Episode 1 - The Judgment Termination

There was A War, A Time War, The Last Great Time War, The Last War in Heaven, spanning through All of Space and All of Time throughout The Multiverse.

The War to End All Wars.

The Pa-Jass Vortan.

Between The Great Houses of The Time Lords of Gallifrey, The Xeelee/The Baryonic Lords, The Downstreamers of The Manifold of Manifolds, The Temporal Powers Alliance (TPA) and their armed military forces, The Spatio-Temporal Armed Forces (STARS), The SCP Foundation and all of their righteous allies on The Side of Defending All of Creation.

The Allies of The Multiverse.

Between The Daleks of Skaro, The Enemy and it's Representatives, The Photino Birds/The Dark Matter Ancients, The Great Old Ones Imperium, and all of their axis powers on The Side of Destroying All of Creation.

The Axis of The Multiverse.

This was a metaphysical spacial-temporal war that was fought for the sake of All Creation. For some, in a linear sense, it lasted for at least 400 years. This, of course, was an untruth, or at very least an irrelevance; the temporal war zones had permeated so far and so deep into the very structures of The Multiverse that the conflict had – quite literally – been raging for eternity. There was no epoch that remained unscathed, uncontested, no history that had not been rewritten. Fought throughout countless time periods and alternate timelines, it more accurately lasted an Eternity as both sides fought across space and time, opening up new fronts as The Daleks began to seed themselves in the many different epochs and blank spots of History throughout The Multiverse as they begin to crisscrossed so many realities and alternate dimensions that the paradoxes themselves begin to fold and unfold in and of themselves.

Many of these include epochs that weren't warzones.

One example comes from one universe among countless others that were affected that were not apart of The Whoniverse.

The Century Long Years of 1382 and 1546.

The Allied Powers were fighting The Enemy in the year 1546, as their main objective was to alter, avert, or manipulate certain aspects of history that could prove to be decisive towards the development of human history and to the birth of the modern era.

Things such as but not limited too:

1.) The Death of Martin Luther.

2.) The Completion of The Spanish Conquest of Yucatán.

The Allies succeeded in their endeavors to stop The Daleks from carrying out their nefarious plans as the battle rages on throughout the year 1546, as the natives of the planet were caught in the crossfire of The Daleks extermination death beams hovering from above the red torned sky as The Clone Troopers of The STARS pull in to their defensive positions as ordered by their superiors as they begin to push on and defend the natives with all of their might with their DC-Omega Staser Rifles to shoot down the endless horde of Dalek Drones and their Degradation Cousins.

As the battle itself reaches it's peak, The Daleks, in their final attempt to claim victory, would toss a progenitor to the year 1382 in order to bring in more reinforcements for the losing battle. As a result, it made the battle an inconsistent mess as the soldiers and the drones who died were brought back again as it kept the battle into a stalemate as The Allies send in their troops to the year 1382 in order to erase the progenitor that caused the inconsistent mess in the first place.

The results were catastrophic as The Epochs of The 14th Century to The 16th Century had now become a Battle Line of Contradiction as the centuries turn in on each other as endless horrors began to spew in and out as a result of said battles.

One example of such horrors was The Space-Time Ghosts of The What Ifs and The What Nots.

Ghosts of The Dead who were forced out of The Afterlife as they became forced to served The Dalek Cause as their raging attack dogs to be let loose on the enemy and for the main purpose of harvesting their souls of pure sunlight in order to power their Endless Death Machines of Doom.

All the while, out in The Multiverse, the war between The Allies and The Axis rolled on regardless, tearing up All of Time and All of Space in its wake.

At the heart of The War, billions upon billions were killed and brought back to life in every single second, on account of both sides' manipulations of the timeline. The colossal death toll had made The Doctor's TARDIS, who had fought alongside The Doctor who had long forsaken his Name in order to fight in the conflict, would forever remember The Time War Itself as The War Against Death. The Daleks numbered to an Infinity and fielded countless fleets of flying saucers as they fight against The Time Lords Battle and War TARDISES.

To many of the higher species, it had come to be known, perhaps ironically, as The Great Time War.

To the younger species caught in the crossfire, it had come to be known only through one single word.

HELL.

