Summary: Everyone in the Akatsuki bar Tobi and Zetsu is mysteriously transported to the world of Remnant along with Zabuza and Haku and in their 16 year old bodies. The Akatsuki has always wanted peace but their methods haven't been the best. They know this is a second chance and they won't let it go to waste.
Notes: This will be similar to Wolves That Walk Alone by TheManThatWalksTheAbyss115 and Team Akatsuki by Israel Pena, Solo!Akatsuki. They won't partner with any kingdom or village. I'm writing this at 2:00 AM, Gray!Akatsuki. Remember, they may want peace, but they're still shinobi. Various Naruto characters will join at times that make sense. I have no idea how to write for Hidan.

Somewhere in Remnant
If one were to be in the right place at the right time, you would find eight passed-out bodies on a forest floor in black cloaks with red clouds on them. One of them was a male with really pale skin and blood-red hair that covered one of his rinnegan eyes. He also had a few piercings but not too many. Another was a woman with sky-blue hair and a slightly less pale skin tone than the man next to her. She did not have any piercings.
Another one was 5ft, 10in male with jet black hair set in a low ponytail and center-parted bangs that reached the lower half of his cheeks. The one next to him was also male but he was 7ft tall and looked like he was part shark. The giant sword on his back didn't help his case. The next unconscious male was a blonde but he looked like a she. He had another mouth on his right hand and his hair covered his left eye. The man closest to him looked more like a puppet than anything else. He even had a wooden body and a metal scorpion tail.
The next passed-out man had silver hair in a ponytail like the black-haired one's but no bangs and you could see his well-toned upper half as well as his triple-bladed red chain scythe in his right hand. The last one looked less than human. Skin that looked like brown cloth with stitch marks in various places, grayish-green eyes, and a gray head sock that added to his abnormal look.
The next had no shirt, dark gray hair, camo pants, Mist ANBU addition sandals, and a giant butcher knife on his back. The last one was a person who looked like a Mist Tracker Ninja.
They all awoke at about the same time with a groan.
"Where are we?" Asked Deidara with a groan. He looked at himself and everyone else. "And why the hell do we look ten years younger?!"
"No idea and we'll deal with that later. Fire Country?" Said Sasori.
"No. Trees like this are so rare in Fire Country that any attempt at theft would be considered an act of war. When I left, there were about 1,000 left in existence. As far as I know, only the Shodai Hokage could grow them at the rate needed to sell them. And they're really hard to grow as well." Answered Itachi.
"Then why the fuck are we standing in the middle of a forest full of them?" Demanded Hidan.
"Because we're not in our world anymore." Said Nagato, surprising them all. "My eyes allow me to access different worlds to an extent but only alternative versions of our world. I used that ability one time and my rinnegan always told me what universe I was in and how to get back to my own. But right now. All I know is that this planet is called Remnant and we can't get back to our world."
"I see. Do you have a plan?" Asked Sasori.
"Yes. We're going to bring peace to this world as well. Our methods last time backfired horribly so I think it's time we tried something different. Come or may have several unwanted guests."
"Hold on. Why should we trust you?" Asked Zabuza.
"Because we got about 30 unknowns coming our way and I don't want to get shredded. Come with us if you want to survive. That includes your student." Replied Nagato.
They nodded and dashed out of the red forest towards the nearest civilization.
City of Vale
The Akatsuki knew that they would never fit in with the population. They were bigger and stronger than everyone else and they had matching outfits. Not to mention a few of them had...interesting appearances.
Nagato whispered to them. "It has become clear that people like us will never fit in. However, we still need information." Said Nagato. "If our new guest join us, you will be the person who goes on assassination missions where your existence must be 100% deniable."
"Deal. His name is Haku." Replied Zabuza.
"Thank you for joining us, Zabuza and Haku." Nagato turned to look at all of them. "Right, the first thing we need is information. Kakuzu will start looking for jobs, Itachi will go and learn everything he can about this new land, while the rest of us look for a new base of operations. Do not get caught and act like normal teenagers if you must be out in the open. . Understood?"
"Yes, leader."
"Use your rings to find us should we find a nice place." He looked at the non-Akatsuki members. "Oh and Zabuza, Haku?" Said Nagato. "Welcome to the Akatsuki." He threw two Akatsuki cloaks at them that seemed to fit perfectly. With that, everyone left to do their tasks. [Yes, that was an Among Us reference.]
