This is a follow up story from the cartoon episode The GamesMaster. This time he chooses 4 new players
Prologue:
A portly figure laughed into the darkness, giggling like a mentally unbalanced child. He addressed the creepy puppet across from him.
"It is time for a new game Coco. G.I.Joe and Cobra thought they'd beaten me, but I always win...always."
He clicked on a computer screen, "Now to find my players..."
The screen illuminated the madness in his eyes.
