Upon seeing Hyogoro, who Monkey D. Luffy referred to simply as "Hyo", being bowed to by four people that the Wano Kingdom Ninja, Raizo, recognized as regional yakuza bosses, which might have made them big shots to some people, Luffy could not help but laugh in good humor, especially since the only boss who did not look like a complete weirdo was the sole woman among them.
"Wow, there sure are a lot of neat people in this place." He commented to himself, which had drawn the curious attention of the yakuza bosses.
"What's that supposed to mean, brat?" Said Snake-Eyes Yatappe.
"Show some respect, Yatappe!" Hyo barked at his shocked confidant. "If it were not for Luffytaro's efforts, none of us would be free right now. He has both Lord Momonosuke's trust as well as my own, so kindly remember that!"
Broken Hat Tsunagoro could not help but stammer at Hyo's demand. "Well, shouldn't he respect you both back, considering that?"
"What?" Luffy said in confusion at the guy's question. "Who says I don't respect either of them back? Hyo's just okay with me addressing him like I'd address everyone else and Momo, well, as much as I respect him, I also know he's got this one weakness that I know I didn't have at his age."
"I've been getting braver, and you know it!" Momo could not help but yell at Luffy who merely deadpanned at him.
"You've been perving on the girls in my crew, and you know it, kid. Don't deny it."
Momo was about to argue back, but Raizo beat him to it with a sigh. "I'm afraid Luffytaro isn't wrong, my Lord. You have picked up some odd habits for one of your age, and I cannot tell who is more to blame. Your father, or Kin'emon."
Tony Tony Chopper turned to Raizo with a flat look while Momo turned to the ground in self-pity that did not go unnoticed by the others. "Oden had a similar problem?"
Hyo could not help but laugh at that question. "Oh, indeed, Chopperemon! In fact, when he was just fifteen, Oden literally took women living in the Flower Capital to the mountain temple he worked at, so that they, of their own free will no less, could become his harem. Caused quite a revolt when people outside that harem began to oppose him, though."
"Whoa, and he did this at fifteen?" Luffy could not help but ask while Tama looked unsurely at an embarrassed Momo and Chopper thought of something else.
"Well, he was a literally growing young man." Blood Letter Omasa said in defense of how it sounded.
"Hold up." Chopper interjected with raised hooves. "Does that mean Momo has a multitude of half-siblings out there?!"
Momo's face turned bright red while Tama and Luffy's were in shock and the others interjected at a frantic pace. "No, no, no, no!"
"Trust us, if Oden did, let us say, completely mingled with even one of those women, then his father would've demanded that Oden got married to that woman right away." Moonflower O-Cho explained as awkward as it sounded. "Therefore, Lord Momonosuke and his sister would never have existed."
Luffy folded his arms in contemplation at that as he said. "Huh, something tells me that Oden may have been a bit too ambitious even for me in some ways." Deciding to discard that topic, he then turned to the yakuza bosses as he said. "Anyway, what I actually meant earlier is that there were some interesting people locked up here, especially you guys, three weird looks out of four aside."
"Weird looks?!" The bosses said in annoyance before they then asked in confusion. "Well, who's the non-weird one?"
Laughing a bit, Luffy then said. "Well, it goes like this." Pointing to Omasa, he said. "I know you're Human, but just looking at you, I can't help but get catfish vibes, as if you were a Fishman modeled after as catfish. Which is not bad, since the helmsman I want is a Fishman, but if you were a Catfish Fishman, then you'd be the first I saw."
While Omasa processed the odd statement, Luffy turned to Tsunagoro saying. "With the whole "broken hat" thing, I can't help but wonder if you were made for my crew or something like that since everyone calls me "Straw Hat" and that name got passed to my crew and pretty much everything else related to us."
Turning to Yatappe, he added. "I guess you're probably almost the second least weird looking one, even if you did let yourself go with the facial hair and all that."
And lastly to Cho, Luffy said with a wide smile. "But you are divine. Your blue, butterfly-like hair and makeup just fit you perfectly. You definitely have done way better in this mine than even Hyo."
Tsunagoro growled to himself as Omasa and Yatappe facepalmed with him. "Of course, the brat would fawn over the sole woman among us with her good looks and everything."
Hyo merely laughed good-naturedly at the display while Cho looked bashful at Luffy's words. "Aw, it's fantastic to know someone still recognizes my beauty."
Luffy smiled as he then said. "It's what I do."
"Can we please leave to recruit more support now?!" Yatappe snapped.
"In a minute." Cho waved off his demand to peck Luffy on the forehead.
Chopper sighed to himself with a knowing smile as he said. "Somethings never change no matter what you do."

I do like Cho's figure, even if she will be considered a minor character in terms of Vivre Card importance, so I figured that this would not make for a bad one-shot. Speaking of, I am also excited to see what new Vivre Cards will come out soon starting the end of April. By the way, this one-shot is my three-hundredth written creation, so that is nice.
