Five days. It had been five days since it all started. Five days ago it was normal...

Janine Harper jumped off her bed and ran downstairs. She didnt want to be late again or she would get chewed out.
¨JANINE! Hurry up!¨
Janine cringed at the sound of her dad yelling at her. He was probaby angry, because he was usually levelheaded. She grabbed her backpack and lunch bag and rushed out the door. The bus was waiting in front of the house. She jumped on and rushed to the fourth seat as the bus begain to move. Twenty minutes later she found herself in the middle of a particularly boring history class. But she suddenly snapped to attention when Mr. Miler asked, ¨How many of you know about the legend of Button Eyes?¨
