Elena pov
I was walking in mountain taking a hike by myself I couldn't take the drama anymore so I went for a walk Damon keeps telling me just because Klaus doesn't mess with us anymore doesn't mean I need to be by myself he doesn't want me to have any privacy at all or no time to my self all because of "Klaus" I tell him im okay ajd Klaus left us alone and he left town And Damon says he could be back any moment now so when damon was sleeping surprised he does I went for a walk in the mountains it was scary but I been though so much stuff and Stefan ajd Caroline are on there Honeymoon Stefan still text me still saying "I love you" But Ignore him thays basically cheating im not the one to cheated but me and Damon need some time away some space I called the shots and when I did guess what I saw him at the bar talking to Rebekah I didn't even say anything I just walk back out im not here for Damon games and stuff he needs to grt it right as I was walking I heard crying I walk closer to the noise and saw a five year old girl with red hair sitting down crying It could be a trick and someone will try to kidnap me but I walked up to her anyways
"Excuse me little girl are you okay" I asked worried She cried some more
"Momma doesn't want me she said I looked like My dadda" She cried more I picked her up
"Shh calm down wheres your daddy" I asked her
"Hes out of town I was waiting for him hut momma took me here and said she didn't want me" She cried more
"Shh I know you aren't supposed to talk to strangers but would you like some ice cream" I asked her
"Yes! I wove ice cream" She said
"Awe your so adorable with your blue eyes and red hair you could be a model" I said trying to brighten up the mood
"Really" She said her eyes ligh up
"Yes realy lets go get ice cream " I said and hold her hand
"Can you pick me up pwease I don't like walking " She said
"Sure " I said picking her up walking to the ice cream store everyone looked at me
"Don't listen to them is what my daddy tell me " Hope said
I nodded "Which ice cream flavor you want " I said I saw her think about it
"Cotton candy!" She said out loud making everyone looked at us they shush us
"No you shush!" she said I laughed and paid for the ice cream good thing I brought my wallet with me I got Vanilla in a cone we sat down at a table she sat on my lap
" So what's your name" I said
"I'm Hope and five years old! Hope said
"That's a lovely name Hope Your momma needs Hope in her Life" I joked Hope giggled
"I'm Elena gilbert" I said
"Hi Ewana" Hope said
"Hi Hope " I said
"Can I ask a question" Hope said
"sure" I said
"Why was you out in the mountains by your self" Hope asked
I thought about it should I tell her well she seems smart
"My ex boyfriend doesn't treat me right so I went for a walk and found you" I said
"What! he's messing out!" Hope said loud
I laughed
"Yes he is" I said
"Do you miss him" Hope asked
"Yes and no he's a handful" I said Hope laugh
"Hope do you want to stay with me until we find your daddy" I said
"Yes pwease I don't want to be no where else but with you" Hope said
"Good let's go " I said we threw away our trash and I picked up Hope and walked home opening my door and put Hope down
"wow your house is lovely!" Hope said
I laughed "Thanks Hope if you want you can wear my clothes to take a shower we will go shopping later I don't know how to drive yet sadly" I said embarrassed
"Oh it's fine! My daddy don't know how to paint but he doesn't tell anyone" Hope said
I laughed she had the greatest combat like someone I know hmm was it Klaus yes Klaus Mikaelson my enemy I was going to asked her when my front door swing open
"Elena we need to talk" Damon said looking at me and Hope
I Quickly pick up Hope
"No we don't Damon leave!" I said
"Who's child is that! take her back home now!" Damon Said
"No I won't Damon leave us alone now!" I said
"No! Take that child back immediately!" Damon said going close to me but he was smashed in the wall I looked up and saw Klaus with Angry Golden Eyes I saw Klaus