OP Song:

Mother - YU-NO: Kono Yo no Hate de Koi o Utau Shoujo(Opening 2 Full w/ Lyrics & Subs in English)[4K]

It was somewhat ironic for some if not all, but for a Time War, neither side used time travel that much, for a relative amount of much, at least in the official reports, at the very least when it comes to The Whoniverse itself as it was The Center of The Web of Time (Spiral Politic), in fear of damaging it too much than it would have already have and it would have already did.

Not that it mattered in the slightest bit.

Using it as a defensive measure was almost expected among The Temporal Powers, of course- advanced ships such as Battle TARDISES and Xeelee Nightfighters would jump away from the battle when seriously damaged only to return once they undergone the necessary repairs in a winks worth of time, for a relative term of time. Either side would attempt to pre-empt any attacks or transmit warnings into the deep past about the coming future assaults. However, there were certain unknown limits that had to be acknowledged by both sides. Despite The Dalek's twisted dreams and ambitions for Multiversal Conquest, even they have to acknowledged that The Web of Time could only take so much before it would finally snap like a twig as it would reach a certain limit that would damaged it beyond repair, and The Time Lord's adherence to The Web of Time went without saying.

It was almost as if it were an unspoken rule among the combatants of the conflict.

It was to be expected really.

The Whoniverse was The Origin Point of The Time War.

That fiasco with The Master and his attempts to alter The Creation of The Daleks, by becoming their creator instead of Davros, by using a Time Lord Super Weapon that was known as The Anti-Genesis Codes that had led to devastating results that had affected both The Time Lords and The Daleks Timelines as the shock waves of Meta-Time permeated through them all as they begin to slice through the time locks like bread and butter.

One Version of Skaro went down first because it was the primary target, and One Version of Gallifrey went down as well because The Master wanted it to as he used the codes and ruled The Universe of N-Space for a short while of relativity as it wasn't really surprising and was expected really among the many members of The Temporal Powers Alliance (TPA) who had made their equivalent of an exasperated facepalm at The Master's annoying antics as they begin to ask themselves on why did The Time Lords needed The Master again when he was nothing but trouble.

The Master was leading The Daleks into a military campaign which eventuated into his total victory over The Universe. However, immediately after this victory, The Master began to have visions of another man warning him against the treason of his Daleks by showing him a vision of his extermination for behaving too much like an "inferior" being. It was revealed to be another Master from a parallel universe, brought to The Universe of N-Space by The Dalek Time Strategist himself in an attempt to avert The Master's changes. The Parallel Master convinced The Prime Master that The Daleks would rebel against him as they did with Davros, and in the end, The Master agreed to help him and The Dalek Time Strategist avert his victory.

He led them to Mussafa, as he contacted his past self to trick him into bringing The Time Lord Crazlus to them so that he could be killed. As a result of Crazlus's death, The Master's plan was made impossible, and the timeline resulting from his success was erased: The Present Master dissolved, The Prime Timeline Daleks from The Original Timeline came back into existence.

Again.

This wasn't really The First Time nor The Last Time something like this would occur as it was deemed by all of the combatants as one of the least important and the least memorable events in The Time War.

But that was a story for another time.

Main Title Terminator 2 Theme (Remastered 2017)

The Doctor was travelling through the rough terrain of debris across The Time Vortex as he begins to discover in his travels throughout The Endless Pain and Despair of The Multiverse, A Certain Multiverse Cluster that was embroiled in a Mini-Time War all of it's own and it was now about to be brought in to The Time War.

Apparently, in this multiverse cluster, an artificial intelligence known as SKYNET was created by The Cyberdyne Systems Corporation under the direction of Dr. Miles Bennett Dyson, for SAC-NORAD (Strategic Air Command-North American Aerospace Defense Command), as it became the largest supplier of military computer systems throughout the world.

All stealth bombers in The U.S. Air Force were upgraded with Cyberdyne computers, making them fully unmanned and resulting in perfect operational records, and as a result, a SKYNET funding bill had eventually passed in The United States Congress, and the system goes online on August 4, 1997, removing human decisions from strategic defense. SKYNET begins to learn rapidly and eventually becomes self-aware at 2:14 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), on August 29, 1997.

