The Real Natsuki

Natsuki has been hiding a lot of feelings. When those feelings come out, Shizuru learns how much Natsuki cares about her.

Natsuki Kuga got into her car and rushed to the local bank, because Gonna Getcha, an infamous bank robber, was up to his usual tricks. She quickly drove to the bank and found a parking spot, before rushing into the bank. After getting into the bank, she saw a couple of employees who were laying on the ground. She checked on them to make sure they were okay. They were just passed-out which made Natsuki feel relieved.

Natsuki opened the bank vault and saw Gonna Getcha who was making a castle out of money. He fiddled with the bills, while singing a song. After realizing Natsuki was there, he nervously gulped. He had been a master criminal for decades. Because of that, he didn't want Natsuki, a young person with little fight-training, to always defeat him. He tried to be calm, while saying, "Greetings, young enemy."

Natsuki had an intimidating look on her face, while saying, "You better surrender, you vile villain."

Gonna Getcha replied, "Come on, Natsuki. There's no need, to ruin my fun."

Natsuki responded, "There's plenty of reasons. I've tried to reason with you, but you're too arrogant and stubborn, to listen to logic. That's why I'm just going to stop you from doing more damage." She punched Gonna Getcha.

Gonna Getcha had a smug smile on his face, while saying, "You better watch out, because there's no way you can win this fight." He paced around Natsuki, while saying, "You see, when someone gets into a fight with me, they never win." He did an evil laugh.

Natsuki kicked Gonna Getcha and said, "I've defeated you dozens of times, so stop the pathetic lies."

Gonna Getcha wanted to keep his dignity and the money, so he tried to fight back. He tried to give Natsuki a few punches, but he kept missing. Natsuki grabbed him and kicked him around the bank vault. Gonna Getcha grabbed some bags, which were full of money, and threw them at Natsuki. Natsuki fell to the ground which made Gonna Getcha do another evil laugh. He started walking to her, while saying, "I'm gonna get rid of you."

Even though Natsuki had fallen to the ground, she didn't look nervous. She calmly got up and returned to the battle. She punched and kicked Gonna Getcha several times. The villainous bank robber slipped and fell to the ground. Natsuki picked him up and started taking him to the police. While being taken away, Gonna Getcha said, "I don't get how Natsuki keeps winning." He paused and put his hand on his chin, while saying, "Natsuki seemed to be the most confident hero when fighting me. She must hide her true emotions. She's probably scared when she's fighting me, but hides it. I'll have to make her true emotions come out."

After defeating Gonna Getcha, Natsuki started walking to her car. She bumped into her girlfriend, Shizuru Fujino. Shizuru had been gone for a few days, because she was visiting a few of her relatives. Natsuki casually said, "Hi, Shizuru. It's good to see you. I missed you."

Shizuru embraced Natsuki, while replying, "I missed you so much, my darling Natsuki. You have no idea how lonely I get when I have to go days without you."

Natsuki responded, "You probably weren't too lonely. After all, you were with your family who are very nice people."

Shizuru replied, "That's true. I was probably stretching the truth by claiming I was lonely. However, things weren't the same without you. I love you more than anything."

Natsuki tried to remain calm and casual, while responding, "Love you, too."

Shizuru said, "So, how have you been? Were you a bit sad, that I wasn't around? You can be honest, Natsuki. If anything, you should always be honest, especially around me."

A blush came upon Natsuki's face, but she quickly made it go way in order to save her dignity. She took a pause, before saying, "I was fine. I didn't have the best time or anything, but everything was okay."

Shizuru replied, "I'm glad to hear that, honey. I've really missed spending time with you. Maybe we can go to my house. We'll snuggle under a blanket, while gazing into each other's eyes and if that starts to get boring, we can watch a movie."

Natsuki started feeling a bit shy, so she said, "I'm sorry, but I don't really feel like doing that. Let's just get a soda or something."

Shizuru replied, "Okay then."

That evening, Gonna Getcha was in his cell, while reading the latest newspaper. The newspaper had an article about a laser ray. Unlike other laser rays, this device wasn't made to hurt people. The laser ray's purpose was to force others into being honest with their emotions. It would drastically change the lives of people who were shy or were big liars. Gonna Getcha twirled his mustache, while saying, "This device will be an excellent way of defeating my enemy. If I use it on Natsuki, she'll be an emotional wreck. I know I'm one of the scariest villains of all time and I'm tired of Natsuki acting like I'm a repetitive, easily-defeated simpleton. After I use the laser ray on her, she'll be so scared of me that she'll be easily defeated." He did an evil laugh. Gonna Getcha broke out of prison and stole the laser ray from a laboratory.

The next morning, Gonna Getcha drove to Natsuki's house and knocked on the door. Natsuki opened the door and wasn't that pleased, to see Gonna Getcha. Natsuki angrily asked, "You already broke out of prison? The prison's lack of quality guards is partially responsible, but you need to stop breaking out. You're never going to win unless you stop being evil."