With Itachi
It didn't take long for Itachi to find the library and it also didn't take him long to find out how racist this place was. It reminded him of Hidden Mist during Yagura's reign but a lot less violent. Still just as wrong, just not as violent. He walked past a bunch of people with animal appendages holding up signs about Faunus rights. Itachi didn't really have a problem with what they were doing. After all, the worst that could happen while holding up a sign is falling on your face. That being said, Itachi paid it no mind and entered the library a few blocks away.
With Kakuzu
Kakuzu knew the only way he would find any valuable information is if he looked in the shady part of town. It didn't take him long to find it either. All he had to do was notice how fewer and fewer people were out and how the buildings looked less and less maintained than others. While bars and strip clubs were the exception, they still had valuable information.
The first place that caught his attention was a place called Grimm Horn Tavern. It was a tavern so there wouldn't be anyone popular but grunts are always willing to spill their guts one way or another. Kakuzu sat down and ordered a drink and watched people come and go.
Three hours later
Kakuzu was about to give up and try someplace else when he heard two people complaining about someone named Rogan the Butcher. Kakuzu's eyes widened. Anyone who survived the 3rd war knew that name. He was known for slaughtering entire towns in the Fire Country but went AWOL about six months after it ended.
"Did you hear? Rogan took out another settlement. This one had huntsmen too." Now Kakuzu was really interested. "He killed them in minutes and burned the settlement to the ground."
Kakuzu finished his drink and walked over to them. "Where was he last seen?" He asked rudely.
"Near Silver City. That place is still reporting in so if you hurry you might catch him. But don't blame me if he kills you. He's not your normal killer." Answered the man he asked.
"Trust me. I'm not normal either. Thanks for the information." Kakuzu left the tavern and used his ring to guide him to the place the others found.
With the others
It took the group of ten hours to find a suitable headquarters but they did find several ideal locations for outposts in whatever place they were in. The place they did find for their headquarters, however, was perfect. An abandoned warehouse that housed nothing but thugs. Safe to say, they didn't last very long and the place could be fixed easily enough.
After making sure no one was around, they sat down. Nagato used the ring communication jutsu to call a meeting with everyone. "Did you succeed?" Asked Nagato.
"Yes. However, I don't think we're the only ones who got here. Has anyone heard the name Rogan the Butcher?" Asked Kakuzu.
"Yes, but how is he here? Back in ANBU, I was sent to kill him and I succeeded. I turned his mind to mush and cut off his head just to be safe." Said Itachi through the ring link.
"I see. He's from Hidden Rock but went AWOL six months after the third war. Sasori and Zabuza will take care of him. Excellent work, Kakuzu. And you, Itachi?" Said Nagato.
"There's too much to tell you now and none of it is life or death. Important, but not deadly. I'm coming back." Replied Itachi.
"Thank you." Said Nagato as he ended the meeting soon after. "With new members, we'll have to rethink the teams a little. But you have your orders. Go." With that, Zabuza, Haku, and Sasori left to kill Rogan.
"Why do they get to kill all those fucking heathens while we're stuck here!?" Demanded Hidan.
"That's where you're wrong. Everyone else bar Konan and I are to kill anything hostile in a 15-mile radius. No one gets in or out without us knowing about it." Said Nagato with a serious expression. Those remaining left to fulfill their orders. "Well, that went well."
"So what are we doing?" Asked Konan.
"We're going to make sure this place doesn't come crashing down on our heads because someone talks too loud. Come. I need your special, harder than steel, paper."
Konan nodded and they began their repairs.
With Zabuza, Haku, and Sasori
Zabuza, Haku, and Sasori ran through the snow at a reasonable speed towards their target wondering who the second set of footprints was. One of them was six inches into the snow, 12 inches long, and 5 inches wide while the other was two inches into the snow, eight inches long, and three inches wide. They really hoped no one that size decided to go after their target as well because this person was clearly a child and even if it was a child soldier, he or she would be killed quickly.
Their fears came true a few minutes later when they found a young girl in a red and black dress with a red cloak and black combat boots. She was armed with a scythe that looked deadly and judging by the metal casings on the ground, it was also one of the many guns they had heard about. However, she just got smacked by Rogan's oversized mace and was only alive because of something they had yet to figure out. She landed in the snow with a groan. They chose this moment to intervene.
"Rogan the Butcher. Give us one reason why we should kill you and leave your remains for the grimm." Said Zabuza.
Rogan turned to his soon-to-be killers. "Well, well, well? I guess I should be honored that Sasori of the Red Sands, The Demon of the Hidden Mist, and one of their famous body erasers have come for me."
"You talk a lot." Stated Sasori is his deep, cold, and emotionless voice. Sasori hadn't been idle while the bastard was talking. He was telling his teammates where to go using morse code by tapping with chakra strings.