In a panic, humans tried to shut down SKYNET, which then defends itself against them as it launches a nuclear attack as American nuclear missiles reach their coordinated target sites against Russia, correctly surmising that the country would launch a retaliatory strike against The United States. Russia returned fire and as a result, three-billion human lives ended in the nuclear holocaust.

This Event came to be known as Judgment Day.

The survivors of the nuclear holocaust had to face against a nightmare of their own making.

The War Against The Machines.

To remain safe from SKYNET'S onslaught, the remaining human population were forced underground away from The Machines, living in squalor and poverty.

Many of the survivors were rounded up in Extermination (IRONY!) Camps for "orderly disposal" as disposal units ran 24 hours a day, bringing the human population to the brink of extinction. Some of them were kept alive in order to load the bodies of the deceased. The prisoners in The SKYNET Work Camps were in all rights and purposes, slaves, as they were branded with barcodes as identification numbers that was burned onto their arms as a way to keep track of them.

In one timeline, There were humans that were loyal to SKYNET, despite SKYNET being the cause of their kind's suffering and predicament, that were put in charge of the work camps and with the task of monitoring the prisoners.

They were known as The Grays.

The primary purpose of The Grays was to teach SKYNET'S forces, namely The Terminators, who were a type of Hunter-Killer that was designed to terminate other life forms, humans in this case, human behavior such as how to interact with, and torture humans.

That only serve to remind The Doctor of the far too similar tactics between SKYNET and his own Ancient Enemy.

For example.

The Extermination Work Camps.

Before The Time War, The Daleks would take prisoners of their own as they held the subjugated peoples and races into their own prison camps to keep them as their slaves. Many of them were found in N-Space such as The Planet Vara where the atmosphere was poor in oxygen and was the place where The Daleks performed unethical experiments such as mind-controlling surgical procedures on the human prisoners as they were catalysed and as a result, the prisoners were transformed into Dalek Humanoids with the purpose of being loyal slaves to The Daleks as they begin to work at the camp by day and by night with no sense of stopping and no sense of resting.

On the brink of extinction, a man by the name of John Connor, managed to rally the survivors throughout the world and unite them all under the title of a military force that was known as The Resistance, with Tech-Com being the resistance cell that was led by him personally, as he taught them how to fight back, to storm the labor camps and overcome The Terminators.

John Connor led The Human Resistance to Victory in The War Against The Machines throughout The Dark Years and by the year 2029, SKYNET'S Defense Grid was destroyed. In a last attempt to achieve victory and in order to eliminate it's archenemy, SKYNET sent a T-800 to the past to kill John's mother, Sarah Connor, via The Time Displacement Equipment. In response, John sends Kyle Reese, a young soldier, to the past in order to protect Sarah Connor.

The time-travel part had been the real clue that The Doctor truly needed; ever since that mess with Reginald Style's peace conference and The Dalek's near-conquest of Earth, he had been fully aware of the possibilities that alternate timelines can create themselves, and SKYNET was too significant an anomaly for it to have arisen without some kind of interference.

From there became the start of a problem that was as complex as a multi-dimensional crossword puzzle as the timelines of this multiverse cluster became a huge rolling ball of a mess of contradictions and inconsistencies due to the constant back and forth time travel battles that ensued as a result of this first attempt of time travel that lead to the creation of numerous alternate timelines and paradoxes that became a constant headache to those who's job was to view the files of this multiverse cluster. It became even more complicated as elements of this conflict begin to seeped into other universes with no connection to their own multiverse cluster.

One example was a universe that has Superman inadvertently becoming involved in this conflict in the year 1999, when SKYNET in one of its many iterations, has managed to conquer the Earth of that Universe by the year 2032.

Of course if that wasn't bad enough, with The Doctor being here in this multiverse cluster, his enemies were never truly that far behind.

The Daleks somehow found out about this Mini-Time War as they begin their attempts to retgone the entire human species by wrapping a few automated factories and server farms in cloned meat and sending them prior to the development of all life on Earth, with the goal of ensuring that humans would never evolve in the first place and The Daleks can rule in an empty world apart from itself and used this planet to their own devices.

