Rose Abigail Weasley isn't beautiful, she may be pretty but she was still no rare gem or stunning beauty. Rose Weasley is really very ordinary in her looks. She has a very delicate and soft looking face, which could be quite aggressive and cunning. She is an average height in her mind at 5'5, not tall but not short. Shocking red hair flowed down her shoulders to her waist in slightly bushy curls, a dusting of freckles adorned her cheeks and nose as well as her shoulders. Her eyes may be the one part of her that is truly undeniably beautiful, the gentle but bold and vibrant blue Weasley eyes.

Her father Ronald Weasley gave Rose her blue eyes and red hair, a love for sweets and chess as well as a complete disregard for rules. Her mother, Hermione Granger-Weasley gave her daughter the curly, bushy hair and an incredible mind. The amazing "Granger" mind is Rose's most prized possession. Rose is the top student in all of her classes at Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry thanks to her inherited brains.

When Rose was 11 she was sorted into Gryffindor house and moved into her dorm with three others, Molly Weasley ii (Roses cousin), Carmen Thomas-Finnigan and Alice Longbottom ii. They became fast friends, all with some prior knowledge of each other or some sort of relationship. Molly was like her father in the sense that she followed rules strictly, kept up with her studies diligently and strived for perfection. Molly's appearance was very similar to that of her mother and so stood out against most of her family, she had regular brunette hair to her shoulders and blue eyes so dark they were almost black yet noticeably blue. Carmen was adopted since her parents couldn't have children biologically, so she looked very different from them both and was also spoiled beyond belief. Carmen had brown hair bordering on black and deep brown eyes that almost constantly sparkled with mirth and mischievousness that could only come from being the shortest person in every room. Carmen was always up to something and was very untrusting of everyone she didn't know closely and personally. Lastly is Alice, the future fashion designer with headlines on the cover of witch weekly, she's the sweetest and kindest of all the residents of their dorm though. Alice was petite, reminiscent of a pixie, with light brown-dirty blonde wavy hair and pale green eyes.

All of Rose's friends were not in Gryffindor, a lot of her cousins/ friends were though, in fact her best friend was her cousin Albus Severus Potter who upon arriving at Hogwarts was sorted into Slytherin. Rose looked past the reputation of the house though and accepted him as he was because she loved him.

Just as Rose made friends with her dorm mates, Albus did the same. That would be Scorpius Malfoy. Scorpius and Albus shared a dorm and some odd force, in Rose's eyes, compelled them to be friends. Scorpius had blonde hair, grey eyes and was arguably the biggest git in their year.

Rose and Scorpius didn't have a single civil conversation before they decided they hated each other. Neither of them nor anyone else could remember when or why the fighting actually started. It could have started the first morning at Hogwarts when Al made a new friend and Rose was jealous or when they both got their first assignments back and one of them got a higher mark than the other. Regardless of the origins of the conflict between Scorpius and Rose it was incredibly aggressive and frequent, continuing 6 more years.

That's where I am today. In my Seventh year at Hogwarts in the hallway after the NEWTS charms class. Today's match started verbally, insulting one another, until class was dismissed and a hex was cast. I find myself sending a leg-lock curse at Malfoy. The curse misses and hits one of the "bystanders", aka a spectator, whose friend quickly helps to undo it.

Malfoy retaliates shockingly fast and shoots a stinging hex, which just misses my head and slams into the wall behind me. A colorful wave of magic radiated from the point of contact, just like a water balloon bursting. Malfoy rapidly sends another hex, only giving me a moment to draw up a shield. I fire a stupefy at Malfoy, to which he ducks. The stupefy flies over Malfoy's head and hits someone in the gathered crowd. As the girl is thrown backwards, I can see that it's Molly. I instantly feel so bad about it, and I know she is going to tear me a new one for stupefying her and fighting in the halls again.

My brief moment of distraction is Scorpius's opportunity to disarm me. I watch helplessly as my wand fliess out of my hand and into his. Malfoy turned to the crowd and raised my wand in a show of triumph. Without a wand, I'm left with only one option left. I let loose a battle cry and charged at Malfoy's turned back. I hopped on his back and wrapped my arms around his neck. Malfoys muscles tense and he spins around in shock hoping to face, clearly not quite realizing that it's me on his back. As understanding dawns on Malfoy he starts trying to throw me off, not being able to aim his wand at me.

"Weasley could ya get off my back?"

"I want my wand back first Malfoy!"

"Rose, I can't give it to you. That would be defeating the whole reason for our duel, me asserting my superiority and my overall wealth of knowledge and ability that surpasses yours greatly."

"Ugh! Malfoy, just bloody give me my wand. I don't care about your desperation to be better than me. I swear I'll leave you alone."

"No I won't give you your wand, and you're going to get off my back now Rosie.". Says Malfoy. With this last statement Malfoy reaches behind himself and latches onto my shoulders, pulling me around to be in front of me.

He leans in beside my ear and whispers,"I have places to be, we can continue later. Meet me on the edge of the forbidden forest behind Hagrid's hut after midnight. I look forward to watching you lose.'

I slam him into the wall and look up into his steely grey eyes, "You will lose spectacularly, I promise."

I lean away again and am about to let him go when I hear a distinctly elderly female voice screech '"Rose Weasley!"

I turn around to see Headmistress McGonagall standing at the front of the crowd.

Hi this is another story that's sorta been in my head. Sorry its only a preview.