He told Haku to hide in the snow and Zabuza to find the nearest tree and be prepared to throw his sword.
"We'll see who's talking when I'm standing over your dead body!" Yelled Rogan as he attacked Sasori head-on. Something you should never do as a shinobi. It turned out to be his last mistake as he was stabbed in the chest by Sasori's scorpion tail, got a senbon needle in his brain and throat, and cut in half by Zabuza's sword.
With Ruby
Ruby didn't know what hit her. One minute she was confronting a suspicious character and another she got blindsided and landed on her back with a groan. At least her weapon was okay. She watched as her attacker shot his mouth off against her saviors whose names she didn't catch. All she saw was him getting stabbed in the chest, shot in the head, and cut in half like it was nothing. The sight horrified her beyond belief. 'How can you kill someone like that so effortlessly?!'
No matter how much she wanted to confront them about that, she knew that if they could kill someone like Rogan the Butcher as she managed to learn, then she would be dead before she knew it. She did, however, call out to them. "Wait!" The three of them stopped and looked at her. "Who are you, people?"
The three Akatsuki members shared a look before Sasori answered for them. "People you really don't want to see again." With that, they grabbed Rogan's remains and went back to tree running, and returned to base while Ruby went home.
Three days later, Akatsuki hq
All ten Akatsuki members gathered in the meeting hall that was made by Konan and her paper over the last few days. Almost everything was either largely supported or entirely made up of harder than steel paper. But it didn't really matter as long as it worked.
Nagato looked at all of them. "I take it your missions were a success?"
Everyone gave the same answer. "Yes."
"Good. Sasori. You first."
"Killing Rogan wasn't that hard and we have the body. The only problem we ran into was a witness. We couldn't kill her or we would attract too much attention too early in the game. When she asked who we were, I told her we were people she really didn't want to meet."
"I see. That is acceptable. We'll either have to lay low or use this to our advantage." Said Itachi.
Nagato turned to Itachi. "Care to elaborate?"
"When I was at the library, I learned that this place is called Remnant and we are currently in the Kingdom of Vale. There is another race called Faunus and they have animal parts, so to speak. Sadly, there is a lot of racism against them but it hasn't gotten out of hand yet."
"I see. That is good and bad news but I can definitely see how useful that can be. Keep going." Said Konan.
"I also learned that word gets around fast. Our witness told everyone that three people with matching cloaks brutally killed Rogan the Butcher. Don't worry about the authorities because he had 40,000 lien bounty on his head as you may or may not have known."
"That could come in handy." Said Kakuzu.
"Yes. Also, every kingdom has outer settlements and small towns outside the main city and within the kingdom's borders but are rarely checked on and are subjected to a lot of grimm attacks."
"Well done, Uchiha." Said Deidara. "You're saying that if we can't hide from the kingdom, then we'll do everything we can to make sure they notice us."
"Yes. And if we unite the settlements and small towns against the major cities and Beacon Academy...I'll tell you more later, They will have no choice but to either let them go form their own entity or wipe them out. I have copies of the full report in this storage scroll and I highly suggest you read everything in it."
They nodded and began to read.
20 minutes later
"That's quite the story." Said Kisame.
"And it also leaves us with a tough decision. Do we stay quiet or do we make ourselves known? We have the strength but not enough information. Everything we know is common knowledge."
"I'll do my best to recreate my spy network but I make no promises." Said Sasori.
"Thank you. But even with a solid source of information, that doesn't change our situation. Do we show ourselves or stay hidden?" Said Nagato.
"If I were you, I wouldn't bother. We stopped by the nearest town for some food and I learned that all of them have what could be called a mission office. You won't find any S-class infiltration or extraction missions but I'm sure you'll find something." Said Zabuza.
"I understand. Then we have no choice. All of us will take missions from these towns and report back after you have collected your reward. However, there must be at least two of us here at all times."
"What do we do if we are approached by any of the kingdoms?" Asked Itachi.
"Tell them to fuck off." Said Hidan. "Those heathens have no right to fuck around with us!"
"Not a bad idea but do not engage unless attacked first. The last thing we need is one of the kingdoms breathing down our necks right now." Ordered Nagato. "Right, I believe that's everything. Itachi and Kisame will stay behind and Zabuza and Haku are now partners. Remember, spread out. Dismissed."
With that, the Akatsuki pairs went their separate ways to do what their leader told them to do.

I'll delete this if I either don't get enough readers or if it gets too much heat. As you can see, I made a few...adjustments and even edited the plot but that's okay because this is chapter one.