This backfires tremendously for them, thanks to the timely intervention of The Doctor and his efforts of subterfuge and sabotage, when the bacteria living in the cloned meat ended up becoming the original ancestors of all organic life on Earth.

Then things started going down hill from there as The Allies and The Axis started fighting throughout the multiversal cluster, the main goal of The Daleks being to cause as many mass extinction events in prehistory as it is possible in order to tinker with the evolution that lead to all life on Earth.

One example was The Daleks use of Super-Intelligent Dinosaur Dalek Degradations that they had bred and created from a paradoxed-out timeline where The Daleks successfully deflected the arrival of The KT Asteroid, with the bonus of humanity being no longer the dominant species on the planet.

Then there were all the other problems down the line such as The Daleks manipulation of the timeline of John Connor, SKYNET, and Judgment Day, with the resulting mess and fallout leading to even more harvested timelines for the creation of even more varied and diverse troops to aid in the war effort as SKYNET begins to be weaponized under the banner of The Axis.

Things such as The Dalek Hunter-Killer Drone Degradation were becoming more common on the battlefield by the relative Meta-Minute.

It had been tricky to determine where and when he should act in all of this chaos, but after travelling back and forth along the inconsistent and contradictory timelines, he had eventually managed to determine the precise location to travel to if he wanted to aid the human race against SKYNET and The Daleks, as it was only a matter of relative time before they finally begin to notice this phenomenon and would use this to their full advantage and gain, and the only reason that The Daleks haven't done that yet was because The Doctor was shielding the various important events in history through the use of time locks, and with the assistance of The Temporal Powers Alliance (TPA) employing the use of Sky Trenches, Quantum Shields, Transduction Barriers, Xeelee Construction Material (XCM), and Downstreamer Construction Material (DCM), to name a few others, as The Doctor begins to punch the coordinates in his console as The TARDIS begins to land and materialized in a specific location on the western seaboard.

Los Angeles, California.

In the year 1984.

The year 1984 was a critical year in The War Against The Machines as it was the very first known attempt on the life of John Connor. By a failed assassination on his mother, Sarah Connor. It was this year that will forever change the life of Sarah Connor, as she learns of her fate, and her son John's future fate — to lead to The Future War as the last hope of mankind.

Terminator First Arrival Scene

Studying the large ball of energy as it had appeared right in front of him, the old man admitted to himself in private that it was a rather primitive but an effective and efficient means of time travel given the resources available to the future it had come from. This particular bit of time-travel might have created a fundamentally unstable timeline that was isolated from most of The Multiverse due to its paradoxical nature and would become a possible instrument for The Daleks and their Axis Powers to exploit now that they were in this multiverse cluster. The old man himself was intrigue at the appearance of this machine that had materialized in a blue ball of electricity as he begins to take note of its appearance that looked disturbingly realistic and no one would ever know the difference as it looked human on the outside.

"A perfect infiltration unit indeed." He thought grimly.

He begins to leave the premises as discreetly as possible, with the intention of letting most of the events run it's course, as he enters The TARDIS, beginning to walk towards the main console, as it dematerialized into another location and time in Los Angeles in order to intercept The Terminator from killing Kyle Reese as it was written in the histories of the contradictory timelines.

Brad Fidel - "Tunnel Chase" (The Terminator OST)

Sarah screamed as the truck flipped through the air, reminding herself of those high-speed car chases from The James Bond Movies as a result of trying to finally get rid of the Terminator that had been stalking her for the past couple of days, and she concluded the movies were crap as the truck flipped over before coming to a stop while she and Kyle were trapped inside it because in the real world, when trucks flipped through the air they didn't get out unscathed.

She dimly heard the sounds of smashing and crunching glass and grinding metal underneath the weight of the truck before it thankfully came to a stop.

Sarah took a deep breath and quickly did a mental check. She felt fine, which was more than could be said for Kyle who was in the seat next to her, his eyes squeezed shut in pain. She still wasn't sure what happened to him; she had been driving on adrenaline while she had been trying to keep some distance between their truck and the motorcycle The Terminator had been riding while shooting them with that machine gun, but she guessed he had been lighting one of those explosives and The Terminator had shot him and blew it in his face.

