A New World, More Lebensraum
It was 1939, The German Machine was getting bigger and bigger, war was getting closer day by day, year by year, the Germans looked very like they were gonna invade Poland, war was inevitable, Chamberlin was trying everything he could to appease Hitler, but failed, Austria and Czechoslovakia were taken, one move would spell conflict.
Japan was looking like it would join the Axis.

A Portal appeared in Berlin during Hitler's 50th Birthday
A military parade was in progress there...
German troops marched pass Hitler while bands played Defiliermarsch
He raised his right hand as columns passed by him
The salute was tiring, but he could handle it
Then, someone ran to him
"Mein fuhrer, we need to evacuate you, something appeared nearby and an army which looks ancient is attacking the population"
He nodded to the man and then ran with him, marching troops rapidly ran to positions to stop the army, anti-air guns littered the skies, he saw ancient romans and there were fictional creatures too, what was going on?
He got into the car and he was driven off to a safe location...
"Hanz! Pass me ammo!"
"JA!"
Berlin was in chaos, this ancient army showed up and thought it was fine to kill civilians
"These Romans got into the capital, but are barely killing us with our guns, when we get to their capital, we will burn it to the ground"
The troops laughed about it, burning the attackers' capital, artillery had arrived to deal with massive giants, they also destroyed the rear of the incoming army, letting reinforcements encircle them, the Romans had not advanced much, bombers and fighters had also soon arrived to deal with enemy air units and bomb the hell out of the enemy, the Romans were in panic as they encountered things they had never before

The empire was in big trouble...

Troops dug graves for the dead, they had to use panzers to push them in
The hill smelled like death
Victory had been achieved...
Engineers rapidly built up a base of operations in a week thanks to pre-made plans to build rapidly
The army had 2 tasks, Rapidly destroy the empire, and rescue the captured
Armies were approaching the hill but were encircled and were destroyed, since there was no enemy movement, they went on another offensive
Vehicles rolled through the forests, with engineering teams right behind them due to the fact that terrain could mess with movement anytime

Rommel was listening to the radio, the capture of the Alnus region was gonna take a few hours, which is good, they also had reports of a dragon, which the Luftwaffe quickly launched planes to counter it, as a pre-caution, Panzerfausts were going to be used
He was seeing troops interact with a village, they soon passed by an elven village
They continued on the path to a major trading hub
A unit soon reported that they had reached the border of the region, reports of the same thing flooded in too, towns and cities in the path of units were going to slow down units for a day or so
The tank, suddenly stopped
He opened the hatch and saw that they had arrived

Rommel's translator translated what she said
"Tell her That we are the Wehrmacht and our intentions are the capture and the surrender of this city"
The translator nodded and shouted it out
She shouted again
"Nein, she isn't surrendering the city and she states she is royalty"
Rommel looked over the city attack map
The attack included breaching the walls from all sides and the rapid capture of the city
"Tell her to surrender the city and no harm will be done and a treaty will go easy for you"
The translator nodded and shouted it out
She shouted something out, arrows started flying soon after and tar was dropped on the vehicles, but to no effect against them
He grabbed his radio and shouted out "Code Italica! Code Italica!"
Soon smoke started coming from all sides and troops poured in and started shooting soldiers, soon after, the defenders surrendered
He walked to the princess with his soldiers and his translator
"This is my city now, princess"

She gulped, then he with his troops drove to the mansion in the middle of the city...
After 2 days, the Alnus region had fallen, the princess soon became their emissary to enemy leadership, she was allowed to leave with her knights
