Eiji: Well, I think eventually I could manage it, but it's a pretty tough department.
Shorter: Oh, you might even say it's... a rough labour. *immediately receives an elbow on the side from Ash*
Ibe: Eiji...
Eiji: But it's true! Have you ever seen the job description? You end up working yourself to the bone! And as far as modern tools go, competition is still very hard.
Ash: *blushing intensifies* Eiji, I think...
Max: *about to be sick* What on Earth is happening?
Shorter: *impressed* Well, I'm sure if Ash tags along you might actually pull it off. *ignores a sharp kick under the table* Now the role assignment is a different story.
Eiji: Really? Ash? *studies Ash's gradually reddening face* I mean, Ash can do anything, but I never really imagined him a Sales and Marketing person.
Everyone: ...
Everyone: What?
Ibe: Oh, thank God.
Na-na-na-na-na, come on!
So, yeah. My sleep-deprived brain brought this baby to life after seeing some twitter posts with our innocent flower Eiji and oh so supportive Shorter and protective Ash, and my best friend was like "Hey, imagine a conversation like this". And that's exactly what I did, so thanks, girl!
Also, thanks to my field of work, the first association with S&M is indeed Sales and Marketing.
Anyway, that was a random little break from working on longer and more serious pieces of fiction, so I hope you had fun reading it. I have more actual stories planned for BF and other fandoms, so stick around if you wanna!