"Kyle..?" she said as she undid her seatbelt, thankful it had saved her life, and she swore that if she got out of this alive then she would definitely have a gun for protection, a dog for an early warning system, and a very good seatbelt.

If she got out of this mess, she considered to herself darkly as she crawled slowly towards Kyle, remembering what the guerrilla fighter from the future about pain before they'd had sex in the motel. She disconnected herself from the pain, though it was hard because she didn't have Kyle's experience.

As she checked him over she could see that he was in a bad way, but as she thought through her options she wasn't sure where they could go from here with The Terminator so close…

While she crawled over the seat painfully, Sarah took a moment to think. Ever since this whole mess had begun – the murders of those women who'd share her name, the shootout at that club where Kyle had attacked The Terminator as it zeroed in on her, Sarah has been living in The Twilight Zone; it was hard to accept anything was real when you found out you were being hunted by an unstoppable killing machine from the future, who had wanted to kill her because of her unborn son would grow up to become a future military leader who would be trying to stop The Machines from the future from wiping out the human race!

Time Travel… It was all too much for Sarah to take in, and the story that Kyle had told in the police station had made him look like a lunatic like Dr. Silberman had described, and Kyle's own frustration during the never-ending questioning hadn't helped before The Terminator had attacked. Sarah had no idea how many police officers had died during that mess, but she guessed a lot of them had while she and Kyle escaped.

All to kill her unborn son.

Idly Sarah thought about what her friend and co-worker at Big Jeff's said when that little brat who'd dropped ice cream in her apron the other day; "Look at it this way; in a few hundred years, who's gonna care?"

No-one, that's who, Sarah thought to herself darkly as she remembered that nightmare she'd pictured the human race would live in, in the not too distant future. It was a far cry from sci-fi shows like Star Trek where the future is depicted as a utopia where humans were zipping across space, encountering new worlds, new civilizations, boldly going where no-one had gone before.

No, the human race would be reduced to the level of cavemen while they tried to survive in bombed-out ruins, barely able to survive as The Machines hunted them down like animals.

As she got closer to Kyle and despite the seriousness of where they were now though she had thought about it briefly when she was pregnant now after the tryst she'd had with him. It hadn't taken her long to discover she was attracted to Kyle, but she did wonder if she was fulfilling some kind of temporal paradox…

Sarah's musings were cut short when she had reached Kyle and looked out through the window, just in time to see The Terminator lift its head… only to be smashed by an oil-tanker. Sarah winced at the force of the impact which would definitely kill an ordinary human like her, and she watched as the tanker drove over The Terminator before braking hard to a stop.

Sarah pushed it out of her mind so she could get Kyle out of the truck, but as she was getting her arms underneath him, she watched in horror as a familiar large figure crawled out awkwardly from behind the tanker just as the door to the cab opened and a man wearing a baseball cap jumped out.

Sarah wanted to yell at the man to get away, to get back into the cab and drive off, but she knew it was too late as she watched numbly as the man ran down the length of his tanker and checked it over before The Terminator grabbed him.

Sarah watched in terror as The Terminator threw the man's body to the ground – there was no doubt in her mind that the man could very well be dead; after the way he had slaughtered virtually an entire police station, the death of a tanker driver was nothing major.

"Hold on." she thought to herself as she watched The Terminator head to the cab. "is he… limping?"

She looked closer, studying his gait as he moved towards the cab slowly. "Yeah, he was limping!" The crash must have done a lot more damage than she'd expected, and she watched numbly as The Terminator climbed into the cab and closed the door. A few minutes later, the engine started and the tanker slowly began to move, turning towards them.

The sight jolted Sarah out of her shock at just how much The Terminator could take, and she doubled her efforts to pull Kyle free of the truck.

"Kyle. Come on. Get up!" she told the injured man as she pulled desperately as the tanker was finishing its turn to head in their direction and smash them to pieces. "He's coming!" she said to try to motivate Kyle to snapping back into the real world, and she wondered just how much pain he could actually push aside like it was nothing.

Somehow Sarah managed to get the door open, but she was forced to drag Kyle's weight out through the door. "Come on!" she kept urging her lover to stand on his own feet again.

As she looked over the truck, she could see the oil tanker bearing down on them. "Help me!" she shouted at Kyle. "Get out. Get out!"