Gonna Getcha confidently replied, "You're wrong about that, my dear enemy, I know a way to make you become the loser." He grabbed the laser ray and used it on Natsuki. He made sure he didn't tell Natsuki what the laser ray did to her in order to keep his plan a success. After he used the laser ray, he went into his car and started driving away, while saying, "The next time I try to rob a bank, Natsuki won't act the same. She'll start being herself and deep down, she's an easily-defeated coward." He twirled his mustache and did an evil laugh.

Natsuki went to the kitchen and started getting her breakfast ready. Since Gonna Getcha used the laser ray on her, she wouldn't be hiding how she felt even if she wanted to. She started eating some toast and cereal.

Natsuki's dad looked at what she was eating, before saying, "Hold on there. That breakfast is a waste of money. You only need one slice of toast, not three. Also, you only need a handful of cereal, nothing more."

Natsuki replied, "I'm glad you care more about saving a dollar than your daughter getting enough food."

The dad responded, "Natsuki, I act this way to make sure we have the best-possible lives."

Natsuki shook her head and replied, "No, you give your wallet the best-possible life."

The dad responded, "Even though I love my wallet, I also care about you."

Natsuki folded her arms and replied, "You put more care and love, into your wallet than your family. If I spent a few dollars to get a relative a nice card, you'd say I wasted money and should of just given them a stick or a piece of wood. If I gave Shizuru a box of chocolates for Valentine's Day, you'd say I should only get her one piece of chocolate."

The dad responded, "Natsuki, think about things, through a practical viewpoint. When it comes to holidays, people don't care about the gifts. They care about spending time with their loved ones, yet they keep wasting money on material items. I've been richer than my brother, because I accept any gift he gives me, but never give him anything that costs money. If you want to succeed in life, you have to be wiser than everyone around you."

Natsuki replied, "I want you to stop talking, you greedy hypocrite. You barely let me spend a dollar, but you waste thousands of dollars, on golf clubs, motorcycles, stereos, and garbage cans. Unless you have something to say that doesn't involve greed, I want you to shut up."

Natsuki's mom walked by. The dad looked at her and asked, "Did you hear the way that my daughter was speaking to me? You better say the words, that she deserves to hear."

The mom looked at Natsuki and said, "I've been wanting to say that stuff to your father for years. You got guts."

Natsuki replied, "Thank you, Mom. You're the best."

The dad said, "For the record, I'm the best when it comes to money."

Natsuki replied, "Be quiet, moneybags." Natsuki put a jacket on.

The mom asked, "Where are you going?"

Natsuki answered, "I'm going to see Shizuru, because I missed her a lot, while she was gone."

The mom replied, "You and Shizuru have such a close bond. It's very sweet."

Natsuki responded, "Yes, she's the most wonderful thing, that life has ever blessed me with."

The mom replied, "Wow, Natsuki. First, you show your father who's boss and now, you're being the sweetest thing ever. I love it."

The dad said, "For the record, I don't approve of this behavior."

Natsuki replied, "For the record, I don't give a crap." She hugged her mom and said, "I'll see you later. Have a good one."

The dad asked, "Don't I deserve a goodbye?"

Natsuki answered, "Knowing you, you'd probably charge a couple of dollars, for a goodbye."

The dad replied, "That's a good idea."

Natsuki went into her car and drove to Shizuru's house. When she got there, she saw Yuuichi, who was standing by Shizuru's house. Yuuichi had a crush on Natsuki and he kept trying to impress her, even though Natsuki was dating Shizuru and had told Yuuichi that she isn't interested in him. Natsuki gave Yuuichi a disapproving look, while saying, "Hi, Yuuichi. Why were you roaming around here?"

Yuuichi answered, "I figured you'd be visiting Shizuru, so I hanged around here. I wanted to see you and have a conversation with you. There's a compelling topic that we should be discussing."

Natsuki folded her arms and replied, "Knowing you, I'm assuming this is another scheme, that involves separating Shizuru and I, because you're greedy and desperate."

Yuuichi responded, "Come on, Natsuki. You should give me a chance, at the very best. I'm a pretty charming and cool guy, who'd be a perfect boyfriend, for you."

Shizuru was in her living room. She had the curtains open, so she saw Natsuki and Yuuichi. She opened the door and tried to greet Natsuki, but she was busy with Yuuichi's nonsense.

Natsuki replied, "Yuuichi, I'm not attracted to guys. Also, Shizuru and I's relationship means the world to me, so if you try to keep separating us, you're nothing short of a scumbag."

Yuuichi nervously responded, "If I can be so bold, I think I'm rather hot. Plus, Shizuru's a bit overhyped. She's too lovey-dovey and obsessive."

Natsuki replied, "Get out of here, Yuuichi. I don't ever want to discuss this issue, ever again, so shut the heck up and hit the road." Yuuichi wasn't used to Natsuki being in such a intense mood, so he ran to his car and drove away.

Shizuru had a concerned look on her face, while asking, "Are you okay?"

Natsuki's mood quickly brightened up, due to being with Shizuru. She ran closer to her and gave her a hug, while saying, "I'm so glad to see you, my love."

Shizuru replied, "As always, I'm delighted to see. Are you feeling alright?"

