Ahem: a collection of stories for my little sister's birthday. I shall put my music library on shuffle and pair her top 10 ships with the first 10 songs. Each ship gets a story related to the song with decreasing times: ship #1 gets 10 min., ship #2 gets 9 min., ship #3 gets 8 min., etc. So ship #10 is a hot mess 1 min. panic attack.
You don't HAVE to listen to the song first...but you might want to. And author's notes are bolded.

Uh...uh...I mean, they're both Disney?
Belle was absolutely deserving of her name.
Her sparkling gowns and shining face made his own hideousness stand out even more in stark comparison.
She would dance with him though. She would spend the whole night dancing, letting him twirl her and hold her as if he were worthy of touching such perfection.
"We're...we are friends, Belle, are we not?" he questioned once.
It was probably more than he could hope for.
"You're my very special friend," her perfect lips said back to him with a perfect smile.
He dared to hope – just a little bit more – as he extended his arm, and she willingly came into it, letting him lead her to the floor.
This was kind of cute lol. And definitely not in the Disney universe...like the Phantom fic, idk in what universe but another vague universe.