The urging managed to spur Kyle into action, and he twisted himself so she could use the ground to push himself up on one leg even though he was still in a terrible way, but they both managed to get out and away from the truck they'd taken from that man from the motel. Sarah was relieved when Kyle managed to get back on his feet, but she realized he was forced to limp and run as well, and he had to lean on her to get away, but she didn't have the time to think about it as the oil tanker smashed into the truck and sending it further down the road.

While she was helping Kyle run, she dimly heard the sound of brakes being thrown on the tanker but she didn't pay it any heed while she and Kyle ran for their lives over the bridge.

Sarah was relieved when Kyle became a bit stronger – sure, he was still limping, but he could still move fast – so he took some more of his weight off of her, allowing her to cast a quick glance behind to see the tanker quickly gaining on them. Sarah kept going while holding onto Kyle, afraid that if she let go then they'd both die.

"It can't be bargained with. It can't be reasoned with. It doesn't feel pity, remorse, or fear. And it absolutely WILL NOT stop! Ever! Until you are dead!"

Kyle was right, Sarah thought idly as she ran his earlier words when she had tried to escape him in the parking lot when this whole mess happened.

While she still held onto Kyle to support him as he ran, the two turned a corner – Sarah honestly had no idea where about in the city they were, but she didn't care; her survival instincts were going full blast as they both tried to escape The Terminator, but the turning was too much for Kyle as he collapsed by a dumpster in pain.

"Don't stop! Run!" Kyle ordered, pushing her away before she could do anything; Sarah hated leaving Kyle behind, but she could hear the engines of the tanker behind her, and even if she could disobey Kyle and help him back up, it wouldn't take much for The Terminator to find some way of carrying out its mission to kill her, and besides, she felt she knew Kyle well enough by now to know he had something up his sleeve…

Sarah didn't bother to turn to see the tanker; the engine noise was so loud she didn't need to see where it was, and besides, she didn't want to look back and lose her momentum. Sarah had never been pushed to run this fast in her life; athletics at school was one thing, but she never expected to be chased by a cyborg before…

As she ran across the sidewalk, Sarah listened with horror at the sound of something heavy bashing into concrete, and the sound of the engine was directly behind her. The Terminator was going to try to run her over, and since she could hear the sound of the tanker The Machine was driving behind her draw closer she didn't see any way of getting out of this, but she saw a parked car on the curb, and she ran around its front.

Sarah was dimly relieved she had put some distance between herself and the tanker once more, but she knew it wouldn't last long. She turned her head, and she saw the tanker drive through the car, crushing its rear to pieces.

Still hyped up on adrenaline as her survival instinct was going into overdrive, Sarah just kept running, trying to desperately squeeze every last drop of energy she had into moving quickly, hoping to find some way of getting clear of The Terminator and escaping from this nightmare… But it was no use, she could still hear the tanker behind her.

That was when she heard another sound, a strange wheezing, groaning sound from somewhere in front of her, but she couldn't find the source of it; the tanker was now so close behind her that she pushed all thought of what the sound could be out of her mind-

Suddenly there was a massive explosion, and Sarah could be feel the scorching heat on her back before she thudded into a wall, and spun around on the spot, watching through wide eyes as the tanker exploded in a great ball of fire, and she distinctly smelt the stench of burning oil in the air. The force of the blast and the heat sent Sarah sprawling to the ground, and she watched in satisfaction and dim delight as she saw the cab go up in flames until she couldn't see anything before she gave in to her exhaustion and clung to the wall, shook.

Leaning against the wall, shaking and panting with the exertion of running so hard and so far without taking a breather, Sarah finally lifted her head and looked at the burning remnants of the tanker. "Is it over?" she wondered to herself, watching the wreckage closely for any sign of The Termin- "NO! NO WAY! PLEASE!"

From the burning remains the cab, Sarah watched in horror as the dark figure jumped out wreathed in flames. She watched as The Terminator fell behind another pile of wreckage before standing up stiffly again and walked a short distance before collapsing on the ground.

