"I can't... I can't stand it anymore!"
They met at the entrance of Kadic, the school they both graduated from not so long ago. From there, they were supposed to go to the local restaurant for a dinner date.
"U-Ulrich, what's wrong?"
"They found out... That we're together," Despite loving her for many years, this was the first time Ulrich showed his tears to Yumi.
She didn't say anything. They both knew how his father would react if he found out. The stoic man hated all of his friends.
"They fight all the time, but now, it will get even worse...," the brunette leaned his head on the shorter girl's shoulder and cried into it. He was so pathetic and disgusted with himself. He should be the one comforting her, not the other way around.
"I would love to help you, but I can't," the girl sighed.
"You're wrong, of course you can."
"How?"
"Kiss me", he said and lifted his head.
So she did. Everything disappeared, and despite the snow falling around them, they felt like the were the warmest people on the planet.
