Kakashi POV
Racing across the trees fallowing Pakune to were naruto and sasuke are fighting he sees a bright light and arrives in a clearing were naruto and sasuke are once he gets there he see sasuke and naruto but naruto is lossing a lot of blood.
10 minutes earlier
Naruto and sasuke are standing there with there ultimate jutsus rasengan and chidori both of then yelling

After the clash of jutsus were over both of them were launched back and fell on the ground unconscious

Kakashi realized that omly one of them well survived and know how there council well and if he takes naruto he decides to take sasuke just as this was happening orochimaru was watching from the top of the valley of the end an as he watched sasuke be taken away by kakashi he see naruto and sees that he is a diamond amongst copper who has tons of talent and potential so he decides on taking naruto and training him too become strong and his successor so with that he takes naruto back to the sound
In konoha
Kakashi just arrived back in the leaf with sasuke and brought him to the hospital and then went to report to tsunade
"Mission successes bought there is a casualty hokage-sama"
"Who is the casualty kakashi" she asked hopefully its not naruto
"Naruto uzumaki was killed by sasuke uchiha when i got to the battle field hokage-sama"
" no it can't be the brat can't die yet"
"I'm sorry hokage-sama sasuke is in the hospital you should check up on him and then figure out what the punishment should be"
With naruto
Naruto just woke up in a cell underground he didn't know where he was then he Hurd

after realizing everything the snake sannin was saying was true he start to think about it realizing everything and putting things together that he was hated by everyone and tsunade and jiraiya are probably just like lord 3 he decided to take orochimaru deal
Konoha council room
"We are here to discuss the punishment for sasuke uchiha" said tsunade
the civilian council erupted saying that they shouldn't punish lord uchiha
tsunade then said " my proposal is that he has 6 months in jail 1 year of only d ranks and his chakra and bloodline be sealed in till further notice and that he well have anbu watching him in till he is trust worth and well have his clan name striped in till he has proven he deserves this"
After saying that the civilian council protested but then tsunade said"that is final anbu get me sasuke uchiha council meting desmised"
After sasuke arrived in the hokages office tsunade said "sasuke uchiha for trying to leave the village and killing another shinobi of the leaf your punishment is 6 months in jail 1 year of only d ranks and your chakra and bloodline be sealed in till further notice and that you well have anbu watching you in till you are trust worth and well have his clan name striped in till he has proven he deserves to have it back"

"I'm glad you took me up on my offer naruto so know that we have decided that we should get you new clothing and tell you about your haratige and train you to the ground up okay naruto-kun."