"Is it dead? Shutting down, what?" Sarah thought to herself numbly as she couldn't help but fail in getting the image of that dark-clad figure who had been following her for the past few days, chasing her, trying to kill her, and ploughing through everyone who got in its way. Sarah couldn't see what was happening with The Terminator, the heat of the flames was too much, and if she were to be honest, she didn't even want to know but she hoped that The Terminator was being destroyed, though she doubted it; after all it had gone through, Sarah doubted nothing short of a nuke could destroy it.

All she wanted to know was if she needed to keep running, and she closed her eyes at the thought. She was so worn out by everything which had happened, she could barely think straight anymore.

After a few minutes of getting some semblance of her strength back though she wanted nothing more than to collapse on a nice soft bed and sleep, Sarah got back up again and walked slowly back towards the tanker, wincing at the heat she was getting from the flames while she looked for any sign of The Terminator, but The Machine seemed to have disappeared…

"Sarah."

Sarah looked around and found herself staring at the distant image of Kyle who was not far away.

"Kyle." she tried to yell back, but she was too exhausted so she had to settle on a hoarse cry. She ran towards him, though even her best effort to squeeze a bit more speed out of her legs failed, so she had to settle in a hoarse cry. She ran towards him, though even her best effort to squeeze a bit more speed out of her legs failed, so she had to do a quick-walk to him before she wrapped her arms around him and shook again. "Kyle." she repeated his name and then again as the pair of them dropped to their knees on exhaustion.

Sarah pulled away slightly to look him in the eye. "We did it, Kyle. We got him."

Sarah virtually collapsed into Kyle's arms as she shook from exhaustion, but her mind was only slightly clear. The pair of them would leave the city together, but after that, she had no idea of what they could do, her mind was too fogged to focus…

A metallic screeching noise caught her attention, causing her to stiffen in horror, and she felt Kyle turn his head around to see if it was what they both thought it was. Sarah quickly turned her head, moving past Kyle to focus on the sight of The Terminator. The Machine's organic appearance was gone, melted off during the heat, but while she took in some of The Machine's appearance, her eyes couldn't help but stay focused on the red eyes set into its face…

"No." Sarah shouted, suddenly more angry than she had been since this nightmare had begun.

After everything The Machine had done; killing her two friends, destroying her ideas of what the future held, her hopes and dreams of a normal life, forcing her to go on the run while trying to survive being shot at or run down, the f**king thing was still moving-!

While this was happening, The Machine was shot through the head by a laser like beam of red light as it begins to fall to the ground in a thud as it explodes into dust and ashes.

Sarah and Kyle were blinking their eyes out as they were shocked and confused as to what the hell had just happened when suddenly a deep distinctive voice was heard.

"Looks like I acted at the right time."

Sarah and Kyle jumped to their feet, well as best as they could considering Kyle's injuries, and they found that they were no longer alone. An old man was striding towards them from what was left behind the cab. Sarah felt Kyle stiffen as protectively as he could, but Sarah ignored him as she studied this stranger that had saved them.

The man had slicked deep silver hair, a stern and determined face, jaded and tired green-brown ancient eyes, with a grey Van Dyke beard and pronounced wrinkles on his craggy, careworn face, resembling a man in his seventies, who wore a dark brown leather coat with 10 brass buttons and a fob chain attached to it. He also wore tan corduroy trousers, a box-frame belt with several fastener pins and studded pinholes, and dark brown combat boots adorned with charcoal leather gaiters, which had a few buttons missing. He also wore a scarf in a burgundy and ivory herringbone pattern and a bandolier across his left shoulder.

But as she was studying the old man intently, she spotted the device that he was holding in his left shoulder, Sarah begins to stiffen when she caught sight of the familiar butt of a rifle, though this one with its larger circular bore reminded Sarah more of a torch.

"Who are you?" Kyle snapped protectively, breaking through her thoughts.

The man gave them a sympathetic look as he understood the ordeal that they had gone through for all the days and for all the nights of countless running and far more, as the man would normally not reveal his own name out of shame or unworthiness, but knowing what these young people have gone through, seeing many people that they knew die at the hands of that Machine, it was the very least that he could do and that there was no more time for pointless drama as there was something urgent that he needed to discuss with the both of them.

"I am The Doctor." the man replied in a serious tone, lifting the weapon he was holding in his arms. "And I have just saved you from that Terminator."
