonis is one of the most heavily defended planet in this cluster why is this happening?

Another tremor shook the building. Sasuke is now on full alert as he moved to the closet to grab his military gear. Briefly the young general remembered that there were reports of a protoss expeditionary fleet engaging with the Sons of Korhal at the edge of Tarsonian territory. But he didn't expect Zerg of all things to be here.

He pressed at the laptop and saw that the status is still in "contacting mode". Sasuke saw a few mutalisk being chased down by heat seeking missiles just outside the windows. Fearing for the worst, he turned to Naruto and saw that he's already in his CMC powered combat armor, gauss rifle in hand with a serious look on his face.

"Damn it. HQ's down. We need to find a way off world and rendezvous with our fleet. With any luck the starports are still holding up." Sasuke said as Naruto nodded, his blue eyes worriedly stuck to the doors of their apartment; a commotion now apparent outside as sounds of guns and screams could be heard through their sound proofed walls.

Both men were finally suited up when a loud knock was heard on their door.

"General Sasuke!"

Sasuke opened the door to see a ghost and three marines behind him. The personnel before him were not the typical confederate marines however. They bore the Uchiha crest on their suits.

"This planet's lost. It's all falling apart. We're here to extract you and escort you to the rendezvous point. An evacuation order's been placed for you."

Sasuke looked at Naruto who can only nod back. If the higher ups are considering an evacuation then the situation for Tarsonis must be really bad. There's no time to contemplate this however as a dropship crashed through their window, unloading two zerglings from within. Naruto was shielding Sasuke as he fired his weapon.

"Sasuke go! I'll meet you!"

"No Naruto! We'll go together."

"Don't be stubborn bastard. We're in a pinch here. Hey, help me with this will you?" He turned to the other confederate marines behind the ghost who also unloaded their weapons at the zerg from the ghost pulled the general back as the Uchiha marines joined Naruto in the room. Sasuke's pristine apartment became a warzone in an instant as another hydralisk emerged from the crashed dropship, dragging with it the remains of what they can only guess as the former occupants of the confederate dropship.

Sasuke have been in a lot of skirmishes before but never with the Zerg. His victories were against terrorists like the Sons of Korhal and space pirates. The Zerg is still a new concept to them at this point. He have only ever seen one in the Confederate laboratories, when they were observing an experiment on the alien creatures.

He shook his head as the ghost dragged him by the arm.

"Right this way sir, please." Sasuke pulled away in contempt, his mind still on Naruto's safety.

"I'm a general for goodness sake! I'll go when I'm ready! Naruto come on! That's an order."

But when Sasuke turned to his room, to his horror the other two marines were already dead, his beloved Naruto pinned down by a hydralisk. Naruto was struggling to keep the hydralisk off of him as he turned to Sasuke.

"Go Sasuke please! I'll come find you promise."

"I hold you to that promise, dobe!"

Naruto grinned weakly at him before shooting the door's console panel. It briefly shut itself off, and Naruto breathe a sigh of relief before turning his attention to the hydralisk in front of him, which he held in place with his other arm. He focused his mind on the hydralisk, adrenaline racing through him, before it exploded in front of him.

Naruto looked at his handiwork in surprise, not aware that he can even do it. His victory would be short-lived however as a few more hydralisks and zerglings emerged from the fallen dropship.

Naruto closed his eyes dejectedly. Dropping his gun to the side, he waited for his end.

I'm sorry Sasuke. Please be safe.

Sasuke reached the Uchiha's private starport and breathe a sigh of relief when it was relatively intact. He noted that only the Uchiha's private security force and a few military officers were there, but there weren't much Zerg in the area, with a few engaged with their automated defense system. The family was preparing to evacuate, taking in some of the civilians that ran to their safety, but most of the dropships leaving were full of aristocrats.

"Glad you could make it Sasuke." Sasuke heard his brother and turned to him.

"What's going on nii-san? I can't contact HQ. Why is—"

Itachi shook his head. "The confederacy is lost. The administrative building fell first to the attack. I was on my way to a meeting when it happened. It was an unexpected attack. No one could have prepared for this. I'll explain more when we're safe. Now come on!"

Sasuke looked at the battlecruiser behind them, docked at the starport. Uchiha personnel were loading boxes into it in a flurry as an explosion rocked the compound.

Sasuke turned to the source of the noise and found a stream of flesh and blades that attacked the automated drones and defenses in the Uchiha compound, the gates to their fortress completely totaled as the creatures swarmed in unhindered.

"Come Sasuke! Now!" Itachi's voice was panicked, unlike his usual intelligently cool and collected one.

"But Naruto… I left Naruto! I can't leave him Itachi!" Sasuke's voice was frantic as he looked at his brother with pleading eyes.

Itachi spun him around and met his eyes.

"Naruto is a soldier Sasuke. And so are you. You risked your life the moment you enlisted in the military. Now come, there's not much time." Sasuke struggled against his brother's hold but he found himself being dragged to the battlecruiser, the last of the Uchiha personnel no longer in sight as the crew prepare for take-off.

"Naruto! Naruto! No! Niisan please don't make me do this."

Itachi looked at his brother sadly but a quick glance at the incoming wave of zerg caused adrenaline to surge through the governor. He pulled his brother to the ship despite his protests.

"Helmsman take us out of orbit NOW!"

"Understood sir."

And with that Sasuke looked on helplessly as he watched the very home he grew up in being torn asunder by waves of otherworldly creatures. He collapsed into his brother's arms, exhausted and emotionally drained with one thought in his mind.

I hope you liked it. :) I've been wanting to write a SasuNaru in the starcraft universe for a long time, but I'm not too knowledgeable in the workings of the military.