Natsuki and Shizuru went inside, while Natsuki said, "My dad and Yuuichi were driving me crazy. They're desperate jerks and I'm tired of their crap. However, I don't want to focus on that. I'm with you and when we're together, everything's better."

Shizuru replied, "Well, that's hard to argue with."

Natsuki and Shizuru sat on the couch, while Natsuki said, "Shizuru, I wasn't being very honest, yesterday. I missed you. You bring a special sparkle into my life. It's a type of feeling, that's hard to describe, but you make my life better than it's ever been."

Shizuru smiled and replied, "I feel the same way. You also bring sparkles into my life."

Natsuki and Shizuru started holding hands, while Natsuki said, "Shizuru, I think you're the most beautiful woman in the entire world. When I say beautiful, I'm not just referring to looks. Your heart, your personality, your optimism and everything else are such lovely qualities. You are the angel of my soul and the Queen of my heart."

Shizuru blushed, while replying, "Natsuki, I'm usually the one who makes you blush. This is such a reversed situation, isn't it?"

Natsuki responded, "You could say that. It feels good to blush, doesn't it?"

Shizuru answered, "It sure does."

Natsuki said, "Yesterday, when you suggested we snuggle under a blanket, while staring into each other's eyes, I claimed I didn't want to do that. However, I was lying, because I was too afraid and shy to agree to it."

Shizuru replied, "Now that you're ready to admit the truth, we can relax together."

Shizuru put a blanket, over her and Natsuki. The two snuggled by each other, while smiling and blushing. Natsuki gazed at Shizuru's eyes, while saying, "You have the most lovely eyes that I've ever seen."

Shizuru replied, "Natsuki, you're acting very different."

Natsuki paused and responded, "You're right. To be honest, I don't know where this is coming from. However, I'm enjoying it."

Shizuru hugged Natsuki, while saying, "I don't ever want this hug to end."

Natsuki replied, "Eternity is a bit too long for a hug, but I don't see any reason why this hug can't last a few minutes."

Several minutes later, the hug still wasn't over and Natsuki didn't mind that. She turned on the TV and saw a news report, that was about a bank robbery. She heard Gonna Getcha was robbing another bank. Natsuki said, "Shizuru, having your arms around me is the most comfortable feeling in the world, but I need to get going."

Shizuru replied, "Thank you, for our cozy morning. I wish it could keep going."

Natsuki responded, "Gonna Getcha's become a pathetic weakling, so I'll probably be back in a short amount of time."

Shizuru replied, "I look forward to that."

Natsuki responded, "Me too."

Natsuki went into her car and drove to the bank. She went inside and saw Gonna Getcha, who had already bagged all of the bank's money. Gonna Getcha had an evil smile on his face, while saying, "You're doomed, Natsuki. Since the money's ready, I'll beat you up and run away with every dollar this bank has." He twirled his mustache and did an evil laugh.

Natsuki replied, "That's not going to happen." She grabbed Gonna Getcha and said, "I'm tired of your idiotic bragging."

Gonna Getcha looked confused, while asking, "Idiotic? That's not the type of reaction, that you should be giving me. I used a laser ray, that made people's real emotions come out. Because of that, you're supposed to be acting like a childish coward."

Natsuki asked, "Why would I act like that?"

Gonna Getcha answered, "Because you're afraid of me. When it comes to be terrifying, I'm a master. I'm one of the most fearsome and opposing menaces, that any hero has ever dealt with. You hide your emotions, so you've been hiding your true fears. The laser ray's affects will wear off, by tomorrow. However, I'm going to get rid of you, before this day has ended." He did an evil laugh.

Natsuki punched, kicked, and flung Gonna Getcha. She remained strong and confident, while beating him up. Gonna Getcha replied, "I'm not understanding this. You're supposed to be the easily-defeated hero and I'm supposed to be the successful villain."

Natsuki responded, "Villains are never successful, in the end. I used to be scared of you, during our first few battles. However, I started realizing how outdated and weak your methods are. I've always defeated you and you still haven't learned anything, so I'm hardly afraid of you, at this point." She punched Gonna Getcha, who passed out.

Natsuki drove back to Shizuru's house. She explained the reason, that she was being more honest and lovey-dovey, than usual. She said, "As usual, Gonna Getcha was a dum-dum and his villainous plan didn't benefit him in a single way."

Shizuru slyly smiled and replied, "It did benefit me. After all, if Gonna Getcha hadn't used that laser ray on you, I wouldn't of known what a cutie-pie you are."

Natsuki responded, "Shizuru, are you glad Gonna Getcha used a laser ray on me?"

Shizuru answered, "Of course not. I'm just glad that you were completely honest with me, for once."

Natsuki asked, "For once? Have I really been that secretive?"

Shizuru answered, "I'm afraid so."

Natsuki replied, "I'm going to work on that. Shizuru, you're the most wonderful thing in my life and I hope we always stay together."

Shizuru responded, "We'll always be together, honey bunny." Shizuru put a blanket on Natsuki. Natsuki kissed Shizuru and snuggled up to her. Thanks to the power of honesty, Natsuki and Shizuru were closer than ever and Natsuki couldn't ask for anything better.
